We checked in late due to traveling and there was a friendly staff member there to greet us, room was comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and coffee was too!

This hotel was well worth the stop. They were close to restaurants and fuel. The property was very clean and modern. There was a large front area for our dogs to run. The breakfast was exceptional for hotel food and our room had a very convenient kitchen. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Nice staff!👍

Absolutely nothing . The bed sheet was VERY worn out, there was black stuff all over the window curtain and lamp shades, the bathroom shower was nasty and had a small bug inside, the toilet was nasty and the towels felt very hard. The kitchen part always was making a lot of noise. We had a King Suite. As well as the people we had upstairs above us was ALWAYS stomping and being incredibly loud. Our key card was not wanting to work sometimes either! The first day we got there the hotel check in was at 3pm. We got there at 3:10 and they told us our room was not ready. So we came back 15 minutes later it was ready. When we went up to our room 225 there was a maintenance man in there doing something.. even though we were told our room was ready. We waited another 10 minutes for the guy to finish. The first day we were there the guy at the front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all! The second day I went down for breakfast and the breakfast was terrible. Bacon was very greasy and just overall shame. The lady at the front desk that day was very friendly and nice but other than that the whole stay was very sad for us.

The room was very spacious for my group of 5. They accommodate us very well. The breakfast was top tier. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've seen. There was nothing I didn't like about our stay.

I'm so happy we chose to stay here. I was traveling with my daughter and dog down to Florida and we stopped here for the night. By far my favorite hotel we stayed in. It was so clean, comfortable, and friendly. The breakfast was actually a nice surprise and had different options from the normal powdered eggs that are so prevalent today. Great updates to the rooms too.

Location is decent. The kitchenette is helpful. Cockroaches. Two of them during my stay. The hotel only has very soft pillows, no firm ones. They come in every day to "replace towels" but actually just refolded the dirty ones and left them in the room.

In one room the trash had not been taken out. In the same room, when you turned on bathroom sink, water poured into the door. In our other room, the toilet would not flush.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was great, make your own waffles, mini or regular size. Awesome! Fresh coffee and the muffins were fresh. It was fully stocked an the manager even asked if any thing else was needed from the selection.

The room was comfortable, clean, and decorated nicely. We loved the modern features, the kitchenette, and that the room was able to sleep 6. Trying to find rooms with enough sleeping space for our family of 6 was a struggle with other places but this hotel fit us all comfortably. No cons.

Elevator was not working properly it was difficult getting up and down the steps with a healing foot. I did not get the cheaper rate that others in my same party received for a basketball trip. Theirs was over $100'cheaper.

The night manager gave my room away. I had a reservation and I showed him on my phone. They input in the system that I can canceled which is untrue. I drove 8 hrs at night to arrive and my room had been given away even though I showed them the reservation on my phone. I had my 11 year old son in the car and had to call around at 11pm to find another room which was more expensive. Then I was told to call booking.com to get a refund. Totally unacceptable.

The hotel room was great! The breakfast wasn't great. The staff member was too busy talking to management instead of attending to the breakfast items. Most items were almost empty. Furthermore, there were no knives available to spread cream cheese on our bagels. The attendant said the hotel doesn't supply knives. I watched everyone having breakfast using their spoons or forks to spread cream cheese or even butter. This is ridiculous! Hampton Inns have a much better breakfast than the Home2 Suites!

Rooms were clean uncomfortable bed, air conditioner didn’t work during the night - too hot in the room, breakfast was pitiful, not enough food or staff to cook it. No manager on duty at 730 am. We will not go back.

This property was extremely dirty. I walked into the room and walked right out and had to make arrangements at a different hotel which was unfortunate since I didn’t get into town until 2am. Would not recommend. I have stayed here before about 7 years ago and it was great. Property has gone downhill.

Check in was easy. The bathroom door does not close. We found insects in the rooms & found same insects sticking to our clothes after we left the hotel. The breakfast was so limited without meat option for those who do not eat pork.

The entire hallway that our room was on smelled like marijuana. The noise level was ridiculous, the so called quiet hour was not enforced at all. There were no sheets or bedding of any kind provided for the pullout couch. The shower didn't drain. None of the lamps worked. We will never stay at this location ever again.

This was a business trip for my hubby. I did not go. So I have no idea about checkin, cleanliness, etc., and when I ask Bill (hubby), he just says everything was fine. But I've personally seen the location and I'm sure everything was wonderful. Thank you so much.

The room had a lot of ladybugs in it. Not sure what that means. Also, the fire alarm went off at 5:30 am, on Saturday morning for no reason. I would stay there again but these issues should be addressed for future guests.

I have stayed here many times in the past, it is convenient to I -75 and to restaurants in Cartersville.

We got to room to find 2 queens instead of a king bed as confirmed! Was told they ran out of kings and there was nothing they could do so they just didn’t tell us! Then there was a loud refrigerator that kept me up most of the night

Sounded like they were moving and dropping steamer trunks! And I had my ear plugs in! I’d book the top floor next time. The front desk said they’d call them but the noise went on for 2 hours with a 2 hour lull before they started up again at 4am. People smh.

Staff & mamagment were extemely polite, courteous and professional. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we were satisfied. The manager was courteous as well in helping us make the situation better.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. I loved that the refrigerator had a large freezer and was able to freeze water bottles for my cooler. The room has a sofa, so I was able to read and watch TV in comfort. I had a great stay!

The room smelled like wet dog and the furniture was dirty. The hallway was just as dirty. The Faucet in the tub was not probably sealed and there was mold behind it. The blinds did not work so you could not open or close them.

The property itself was fine, although the room could have been cleaner. My main issue was that they booked another family in the same room as us. As we were sleeping another family opened the door and started to come in - not a great way to be woken up. I was promised a refund from the manager but it has been a month and I have still not seen the refund.

Room was big, nice, and well equipped. The only issue was that the shower was badly in need of cleaning and caulking as it looked rusty and therefore dirty.

The rooms are larger than other hotel rooms, which is good. The walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear others walking around more so than any other hotel I’ve ever visited.

The only thing ok about this hotel is the location near highway. We stayed here overnight last week on our way south and the room was dirty. Dirty lipstick stained glass, moldy ice bucket, old coffee grounds in pot and very dusty. We were stuck staying here again because I unfortunately made the non refundable reservations. Unbelievably they gave us the same room. We figured they had to clean it we left a note last week about the uncleanliness. NO.. The dirty lipstick stained glass was still there. I called the front desk and complained and got another room. We will never stay at another Home 2 Suites.. cleanliness is my number 1 requirement in a hotel.

Unfortunately they were very busy, so it took time to get an answer. Were out of bar hand soap, told to go into the shower and use body wash instead.

She put me on the first floor next to the outside dumpster I complain but no changes were made manage to day sleep with soundproof headphones . Yes I am a travel nurse who works nightshift so quietness during the day is a must I also have a sound machine too

We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came by once. There was teenagers knocking on our door and then running (4/5 times). Until 11pm

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we come back for the generous room size. (Way bigger than the Fairfield next door, but Fairfield has better beds). The lobby is a bit chaotic bc it has two entrances and they play two tv’s on different stations, but room size, breakfast, pool and gym keep me coming back when we are in town visiting family.

Clean, friendly and convenient!

Room is great, wanted a 1st floor room for my parents, before I could even explain why I was quickly told there was no 1st floor rooms available which is fine but it wasn’t communicated in a nice way.

There were bugs in the bathroom. I also got stuck in the bathroom and had to have my child call the front desk to get me out because the bathroom door didn’t have a handle and got locked shut. The pool was completely drained and there was a horrible smell in the lobby after it was mopped. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was awesome

On my travels, I usually stay at a home2suites. Most of the locations are very accommodating and very clean. This time, the hotel room that I had was so disappointing. The floors were sticky, the room had a very strange smell to it, the door to the bathroom had black fingerprints all over it, the bathtub drain was blocked so, when you were showering you stood in a bath as well...just very disappointing because again, I’m used to having a fantastic stay at these hotels. I will say, the sheets at these hotels are incredible!! So. Great job there!! Overall, home2suites is a great choice. Just not this location.

Overbooked

Hotel was clean. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was surprising. Just that you had one was awesome. A hot breakfast sandwich before a day of volleyball games was nice to have. The other hotels we have stayed at only had a to-go bag breakfast. And it was nothing we would eat. We really appreciated the hot breakfast!!!

The rooms were big....lots of room. Beds were nice and soft.
