    Nothing Staff was rude. Asked for extra towel and was refused. Floors were torn up, couldn’t see out of the window, no breakfast offered but says on site it is, pool is filled with dirt, can’t turn around in bathroom, toilet shifts when sat on.

    The whole stay started badly… of course I went thru Expedia sooo they have my info.. then the lady asked for my id as soon I arrived… then made me fill out a whole sheet of paper with all the info that not only is on the computer but in her hand as well being my id… so when I asked her this she was very rude.. I asked for my id so I could write down my driver license # she literally threw them at me.. I said nicely not to throw them at me again.. well when she handed them back the last time again she threw them at the counter… went to use the washer & dryer.. needless to say the dryer took our money and the man I guess owner had to put his money in which he wasn’t happy bout and literally hit the machine hard to get it to work.. drink machine out of order the ice machine didn’t work.. no coffee pot in rooms.. and I think this was the worst part.. when you flushed the toilet you could literally hear the water leaking out of the back of the toilet and hitting the floor.. oh yeah nasty… and when I told her about when checking out she looked at me like I was stupid.. the man was actually nice he did try to help as much as possible.. but the lady was the rudest & u can tell… lazy… it was a total of 3 maybe 4 cars in parking lot near the interstate on a sat night… yeah now we know why.. will NEVER stay there again.. and really he worse part was that lady owner I guess … her attitude will for now on pay more just to stay away from her!!!

    Located right off the highway. Quiet. Dog friendly. Staff friendly. No breakfast, hair dryer outlet not working and the manager told us. Still put us in that room. Many other rooms available. Shower faucet broken.

    There was only one chair and the king bed. No coffee pot or coffee. No continental breakfast. Person at reception desk couldn’t even understand English. The local price on line at $60.00 per day. You charge me $70.00. Your add was not what I got. Shame on Expedia.

    The location was okay, no problems with that. The ac cooled really well, after it had been turned on and ran for a few hours and the sun went down. The pool was shut down and there was no notice of this anywhere, until you arrived and saw it. Both rooms had a horrible odor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Dead roaches under the beds. You could not get into the lobby at all, not even for coffee, and the rooms did not have a coffee maker.

And as much as it was late on a Friday afternoon even though they they offered me to leave saying they wanted no problem. It would’ve been difficult to find another room in the area. It was an unpleasant stay, and I left before the end of the evening. I will not be staying at that hotel ever again. This place gives America’s best hotel a bad name.

    Have been here many times before. It is a very nice property that is kept clean. My only disappointment this trip was that they are not having their breakfast available (likely due to Covid). I used to really enjoy what they offered.

    Not only was it in disrepair but they also made me pay them in full for the key AND the door didn't lock fully. I'm in the process of trying to get my money credited back. You should remove these hotels from your listings including all Wyndam hotels. They have all been misleading in their descriptions

    The hair dryer worked intermittently, the TV not at all, there were bed bugs biting me nightly, the counter attendant was surly, the door frame was haphazardly nailed back together after someone clearly kicked it in on a previous guest, the floor was new but installed with 1/2” gaps, gave me a smoking room when I asked for non.

    Terrible accommodations and extremely nosey staff. Like staying at a lockdown quarantine site. No light in restroom...TV stuck on 1 channel in spanish..but they offered a free cup of coffee in the morning. Attendant at front desk kept repeating that they watching the cameras...no visitor...this not allowed or I charge you extra on repeat like I was a teenager with no freedoms..smh terrible place!!!

    We were stopping for the night on our way home from vacation. We booked here because the price was good and it was late. We also had had a really good experience with an America's Best in Manitou Springs, Colorado. This room was a disappointment. It smelled musty and the bed was not very comfortable. It was a king size bed but only had 3 small pillows that were flat. It was late so we stayed the night anyway, but I'm not sure we would stay at an America's Best again.

    Its a decent, clean and safe place to stay. Relatively quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby, Walmart a couple miles away. Staff is professional. I'm in GA a couple times a year and always stay here. No complaints.

    I would highly recommend finding a different hotel in the Cartersville area, it is worth a few extra buck to stay away from this hotel. I've stayed in a number of America's Best hotels, and I realize it is a very low cost option, but I believe the facilities should still be clean and staff helpful. I arrived for a late check-in (which I informed the reservation clerk at the time of booking) When I rang the bell, the "manager" yelled "I'm here" I was questioned about the number of people I had staying in the room, as I was being dropped off by my sister who was with her dog, which he pointed out "not one, you have a guy and a dog in the car" He would not issue me a room until my family drove off the property. The room was on the dirty side, bedding was questionable, but it was ok for one night. I was called by the same desk clerk in the morning and told to "get out" (seriously) when I asked for 20 more minutes past check-out time. I went to the lobby to wait for a ride and was asked by a female clerk how long I planned to sit in the lobby. I told them I had called for a ride as I wasn't able to stay in my room any longer, to which I was told to wait outside. I asked a number of times for the name of a manager, and was given a card but never really informed if either one of them were. I'm an older professional woman who had to stand in a parking lot with my luggage until my sister arrived a half hour later. My experience?? Unjustified and inhuman.

    A little paint and new carpet would have gone all long way here. But I got the impression the owners were trying to save money. Also for want of a cheap new toilet seat, the one in my room was all worn and scratched. Do not go to this hotel!! you had to beg for toilet paper and towels.

    hotel was nice. first night my bed was "springy" and the hotel staff quickly gave me another room. will be staying again. NOTE i dint see one bug in either room. neither room smelled like cigarettes. WIFI worked very well and room was cleaned ddaily.
