The open area and pool side The pillows was so hard I couldn’t sleep because of that. Hairdryer is not provided we have to ask them. Slippers are not available.

Location perfect, right in the heart of Canggu, very close on bike to everything. 5 min to La Brisa on bike, 10 min to Finn’s. Also, the place is located not on the main road but 100m inside which is also very convenient and not noisy. Moreover, the staff is amazing. All the guys are friendly and they help with almost everything. Super guys! The sheets, the towels are old and not very clean.

Wow! That’s all I can say. This place was perfect. The location is so central with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby including a Mini Mart. The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. The staff were wonderful as well. I stayed in the deluxe room with the balcony. The TV in my suite was great for cozy nights in. I’m definitely going to come back next time I’m in Canggu. 10/10 and amazing rates too! Nothing

Such a nice hotel. Pretty outside area, great laundry service, very calm but in the middle of everything. Also super for solo travelers to meet other people at the pool area The humidity during rainy season in the room was quite high. The hotel gave me a humidifier which was louder, but eventually worked fine.

Our automatic door was broken so we had trouble closing and locking the room properly. The staff was very helpful and took care of it for us, though.

The property is exquisite in its decor and detail. The pool area is fantastic and the pool is very warm. The detail of the grounds is suburb, they have a nice selection of rooms, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We used their laundry service and the service was excellent.

Beautiful little place, very relaxing! Amazing staff too, I forgot my charger and they couriered it to me :) Flooring in the bathroom can be upgraded but that’s very minor. Amazing place overall and bathroom was otherwise great too

Stayed here recently and honestly loved it. The place has such an easy, welcoming vibe. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfy, and had everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful we loved chilling on the comfy sun beds. Staff were lovely and always happy to help out with anything. It’s also so close to so many great cafes, restaurants and night life but still super peaceful, really couldn’t ask for more.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and we both loved it. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was great for relaxing, and the whole place has an easy, laid-back vibe. Location is spot on its close to cafes and shops but still nice and quiet. The staff were awesome, super friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

From the moment we arrived, I knew we’d picked the right spot. The vibe is relaxed but still feels cared for in every detail. Our room was spotless, with plenty of space and natural light. The pool area quickly became our favourite place to hang out, and it was never crowded. Location is perfect its close enough to walk to great cafes and shops, but still quiet enough to feel like an escape. The team here are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The Palms was such a great find. The whole place has this calm, welcoming energy that makes it easy to relax. Our room was bright, comfortable, and super clean you can tell they take care of everything here. I loved chilling by the pool each morning, then being able to walk to so many great cafes and shops. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the whole experience even better. Honestly, it’s one of those places you leave already thinking about when you can come back.

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights (we ended up extending) and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was soooo comfortable, everything was really clean and well taken care of. We spent a lot of time by the pool or walking to nearby cafes. The team were lovely and always happy to help. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Stayed here with my boyfriend and we both really loved it. The place has this calm, easygoing feel that made us relax straight away. The room was clean and bright and had everything we needed in it. The pool was amazingly beautiful surrounded by lush gardens everywhere and had amazingly comfortable day beds to chill on. Staff were super friendly and I loved how it was so close to all the best cafes and restaurants. We’d definitely come back next time we’re in Canggu.
