I got the one with the balcony, which was right next to the next room’s balcony. This made the noises from next door to seep into my room, which was a bummer that I got a neighbor who decided to move the balcony chairs at 6am?. Other than that, it was wonderful

I stayed on the 2nd floor but have stayed on the lower ground as well, both times I can hear people walking, talking and the noise when employees are cleaning in the morning. Definitely not sound proof I also had some trouble with my TV and volume and wouldn’t say my stay was perfect. The staff helped but I had to call them back a few times which was a disruption to the stay. I think it’s a shame since the room itself is very nice. Despite that the room is great, and the location is also good for those not familiar with Canggu to start with as it’s very close to lots of food, marts and necessities.

The hotel is very modern, the room is greatly designed. There is a restaurant where you can have a breakfast, a lot of useful facilities nearby (laundry). The construction site nearby can be a bit annoying, but they tried not to be too loud

The room size is very big and comfy. The breakfast they provided are amazing as well. There's no lifts over there but the staffs are very kind for helping us to send our luggage to our room. The toilet has a very bad smells since the first day we checked in and after the staffs came for cleaning, it's still there and we don't know why. The resort carpark is too far away from the resort.

Their interior design in the room as well as the open areas including the stairs and the swimming pool. The location is a bit away from the busiest area of Canggu, like 5-10 mins by grab bike. The reception was a bit slow with check in and out.

Room was nice and clean, but a few little details were off, like the door lock being difficult to use, the shower head being old / slightly broken, etc. You can't get connecting rooms (for us and the kids).

Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife during our short time in Canggu and we enjoyed our stay. Hospitality: Every staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Room: Clean, beautiful and spacious. I am very particular about cleanliness, and I was very satisfied with our room. Location: Tuck away in a small alleyway so it is more "peaceful". What I love the most about this hotel is its location which allow us to travel to most of Canggu famous attractions on foot. Price: Very cheap for such a nice hotel. Reading the other reviews some people complaint about noise and mosquitoes but we experience none of those. We sat on our balcony in pitch black throughout Nyepi night and we did not get any mosquito's bite. Food not so nice, had no choice but to order from hotel during Nyepi.

Location’s really close to popular breakfast spots, pharmacy and supermarkets. Highly convenient. We came during the low-season so the place feels more private. Bedrooms were clean, staffs were helpful and tucked at the end of the alleyway, overall really pleasant green space in the middle of bustling Canggu. The private pool with the hot pool was a bit too shallow for my liking. And I think that the glass walls of the bedroom makes me feel a bit more alert about security.

We had an amazing stay at Kemilau Hotel Canggu, and we couldn’t recommend it more! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special! The hotel’s design is stunning, with a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and Balinese charm. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, offering a peaceful retreat after exploring Canggu. The bed was super comfortable, and we loved the little details that made the stay extra special. The pool area is an absolute highlight - a tranquil oasis with lush greenery, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location is fantastic, close to great cafes, restaurants, and just a short ride away from the beach, yet still tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and privacy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection, and the overall vibe of the hotel was so cozy and inviting. It’s clear that a lot of thought has been put into making this place feel like a little paradise. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for their kindness and hospitality - we truly felt taken care of. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Bali!
