Front desk staff was pleasant after hours and checked us in right away. Room was very clean and spacious, offering a king size bed, closet space, shelving, a couch, footrest, cabinets, a flat screen tv, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, full vanity sink with ample counter space, spacious stand up shower with great water pressure, and a low toilet. Bed was comfy but could’ve been better. The jacuzzi was clean and nice and warm. There’s a nice fire pit when you walk outside to the pool. There’s only real downside is that it’s right next to the airport so it can get noisy in the morning if you like to sleep in. Breakfast is 6-9 am during the week and 7-9 pm the weekends. Would def recommend!

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room, but immediately after checking in, we discovered that the bathroom floor was completely flooded with water. I brought this issue to the representative’s attention, and she informed us that the room already had a known issue. My concern is: if the hotel was aware of the problem beforehand, why was this room assigned to guests in the first place? We were then moved to another room, but unfortunately the experience did not improve. The new room was located extremely close to the elevator and heavy foot traffic area, making it very noisy due to guests constantly walking by and talking. In addition, the bed was uncomfortable and very noisy, and the pillows were old, misshapen, and had an unpleasant smell. I requested several replacement pillows, but all of them were in similarly poor condition. The room itself also appeared not to have been properly cleaned. I have video evidence showing hair left in the room upon arrival. Overall, I am very disappointed and unhappy with the experience, especially considering the condition of the rooms and the lack of proper quality control. Cleaning and poor bed and old pillows

The room was very clean and comfortable. And pretty spacious. The breakfast wasn’t that good but it was free. The walls are super thin, heard the neighbors above us and next to us all night.
