Light in the Illuminated bathroom mirror did not work making it very difficult for shave. Otherwise, property and staff were very good.

It was clean. The staff was professional and friendly. What I liked most was NO DOGS ALLOWED, except for service dogs!!! Cookies always a plus!

The experience was definitely awesome! It was a little better than what it was expected. For one thing to consider, the beds are not that comfy. They are actually pretty hard if you try to sleep on them and the pillows are good but not the best. They actually flatten. They get pretty flat in just 3 to 4 minutes of just resting on top of them. Even if you go to sleep it won't last too much in order for you to have a proper pillow that is comfortable enough for you to sleep. And actually a big plus for us technically was that it was good kid-wise. It was good. They actually catered to my kid while I was in the visit and the service through the staff was amazing, catering towards my kid. Even though the appearance of the building is businesslike, it has certain amenities to cater to kids and I wasn't expecting that. That was actually a good plus.

Breakfast was good. It was $10 person but I booked it online when I booked my room and it was much cheaper. The staff were very accommodating. Great hospitality. Would definitely recommend if staying the Cary area!!!!

I was not aware when booking that there was no free breakfast like in lower level Hilton hotels. But otherwise the hotel was great. Staff was so very nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating - including fine me a non-down filled set of pillows at 11pm at night.

Perfect location, easy to get to everywhere and we felt safe. Great staff, and very clean. We were there for NC State graduation.

Overall, a good clean room. However, the refrigerator didn't work, requiring us to throw some expensive leftovers. The breakfast was okay, but choices were limited and the made-to-order eggs were undercooked.Bacon was overcooked. Pool was nice and clean, but the exercise room was unusable due to some type of permeating odor. Parking was sufficient. Overall, though, it felt more like a two-star level.

The hotel was fine and the staff was friendly. There was a misunderstanding about cleaning the room daily, we were under the impression that there was daily housekeeping, apparently we have to request it. The bathroom had a vent in the ceiling but no fan in there which made it a little stuffy.

The warm fresh cookies to the welcoming smile was enough for me to stay! My room was very clean and nice! The best we have experienced. Our room was not ready when we arrived. We waited for about 30 minutes. When the second shift arrived they offered us a new room. The hotel had rooms available when we arrived. The morning shift never offered another room. They made us wait.

Staff was so friendly and I had a chance to meet several from the front desk to the housekeeper. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast so I couldn’t rate. The room appeared clean. No odd smell. Thankfully I don’t need to use those since I bring my own.

Great location with access to a couple of restaurants and a starbucks nearby, very friendly staff with alot of fresh cookeis to give you. Very prompt with the checkin and room cleanliness was great. I would stay here again.

They do a good job keeping the hotel clean but it’s getting to the point where the hotel needs an overhaul. Old loud AC units in the rooms, leaking shower doors, etc.

They put me in a handycap room with a short shower and the coffee was ridiculously weak, the breakfast was awful. The BEST THING about this hotel was Desiree, the bartender, who was awesome.

We have stayed at this hotel for the last five years and the room was clean and the staff was awesome. There were several things in room that didn’t work and for the cost I expected more

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was superb! The lady who checked me in was personable, kind, and seemed focused on making me feel welcome. The room was amazing. Comfortable bed and relaxing shower with excellent water pressure. Never ran out of hot water! The location can’t be beat for dining and shopping. I walked to most places. This will be my go-to hotel when I visit the area in the future.

Although the property was very nice clean quiet and convenient, Our room AC was horrible!! It never cooled down, and when we notified the management, all they did was say ok we’ll have maintenance look into it. I was not impressed with the check in staff, and was disappointed for what I paid for a terrible nights sleep!

The really great thing here is the staff, they are super nice and accommodating. I really enjoy speaking with them and they got good vibes for real. Only thing that was an issue was my bathroom shower light was turned off. The lightbulb wasn’t working. I wish it was on !

We had another GREAT stay! It has become our go to place whenever we go anywhere near Cary, Raleigh, Durham or Chapel Hill!

Refrigerator was hot, not off, but motor/condenser was clearly not working. Shower head barely any pressure, and finally ac wouldn’t go below 71. Not good night.

Its clean, safe, and close to the highway. The food service was great!

The Stay was okay… but the thing that made me feel very uncomfortable is that their bed sheets were dirty, it had stains on them. I attached photos below. Also I don’t appreciate dirty towels. The body towels has brown stains on them as well. Please ensure your bed sheets and towels are clean! Also the coffee table was not organized there were 2 water bottles that were scattered across the table. Also the breakfast is $15 not $12 a bit misleading

We found this hotel as a halfway stop to see my Uncle near Statesville. The first night we stayed we met a wonderful person in the bar named Monty and he was our bartender. We love seeing and talking to him so much that we stay here every time we go. Manager was wonderful when we stayed last. Get place with super people working there!!
