Highly recommended. Good customer service.

Our only real complaint was the shower flow was very minimal so getting a great hot shower didn’t happen.

Downfall. We called prior to booking to ask for tractor trailer parking and I clarified 2x while on the phone for a BIG RIG they confirmed. When we got there, there was no parking for it. We had to park in the road which wasn’t ideal at all. Other than that hotel was great.

Dog friendly and free breakfast which was excellent.

Clean, friendly, and the breakfast was tasty. They even let me do an early check in.

We stayed here due to a Lacrosse tournament being nearby, which is why I imagine most guests were there this weekend as well. We were charged over $200 a night and this property is so tired and gross. The rooms were dirty, bathroom was filthy and hadn't been deep cleaned or really cleaned in a long time. Mold growing in the shower and we had several spider bites along with finding a spider in the shower. The air conditioner sputtered in and out of working, sheets did not fit on the bed and kept coming off, floor was filthy. I would not recommend, even for the convenience of being close to the venue.

the breakfast was supposed to be open until 1000 on Sunday morning and the kitchen attendant shut it done at 0930. She said she had to start cleaning at 0930 and unplugged all the appliances as started removing the food.

There were no rooms left On the first floor so we, two disabled women had to carry our bags up the stairs. The young man at the front desk was new to the job and responded defensively when he wasn’t being attacked. He might have offered to help us as it was late. He didn’t.

We just stayed one night along our road trip and it suited our needs just fine. Decent room, nice, comfortable beds, a bit limited, but still - for one time -fine breakfast. We came a bit earlier, but the lady from the reception kindly found a room for us. That was very kind.

At this level of lodging I don’t expect much but he was genuinely friendly!

Pet friendly was one reason we chose the Comfort Inn. Only issue was due to irresponsible dog owners who left their pet's poops on the grass outside.

The front desk staff was responsive and efficient. Unfortunately the refrigerator and heat/air conditioner in the room were both old and noisy. This made sleeping a bit of a challenge until we had to unplug the fridge and turn off the heat. The front lobby looked remodeled and refreshed. The room we stayed at seemed worn.

Did not find the elevator. Plus the 2 step to get to WiFi and internet. was not expected caused me not to find internet lost productivity!! Not getting on to internet in one step is a Bad policy! make it easy.

I’d give it 3.5 if I could. Overall it was a decent place to stay if you’re visiting Aspen. My one complaint was that the shower has extremely low pressure and in the winter, it is not an enjoyable experience. Like most hotels nowadays, they do not come in to clean or change sheets/bedding until your stay is over. The breakfast was decent and the front desk staff was very, very nice. Overall, I would recommend this for a budget hotel.

After staying at the Cedarlodge in Glenwood - it’s apparent that no hotel room is as clean as they are at Cedarlodge. My only feedback is that the rooms need a deep clean - behind the trash can in the bathroom and under/behind the bathroom vanity, good vacuum and deep clean behind the beds is needed. Breakfast options were good. Hot tub jets were out of order unfortunately. Other than that it was a super nice stay and we will stay there again.

This is the noisiest room of any hotel I have ever stayed. I can hear everyone around me throughout the night and the kitchen noise for hours next door.

Handicap shower is poorly designed. No way to not get water all over the floor.

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. The only issues being that the bed was a bit squeaky when you moved around on it and the bathroom door was stiff and creaked. Plenty of parking around the hotel. Room temp was perfect.

Jackson at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Made our check in process easy and accommodated our special requests. The only issue we have had is staying connected to the internet. Other than that it has been a comfortable stay.

We were in a room on the first floor with a window facing the entrance into the parking lot. The window only had sheer curtains, so every car that pulled into the parking lot lit up the room all night long. It was also concerning to have only sheer curtains on the ground level next to the parking lot where anyone could see in the window while the lights were on in the room. Other than the curtains and the car lights waking us up all night, everything was good.

Long wait. I wanted to put my car on a certain card and instead it was automatically put in an on file card. I didn’t want that and was told there was no way to change it. I need to know how to get that card off of my file so this doesn’t happen again.

Spacious clean room with courteous staff, and good breakfast included. Would definitely stay there again.

Shower temperature was barely warm, definitely not hot enough. Shower pan needed cleaning/work (either black mold or caulking). Otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was good.

When I first entered the room, there were a lot of bugs on the ceiling and around the windows. Everything else was fine, but the cleaning wasn't perfect.

When we arrived it turns out I had booked the wrong dates as a few things had been moved around on our trip. The staff was very understanding and was able to correct the dates and scores us a room with no issues. The area is very pretty.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. The staff spoke broken English which ruined the beautiful Americana aesthetic of the Rocky Mountains, very disappointing!

Beds were comfy and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great and pretty flowers to enjoy on the breakfast room patio.

The hotel pictures to say the least, looked nothing like the pictures advertised. I found a cockroach in our bathroom and there were some stains on the trimming of the bed. We were definitely expecting something different based off the pictures provided. After discussing with my family none of us slept very well either.

That evening, I took my son to the pool, only to be repeatedly splashed by water due to other guests' children jumping in—despite clear signage prohibiting it. Their behavior was disruptive enough that another family eventually left the pool area. I tried to report the issue to the front desk, but no one was available at the time, which unfortunately wasn’t surprising. The next day, I returned to the front desk to follow up. After waiting, a staff member named Shaniya finally emerged from the office. I shared my concerns, but her response was dismissive—she stated that pool use was "at your own risk" due to the absence of a lifeguard, and that nothing could be done. I pointed out the posted rules against jumping, but she simply said for me to take a card and directing my concerns elsewhere. I left the conversation feeling unheard and frustrated by the lack of empathy. Later, while on our way back to the hotel, I called to request housekeeping. I was told flatly that it wasn’t possible because the staff was busy. I was offered fresh towels and trash removal instead, but when we arrived, nothing had been done. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get clean towels, and my son ended up emptying the trash. This was far from the experience we had hoped for.

I really like Comfort Inn & Suites for some reasons why I had an awful situation since my mom passed away a couple of months ago. I could only afford this hotel. It’s very easy and beautiful. I had some problems with the WiFi that only worked in the lobby, not my room. I wish the WiFi could work in my room. I kept walking down to the lobby from my room back and forth every day. That’s only one problem. I also love the breakfast. It’s so great! That’s all I want to say.

The air conditioner was not working . The front desk came in the room to look at it at 9 pm and said maintenance wouldn’t be here until next day at noon . Hot night . Our room was right next to stairs on second floor ( no elevator) extremely loud all morning . Breakfast was amazing .

Our stay was good - no complaints. The staff was great, very kind and professional. Check-in/out was quick and easy. The free breakfast was nice and had several options. The location was convenient with respect to downtown Carbondale and Aspen, etc. We decided to book here for our trip as it was affordable, had good reviews, and was within driving distance of Aspen. Would book here again.

The front desk experienced wasn’t good. The Assistant General Manager was dramatic when we arrived at 3:45p and said no rooms until 4p at the earliest. Mind you the parking lot was empty, so I don’t know what the hold up was?

Really comfortable and conveniently located. The staff was super welcoming and the facilities were really nice. The only downside is that there are not elevators although the place is only 2 stories high. However, if you carry a big suitcase, well...

Card key stopped working twice, toilet blocked, A/C not working right, coffee machine wouldn't turn on; all in a four night stay in Carbondale!

While the property sits at a nice location by the Roaring Fork and the hotel appears well maintained, the rooms are basically tiny for such a price range. What made me giving it a 2-star rating is the room we were given, #215 right above the entrance door to the registration lobby. We were bothered by the noises from the closing and opening of the two doors below all night long and didn’t get a good sleep at all, making it a bad stay.

They let us check-in early. Staff very nice. The room felt a bit small, encumbered. But the furniture itself very nice. We were on the first floor near the breakfast patio area and it got a little noisy at times at night but the front desk asked them to be quietier. You can't really swim in this pool as it's too small, only a few feet wide. Very clean room and lots of staff.

This Comfort Inn was very clean, comfortable, light and bright. The front desk staff, house cleaning and maintenence mgr were all friendly, responsive and most friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
