The location was quiet and convenient, with easy access to RDU Airport and highways for getting around the Raleigh area. I stayed here during a business trip and found the suite comfortable and well-suited for my needs. The complimentary breakfast was decent and provided a quick, convenient option before starting the day.

Room was spacious and clean. Perfect location for us to get around in Raleigh outskirts and to get to Lenovo Center for the hockey game. Breakfast was good although they seemed to run out of some items . Staff were helpful and courteous. Nic stay.

Our room was a safety hazard. In shower there where so many patches and you felt like your ankles where going to break. You literally had to stand in shower with on foot in front of the other heal to toe. There was discoloration around the air vents in the room and the covers smelt like bad body odor. They never offered to move us rooms just that they would put the room out of service. You get get a way better room somewhere else for 300 a night that they charge for rooms in such poor condition.

Paid extra for premium suite pure wellness, I room air purification reserved for adults and 1 child, but assigned regular suite. Requested bedding change daily, only received made beds final night(still not changed). Locked out of the bedroom bathroom everyday, had doorknob changed and still locked out and forced to come down to lobby in pj's due to hesth concern. Continually requesting towels for reserved number of guests, which we did not receive, spoke with a guest that left and purchased towels. Kitchen fire evacuation while family in the pool that happen to have pests(roach). I am definitely looking for a response from staff about these concerns and will be reaching out to corporate.

Pool was out of order. There was a strange smell all over the hotel. The room was not clean there was stickers on the bedside and something dirty that wasn’t cleaned and trash on the floor. Over priced couldn’t eat breakfast it was too crowded.

I have used Expedia for years and this is my worst experience. I paid online for two rooms. When I tried to check in the hotel staff said I only had one room. When I contacted Expedia I was told that I did not click on the link to pay the taxes on the second room and would need to pay an additional $340 for the taxes and fees on the second room. When I protested the agent told me to calm down that he was going to reduce the amount to $300 as long as I purchased a $300 voucher. It took me over an hour to get the second room only after I had to click on a link approving the additional charge to my credit card. The voucher is from something called CLICK TO FLY. I intend to report this to the NC State Attorney General's Office. This is a SCAM and I will not be using EXPEDIA again! Regarding the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of an upgrade. Our tub was painted and there were rust spots under the paint. The door to the second room was stuck and maintenance had to come with a sledge hammer to give us access to the room.

Kitchen staff was super friendly and welcoming, but the front desk lady was a little bit rude when we were asking about the complimentary drinks that came with our stay. Among the best Embassy Suites I've stayed. Everything at the hotel was excellent. One minor complaint would be having to pay for parking. Wasn't expecting it in the area where the hotel is located. (Outside of a big city.) Area around the hotel was great as well.

Not sure if it was an off week but when we arrived there were no rooms available at 10am and were told to check back at 3pm. During that time we saw some people get a room. Not sure if they had been waiting prior. Closer to 1pm I was able to get a room after checking back. One of the beds had hair on the pillow and a toenail on top. Bathroom was not fully cleaned so I used Lysol wipes and gloves to fully clean everything. The food was just okay and buffet breakfast was cold. After dinner the first night I got a call at 10:30pm from the desk stating there was a discrepancy with my receipt and they would charge on final bill. When I checked I had already been charged the correct amount so not sure why there was confusion. You could tell the hotel was very short staffed so maybe that is why we had the experience we did. Would I stay here again? No.

Staff went above and beyond for us, they were incredibly warm and welcoming. The complimentary evening refreshments and free breakfast was impressive and a nice surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The fitness facility was nice with various cardio equipment, full dumbbell rack, kettlebells, cable machine with multiple attachments - all of which looked to be brand new. The ONLY thing I think could use improvement is the pool area - it was a lot smaller than what it looks like online, and the water was very pretty yuck by the time we got in. We would still go back nonetheless and recommend this anyone staying in the area.

During our 3/25 stay, the staff was attentive, and the property was quiet and well maintained. However, on 3/27, there was a wedding taking place at the hotel, which significantly impacted our experience. There were large groups of men smoking directly in front of the hotel entrance, with cigarette butts scattered across the ground. This created an unwelcoming and off-putting first impression, especially since we chose this hotel specifically for its smoke-free policy. In addition, the level of service declined noticeably on 3/27. I had to contact the front desk multiple times to request a crib for our room. During each interaction—including calls from the room phone—I was repeatedly asked to confirm my room number, which made the process feel inefficient and frustrating. Overall, while our first stay met expectations, the second fell short in both cleanliness and service, which was disappointing.

This was a party hotel. Did not know this when I booked. Also, we got in late and did. Not know we had to pay for parking and received a ticket over night. We were on 9th floor. Tons of people partying late into the night throwing things over the ledge into the lobby.

Enjoyed the stay! Indoor pool was a bonus. Nice and clean, can use a few updates due to wear and tear. Was very busy. Good for families.

Locked out of room after they switch us due to some apparent mold around the vent. When they switched us they didn’t update their system to reflect that we were moved. They blamed hotels.com but it was clearly an embassy suite problem. Then they were kinda rude like it was out fault they didn’t update us to the moved room and were then confusing us with the guest that was originally booked for the non mold room. Disappointed other than the lobby area was nice

I was locked outside the room as front desk for replacement he asked for ID I said sir I’m locked outside. Everything is inside. He stated can I get your address? I gave him my address he said I’m getting a foreign address. I said, sir, you may not be hitting the right key. Could you recheck my verification. He rolled his eyes and he said here is the key.

The staff was nice but the bathrub was dirty and it looked like there was blood near the center of the tub. The room was too cold and I never figured out how to use the controls (probably user error. The breakfast bar was good, but they closed too early and they ran out of bacon. The property is gorgeous, the lobby area, bar area and lounge are 1st rate. The bed was very soft. You need more TV channel options. The location of the hotel is nice too, with plenty of good eating options nearby. I was shocked that I had to pay to park. That's just wrong. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

When we arrived for our stay, the hotel said that the room booked through Expedia (a corner suite) was not available. They gave us a Premium suite instead, but the price difference was not compensated and not all of the amenities were given that the Premium suite advertised. Hotel room was very clean and breakfast was fantastic as usual, just disappointed with the seeming miscommunication between Expedia and Hilton.

The hotel room was dirty and outdated. There was mold in the shower, a dripping air vent with mold, stains on sheets, dirty floors and the best part…bugs! Around the halls and lobbies the trash cans were all overflowing and there was trash and food randomly on the floor. On a positive note, the breakfast was good!

I had to ask the front desk to clean our room and give us fresh towels. There was only one blanket for two beds. The blackout curtains didn’t close all the way.

The best part of my stay was being greeted in the morning at breakfast by Amina. She was kind and always had a smile. Breakfast was wonderful and the omlette station was a nice touch, and delicious!

Staff was terrible (well the females). Rude, very snappy, and told me I didn’t need a parking pass and woke up with a sticker on my car. Gave me the wrong room, didn’t receive an apology. Hotel is beautiful, and clean, cleaning staff was nice, breakfast decent. Besides front desk lady..I had no other complaints.

Bathroom and doors are severely outdated. Still have old school small tub and shower. No shampoo in my bathroom and it didn’t come until hours after my shower. The breakfast was really good and the bar and restaurant were great overall. The staff is very pleasant.

When we arrived everything was great! The next day when the staff changed one of the workers were very mean and not people friendly all. We then experienced our sprinkler in our bedroom going off and lost all of our belongings and got no help.

Our stay was lovely. Our room was beautiful. We were there celebrating my husbands birthday. We missed our complimentary drinks & breakfasts due to a fun night but everything was great. ❤️

Beds were very hard, water pressure low, pictures online show a hot tub, but there was not one (staff said they wish they would take that picture down), premium room was not stocked daily (it was supposed to be). First time ever that I feel Hilton did not live up to their standards.

Front desk staff were very rude and did not like guests to ask any questions. Airport shuttle service unpredictable and driver rude. Stayed 3 days and never had a housekeeper come to refresh towels, clean, make beds….nothing. Worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Do NOT recommend!

The front desk staff member I experienced wasn’t the friendliness. The customer in front of me received a full explanation of services, events and amenities of the hotel. I was given a key and told that all the information was inside the key folder as she called the next person. No smile or eye contact. I felt uncomfortable so I just took the key and walked away.

I stayed in room 733. The room was lovely and spacious. However, the air conditioning was very noisy because the filter hadn’t been changed in five months. So I didn’t sleep well because I heard a high pitched noise from the filter all night.

Other than him everything was GREAT! Would like it even more if they served turkey breakfast options instead of all pork as well.

Most importantly to not make the guest feel like they are not welcome. to the front I’m a Dir. at a Resort and have received better service from the Holiday Inn. On another note the Room Service Staff are amazing and welcoming. Maybe they are the ones that could train Front office staff.

What once was a beautiful, well run facility, is not run very poorly. As a Long time Hilton honors member… I was very disappointed on the lack of follow through by the staff. The resolution was that we stayed with a soaking wet bedroom floor, had to wear shoes around the room. No resolution attempted, no refund… POOR, POOR SERVICE!

The room wasnt properly vaccumed/cleaned after the previous guest checked out. One of the receptionist was too lazy to check if I can have a extended checkout. Sge just gave the standard answer. I approached another receptionist within 30 mins and he was helpful and helped with my extended checkout request

Best hotel breakfast we have ever had

The foyer didn't smell that great, but overall, the place was clean. We had a suite. My son & his family had a suite next door. I emailed & asked for adjoining suites, but received no response. The indoor pool area felt like a sauna. The breakfast was good. We missed the evening reception by just a few minutes. The receptionist was nice to my grandkids. Overall, it was a good stay. Will I go back to this particular one, probably not.

Cleaning staff should make sure remotes are in place and question maintenance when they knowest water dripping under the toilet tank. Your check in staff should tell customers cleaning is on demand and you need to register vehicle. When people are checking in we don't think to read all the signs you have on the desktop.

It was a great stay, enjoyed all aspects of the facility! The only issue I had was with the housekeeping staff. Asked to have our room cleaned on our second day there, was not cleaned. Had to get fresh towels from front desk. Requested again to have our room cleaned on third day, returned to uncleaned room after being gone all day. Complained to front desk again, they reassured us that they would have someone clean it ASAP, but we would have to leave our room for about 45 minutes-this was around 5:30 pm. Returned to our room about an hour later to find fresh towels on the floor outside the door and the room untouched! Really spoiled an otherwise great weekend. All staff at the hotel were wonderful, just the housekeeping staff was not what was expected at all-not one service the entire time we were there!

My stay overall was nice. However, there was a significant past leak noted on the ceiling with what appeared to be black mold. I reached out to maintenance, black mold was not acknowledged, however that section was sprayed with bleach upon my request. It did make my breathing feel better. I did request that room be closed after my check out until the necessary repairs were made. There were no other rooms available and it didn’t feel like finding another hotel as this was graduation weekend any many of the nicer hotels were booked. I was told that I would receive 5000 points for a two night stay to compensate my stay. However, when I returned home, I reached out to Hilton Honors and was told that 5000 points is not enough for a two night stay. I don’t appreciate being lied to and would like my two night stay honors points. Also, the rooms could be cleaner from dust.

No room service cleaning until we left when we had remove the No Disturb sign from our door. Explanation given to me by the front desk was this service needs to be requested a day in order for it to be scheduled. Only one of the two phones in the room had a dial tone in order to use. And with that, the front desk button always gave a busy signal. Consequently, I had to physically each time go to the front desk from the 9th room with any questions and concerns.

Pool water needs to be heated! Lighting in bathroom is not good for shaving!

The rooms were extremely comfortable with plenty of room to exercise or simply allow your partner to sleep should you want to get up early. Complementary breakfasts were superb. I cannot recommend this hotel too strongly - excellent value.

Bedding bag in the room for pull out couch had 1 pillow and 1 fitted sheet. No cover sheet or blanket. Asked front desk and was given another bad that had a blanket and another fitted sheet only. Bathroom wasn’t dirty, but dinged up and looked worn. Not horrible, but wouldn’t choose to stay again.

Upon arrival, the front desk associate told me that I have a room with a double bed meaning I was not getting a king size bed. I told him that I PAID for a king size. He asked if I booked through Expedia and i said yes. He said “oh that’s why”. I did not put up a fight or cause a scene because I was there for a wedding and did not want the weekend to be about me. There were no words left to say between the associate who was actually the manager, and myself. No offer to try and fix things. No care in the world that my husband was standing next to me. No concern of the fact that the beds were so small we had to sleep in separate beds. The breakfast was fantastic. There were some issues that came up that did not involve me so I won’t get into those. But I will probably not be staying at an embassy suites ever again.

We enjoyed the complementary evening welcome snacks and adult drinks. Super clean hotel, spacious rooms and of course an amazing lobby area. Kinda sucks to have to pay for parking, but at least it was affordable

Room had a large mold or fire stain around an outlet, shower had rust and wouldn’t drain, dust blowing out of heat/ac vents. Lovely facility and lots of amenities, but room was one of worst I’ve seen in a while.

Very beautiful hotel

The area is calm and quiet which I appreciated. The bathroom shower was a little dirty and the staff didn't have a clear answer for where the vending machines were. The front desk also made a remark when I asked about the shuttle going to RDU. I don't live in the area and didn't fly in, so I had no idea that was the only one around. He seemed a little frustrated that I was unaware of that.

Loved everything about this property it is my go to location every year and it has not disappointed me yet!

Beautiful hotel! Our room was spacious, comfortable & it had everything we needed. The staff was super friendly & helpful. The evening reception was a bit disappointing. It's really gone downhill foodwise. The breakfast staff was on point!! The food was ok, but They were excellent!

Pay for parking, and pay $25/day at check in was not favorable.

We enjoyed the location, the breakfast and happy hour. The rooms were a perfect size for us.

Overall it was a great place to stay and we were happy that we could get room service at 9:30pm after a long international flight. Plus the food was delivered quickly and the order was correct and tasted great. I think it is valuable to point out that the shuttle service was a bit of a problem. There is no information on the reservation about how to get the shuttle to arrive or where to actually stand outside to wait for it. I finally called the hotel for instructions. However there is more than 1 Embassy Suites shuttle - which would have been good to know in advance - especially since the first one that arrived was not the correct one - and the driver was a total jerk. He yelled at me and asked me if I could not read what is clearly printed on the back on his shuttle (the address). The driver seemed hostile to me so I was glad it was the wrong shuttle. The front desk staff at the hotel was excellent, professional and accommodating. The room, beds, pillows etc. were all excellent. My only room advice would be to replace the shower head - it was old and wasn't of good quality. I would stay at this hotel again - but I would not depend on the shuttle service from the aiport to the hotel again.

Very nice hotel quiet and bright clean building

This property was very pleasant to stay in for a weekend getaway with my significant other. It's very close to shopping and restaurants, fast food or sit in. And the hotel restaurant was delicious. The only complaint I had was the floor in our room didn't seem super clean as we found a small hair product by the curtain from the last guest.
