I stayed for eight straight days before I departed from the area. And consistently they were good Cost!

The room was clean but smells really bad. The breakfast was really bad, never used after first day stay. Non working fridge, coffe maker and the AC was very loud and blowing air directly to the bed. The check in and check out was very smooth. People smoking every were on the property and there is a marijuana dispensary across the street from the hotel and police parked on the hotel parking lot for my entire stay with his light on. Will not recommended this hotel especially with small kids

I recently stayed at La Quinta Hotel and overall had a positive experience. I checked in late & as I inspected the room, I noticed there was a leak coming from the sink. I reported the issue to the front desk & he was very understanding, informing me that since it was late, maintenance would come by the following morning to repair it. Although I did have to follow up with the front desk the next day, I was satisfied that within about 10 minutes, maintenance arrived & fixed the leak without me having to change rooms. I especially want to recognize the front desk night auditor for taking my concern seriously, not disregarding my complaint & handling the situation professionally & respectfully.

We had to fix toilet in room and the shower was a real hard pull to turn on. Breakfast was minimal. Hallway carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Walls were thin. Outside was filthy and back door to hotel was broken and open at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I also appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I look forward to coming back again.

Not super clean. Breakfast was minimal and not well stocked. Staff very helpful but limited. Requests for clean towels and sheets ran into delays due to limited cleaning staff. Lots of smoky odors in the halls and grounds. AC on one side of our suite wasn’t working, TVs were tough to figure out, one was in Spanish.

Breakfast was fair. Staff very polite. The surroundings of hotel was dirty...trash everywhere, dead animals. We arrived on Sunday with trash cans full. On Monday was a little better.

There was obviously some sort of recent flooding event. The entire floor and the room smelled damp and musty. The carpet in the room was beyond worn and ratty. Terrible experience.

There is plenty of parking areas around the hotel and the parking lot is monitored. The property had trash around the front of the building that took away from the inside appeal of the building. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to! My room was disgusting! There were stains on the bed sheets, stains on the wall, stains in the bathroom. The front desk staff was not the friendliest either. The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast I've ever eaten in my life. Not to mention the hotel isn't in the best area. The curtains in the room were all torn and the a/c did not keep the room cool. We set it low and were still not comfortable. The pull out mattress had a ton of nasty stains. The breakfast was awful! i expected more from a La Quinta! The eggs were total rubber. There wasn;t much options either like a typical La Quinta. The waffler area was so dirty and covered in batter. We paid way too much for this room. thankful we only booked 1 night!

Unfortunately, this property was very disappointing. We had to switch rooms three times due to issues including ceiling water damage, a broken toilet, and a broken thermostat. Several advertised amenities were either inaccurate or unavailable, including the breakfast photos, guest computer/printer, and overall gym condition. The gym had a roof leak, poor lighting, and a bucket placed to catch water.There were also multiple loud barking dogs on the premises, and the hotel appeared to have some guests using it as long-term housing. Overall, this stay fell far below the standard I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel, and I was disappointed by both the condition of the property and the misleading online listing. On a positive note, staff seemed apologetic at the condition and helped as much as they could. The parking was plentiful without an additional fee.

I was not happy when i decided to shower in the morning and there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom at all. Both dispensers were completely empty. I pretty much just washed up with warm water.

The hotel was completely run down and the rooms were in poor condition. The rooms looked under construction and the bathroom walls were filled with mold. The bathtubs were all peeled, unacceptable. For it to also be a non smoking room it reeked of smoke. I politely went to the front desk to switch out the room and the receptionist took me to 2 other rooms and it got worst. The owner must do better because this is not a good representation of the Laquinta brand. They should not be asking for a deposit, instead they need to pay the customers a deposit to stay there. Just shut it down. It gives shelter or rehab facility. Just being honest. Don’t stay here!!! We checked in and checked right tf out !!!!

It was a clean and spacious room.

This property was definitely not up to par with their rating. It felt like they’re maximizing profit over actual quality. Right away the girl at the front desk was not very helpful, she seemed young but confused. When checking in we were not told how many rooms or how many beds she just gave us the price and wanted us to swipe the card. We booked a one night to room stay and she tried to give us a room with two beds instead for almost the same price as our intended stay, when we try to fix it saying that “these people came and want to leave now and want a refund they don’t like the price”, we called Expedia to try to get the issue fixed and every time our customer service agent will try to call she would just send the call to voicemail / hold without actually picking it up. The manager was able to accommodate us to a second room, but it wasn’t not much of an upgrade. Our room had patches that had not been painted over and the shower did not work at all. There was mold above the showerhead, and the shower looked like it was on its last leg coming off of the wall.

Major Concerns: Cleanliness Issues: The room was far from clean. The floor had not been properly vacuumed, and I was horrified to find visible stain marks on both the bedsheets and the comforter. Strong Odors: Upon entering the property, there was an overwhelming and unpleasant odor of cigarette smoke throughout the lobby and inside the elevator. It was very off-putting to be greeted by this smell immediately upon arrival. Room Location and Noise: We were assigned a room directly next to the laundry room, which made for a very noisy stay. Furthermore, the noise levels in the hallways were unacceptable, with other guests talking loudly well past 1:00 AM, making it impossible to get a restful night's sleep.

The area felt unsafe , the property was dirty and smelled like smoke and Marijuana around and inside the hotel. The staff was unprofessional listening to vulgar music and no uniforms. The hallways to the bedrooms smelled badly just as in the bedrooms , the keys kept on giving us issue to enter our own bedrooms while we were there and had to have one of the rooms switched because of that issue.

We had a very pleasant three day at the hotel. The only drawback was a slow elevator. The gym was a plus.

There could be more breakfast choices maybe things different everyday….. The tv didn’t work the whole time we was there and smoking right at the door when there’s people allergic to it isn’t fair…. And the rooms and bed could be better beds moved screws fell out of it

The air condition was almost dangling from the wall. The toilet was clogged, half was converted to shared apartment to bring in profit to management, bedspread wasnt changed in 4 days, a lot of fighting in the complex, folks smoke weed everywhere. And yet they have the audacity to charged full rate as other hotels.

Additionally, the room phone was not working, so I had to call the front desk from my personal phone to request extra towels. I was told someone would bring them, but no one ever came. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk myself to ask again, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made our stay unpleasant. I would not choose to stay here again.

The floors were not cleaned at all in the room we stayed. They were very strict and dirty. Where the coffee tray was was also very sticky underneath. It was clear the room was only cleaned around areas and not actually throughly cleaned.

The sprinkler in the shower was rusty, as was the pipe around the shower floor. There were cracks in the furniture, and huge spots all over where the drywall was patched but never painted. Breakfast was lackluster. Oat bran muffins, waffles, cold sausage and overcooked scrambled eggs, Bagels, toast, sweet cereal. Nothing healthy. They kept running out of coffee. Same breakfast every day - no variety. There was only one wafflemaker and it was quite a wait to be able to make one. The restroom near the lobby, had a full length mirror so that when you used the facility, you could see yourself. Creepy - who wants to see themselves use the facility? We will never stay at this hotel again. This was our first experience with this chain...and our last. Very disappointed

You should probably call an inspector or something , and aside from having German cockroaches on multiple floors , the rooms are busted and dirty!!!! It was extremely unsanitary and I felt far from comfortable laying my head there.

Staff and room was horrible!! Bedspread had blood droplets and so did my kids sheets on the opposite bed! When I spoke to the staff about it, the only resolution they offered at that time was to send me a fresh comforter but no staff available to freshen up my room! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!!

This stay had to be the absolute worst hotel I have ever been to. The pictures that are posted on this website has to be old. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. I was extremely disappointed in this stay. Once on the elevator to go to my floor there was a funny smell like an odor. Then I reached my floor there was a very strong smoke smell right when you got off the elevator. (And this was a non smoking hotel supposedly.) I noticed in the room there was a stain on the lamp shade, a the side of the wall I let the housekeeper know regarding this then it was the sheets! The last issue I seen was ROACHES !!! Once I seen that I packed all of my belongings up and checked out. This place is absolutely no place to stay with family or even alone. The breakfast was basic stuff was sitting out uncovered. The dining area looked dingy. It was just a horrible, horrible experience. I would not be returning ever ! I contacted hotel management regarding this issue asap! Also they allow pets here as well. All walks of life I see is allowed

There was someone throwing a fit everyday very loudly, a fight everyday, they deactivate your keys everyday, a lot of homeless people hangout in the lobby, elevator barley works, not the best neighborhood as there’s cops everywhere because of how sketchy that part of town is.

Pros: Had a gym (hadn’t been clean in months in seemed….but there was a gym), there was a free breakfast, location was convent but it is not in a great area and when night time begins you probably shouldn’t be walking out alone, and that’s all for the positives. Cons: Water was dripping from all floors in the stairway, there were roaches (not a lot but I certainly saw one scurry across the floor, the shower had an attachments that you had to use to wash because the shower head didn’t work, and overpriced for what you get. This should be labeled as a motel not a hotel and the fact Wyndham claims these hotels drops their entire luxury quality.

The hallway smelled like smoke, the phone in the room wasn’t working—or even attached to the wall—and we had cockroaches coming in and out through the door and bathroom. We went to the continental breakfast at 9:00 a.m., and everything was gone. The only items offered were waffles, muffins, and fruit. On a positive note, the staff was nice, and check-in and check-out were easy. IHOP is down the street, and the stadium is about a 40-minute walk away. That said, I would not stay here again. Country Inn & Suites is across the street and located near restaurants, which would be a much better option.

Room was not the cleanest one, however the linens were clean. It may be that whomever painted last didn't use a drop cloth and the paint droplets looks like dirt on the darker floor. My standard additional door safelock tool for security didn't work on this door as the prongs were not spaced enough. Would suggest to bring a door stopper instead. Bathroom is showing some age and the walls had some suspicious stains.

The 1st room had roaches . The 2nd they move me to LITERALLY HAD A MOUSE in it. The 3rd room seriously had a pile of CAT FOOD on the floor by the air conditioner unit.

I had the worst experience ever when I stepped inside this hotel and it was totally unfair because I was not able to get my refund back when I never even got the chance to get keys to the room and I paid upfront which I can't do always but someone blessed me, so I called myself doing the right thing. But the young lady at the Front Desk lied to my face; meanwhile I did what she told me to do in order to get the proper action done with my issue. The young lady whom I spoke with at horels.com told me that she spoke with the General Manager from the Property and it was told me which now a whole different lie because I was told nobody from Management was in the building to help me with my issue I was having but now all of a sudden when it is hotels.com policy now the General Manager has appeared so I'm confused; upset; and very much unhappy with the staff; their lack of accountability which says a lot about this Brands Misson and Values because in my personal option neither one of them was met. But thank you all so much for showing your true colors to me and I give you my very word that U will never patronize this establishment ever again and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to express my concerns with them. So the property itself is not in a bad location but when you’re spending 100+ dollars a night or you’re trying to entertain company, you don’t want paint dripping on the floor, awkward looking space in the room, obvious signs that a makeover was done, but it wasn’t done well and this hotel screams that. Things like putting a regular chair where a sofa was, no divider between the sinks and the main room where the sinks are not in with the bathroom, toilet or shower, this was basically a motel six inside with an elevator, security cameras, and a pretty lady at the front desk. If you’re trying to entertain for an evening of romance, this is definitely not the place. You can, but my guest felt like she was staying at a hooker motel and I didn’t like that field not for the money that was spent. There’s a time in a place for those type fantasies, but this is definitely not the place for that kind of money in that particular neighborhood.

This hotel is in the perfect location for people who are looking for a hotel close to Northwest Stadium to see the Commanders. It is reasonably priced and clean.

Staff were very accomodating helpful to handicapped veteran, assisted w taxi service and were just very nice to deal with They are upgrading their property very nicely and have services, dinining options Home Depot nearby, very handy for an exhibitor type like myself avoiding the hedge fund priced National Harbor facilities...DW Stern literal and real road warrior...

There were roaches in the room, no noise cancelling through the door, the sink smelled like something died in it, the elevator was sticky and smelled like alcohol, and the shower took 10 min to get warm. The air conditioning and staff were great.

Dirty bathroom.

It was a little outdated couch was stained in the room toilet didn’t work right away. Had to call maintenance and it took over a hour had to call back. Front desk staff was amazing.

The bathroom was quite small, and there was an insufficient supply of shampoo and soap, which were also not adequately arranged. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, making it inconvenient to use. However, the staff were very welcoming and respectful, which helped to mitigate the discomfort we experienced.

Room had a musty smell, 1 of the 2 elevators didn’t work - wasn't working when we stayed last month - and the blanket was as thin as a sheet. Rated as ok because of location and friendly staff.

Room was clean, beds nice, front desk staff awesome. Breakfast was terrible...no coffee, no juice, eggs were cold, out of tons of stuff, staff didn't refill, no spray for waffle maker.

Bed was detached from the wall and very squeaky… water in the sink was cold… when I turned on the shower the knob fell off… O discussed this with the front desk reminding them this is the 2nd horrible experience that I’ve had. Really these rooms should not be priced at $100 when they have lap these defects!!!

Upon walking into the room, the floor was not clean. One of the dead bugs I noticed was a roach. The shower looked like it had just been used and when I went to the bathroom at night, there were roaches scattered when the lights came on. The bed was comfortable. I did not take advantage of the breakfast.

The room was clean. However, there were roaches that were coming out of the door frame, which I did not like the breakfast was trash. The cereal was stale not too many selections and the eggs came out of a container, and the sausages were dry AF. Maybe they should add water when they’re steaming them to help maintain the moisture, which I don’t even think should even be a thing.

I had roaches in my bedroom and bathroom. Floors and bathtub were not clean. My bathroom door randomly locked on its own so I couldn’t use it. The breakfast was subpar and not good. The staff seemed nice enough but did not care about you nor give me true customer satisfaction vibes. The property was unkept and dirty.

The location was under renovations in their gym area, the outside of the building had a lot of construction garbage. The staff was friendly but there was a lot of noisy neighbours be sure to bring earplugs.

This property like all other Wyndham are a low budget , room was dirty ( finger nails in bathtub ) tooth picks under bed. One guest had his new car wheels/rims stolen car on soda crates. It reminded me of a section 8 hold over until housing found. Breakfast was coffee, sausage, eggs. Juice machine broken , low grade level of food. Would advise not to stay there unless you can’t find a hotel.

The thermostat obviously was not working, couldn't change the temperature in the room.the remote to the TV wasn't working. Had to change the channels on the back of the TV and he water in the shower was barely Luke warm. Ran the water for 5 minutes with no change in temperature

Cockroaches and bugs throughout the room. Paint splatter on the floor all over the room. Toilet seat had stains. Some of the furniture had damage. During Buffett drink machine was broken. Only beverage available was coffee. Not water. Damaged elevator. Very slow. Felt like I was staying at a motel. Will never stay again.

We did not stay more than 5 minutes.Room was filthy. Bedding was staind and or dirty. Rented 2 rooms and first thing my parents saw was a cockroach and our room the linens were noticeably not changed and we were 100% sure after checking that we had bedbugs in our room. DO NOT STAY HERE!! Recommend a Hilten Hotel. We stayed at the closet Doubletree. Highly recommend, clean rooms, decent restaurant, VERY friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay!!

Great place to stay and very helpful and approachable staff. The only downside was that the exercise room was undergoing remodeling and there was a very limited number of exercise machines.

There was only one working elevator and the one that did work, was iffy. The hallway on my floor had trash piled up in the corner. The gym was out of order. In the bathroom, there was hair in the corners of the floor and mold in the corners of the ceiling. The Motel next door kept negative the traffic

This property was in a terrible state. It smelled dirty, and the walls had holes in them. The hotel was infested with roaches, and they were everywhere—on the floors, walls, and countertops of my room. The bed linen had burn holes in them, and the bathroom in my room was extremely unclean and unsanitary. To make matters worse, people were gathered around the facility, as if they were having a parking lot party.

This place was a nightmare from the moment I arrived. I checked in and immediately checked out. The room was infested with bugs, there was no door on the bathroom. Through the elevator shaft, you could literally see trash and foul puddles of water. There were people loitering. I did not feel safe or comfortable for even a minute. Save yourself the trouble, spend your money elsewhere. This place should be shut down.

I booked this hotel for a last minute getaway and was met with roaches, both dead and alive. The elevator was slow, as only one was working, and I was on the 3rd floor.

Got there. Checked in, AC didn’t work in a room, front desk was great and changed my room for me, however getting off the elevator and on the 2nd floor there was a very strong chemical smell. It was so bad after 20 minutes I had a headache. I gathered my things and the front desk was nice and refunded my stay

We arrived and found that we were not put in the type of room requested. It was an inconvenience to switch. When we were switched, we were put in one where the smoke detector went off every 30 seconds as there was no battery in it. When we requested to be moved, we were told that if we could stay up till 1 AM, a new person was coming on shift that would “disconnect the wire to make it stop.“ When I told them we could not wait up that wrong nor could we go to sleep, we were told that we could get ready for bed and leave the door open for the night guy too quietly come in to fix it. I was dumbfounded by the response. We asked if we could at least be temporarily moved to a different room until the smoke detector was fixed and were given a room that had not been cleaned. When I went down to tell them that the room was dirty, there was a domestic fight in a room above and in a matter of minutes, there were three police cruisers in the driveway. The only good part about it was that they refunded us our money as I told them, I did not feel safe. We moved a few blocks over to another hotel and things dramatically improved. I feel the hospitality industry changes when owners start to allow people to live at the hotel as opposed to just visit. I hope your experience is better than ours.

The hotel is unkept, elevator, gym, pool were out of service. Stayed here to be close to stadium. Never again! The worst part of my stay were the roaches. Keep looking, don’t stay here.

I did not like my stay...there was only one working elevator while both of them had the floor indicator ripped off. The 4th floor I was on smelt like smoke and the breakfast wasnt that good neither.

Get the place up to speed with plumbing and air condition

We didn’t stay- we left immediately when we walked in a room full of roaches & bedbugs & prayed that we didn’t take any of the critters with us. The hotel smells like weed. Fortunately we had family in the house and were able to stay with them at a huge inconvenience but as an emergency option. This building should be shut down!!!!! I wish I took pictures but I just couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Only one working elevator. Our first room didn’t have a luggage rack. The furniture was really old and worn.. two of the pillows on my bed were flat as a pancake. My daughter kept hearing noises near our snacks we had on the table, The next morning she saw a mouse in our room. When we talked to the manager, we were given one credit of $ 78 for our four night stay and another room on a higher floor. 5th floor was a little better, but in the bathroom the bathtub had a huge brown bug crawling back-and-forth in the tub. Needless to say we did not use the shower.. We checked out the next day.

At check-in the customer service was great! Once checked in we checked out the room and everything seemed fine. Left out for a few hours to get dinner. Came back to shower and the shower wasn’t working my husband went down to let front desk know. As he’s at the front desk my niece sees a roach! As he’s at the front desk I tell him so he can let the lady at the desk know. She switched our room and in the process we see 2 baby roaches. Get to the second room (only so we could try to find another hotel. There was no way we were going to stay there and bring roaches back home with us! I refuse to bring something back I didn’t come with!) my son and niece pull the covers back to 2 gigantic stains on the bedding. Literally arguing with the lady about a refund. She tells me I’d have to wait til morning for her manager and if he against then he’ll refund. No way! We’re going to settle this now. There’s nothing to think about with seeing a whole family of roaches and another room had big stains on the bedding. We were only there because it was close to the stadium where we had tickets for a game the next day. Went through so much before I told her to give me the general manager’s number! She didn’t even seem to be surprised about the roaches. I had to spend more than what we planned for another hotel and was nowhere near the stadium. So thanks to them my hotel stay rate doubled and my time tripled just to get to the stadium! Would neverrrr recommend them ever!

We got stuck in the elevator along with five other people and consistently pressed for the call bill and no one addressed us or the broken elevator issue. We stayed in the elevator as it moved up and down up and down without stopping for over 20 minutes my eight year-old son was terrified. Eventually the way to stop on the second floor, and everyone got off and walked down the steps. The front desk staff act as if they had no clue that we were pushing the call bill on the elevator.

It ok. Could be cleaner. I did see that is under remodeling but when they finish for the day they should pick up after them self. On the floor me and my family were they were fixing the carpet and they left all that mess there. But the customer service was very nice. The front desk was very nice. Overall ok

My room was infested with roaches and beg bugs. First day, my room also got flooded with toilet water which they switched my room and when I went to a different room same issue. They needed up switching my room about 5 times and it was all bad. My whole stay there was horrible and terrible

Bad smell of marijuana, bathroom sink bathtub and toilet all took a loooooonng time to go down. Shower took more than an hour to empty out. Family had to wait at times for up to 1 - 1/2 hours to shower.

What the—? was the Housekeeper doing in the hall, talking in Spanish LOUDLY on her speakerphone after 6pm!? Was she standing round, or stocking her cart? I thought it was an ignorant guest with their door open or in the hall. I had to ask her to keep it down. When she didn’t, (Se Habla Ingles?) I had to call the front desk to make her shut up! You know who you are. Is THIS what is to be expected of this La Quinta? “The Check Please”. The room is in need of attention: chipped and warped furniture, sloppy repaint or in need of repainting. I’m never coming back!

This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed first the toilet didn’t work then I found a baby roach. I couldn’t actually go outside because of all the vagrants and homeless and criminalshanging around.

Rooms were good. Pool was fine for the kids. Breakfast was fine. Elevator was slow so we used the stairs. Chicken restaurant across the street was great! Close to many food places and convenience stores.

Good size room. Close to the stadium for The Weeknd concert and easy to get there and back! Beds were comfortable. The room has some cosmetic upkeep needed, but we were there to sleep and didn’t care.

The bed was comfortable but the room wasn’t the cleanest. The shower was very dirty I didn’t even want to use it. Room service was banging on my door waking me up even though I had my do not disturb sign up to ask if I was checking out that morning.

Was close to the stadium for our event. Staff was very friendly!! Beds were extremely comfortable!!!

The property was not clean, was not repaired where needed. When the elevator broke there was little communication. With the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night there was no communication. The breakfast was very limited and did not feel clean.

We did not stay here. They gave us a room, a roach ran across the bathroom floor. They changed our room and the second room had a roach as well. They moved us to a third room but by that time we were ready to go! The manager was nice enough to give us a refund and let us leave without an issue. The manager was very apologetic but we were just not comfortable there. The atmosphere was not good either.

Peeling paint, mousetrap under our sink, cold breakfast, pool looked good but not useable because it was locked up. Elevators were actively scarey. Shaky & wires hanging out. Tiles missing in the lobby. This place needs maintenance.

They randomly ask for deposits and take peoples deposits and belongings and might have hidden cameras or something that can hear your conversations or something like that in secret because they randomly came to my room to search for fire alarms and stole my belongings with his staff and they are very unprofessional and crooked!!! DO NOT STAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY OVERPRICED FOR BUGS AND MOLD AND BAD SERVICES!!!

There were roaches in room. The night we got there there were 8 cops trying to find someone who lives there. For 100 a night Its not worth it. Elevators broke. A random door sitting at front entrance laying against the wall. Not a good place to stay with kids.

I stayed here for 2 nights the first night was while visiting the DC area and sightseeing, and the second night was for after going to see Beyonce Cowboy Carter. The room was nice and looked like it was recently renovated. The location was great for the price.

It’s okay. It’s pretty cheap and you get for what you paid for.

The room was nice size but wrong furniture and cheap floors. Bathroom door was slightly off so u had to hold the handle up and push or go with a noticeable crack in the door. Advertised free breakfast but honestly it wasnt worth the effort to break your sleep to go get what was on the bar... stay in bed you will value the more rest than the effort to go get disappointed for that to be your first meal of the day.

I could not stay at this property. Found a cockroach in my room. The sheets were old, and the curtains appeared not to have been washed in a decade. I saw a person wrap something in a paper at the back of the hotel (from my window) and smoke it. Two gentlemen were loitering on my floor late at night when I returned to collect my luggage at checkout. I felt very unsafe at this hotel and did not stay there. I was told I would receive a refund for one out of the two nights I booked. Given I had checked in earlier in the day and checked out at about midnight, charging me for a night seemed fair.

It was an ok stay. They only had 1 elevator for 6 floors, so you were always waiting for it. The back door was broken and a piece actually fell off when we tried to open one of the doors. People were always hanging out by the back door smoking weed so me and my family had to walk right through it to get in or out of the hotel. The room itself was nice and they do allow dogs which is why we stayed there. The breakfast was very limited especially with the waffle maker broken. It was an ok stay but not a place I'll stay at again.
