    Hotel is under renovation. Many areas are a mess and the elevator is not in service. Yet the hotel failed to disclose this at reservation and offers absolutely no discount nor points bonus for its loyal members.

    They are renovating, elevators out, room was old and not good condition. Bed not even that comfortable. For the price all that was not good. They shouldn't charge what they did for everything going on. For the price I expected way better. They should have offered some money back. We didn't even get the room we paid for because elevators out!!!! Dusty everywhere!!!

    They were remodeling the hotel. Elevator not working so had to drag a heavy suitcase up 3.5 flights. Hallway carpet was being replaced on our floor. When we opened our door to go down for breakfast there was wet glue on the floor. I called the front desk. They sent someone up that layed carpet pieces over the wet glue. We just left the hotel. Not a pleasant experience

    Staff very rude, renovations happening, most rooms given to construction crew who were working and staying on-site. Older guests and business guests asked to climb multiple flights of steps without regard to heat or physical abilities. Very poor planning by management.

    Our room was renovated and had a new Shower that was great with plenty of hot water and pressure! Full size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soap was very nice as well-Big bonus was the hotel is on a secluded wooded lot with trees all around it! I will go back

    The hotel must be under renovation because a lot of things were in poor condition. The elevator was dirty, jerky and the hand rails were broken. The carpets in the hallway were absolutely horrible and filthy! The room itself was clean and the AC worked fine but was extremely noisy. The only positive was the beds were clean and there was clean linens in the bathroom. The ice maker was right near our door and kept making loud noises. The final straw was a very drunk, loud neighbor in the room next to us yelling and screaming at 1:00 AM this morning. We had enough and checked out at 1:30 and drove through the night all the way home. This was the absolute worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in, and we are well traveled people (travel baseball parents for many years) and have stayed in hotels all over the Eastern US. The staff was exceptional and I felt sorry for them. They are the reason I didn't give a 1 star. I do not usually write negative reviews, but couldn't ignore all of the things that was wrong with this hotel!

The beds were made in the second room but the previous guests trash was still in the trash cans. My daughter and I both had trouble sleeping because we felt like it was dirty. This was the last room in the hotel. She said we should have just slept in the car. We had been driving for 9 hours and it was 2am so we just dealt with it. It was possibly under construction but not well kept as they worked on - dirt old carpet that needed vacuumed. I’ve never felt like I needed to tie my clothes in a garment bag to protect my other belongings from the clothes we wore in the room. We both felt so dirty.

    Hayley was very nice and helpful. She made us feel welcomed. She was GREAT! Loved my name on the TV! The snacks were great for our road trip! The shower was nice! Our room had a smell, but it got better with the fan and air conditioning on, not musty, not from smoke, maybe just stale... The carpet in the halls was very dirty, it wouldn't take very much to clean them, it could look and smell so much better! Bathroom door was awkward and heavy to use. It also slammed shut a few times and was loud when people were sleeping

    The staff was friendly and helpful. However we asked for our sheets to be changed after the 3rd night and they were not. We did not have a DND on the door that day of our stay and made the request to the front desk and a housekeeper in the hallway. they replaced towels and took trash but did not change the sheets as requested. Due a renovation to start in November, it needs it - furniture that is fabric covered is pretty gross and needs deep cleaned or removed, laminate peeling off casegoods. they do a pretty good breakfast that is included and the pool was nice but some of the pool furniture is broken, check your chair before you sit down. Suited the purpose of our trip, bed was comfortable, convenient to Canton and Cartersville.

    Here is my voice. Who ever did repairs on room 120 at your hotel needs to get a little better. Now they may have just happened yesterday and you have fixtures on the way and drywall repairs will happen at the same time, but if these are your permanent repairs, then you need to really look at what you are paying for. The night stand need to be replaced and the bathroom wall needs to have repairs located to the right hand side of the toiler. It kinda makes your hotel look like it is going to be a no tell motel 4 hour nap in the future. I am a former real estate developer and if your models or if this is the best you can present, then being honest, i think the room was worth less.     The hotel was just okay. The carpet is putdated in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and some of the towels were stained. Also, the hotel is pet friendly. If you have an issue with barking, or pets in general, request a room that is not on the same floor.

    Secluded and quiet. The clerk at front desk was extremely courteous and polite. Breakfast was usual hotel breakfast items. Conveniently located off interstate. Tried calling the hotel with their local # and never got an answer. After trying 10 times for 3 hours. We were at a sporting event and even with my room paid I still wanted to make sure nothing happened before I got there I could not get through to customer service 800# or booking.com. Very frustrating. The bed would have been comfortable but both sides had springs poking our back. The sink in bathroom was broken but had putty stuff to hold together. Carpet needs to go and install wood laminate flooring.

We could not really enjoy the large screen TV because the Live TV channels were not connected to the internet. We had a very limited selection of what we could watch. Since we were taking a short vacation this is not what we were going for at all. I did double check at check-in to make sure we had an accessible room and was told yes it was. She offered to switch our room to a king room with a roll-in shower, we did need 2 beds. At check out I brought up these 3 items and was told they were short handed and that she would tell the manager. On a more positive note this hotel does offer a convenient location, plenty of parking, and was very clean overall.

    We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was about the tub. It was very deep to get and out of. There was only one handle on the side. There needs to be handles in the tub on the wall. The way it is now is not safe.

    We have stayed at this property several times and it has gone downhill. There was no plug in the sink, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty, and there was no tray in the room so we could bring our breakfast up to eat it there. We were staying there for 2 nights and the second morning I asked the maids to give us fresh towels and empty the trash. They said no problem but when we came back to the room it hadn’t been done. The worse part was we paid $300 a night for this to happen.

    After a 6 hour drive, we arrived after the 3pm check-in time and was told our room was not ready. We were in a hurry to change and leave for a funeral.     Very nice. Hotel is being updated. We got an updated room. Excellent breakfast excellent. The only issue is checking in at night the entrance is hidden and dark. A bigger sign is needed. Excellent stay for price. Will stay again

    Staff is friendly, breakfast and staff there is great as well. Stayed for 3 nights and the meals were different each time. Only concern is to ensure you double triple check with the desk if you are requiring your room to be cleaned. We requested our room cleaned on day 3 and we’re assured as long as we removed the do not disturb we would be okay, witnessed the front desk talk to someone in back office for our room. Arrive later that evening with a bag of towels and toilet paper on the floor outside our room, our trash and room untouched. Inquired at front desk, who called the housekeeping manager who stated we indicated we didn’t want our room cleaned…so why were there towels at the floor? The front desk girl was kind enough to move us to another room for that night.

    Room118, the last room available when we checked in late at night, is not fit to be rented out. It has mildew or mold to such an extent that it smells and affects your breathing. It is dangerous to your health and should be completely rehabbed. The rest of the hotel is definitely past its prime as well, and is in need of a significant remodel. I will not stay here again. It is not up to the Hampton Inn level that one expects.

    This is the worst Hampton inn I have ever stayed in and I am a travel nurse . Breakfast was very lacking only carbs and eggs . No gravy or sausage no refrigerator for yogurt etc . Carpet old . Could hear everyone in the ground level and the housekeepers in the hall . Not worth the money . Pillows all the same . Bed hard . Safe but will not stay there again .
