    I stayed in the cleanest hotel room ever. No complaints at all. Front desk staff check in lady was weird but that was probably just her because everyone else was very nice. I enjoyed every minute of my hotel stay!

    The breakfast was ok nothing spectacular! The room was very accommodating for my handicap I didn’t need to struggle to get in the bed (beds are lower to floor) or the shower (walk or role right in) which was great. I didn’t get in the pool but the other people I saw was having a great time

    They switched our room from a king to a queen only because we booked 3rd party which didn’t have a refrigerator. They gave us that room because we one would be there for 1 night. They didn’t ask us if we were ok with they new arrangements.

    The property was very nice in the beginning. I enjoyed being at the residence Inn. It felt like a one bedroom apartment until my last couple of days one laying in the bed I kept itching. It felt like something was crawling on me. I had extended my stay from the 19th through March 23rd, on March 18 I was itching really bad. I pulled the covers back and it was 2 bed rugs in the bed. I called the front desk and I told them what was going on. I even brought the bedbugs and a napkin to show that lady Sandra that was working at the front desk. They move me downgraded my room I was put on the first floor with the mattress, and the boxspring was on the floor. This was for wheelchair accessible the room just look like somebody was staying there. The bed was so low and after experiencing the bed bugs, I couldn’t even sleep. I didn’t like the fact that when I bought the concern to the front desk and the bedbugs that was in the bed, they downgraded me in a room that was wheelchair accessible. The boxspring and mattress was on the floor when I brought the concern to the front desk, they said that was the only thing that they had available. They didn’t have any more rooms. After not getting any sleep, waiting for the manager to come in to deal with the situation only for the manager to have no compassion for what I went through the manager was so unprofessional she had me waiting for her for over an hour to tell me that I had booked my reservations through a third-party, which was Booking.com. And what I have to say about Booking.com, they are a rip off. They owe me $525 that the hotel honored because of the situation for my stay from March 19 through the 23rd they refunded my money back to Booking.com from the 20th through 23 March. Every time I call Booking.com the phone is always hanging up or they would tell me my money would be back in my account 7 to 11 business days. Every time I call them they are always hanging up on me or telling me that my money will return into my account 7 to 11 business days. I have never been through this experience and I will never book through Booking.com anymore and would not recommend anyone to stay there. They sent out someone to check for bedbugs this was in the morning and then they gonna tell me they did not find any bedbugs but of course anyone knows they do not come out during the day time my experience the last couple of days was horrible

    The answer here goes back to the management staff and the owner. The owner believes, that a room should not be cleaned every day, not one is made, garbage is not removed from the room, wet towels are left on the floor, your room is not refreshed unless you stay there for five days. You should not dare to ask the cleaning staff for assistance as they will jump down your throat. The front desk has a major attitude. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken and was continuously running for 24 hours, their answer is well that’s like happening in every room. That is unacceptable. The owner does not take responsibility for broken items. As for coffee in the room, you probably will end up with botulism. They don’t use a normal coffee system, which is clean thoroughly, with each and every visitor. Mine, was full of scaled, water and dirty. When I asked the front desk, for a clean cup of hot water. I was refuse. I arrived early as I drove up and I asked if I would be able to get into my room one hour earlier as I was exhausted and I am disabled. I was told no. There were no rooms clean. That was another lie. The room was cleaned and a very nice gentleman at the front desk very tall and African-American asked me why I was sitting there an amazingly he got me into the room.

Because of the hotel location car break ins are a real issue. This is emphasized by the "car/theft alert posted in each room. The bathroom fan runs all night making it hard to sleep. Check in was slow since there is only one front desk person for a large facility. There was a POOL PARTY of little girls taking up the entire pool to the point that no one else could use it. You had to use your key card to turn on the lights. Dumb idea!

    I stayes here last year and have to say they have taken a step back in a year. I blame it on the other guests to be honest. 11:30 @ night banging doors, running and shouting in the hallways. Smell of weed. Maybe I just picked a bad weekend.

    I stayes here last year and have to say they have taken a step back in a year. I blame it on the other guests to be honest. 11:30 @ night banging doors, running and shouting in the hallways. Smell of weed. Maybe I just picked a bad weekend.

    The room wasn’t completely cleaned when checked in. Had to clean old makeup off the counter and something on the wall behind the couch. Toilet clogged on night two and no one would assist other than giving us a plunger. No room change either. Had to go down to the 1st floor restroom. The general manager was very accommodating the following day with a great discount. She saved the day and made it where I would consider giving them a try again if I’m ever in the area.

    My stay overall was just OK. I wasn’t really comfortable with the bed and the pillows were lousy. I thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay $10 for parking on the outside parking lot where security really was not there mining car attendance 24 hours.

    My family and I came to this hotel and immediately was hit with a charge for parking $25. And the listing it said there was parking, but it didn’t mention that I had to pay for it. Luckily, I had the stopper on so she couldn’t get in. I will never be back at this hotel again and I don’t recommend it for anyone to come. It’s overpriced, unprofessional, and unsafe to me

    Air conditioner sounded like a freight train, so bad it shook the walls. Other guests were complaining it was the same for their rooms. Pool was dirty with no pool towels, then was closed on a Saturday almost all day and still closed Sunday because someone complained it was dirty, but they had nobody onsite that could clean it all weekend. Had no waffles 2/4 days and the rest of breakfast was poorly stocked other than the yogurt and oatmeal toppings which had a nice variety.     Was told upon checking that there would be a one off parking charge of $10 but have since found out that this is charged per day which was not explained to me at any point. Staff were lovely, room was large and clean, with the location being great for lots of restaurants. Only a 10 min drive to Six Flags as well.

    If the are going to charge my card for an additional $200 that I can not get back for 5-7 bussiness days for incidentals then things that are broken should be charged and fixed to the people that broke them. Like a chair that the leather was ripped or the falling toilet paper holder or the missing door hanger. Another fun fact, they charge $10 for GARAGE PARKING an you park in their uncovered parking lot. Another small issue, if you are going to have a self serve waffle station, please have at least 2 waffle makers. Our family waited in line for over 30 minutes and the had to get out of line because we had to leave. Will not be waisting my money here again.

    Our stay at the Residence Inn in Upper Marlboro was perfect for our family of five. We booked a two-room suite, which provided plenty of space and comfort. The kitchenette was well-equipped with an almost full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove, though we didn’t use it much since the hotel offered a delicious breakfast each morning. The breakfast included a hot entrée, oatmeal, and a make-your-own waffle station, which was a great start to our days. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly, with enough beds for everyone and a fold-out couch for our youngest son. The hotel was very clean, and the employees were exceptionally friendly. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool, and we felt safe in the area, which is new and well-developed. The location was also convenient, with an Aldi, Chick-fil-A, and other shops within walking distance. One of the best parts was the easy access to Washington, D.C. The hotel is just 12 minutes from the Metro station, where we parked for a reasonable $4.50 per day. Taking the subway into the city and back was affordable at less than $13 per person. Overall, this hotel was an excellent choice for our family, and I would highly recommend it to others. We’ll definitely be looking for similar Residence Inn Suites for our next vacation!

    We stayed here for the Cowboy and Commanders game, and it was great. The staff was so nice, the rooms were great clean and it is within walking distance of several food options. I do not recommend the Buffalo Wild Wings that is right beside the hotel it was awful but everything else was great.

    I like the convience of being close to the relatives i was visiting. When i arrived at the location i was put into a room that was occupied. I had to wait about 30 minutes before being put in a room. The manager on duty Darnell was a great help. The front desk worker Patience was absolutely no help and didn't quit know her job. The room i was in had ants and had to get front desk to spray. I would have to really think before i book again.

    Staff extremely pleasant! The only concern I had during the stay was I guess the rental of the pool area to locals for a party…better crowd control is needed to live up to the brand name. Marijuana smoking at the door entrance and the rude behavior while I was getting ready for my wedding would definitely cause me not to recommend the facility on the weekends.

    Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and it smelled nice. The property and rooms were clean.     For the purpose I also requested the hotel team if there is anything they can do to add on to her surprises and I received an email confirmation from them saying they could absolutely do something to make it special for her. I rechecked about it once we checked in to ensure it’s not missed and the front desk lady said she will ensure that team does not forget about it. And of course my doubts got confirmed when nothing was done and when we checked out the front desk lady(another one) had no info about the request! Totally disappointing experience. I would have been fine if it was told upfront that they don’t take in special requests but after confirming twice and still not delivering was bad.

    The good, if you're still reading. The location is great, the free breakfast was very good, and the picnic firepit area was amazing. I also really enjoyed them having bbq grills. I wouldve given this place 4 stars had they had daily house keeping and a nicer pool.

    We booked a one-bedroom suite but got a one-bedroom handicapped one, so I requested a one-bedroom suite that was not handicapped. I waited at the front desk for about 15 minutes while they checked to see if a one-bedroom suite was fixed because of a maintenance issue. The one-bedroom suite maintenance issue was not fixed, so we had to take the handicapped room. I will not stay in a handicapped room again. Everything in the room is set up for a handicapped person. The king-size bed is low to the floor, the shower controls are trouble, and the water from the shower runs out on the floor in the bathroom. The ironing board was small that we had to iron our clothes by putting it on the dining area table.

    It was an over-all great stay. However our room was not tended to while we were there. Our trash was not taken out. And the towel bars fell of a few times. The first the towel bar fell it lande on my son's foot. I did appreciate the front staff that got us in room fairy fast.
