The staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was good. Room was clean & comfortable. Nice to have the pool available. WiFi available. Great air con! Nothing I can think of but doesn’t have a fridge

Staff members was welcoming. The smell in the room was bad and extremely disturbing, resembling a moldy odor. When we arrived, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and there was someone else’s hair everywhere.

The staffs were very kind and helpful. My husband and I loved the drinks at the cafe/coworking space. The room was up to our expectations and was clean. There was extremely loud construction as soon as the sun was up. There were families with their children staying there as well and these children were extremely loud with crying and yelling. We booked the hotel for a week but had to cut it short because of all the noises; we did not get any good sleep. When we did want to cancel it, the manger took forever to respond and was never on site. We had to talk to the on site staffs and urge the manger to reply, that was frustrating. Then the tipping point, we were let known we could check out the morning of our stay, no time stated. It was around 11am and my husband was in the shower while I was naked, as one does before going in the shower, in a room I paid for. A male staff knocked on the door, I panicked and repeatedly told him do not come in. However, this male staff did not listen, he opened the door and in a panic state, I grabbed a towel to cover up. He poked his head in, despite me pleading to close the door, stating I am naked, and him seeing me in a towel. I got him to leave and later when my husband confronted him, he said no one answered so he opened the door, which was a lie because he responded to me through the door. I am so angry at this staff and the lack of accountability. It was a decent stay despite this and the noise but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is excellent if you are looking for a quiet place away from the crowd in the Canggu Berawa area. I would recommend this place. The only thing I didn’t like is that there’s construction going on next to the property, and it’s noisy during the day. If you want to take a nap, it’s difficult, and it’s noisy during the night too. The rooms are not soundproof.

- The hotel was in very bad condition. The rooms smelled and the bathroom was damp. When I first entered the room, the toilet had not been cleaned properly. The towels and sheets smelled and were stained. I would definitely not choose this place again.

Very nice hotel, good location, lots of shops and restaurants around, close enough to the coast. Each room has a dedicated router with 100/50 internet. Additionally, you can use the coworking space. The facility is ideal for people who want to work for some time. Very nice service in the facility. You can also rent a scooter in the hotel. The hotel is not the newest, but they try to keep it clean. During our stay there were renovations in the area, which made it a bit noisy. In addition, there was a hotel next door where there were parties in the evenings. The biggest minus is the architecture of the building, you can hear a lot of neighbors from the rooms next door, it can be annoying if we are unlucky.

Staff are super helpful happy people. The cafe makes great coffee and food and is good value. For us it was ideal as it’s just steps from the Villa Colony wedding venue where we spent most of our time. I would recommend it highly to guests at the venue. Couldn’t be closer and great value. The room was large and well set out but it did smell musty although it definitely appeared clean. May have been from the air conditioner?
