Staff helpful

We were required to stay as a team here because this location voluntarily ELECTS to host teams but they have zero tolerance for children. The staff doesn't have client-facing skills to talk to people about kids and they ended up being SOOO unnecessarily rude and unwilling to admit their own mistakes and bad decisions. I called the GM who did not return my call. I DO NOT recommend booking this site for travel sports. They aren't equipped to handle families with kids professionally.

The staff was pleasant The bed creaked way too much and the matress was as hard as a rock. I wasn't made aware that breakfast WASN'T complimentary until after I had already eaten and then they handed me the bill. It just seems that everything costed money. I'm surprised they didn't charge me to watch TV or to use the bathroom. Very disappointing.

We stayed in room 615. When taking a shower, the water barely drained. We were always standing ankle deep in water. The shower setup was funky as we did not know how to use it properly.

The comfort was amazing and rooms were very clean.the staff at time of check in was friendly and on point with a quick check in. Our request of rooms close together was meet. We asked for feather for rooms and coming in from Chicago to see a musical show at 730. We checking in at 530 and had dinner reservations at 530 so running behind we double checked at check in that rooms were feather free . As in a hurry not being able to check the pillows in time of entrance, when returning from a long evening we were very disappointed to find out the room was not feather free and had to wait and extra long time to receive pillow which was a huge inconvenience at that time of night

Elevators were nice and fast. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and nice. In room refrigerator worked very good, like that it had a little freezer section. Loved that it had a Starbucks in the hotel. Every employee I spoke with was very nice and knew their job. An overall great hotel to stay at. I would make the bathroom doors solid so the light doesn't wake everyone up in the mornings. I would get a new detergent for the towels, not the best smelling. I would have better pillows and more TV channels.

Nothing, worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! Food was cold, along with cold coffee. We ordered an hors d’ oeuvre and it took 37 minutes to get even though they weren’t even busy. The girl was sweeping the floor and I think forgot even though we were sitting right across from the counter. It did taste very good, but ridiculous about the time. She said 15 minutes. Sheets, towels were very hard and scratchy. Toilet paper and Kleenex very cheap and scratchy. Online it said free drinks and snacks , but the very unfriendly person at the desk told us it wasn’t on the weekend. Interesting that’s when most people stay! Very misleading and just a bad experience!
