The hotel was fine.

Breakfast had a lot of options and was always replenished in a timely manner. Location of the property is very good as it is convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Everything worked well. The place was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. We got there early. Our room was ready and we were able to go up into it right away

Breakfast was good. It was a safe area. We had problems with our toilet not filling up the tank to flush. The sink faucet was a bit loose and turned when trying to go from cold to hot. The refrigerator froze my iced tea solid. The bed was amazing. We both had great sleep. Great location. :)

Pool is small and more appropriate for kids, which was fine for us. Depth range 3 ft to 4.5 ft. Enjoyed the stay. Very convenient location.

Marriotts are the best! Clean rooms, wonderful staff, comfy beds, bigger rooms, and better, healthier breakfasts like cage-free eggs and fruit choices.

Booked 2 rooms but the ended up on different floors. Spent the weekend riding the elevator between the two floors. One room was exceptionally clean and the other was not. Can tell that who cleaned the room i was in was just trying to through their job. The room had an odor, there was hair on the toilet and in the tub, and some weird substance on the door (not sure if it was blood, poop or chocolate. Didnt care to findout). Was told couldn't switch rooms because of limited availability. Good thing i tend to bring my own cleaning gear and cleaned the room myself while my family went to dinner. Frontend staff was very polite and offered to change rooms in the morning once people checked out but once i spent the time cleaning the whole room, thought it would be pointless.

Clean room except two chairs they were disgusting and one was torn. Their bottled waters are over priced at $4.00 a bottle. There is MASSIVE hotel being built directly across from this hotel so don't expect quiet until after 6 pm. The breakfast offered great selections from waffles to eggs, oatmeal, cereals, toasts, fresh fruit. It was great. The seating area was also fantastic. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice and clean. It is close driving distance to a local mall and shopping areas and within 10 minutes or so of The Ritz concert venue. Easy access to highway and plenty of food options near and within walking distance to hotel. Overall okay.

Awesome staff and clean room,

Great staff, clean, decent OK breakfast. Only downside is the place must be made of cardboard. Noisiest place we've stayed at in a long time. Constant noise of footsteps in above rooms and hallway, noise of doors slamming (including shower doors) at all hours, etc. Not a place to spend downtime reading or relaxing in the room.

The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The staff were all very friendly.

Check in could not have been easier. The front desk person was extremely pleasant and efficient.

I placed food in the refrigerator as I normally have in the past and noticed it wasn’t on. The time allowed for cooling wasn’t long enough to keep my food cold enough for the next day so of course it spoiled. The room overall was clean except for our bed sheets that obviously hadn’t been changed from the previous guest.There was a large stain, the size of a persons palm,on the corner of the top sheet that looked like grape jelly. Unfortunately we didn’t notice it until the last day of our stay, since that part of the bedding had been tucked under the mattress. I’m really disappointed this was our favorite hotel.

Very nice property. Check in was simple and recived early check in after a long drive from Virginia. Room was clean and AC in room was running when we enterd the room and temperaure was nice. Spacious and clean bathroom. Sanitized packaged shower mat for safety. Morning breakfast buffet was filled with lots of hot and fresh items. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my 5th visit to this property. I was arriving very late due to car issues so I called to let them know. My key was waiting for me. The staff a male on Thursday the 19th of June was extremely nice. Customer service was exceptional. My room was very nice, bed was great. I shall be back in September again..

You have to pay attention to the entrance and exit of hotel because of one way street.

The entire staff were so friendly and helpful; front desk, breakfast area and housekeeping all provided exemplary service with smiles! The facility was super clean and the location was great. Breakfast was a real treat and, again, provided with a smile. What a nice facility and nice people.

It was almost as if this hotel was in the midst of a half upgrade? Keep in mind we had the ADA accessible room for my husband. The drain in the tub did not work at all. The air is set and can’t go below 64 but yet the temp in the room was 71. There was no hair dryer. The bed seemed as if a huge elephant had slept in it for years so we slept none after having to fight to keep from rolling into one another from the bed sides being so arched and sunk in. I will say the breakfast was impressive and easily accessible but it’s over at 9 am instead of the usual 10 or 11. There is no privacy through the walls or floors as we could hear our side neighbors as well as above neighbors horribly. Lastly we were not made aware they were doing extensive construction across the parking lot and they start at daylight so although we slept poorly throughout the night we were also awaken by construction around 7 am. This was our seventh year wedding anniversary and it wasn’t the greatest stay for our first visit.

Nice location, quiet, clean, great amenities. One negative small refrigerator that goes to sleep after a few hours. You have to hit a button every few hours to keep the refrigerator cold. Everything else was excellent will stay again, will bring a cooler next time..

Perfectly located near the family we were visiting. Our granddaughter loved the pool. Unit needed towel bars which weren't located directly over the toilet. Ugh! Breakfast bar was serviceable but nothing out of the ordinary. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

We arrived 3 hours early before check in time and were very tired my wife & I. Evelyn was able to check us in early thank you! The staff couldn't have been nicer. The second day on our stay I smelled some wonderful food and the front desk man invited us to eat with staff on their monthly appreciation lunch. Southern hospitality at its finest. The best customer service ive ever experienced. Thank you

We got in at 3:30am and there was someone there to check us in. We appreciated that! Great breakfast! Lots of options. I also loved the shampoo and conditioner. They were full size bottles and worked great. It was a help bc I forgot. The only negative was that we heard the people’s conversation in the next room very clearly. That wasn’t fun in the morning. The walls weren’t sound proof. I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel very clean and updated! We did have issue with our bathtub not draining; therefore taking a shower wasnt pleasant due to the standing water! Also we requested clean towels and wash clothes; they asked us to walk down to retrieve request! Upon arrival down; there were workers at dest doing absolutely nothing and could have brought request to our room!

Check in was quick and easy and after a long drive it was definitely appreciated. Hotel lobby and common areas were spic and span. Room was spacious, bed was soft and bathroom was clean. It was nestled in a lil cut off the road, which made sleeping so peaceful. There restaurants in walking distance and even more in just a short drive. Shopping was nearby and made our stay that more enjoyable. Will definitely be back.

Room was clean but had a cigarette burn on one of the couch pillows. The one thing that really disappointed me was that the fridge only ran for two hours at the time which cause the food to spoiled. I left a tip at the front desk for the housekeeping person that clean over the weekend I hope she gets it.

A very clean and comfortable place to stay. Very modern and up to date amenities. The breakfast in the morning is a bonus for travelers on the go, or those who stay for a while. The gym is small yet efficient, and the pool is indoors. This is a great place to stay.

Nice room, hotel location

I did not like that I was unable to get through to the hotel directly. The Marriott customer service person was horrible. This reflects poorly on the property even if the property is nice. First time staying with Fairfield Inn. I’ll stick with my Hilton Honors.

Staff always is helpful and curtious. They had us a room by 12:40 p.m. & one very close to the front desk. Previous stays we have always enjoyed the home made breakfast with real silverware. Breakfast staff are always super nice.

I initially didn't know which days I'd be at the hotel so I booked 2 options. I thought I cancelled one option and did not. When I arrived and checked in the staff notified me that both bookings were still active. They were very understanding and helped me cancel one of the bookings without a penalty. They were amazing to work with I talked with Sean Grady and Evelyn, would recommend 10/10!!!!
