I really like the room, it’s been renovated beautifully. The location is very central in Berawa, within walking distance to the beach, Finns Beach Club, Atlas, and many great restaurants. Their food menu is also very good. I especially loved the pork belly fried rice at 18Grams, the restaurant at KOA. Highly recommended! Nothing. All good. Keep up the good work.

First of all, the staff was so incredibly sweet, warm and welcoming. The rom was super clean, really comfortable beds, perfect location and the breakfast was amazing! I extended my stay and i am so happy I did! Such a good hotel and a good price, would definitely recommend this hotel! I don’t have anything that I can complain about.

location was the main point in this hotel. It lies between fins club and atlas club.

it’s in city center but crowded they charged me for my teeth bleeding when i was sleep for it’s like a small dot on billow, they gonna charge you on little things that i have never seen before in hotel whole world, i regret cleaning the room and organize it for them before i left.

I stayed at this hotel three different times during my trip to Bali, and each stay was excellent. The pool was under renovation, but I was given free access to the nearby Atlas Beach Club, which was a great alternative. They kindly kept my suitcase for me free of charge while I was traveling, which made things so much easier. A special thanks to Agus and Suki for their professionalism and kindness — they truly made me feel welcome every time. I wasn’t too fond of being asked to leave a 500K deposit or an ID, as it felt a bit inconvenient.

Location I asked for breakfast box the day before but the staff forgot to prepare it. We had a tour booked so we couldn’t get the breakfast that we paid for. We asked for a refund for the breakfast, but they said it was not available since it was a package. The bathroom was also rusty especially the shower

Location is great. The personnel very friendly. And the hotel very clean. Food at the restaurant was always great! Breakfast okay but nothing impressive. Also, I had a meeting that was very important and they gave me a cable to stabilise the Wi-Fi connection which was very helpful and the meeting was uninterrupted. Now what I didn’t like: first of all the second night of our stay another resident started a fight with a woman in the hallway. He physically abused her, there was glass shattering and screams. As a woman I felt incredibly unsafe waking up at 4:00 not knowing what is happening and why another woman is being abused and threatened. The personnel of the hotel was there AND NO ONE CALLED THE POLICE. Next day they greeted us with smiles not mentioning anything. When my partner mentioned something they said “yes, we don’t want to judge this resident but he is always drunk. However we told him that this is not going to happen again”. I think that they should have called the police, kicked him out immediately and apologise to the residents for letting this drag for half an hour without security or police. We were just listening to a woman screaming and getting abused. This was IN THE HALLWAY not in their rooms btw which made everyone scared that they are going to get attacked as well. Very scary experience and so painful as a woman to listen to another woman getting beaten up. Also, the AC was not working. We told them the first time. They said they fixed it and gave us an extra card so the AC will work while we were away even if it was not so powerful. They did not fix it and when we requested a room change if it wasn’t fixed everything was full. We woke up sweating again. Bali without AC is not possible. Next day we requested again for it to be fixed. They offered room change (so now we could but yesterday not?) and they also said they’ll send someone to fix it again. The technicians on day two resolved the problem nicely and quickly. So did they really tried the day before? Point is the AC was not working for more than half a week. Lastly, the pool did not work and no one told us before we booked. They offered entrance to a beach club with a pool across the street but be aware :)
