It was fine. Served its purpose to sleep and get back on the road to get to vacation destination

Minimal property maintenance. Quite rundown. They actually charge you extra for a non-smoking room. Advise you to look elsewhere!

It was quiet. Well there was milk no cereal. The water in the shower half way worked.

I’m old and this is the worse place I’ve stayed by far!It’s not even worth staying if it were FREE let alone pay $75! NOTHING! Go check it out!

Multiple broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Front desk staff acted unprofessional on multiple instances. One of the long term guests has cats, and the odor of cat urine pervades adjoining rooms

Room good and housekeeping did a good job during the stay. Bed slept very good and temperature was perfect. Flooring needs work. The floor had buckled areas creating a trip hazard. Also, some parts of flooring had toothpick sized sections of flooring sticking up. TV remote needs replacement as you had to turn TV on at the unit. Remote battery back loose, falling off and dirty from where tape had been used to try to hold back on in the past - was not tacky though, just dirty. We had to get the remote from front desk to start watching TV. Faucet in the tub dripped and could be heard at night when silent. Front lighted sign on road advertised waffles for breakfast. However, the signs in lobby stated "No Waffles, Just Cereal". The stay was a good value even with the above hiccups. Ample parking with easily available spaces. Ice machine worked flawlessly with easy access.

It was good. Though there were some blue stains on my bed sheet. Also when I went to check out, there was no one there to greet me so I ended up jus leaving the key card on the counter.

My family and I were in room 208. Everything was fine, but our shower barely had any water coming out of the shower head. No matter how hard you pulled it up, it didn't change how much water came out of the shower head.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast provided could have been better, my granddaughter ate Donuts for breakfast. The View from the room was very nice and the hotel was convenient to everything

It was alright for a cheaper hotel, nothing was broken or Damaged. Pretty quite, the shower was compatible, had soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower which was nice.

this was not enjoyable from the start. difficult to check-in. Got to the room and none of the lights except the bathroom. Called front dest and they came down and jiggled things and got them to work. Phone wouldn't work. The bed had about a 18" extension that was bumped into in the middle of the night. It is suppose to be pet friendly, but very limited grass area and the grass that wqs there was super tall. It was clean, but just hold unkept furniture

Has current black mold on ceiling and around bathtub. Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. TV did not work with remote and had bad spots on screen. Furniture falling apart.

The rooms were disgusting. They gave me literally a used room. They just remade the beds from what was on there from the prior guests.. It was evident because there were body hairs and little wrinkles in the sheets where a person had slept on them. The room smelled horrendous and there was a slippery residue on the floor where they came through spraying something attempting to hide that smell.

Stains on the sheets, cigarette buds everywhere, false advertising not in the lakepoint area it’s three exits down. A lot of old furniture by the dumpsters and the pool is never functioning they have atvs and motorcycles, and non running vehicles still parked from a year ago. Not the friendliest staff either.

Office smelled bad, room smelled until the air conditioner ran. Lights in the room were very dim, could not see well in bathroom or shower. Rusty fixtures, noisy bathroom exhaust fan with broken Light. Neglected exterior appearance. Breakfast awful

Nothing. I spent ----- dollars and could not stonamach the room for even a minute. It's the mostbdusg disgusting place I have ever been in.

The place was okay. It wasn't anything over the top and it wasn't filthy or stinky. So when you're traveling with pets, it's kind of nice to be able to have some place to stay that doesn't have stinky carpet in it

Nothing Frame was too big for bed Wi-Fi was poor washer did not close right, half the outlets either didn’t work or the plug didn’t stay in. With the shower curtain they use the water from the shower went right through and got all over the floor. They didn’t even put in extra trash bags for the trash cans.

The room had a heavy mold smell. Breakfast was bare minimum. Clerk cut off my room key an hour early acted like how dare I stay until the true check out time.

Felt unsafe in the facility. Room was okay clean but shabby.

It was quiet. The color of the walls was drab, only one picture in the room. The floor was worn out and there was a space under the door that let light in all night. This past its prime motel is in need of a total renovation. I am surprised Red Roof Inn has the name on it. It is far from the standard We expect.

Our bedsheets had mold on them as did the chair in the room. The shower chair also looked as if it had never been clean but used by multiple people

They advertise hot waffle went down every morning for breakfast. They had nothing but coffee and empty containers for other stuff all 3 days. Went down at 7:30. Staff was rude. Door didn't close right because had been prayed open by police. Do not stay here!

Too many issues to list, smoke alarms missing, wires dangling from ceiling, coffee pot broken, bugs on floor, stains on bedding, some lights not working, duct tape holding the TV remote together, no caulking around the tub or sinks doors and lampshades damaged, light switch hanging out of the wall, just overall dirty and unsafe. Wouldn't let me add photos probably because I was giving a bad review. Too bad I have some doozies.

I arrived later at night with my two children. There was a night window that should have clued me in. I could not get in the lobby. I checked in, walked up the stairs to our "room". The light switch did not work. Teh room smelled like black mold. Lamp did not have shade on it. The water pressure in the shower was so bad I had to basically hug the wall to get wet. Black mold in the cracks in the shower. Furniture was destroyed. Covers were off of the outlets. When we walked up the stairs there were very shady people just sitting on the stairs hanging out at 10 pm at night. Not to mention the group of people in the parking lot. There were bags of trash and cigarette butts in the walkway. I had to stay that night but checked out the next morning. When the front desk person asked me what was wrong i told him and he acted like he had no idea. I asked for a refund for the day I would not be staying and he refused to provide me with it even though they were fully booked. Unless you are desperate I would avoid this place like the plague.

Should've been able to check in at 2, showed up at 3 and was told to come back in an hour. I reserved a king bed non smoking room and was given a double smoking room. The room was disgusting and I slept in my car instead of the room. I walked in and right back out. Horrible.

The person checking us in was tring to scam us out of cash. Saying we owed them more for our stay but we could only pay cash. I booked and payed online before arrival and the employee could not change that. The area had alot of scatchy things on.

This place should be inspected and removed from all sites until the property makes changes. For starters, our toilet had fecies in it and toilet would not flush down waste the whole time. 2nd the room had roaches, spiders and webs throughout. 3rd the refrigerator did not work and forth the sheets and blankets were stained. Willfully knowing rooms were available I requested to change rooms, they lied and said no availability and if we left I would not receive my money back. They did replace the refrigerator on day 2 but never cleaned the room. Promotes a pool and free waffles for breakfast. Ahhh the pool was nowhere ready but looked condemned for opening. Zero waffles and electronic sign seen from road still promoted them. While on a budget asked for refund to go to another place, completely refused to refund, fix toilet, clean room from bugs or replace linen. If I could post pictures I would. It's always a pleasure staying here. The front desk staff has always been nice to my family. The rooms are clean as well as the beds and towels. My only dislike is other patrons with their untrained pets. Barking dogs should not be allowed. Besides no real breakfast, this was a perfect stay.

Chairs in room were gross. No coffee in room OR in lobby at 7 am. Heat had to be set on high only. No vending machines where marked, I know minor issue, lamp shades in room were disgusting looking. Floor was sticky.

Terrible stay. First of all, they didn’t have the room I reserved available so I had to pay more when I got there. The room was DISGUSTING. I literally couldn’t even eat the food I brought with me. The shower was so gross I just went without. I will absolutely spend a little more $$ to not deal with another red roof inn ever again.

The room I booked was not the room I got ok stuff happens I understand but when it came to check out time management was very unfriendly I asked for 20 mins extra to check out told 11 00 am check out time one person told me yes that's fine then manager was knocking on door saying I had 5 mins there is no extension of I want to pay $20 I could stay 1 hr if not you got 5 mins to get out and leave door open so he made sure door was open and stayed opened whole I was getting my stuff together people passing by could look right in while I was packing I Ii found out I'm not the only one that got treated like that there been others manager was luckh that I didn't lay my hands on him to teach him cuztomer service he needed it to be beaten into him they know nothing about customer service remember customers are the one that pay the bills and there slary this one definitely giving Red Roof a bad name

This place is terrible. Smells rooms are falling apart from toilet to air conditioning didnt work. Entry door didn't close. When i complained they just said.... its ok. Hahaha not ok. They acted like they are hearimg these complaints for the first time. Had to pack up and go across the street to the other remodeled hotel. Honestly i dont know how this place stays open.

Rate my stay... I know how Expedia can let a hotel like this stay on their listing. Three broken things in the room: insude door handle kept slipping off, shower nozzle missing screw and slips off, AC cover fell off. Oh, inside bathroom had a huge hole! False advertising, pool closed (and from other reviews over a year) and flashing marquee said Hot Waffles, which there were none. Floor was filthy on the rooms and 2 dead beetles (at least they were not alive). Just gross and broken... oh, AC was super loud. Kept being woken up cause when it clicked on it sounded like a storm.

The door wouldn’t close on the top floor so they move me downstairs to 112 112 was disgusting. It had yellow pillows. It had a burn marks on the sheets, the toilet had a hole in the back of the wall. It had bedbugs it had roaches the lock was broken, I have pictures and videos. I want my refund back I have insurance on it.

The property was great for the price. The staff was nice and welcoming. Rooms were what you paid for. Very comfy beds.

There was a gap at bottom of door had to put towels at the bottom. Rooms need updated. The only plus office people were really nice and location.

This was the nastiest place I have ever been in! Blood on the walls, and even worse, there was blood on the ice bucket!!!! Food left in microwave. There was a soda pop bottle the headboard on top of the box springs that NOBODY could have missed if they changed the sheets I. had to go ask for disinfectant to clean areas myself and really did not want to touch anything since it might have dried blood on it. I will NEVER stay in a Red Roof again! EVER!!!!

Decent location and there’s places to eat and get gas within walking distance. My only issue with this stay was the cleanliness of the room and the pool is closed down. The room was dusty in a lot of areas, finger prints on furniture, mold in the bathroom, dirty under the fridge. It didn’t feel properly cleaned.

Price was good. That said, the bathroom needed a good cleaning. They didn't like that we asked for more towels more than once. It was hot and their pool was closed. Continental breakfast was very poor. Location was good for where we needed to be. Their grounds need to be cleaned.

Trash everywhere, overflowing trash cans so the feral cats thats roam the property drag the trash all ovwr the parking lot. Sheets were dirty and damp from humidity cause they dont run A/C until you check in and turn it on yourselves so it takes a couple hours before its not 100 degrees in the room. Bedding was god awful. Pillows were flat and rock hard and stained. Bathroom had mold and pubes everywhere. They state free continental breakfast but all they had was mini cereals. Staff was pretty nice at checkin an checkout but other then that this place was overall disgusting and definitely not worth $100 a night.

My stay was the worst ever. The room was disgusting. There was roaches in the room. There was water coming from the bathroom ceiling. Room smelled like mold. The ceiling was cracking. There was a dead mouse at the main entrance of the building. The pool was closed

Check in staff was not friendly at all, not rude, just no social skills. Room seemed clean, though it looked dirty. White towels were well past their expiration date. Giant sign in front read HOT WAFFLES, sign at counter said, "No waffles, breakfast includes cereal, milk, donuts. I did not partake. Sketcy area, paper thin walls. Listened to whatever movie the people in the next room were watching till about 3am. Luckily, all I needed was a bed for 2 nights so it fit my needs but I don't think anyone else I know would have stayed there.

I only wish that they had a decent breakfast. But I’m pleased to say that that the staff was helpful to me-but again if you treat them right, they will treat you just as nice. Being kind goes a long way and it doesn’t take much effort on your side. But thanks to all of you.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Smelled of marijuana smoke, thick dust around every wall, one of the outlets didn’t work, plumbing loose on the wall that you need to hold with one hand while turning the faucet with the other, shower head must be held by hand to take a shower, garbage from previous guest in room, floors sticky, hasn’t be cleaned in a very long time. That’s just the things I could see. A truly awful place. Manager was polite and apologetic, red roof corporate customer service were very professional. I received a refund plus a voucher for a stay anywhere in the USA. Red roof is fine in general. The Cartersville location needs a major remodel. Terrible.

Our room was clean and comfortable however the back side of the hotel was unkept, run down and in poor repair. The pool was closed and the pool area was a mess. Broken furniture and dirty. The breakfast was a joke - stale donuts and cold cereal. No other options although the marquee advertised waffles in huge letters.

Very disappointing breakfast. Advertised had waffles but said due to Covid not available. But then one jug of juice and milk for all guests to use. Not worried about Covid with that. Lobby had a strong perfume scent that was very overpowering and not pleasant.

We had issues out the gate the lady who didnt seem intrested in our issues and instead of finding out what happend she kind of just called us dirty so my girlfriend woke up with a bunch of bite size marks all over her back legs and stomach i asked if there was anything they could do about this and she said no seeing as we didnt go anywhere for two whole days after they couldnt give me a straight answer to when their manager would be back so i could talk to someone she laughed as she was checking us out of the room

There were not that many people staying there and there were a lot of room empty .We were at the end and there were other rooms that was empty next to us. They put a couple of women next to us which they could space out the room by putting the women and my family room apart instead the women us next to us and about 3.00am they were up and talking and making so much noise. We had a little one that was in a competition and need the rest that why we stay there to get closer to the event that occur at 8.30am the next morning. I thought they were outside because it sounds so close to our door, I call the office to see if they would ask them to move down a little but the talking loud continue and then my daughter when to the office to ask if he could call their room and to low it down. They are continuous until that left about 5.00am by that time my little was so tied that morning because less sleep. Since the other rooms where empty I which they could space the rooms. I didn't realize the wall was that thin.

Our king room was on the back so very quiet. The room was nicely done with new furniture and most importantly a comfy bed with clean bedding. Laminate floor so no nasty carpet issues. Overall very pleased and a great value. Will stay again on future trips.

Front desk staff was not very nice. The sign outside said Free Hot Waffles. There were no waffles period. Just two kinds of cereal and stale powered donuts.

You get what you pay for, and the rooms are a great rate ! We will definitely come back for another stay soon.

Clean and comfortable I loved the fact there is no carpet, shower is great. My only complaint would be and it's not that big of a deal but they put 1 pack of coffer and 1 sugar package with 2 coffee cups, there was 2 of us and breakfast is dry cereal and hard powdered donuts of which we just don't eat that stuff. All in all it is clean and comfortable
