The day we asked for our room to be cleaned. It wasn’t the breakfast had issues every morning with items not being available with a five day day with six people became very frustrating. There were never towels in the pool.

We loved this hotel! The staff all around was amazing, we had all sorts of flight delays on the front and back end of our trip and the front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful while we worked through the delays. The room was as clean as you could hope for and had everything we needed for our stay! We (unfortunately) missed breakfast because we had late nights but from what I heard from other guests, it was really good! Well worth the cost and we would 100% stay at this hotel again!

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms are nicely decorated. We did not have any hand soap in the bathroom. There was only one towel, no bags in any trash cans, and half a roll of toilet paper. The bathroom could have also been cleaner. These small things are not a deterrent from us staying there again but they could be addressed.

Very clean hotel in a perfect location with lots of stores and restaurants.

Check in was smooth! Check out was easy. What i didn't like was the double payment of the security deposit, even know it was only $20 a day i was charged it on arrival and on check out. Although for my bank the refund of the deposit was quick 24 hours after check out. It was still dumb.

The staff are always helpful, there is ample parking. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This was my second time staying here and I plan on it again in the future. Thanks!

Bed linen did not appear very clean, shower had stains on floor, shower door did not completely close. Bathroom floor didn't appear very clean/sanitized. Water drainage in bathroom sink real slow.

Don’t stay at this hotel. When will check the whole town there was a damp wet smell from the carpet. When I reported it to the front desk, they offered me 5000 Bonvoy points which is equivalent to $40 and a can of Lysol spray. When I called the website, they reached out to the hotel and was told that we could check out and go to another hotel and get a full refund. We traveled for quite a while and we were exhausted and all the hotels in the local area we booked just like this hotel. I was told to come back down at six in the morning and speak to the manager. Fast forward I showed up at 6:30 and the manager wasn’t even supposed to come in until 7 AM. I have yet to receive any compensation from the hotel whatsoever. I was told by the night auditor that I would receive an email or a phone call and 12 hours later I still haven’t received anything from the manager.

I have been dealing with a pretty rough cancellation through booking.com. The staff at the property have been AMAZING helping me through the process and going back and forth with booking.com. Monica especially has been amazing and done everything she can to help me!
