We have stayed at this location multiple times and the staff and facility are always very consistent. A very restful night while we are traveling.

For the price of the room, we felt breakfast could’ve been included.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Pillows could have been a little better and would of been nice to have a recliner or little more comfortable chair in our room. Besides that, stay was awesome.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Cartersville and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing overnight stay. The staff was friendly and professional, from check-in to check-out, and they were happy to help with any questions. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Breakfast was convenient and tasty, offering a good variety to start the day. I also appreciated having the bar on-site, which was a nice place to unwind in the evening without having to leave the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice if you’re staying in the Cartersville area. Clean accommodations, attentive staff, and good amenities made this a stay I’d happily recommend to other travelers.

Booking.com mest up my booking I had to pay twice! Everything was fine except when it came to pay

Lobby was spotless and smelled great. The hotel itself is tucked away off the main highway but close enough to shops and restaurants. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Walls were paper thin and we had to call the front desk because the room next to us had loud teenagers keeping us up.

Location was perfect and the front desk was extremely friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. The A/C was very annoying. A high pitch screech seemed to happen fairly often. It didnt bother my sleeping since I was so exhausted though!

Location, very close to shopping and town. At this price point I really expected more. Instead, hotel staff were rarely visible, check in & out was slow. I failed to check their pet policy ! I’m highly allergic to dogs and they were everywhere ! Lobby and the restaurant . They are able to stay in ANY room. So there was no escape from dog on the elevators top floors. The room we were assigned had several deferred maintenance, refrigerator made terrible noises every time we opened it. The window until had motor cover hanging off, grab bar plates hanging, loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Then hair in the sink ! The bed was like sleeping on a slab , pillows are feather and absolutely no support. So forget propping up in bed to watch tv. ( I will state the tv was very large and nice. )Then to be awakened by a small yelping dog in the wee hours of the morning. Overall misery ! Couldn’t wait to leave. If the room had offered any comfort it may have made up for my error in a pet friendly hotel . We have stayed at others before who generally have a designated pet floor and maybe seen 2 leashed while in the lobby. This place had no less than 6 in the lobby and dining area and more doing their business outside !

The only thing I will change is to not get the room next to the elevator rm 212. We couldn’t get any rest from the noise all night. The bed is really comfortable and the staff were great.

Staff at night semi friendly, but the morning staff was very nice. We had lots of lady bugs in our room. Toilet was broken. They did give us an extra blanket when we asked. Breakfast staff not so friendly. They didn’t have milk for coffee. Room was clean.

I was in town to attend my high school reunion. I received a warm, friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the lobby. Check in was effortless, my room was clean & well equipped. After the reunion, several of my classmates and I hung out at the bar, which was well equipped, & staffed with a super friendly, excellent bartender! Check out the next day was super easy. Would 10/10 recommend!

Location and the staff It was louder than other hotels I have stayed in the area. There was something that would hit really hard and vibrate the floor. Not sure what it was but it was loud. And the room was 77 degrees when we walked in and then the room started to cool off the longer we were there. And it was like this every time we came in to the room.

The room was recently renovated, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for cleanliness. We found food crumbs on the floor next to the bed, and there was hair all over the shower. There was also a huge stain on the wall. In addition, the AC unit was missing the bottom cover, leaving wires exposed, which felt unsafe and unappealing.

There was no swimming pool as advertised due to recent renovations. I really needed the pool for my hip and back. I would not have stayed there if I had known. No place to really walk outside.

We should have been told the Hotel was under reconstruction........Our room was clean when we got there but was NEVER serviced during the three day stay. We asked for clean towels on the second day, Bed never made or room serviced. it was not what we expected at all. most everything!

Location is close to downtown Cartersville and easy access to the freeway. I have stayed here before and the beds/pillows are very comfy. The hotel is getting a remodel that looks to be almost finished. Still very clean and a bit more modern but it has always been a favorite of mine.

I just hope the pillowcases and sheets were clean. The Keurig looked like it had never been clean. The end table by the chair, have no clue what was on it. One chair for 2 people? You need two chairs for two people and you need comfortable chairs not ones that make you practically lean forward sitting in them. TV should be where the desk is so you can watch it easier from a chair. Not everyone wants to have to watch TV breaking their back because of no support for back. And before you say lean against the headboard; not everyone was raised wearing dirty shoes on the bed and not everyone wants to be constantly removing their shoes. Went in room, thought there was a message since phone was blinking, it was from March 5th from the general manager about their loud dogs. If I had wanted to be in a room that animals stayed in, I would have asked for a pet friendly room. I’m allergic to what gets in their fur/hair. No room service. Left the room at @8:45 am, got back around 4:00 pm; all dirty towels and stuff still in the middle of the floor. And no, I did NOT have the do not service room on the doorknob. I had to go to the desk and get more; I was given towels and washcloths, no hand towels and no shower mat to step out onto. Construction going on so no lounging could happen. If I’d known about the construction I’d stayed else where. Saw a sign showing POOL in a certain direction. Didn’t see a pool so asked at desk and no pool. Glad I read the sign on their two bottles of water in the room; complimentary to silver members and above, $3 a bottle of not. Paid right at $200/night for all of this. And no, that didn’t include breakfast either. And don’t get me on their digital keys. If you decide to stay after this, get a physical keycard. If I had known all of this I would have stayed in a different town and just drove farther to my event in Cartersville.

Our room was also very clean, everything looks new and well-kept. Free coffee was a plus! The only negative is this is a very busy hotel and we stayed on a Friday night so on the noisy side with late check-ins and loud TV’s but things did quiet down.

Hotel was undergoing updates but hadn’t gotten to our floor yet. We were there over a weekend so there was no construction noise. The pool however was closed due to this. Our room was clean, quite and comfortable.

Hotel needs renovations and wasn’t as clean as we’d have liked. Paid $700 for 2 nights. Was woken up to continuous loud banging at 8:30am by maintenance. Front desk staff was nice but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

My husband and I attended the Rock The Country concert festival on the weekend. The hotel was great, and the staff was excellent. There are many restaurants nearby, and the interstate is close, too.

We tried to check in using the Hilton app and after 30 minutes was told to go to the front desk anyway. The desk worker was obviously high (Jess) and had trouble activating two keys and told us the incorrect location of our room.

Parking lot is kinda confusing.

The LOUD floor squeaking ALL night from neighbors was a nightmare. This is very wrong. We spent good money for a comfortable room and the floor squeaking was ridiculous. We did not sleep all night! The man who checked us in at the front desk had a very UNWELCOMING attitude. Wish we picked another hotel.

The hotel was generally okay. The staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was good. The upkeep could use some work, as we didn’t have a room cleaning for our entire stay. Housekeeping asked us what time they should come clean our room, we told them, and they didn’t come back the rest of the day. When we came back to our room later that night, housekeeping had gone home for the night, but we didn’t have any clean sheets or towels. When we called the front desk to inquire, they brought us clean sheets and towels to turn over ourselves, but there was no housekeeping. There was also many ladybugs in the bedroom. When we first arrived, there were a couple here and there, but throughout our stay, more entered our room to the point where they were crawling on the fixtures near the bed. There were also a lot of lady bugs inside and outside the one window on the room (and the window does not open, so we’re not sure how they kept getting inside).

The stag was extremely nice and attentive. Whenever we needed anything they were more than happy to help. The property was beautiful and clean.

It was Clean and quiet. But I did not like the fact did they charge for breakfast and expensive charge at that other than that we had a great stay

We had stayed here before about 7years ago and had a great time. This visit front staff lacked charm the rooms were clean thermostat and fridge did not work well. All first world problems but left bad tatse for returning again. Sad because had enjoyed other properties in the past.

The floors in our room were clean but the carpet was not clean, your sock feet were dirty walking across the floor.

My key took several tries to get in, every time I left the room. The room had no soap. The shower door was hard to close and the shower door handle was falling off. The condition of the bathroom was not on par with the price of the room. My room however was very quiet.

Room smelled like mildew really bad and could use updating.

Very convenient. Good bar and restaurant service and food, though glasses did not appear to be thoroughly washed. Lipstick still on glass I was served. Nice room. Would have preferred firmer bedding and pillows.

Beautiful facility very close to lovely historic downtown Cartersville.

We arrived early in the day in if check in. The nice lady at front desk was very gracious and said she would attempt to get us checked in a bit early, we sat in lobby area, which is very nice and comfortable. She got us in, and the room was decent and clean. What they forgot to remind us about, if you want cleaning service you have to ask, but no big deal. Everyone we met- workers, were very nice and friendly. Hotel is close to all amenities. From Starbucks to restaurants, and local places. Close to freeway as well. I felt safe parking.

Overall a very nice hotel. Bed firm but comfy… a good mattress. My only real complaint was the condition of the bathroom. There was visible pink and black mildew all along the bottom of the shower. Wallpaper peeling… badly in need of an update. Someone needs to scrub that shower! Yuck.

Also, the restaurant along with food and bartender was excellent and we had excellent service. 👍 😃 Totally would recommend the Food.

Just an overnight stay, but it was great. The staff member that worked the over night shift was the best she was so nice and so helpful, even at 6:00 AM whenI went to ask for some help.

Heating unit went out in our room but we were quickly moved to another room.

The breakfast and bar was not offered while I was there, which was a large reason for selecting this location. There was a busted pipe at the entrance which I understand things happen. But they did a poor job of cleaning up the area timely.

Check in was very quick. The staff were all very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The surrounding area was exactly what we wanted as well.

No room cleaning for two days. Reported to the front desk but still not providing service. The reason was told me is no room keepers on duty.
