The property is next to the beach but at high tide it is not accessible. Breakfast was basic and nothing great about it. Very basic. The location is the strongest advantage as it is situated next to FINNS club. Nothing in particular. The breakfast is basic but well served hot.

The location is excellent, right on the beach and close to Finns Beach Club, which is very convenient if you want to enjoy the Canggu area. The hotel has a nice pool area facing the beach, which is definitely a highlight and a great place to relax. Breakfast is simple but nice and fresh. You can choose from options like a fruit platter, toast with avocado, omelettes, and other easy breakfast dishes. Overall, it’s a good, relaxed place with a great location and a nice pool, right opposite the beach. The beach itself is not the cleanest, and the sand is quite dark rather than white. There is also a small drainage/sewer channel running between the hotel and Finns Beach Club, which affects the immediate beachfront area a little.

I went there to enjoy Finns and Atlas. It was amazing. Finns was just next across the road. The garden was amazing and it's beachfront. It was a great place for this price.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was phenomenal. Good location, easy walking to essentials. Was right beside FINNS but didn’t bother us.

Staff were fantastic, we were only there for one night. We had a massage in the spa and it was so good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was construction going on from 9-5pm that we weren’t aware of and will be ongoing until April.

SW Bali beaches have a significant trash problem, and this definitely includes beaches on Canggu. In addition, this hotel is next to a beach club with loud, thumping, repetitve & mediocre music playing from late morning until midnight. It's tedious. And during our stay, drunk hotel patrons carried on their loud party on the premises for several hours after the beach club closed. During a strong storm on our last night, the electricity kept going out and water, driven by winds, poured under the door into our room.

I really enjoyed my stay — the location is exceptional, just steps from the ocean with beautiful views every day. However, the hotel is sandwiched between two party spots, so my first room on the third floor (great view!) was quite noisy and I didn’t sleep well the first night. One big plus: there were plenty of outlets in the room, which made charging devices super convenient. I wish I had asked to move earlier, because once the staff relocated me to a quieter room (#20), I finally had an amazing night’s sleep. The mattress there was perfect. Breakfast was great, the pool is large and relaxing, and the staff were truly wonderful — attentive, friendly, and quick to help. Despite the initial noise issue, I would definitely come back. The rooms I stayed in were older and could use some remodeling, but I know the hotel also offers newer rooms at a higher price point. My small suggestion would be to add blackout drapes on the doors — that would really improve sleep quality.

The location was the best, on the beach, close to some beach clubs, good restaurants close by. Everything was great, I stayed in 2 different rooms so one room was very basic compared to the other but I think they are refurbishing the old rooms so not sure about that.

Excellent beachfront location; facilities were amazing. Had a massage and the Spa staff were more than accommodating and professional. Hospitality was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Next door to Finns so listening to the same music on a daily loop from 3pm until late was irritating however it did not keep us awake at all!

Beach front location. Great view for breakfast. Plenty of surf Schools nearby. The rubbish on the beach and the water as soon as it rains.
