Our room was extremely small. Staff was friendly but not very helpful. Breakfast both mornings was cold. Extremely noisy (traffic, sirens, etc)

Stay was amazing. Would if been nice if the pool light was working. Had to go in at 8:30 pm was to dark and pool closed at 11 pm

Location to the caverns is nice, Half the lights in the room didn't work. The refrigerator was starting to come apart on the inside. No housekeeping - not even if you asked. (And this was after having to change rooms because the window frame in the first room was broken)

The check out clerk in the morning refused to give me a receipt. He told me he could not do it and that he would have to get his manager to do it for him. What kind of nonsense is that? It sounds more like a scam or something along those lines. Or it sounds like pure laziness.

The Tesla chargers were very nice and well maintained. They were also under a bright light so I felt secure with my car slow charging all night! Our carpet in our room had some stains as well as the couch. The lights above our bed were also mismatched. The hotel felt very nice except for a few weird maintenance choices. They mentioned they would only clean the room every 3 days because they were short staffed. I hope they raise wages for the people that work there. Breakfast was wonderful.

Continental breakfast was as expected, I liked the oatmeal, banana, orange. Coffee was great. There were quiche, scrambled egg, sausages, etc. The hotel location was convenient to Carlsbad Cavern. It would be nice to have a lamp on the desk.

The hotel would not allow us to stay. They received no notice from Booking.com. Why is there no way to contact Booking.com? The situation could easily be resolved

Botched room assignment (our reserved room was given to someone else), peeling wallpaper in bathroom (multiple spots), loose floor tiles in bathroom, helpless staff. Couldn't even get water at breakfast.

The front desk lady gave me room 330 I got there at 1:15 am and went to my room after a long 5hr drive there was a naked person with a dirty room! I was so traumatized! I tried to reach out to the general manager and got no response!! I was moved down stairs and other guests were so loud it was horrible I will never rent a hotel ever again I’ll stick to air bb!!! This was terrible
