Basically no sun and very little external air because of the room design

Nothing I asked for king bed and they provide king bed with two single metress joined together I came only for 2 days I asked for change to another room after nogotiations I appeared that the AC is not working well in the other that I suppose to move on. So I decided to stay at the same room. Moreover The sink is blocked.

Staff extremely caring and attentive to details. Always ready to help. Easy communication through whatsapp. Clean. Safe. Construction ongoing next to property. This is the only bad thing. Everything else is excellent!

The rooms were beautifully done. The beds were comfy and my favorite part of the room was the indoor/outdoor bathroom. The entire staff is warm and inviting. Construction occurs next door until late at night (10 pm or so). Some nights it was hard to get a good night's sleep because of the noise. Skip the hotel breakfast. The main strip with all of the restaurants is about a 10-minute Grab ride from the hotel. I wish the hotel area was a bit more walkable.

Literally everything, food, staff, rooms and the nice pool was all amazing. The staff make such an effort towards your stay and yet again the food is unreal here would definitely stay again If we had to be picky the aircon could be slightly colder buts a minor problem

I enjoyed my stay at AmantraNa Canggu. The staff was super helpful, gentle and sweet. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The team communicated with me to know my arrival time and when it was time for breakfast (if I didn’t put my order in, in time lol). I appreciated that. I am happy I stayed at your hotel. One morning, all I NEEDED was some coffee because I would miss breakfast due to my all day trip but no was there to help. I understand the operating hours so I am not mad, I just would have loved some coffee.

The place was really nice and cozy. The staff is really nice and friendly. They simply are the best! The rooms were clean and A/C was working good. The breakfast was also really enjoyable. Everything is nearby and fast to reach with a scooter. Thank you for your efforts! The only downside is that there is construction going on next to the hotel. But this is something they can’t control. Canggu is a busy area overall. This was not a dealbreaker for us.
