Everything was great. I loved everything about this property.

When we arrived, I found that our reservation had been cancelled. Unbeknownst to me, Booking.com notified me 1 hour before we arrived. We were turned away with no acceptable alternatives. I will not reserve there again nor through Booking.com again. Whole situation = unacceptable. Being turned away--reso cancelled--after it had been confirmed days before.

Hotel was great but we were told originally by staff that there was complimentary breakfast but the next morning when we inferred about it they said they didn’t have it.

I love everything about this property. I frequent the Raleigh Cary area often and this is one of my top choices for a hotel. The front staff is always friendly, the hotel looks immaculate, and the rooms are so modern and chic. Absolutely love this hotel property 10 out of 10 highly recommend I love everything about the property

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

Shower didn’t work and I had a 9 am appointment couldn’t wait till someone had time to come put in a new faucet. So I had to stand in the tub and soap up and rinse off with the paper coffe cup.

Everything was great from the receptionist to spotless clean rooms to the delicious breakfast. My nephew that lives in the area recommended the Courtyards and I'm glad we stayed there.

Interior of the hotel was clean and the designing and set up was pleasing..The room and bathroom were spotless..I have been to several hotels and this was the very first time I seen brand new bath mats (optional for safety) I was very impressed!! Staff was amazing..The patio was amazing as well, especially the fire pit section..I will definitely book again when I plan to visit in the near future.

This was an excellent Marriott!! The only complaint I have is when at full capacity there were not enough parking spots in their lot. Otherwise, everything else was excellent!

I booked 2 nights through Expedia on July 12- July 14. My flight was delayed, so I arrived early on Sunday, the 13th, to check in. I was told my reservation was cancelled. I requested to stay the remaining night, but was told there were no rooms, only to find out later that I was charged for the 2 days. I find this ridiculous because I had to go to another hotel to stay. This is fraudulent.

Hotel itself was great. Very clean and updated rooms and common area. What puts them at 5 stars is the staff. Every employee I walked by greeted me including 2 I passed by in the parking lot. I highly recommend!

I'm probably the most picky person to ever book a hotel... I literally read every single review from multiple sites and read between the lines of the reviews... With that said, This hotel was nice. Check in was fast and easy. Front bar area and dining area looked modern and clean. Elevators ans close to entrance and move quickly to floors. The rooms are clean. They smell naturally clean, not like they are trying to mask mildew and old rot like some places. Beds were clean. I check under the beds and sheets and in the creases of the matteress. No issues. Hardwood floor is always clutch.. Beds were also comfortable and sheets and pillowcases were clean and new. Bathroom was decent. The major places were clean and prepared nice. I think every hotel should have bathrooms on a deep clean schedule rotation. To maybe touch up just normal wear and tear. Overall, I will stay here everytime I am in the area. I hope even as the hotel ages, management maintains this place and keeps the standard high. Don't allow it to get dated and dusty. Plan ahead for a refresh and it will remain the best hotel in the area.

To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned at all during the stay until I had to call and request housekeeping. For the price I paid, this was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a long time. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting comfort, cleanliness, or basic hospitality.

Bery clean, updated hotel with excellent breakfast and dinner options, loved that they have Starbucks and that shopping for anything right outsole, also very close to I40, overall excellent stay!

Great location surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, the staff is amazing and helpful. It does get pretty loud in the mornings on the first floor due to the bar/breakfast area, the sounds are echoed through and around the rooms. Thankfully reception was able to help us out and move us to a room on a higher level. Overall we had an amazing stay and definitely would recommend this stay.

The parking lot was well lit, the area is quiet even though it is so close to a shopping center, the front desk person was very welcoming, the room was clean and the light blocking curtains worked great.

I stayed here twice and it is consistently clean and the service is good. This will be my go to whenever I’m too tired to drive home. Clean is a priority for me

It was perfect. We stayed 2 nights for a surprise birthday weekend for my boyfriend. The room was very modern and stayed cool which is a plus for me! Also the shower was clean and great water pressure! I would stay here again.

Great hotel, very clean and the gym was nice. Could use newer equipment. Only downside was there was no consistent maid service, after our first night no one came to clean or replace our towels, but we asked the front staff and they were able to help us.

Staff while checking in was good, nice interaction. 2 used tissues left under sink in room bathroom. Room was nice other than that. Some trash left in halls from guests. In the morning, after paying $40 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees, you would think the lady behind the counter would have an once of happiness. Nope. Horrible customer experience at 9am

The AC in my room did not work. The front desk did not offer to reassign me to another room. The bathroom vent did not work either. The Assistant General Manager named Ashley did nothing about this. What a poor experience this place was.

Very nice hotel in the middle of cary but surrounded by trees. Rooms were clean, loved the non carpeted floors and minimalistic decor. Staff was extremely kind. Only complaint would be water pressure was weak and it took a long time to get warm. Overall a great place to stay!

The property was nice. However upon arrival we were informed there would be no breakfast for July 3 because it was a holiday. This was problematic for us because the reason I booked and paid the extra money was for the breakfast so we didn’t have to pay more money for something after we started back on the road.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Entire hotel and rooms were clean and beautiful. Great outdoor pool. Conveniently located near lots of shopping and dining areas.
