I liked everything about this place and will definitely stay there again

The breakfast was minimum. Serving from 6 to 9. I got to breakfast about 7:30AM. there were 4 pieces of sausage and white bread. No sweet rolls. Some small biscuits and a couple spoonfuls of eggs. The juice machine was not working properly. While I was there not one person came to check and see if there was food available for guest. More concern for guest. I was in a room on first floor. The room above me was very noisy. Dropping things on the floor and sounded as if moving furniture until about 1:00AM. Not a very good night's sleep.

The ease of check in and the flexibility when we needed to change rooms. It made our stay better and stress free.

AC, TV and mini fridge Bed was hard. ZERO elevator, only stairs (and that's a handicapped room). Hot hallway. Ice maker upstairs was broken, had to go down a maze to get to the maker on lower floor (hot again) and then back to the room. Definitely not worth the cost. Shower gets warm, not hot

I did like the friendly staff and when the refrigerator was not working they quickly started working on the problem and it was fixed in less than 20 mins. The wifi or new computer systems for the staff. Once I arrived, Piya i believe her name was, was who I checked in with and she informed me that the Terminal was not working i’m assuming due to lack of wifi connection. It took me a little minute to check in but I eventually got in but I believe everything they are charging guest should go towards new computer systems for staff.

I got this room for a buddy who needed a place to stay while visiting his kids. He liked it so much he plans on staying here for his future visitations! He had no complaints.

Easy access from the interstate and local roads. Rooms were very clean and refreshed every day. Beds were comfortable. The building is not “new”. Some small repairs could be done but they are mostly cosmetic.

My bed was not made up on the 2nd day of my stay. I had to go the the front desk 3 times to have my door card reset. The room's lighting was inadequate for my vision. My laptop would not connect to the facilities wireless.

Pool has been closed since August of 2024 by the health department. We would have stayed somewhere else because we had planned to have a pool day before heading out to a wedding in the evening. Other than the pool being closed, this place was great for a quick 1-2 night stay.

Water leak around window and ac unit caused water puddling on floor after storm. Appears to have previous damages and wetness. Vinyl baseboard detached from wetness. Had ants get in food. Lastly, around 630 am the smoke alarm went off for no reason. Had to remove battery. Staff informed of leak and alarm issue. NO concern, sympathy, or apology and only said we will check it out. Facility is an older location but appears to need better maintenance. Price for condition was way over priced!!!

Very nice staff, friendly, and accommodating. The only problem I had was the TV remote, there wasn't one in my room but the brought one right away. I had trouble with it the few times I tried it, but wasn't that big of an issue.

Their breakfast was over the top lots of options and it was open until like 11:00 it was perfect. They accommoded me any kind of way that I needed. And it wasn't too loud or there wasn't a bunch of people hanging out hanging around it was great! I will be staying there again!

The room we got at first smelled like an ash tray and the toilet was clogged. No one at the desk to answer the phone when we called and had to go down to the check in desk to find no one there. A housekeeper helped us switch rooms. Second room wasn't very clean, stains on the curtains, walls and floors, but at least we could use the toilet and it didn't smell.

Smells like weed, Sheets were dirty, clogged drain and mold in the shower, people screaming and slamming doors until 3am. Seriously, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I felt unsafe and grossed out.

I was not offered a discount or anything for this unfortunate situation. Also I called the health department to report incident and they confirmed there was bed bugs. This place cost me an additional 100.00 Urgent care visit.

The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and have to walk up the stairs, the customer’s washer and dryer wasn’t working to wash clothes, the refrigerator’s shelves were ripped off on the inside, and didn’t get room cleaned thoroughly.

There’s no elevator! We requested an upper level room and should have been advised off of this when booking. The facility houses road construction workers who were loud and rowdy at night both inside and out. The room adjacent to ours house a couple with a drunk underage girl

This Quality Inn was simply fantastic for the price. I find it comparable to many other more expensive chains. Very clean with lots of attention to detail. Would definitely stay there again!

This hotel only has two floors and there isn’t an elevator to take your luggage. It’s definitely an inconvenience not being able to safely or securely have a way onto the second floor without walking up the stairs. There should’ve given an option to take elevator or stairs.

RM 114 the door was hard to open. And I got charged for an extra room, when I only booked two rooms, they charged me for three and claim they can’t find it but the third charge is on my bank statement

Flooring in rooms are laminate, but was was very clean/new. Pillows were terrible, and small, but I may be turning into one of those that will travel with my own pillow, so might be fine for others. It's a 2 level building, and only stairs are available, no elevator, keep in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Overall the facility is clean, in good/very good condition, and reasonably priced.

The rooms have a slight pet smell but that us to be expected in a pet friendly hotel.

The hot breakfast was very lacking as well. The biscuits were hard as rocks and the muffins were soggy in their plastic like they had been frozen then thawed. When items ran out (sausage, biscuits, milk, etc.), they were not replaced timely.

The room was ok . You could hear the people next door up until 11:30 part of the time it would sound like they were in the room with you . The bathroom needs to be upgraded no place for my husband to put his shaving stuff.

It was ok the young man at the front desk was rude not welcoming nor friendly and was walking around barefoot..the two young ladies were very helpful air condition wasn’t working consistently ..and it was a drug overdose reported as I was checking out..

Older hotel. The main way to get to the second floor is by stairs. I never saw a elevator to use. This makes it hard for people with disabilities. The room appeared clean upon arrival but after checking up some spiked water of the floor I quickly learned otherwise when the white towels turned very dirty. One of the main reason we booked this hotel is because they had a pool which wasn't even open for memorial day weekend. Plus the size of the pool was ridiculously small. Also upon arrival of the hotel we found out that we needed to have a $100 deposit paid on top of the cost for the hotel stay. This information would've been very useful beforehand.

Then we came back to our room the last night and the room had been cleaned when we clearly had the Do Not Service Room sign on the door. The male working each night was not friendly and did not provide the customer service you would expect or that we have had when staying here before. We will NOT ever stay here again. We had recommended this place to others who stayed here and they will not be staying here again either after hearing about our experience. So, not only did you lose one customer, you lost several due to the lack of service to those staying with you.
