I loved my stay here room was fresh and very clean. And all staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great place to stay for a weekend getaway.

Clean room but rooms are small. Pool area is too small. Asked for an upgraded room but got an end of the hall with King bed and sofa bed. Some rooms have showers only and some have combo bath shower. Elevators are super slow. On a good note- its close to restaurants and shopping. Other than that, would probably never stay there again

Having to pay for coffee/ breakfast was not great also an extra parking fee is inconvenient and adds to cost of stay. By the time you add parking and breakfast this place becomes uncompetitive and next time I will shop better

There was an issue with the water temp in the shower. It went from cold to hot several times during our showers. I mentioned this to the hotel staff when we were checking out. Water temp for the showers. Softer towels would be nice.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced; it was lumpy and had a deep dip on the side I slept on. The bedding was nice.

Looks like brand new property but it was spotless and VERY quiet at night. We had 2 small dogs but were worried they might bark at noises they weren't used to but we could hardly hear anything including people coming and going from their rooms or the elevator (which our room was fairly close to). Everything was great and staff were very helpful and courteous.

There was renovation going on and we weren't notified with enough time before hand that this was going to be happening if we wanted to cancel. A lot of noise in the lounge and eating area. Basically the lounge are was unusable.We and several other patrons were locked out on the patio. We had booked two rooms, two people in one room and one person in another. We were given the wrong card keys and were locked out of our room which meant that it had not been cleaned. when we checked in they did not make sure who go the right card keys.

Air conditioner worked fine for the weather. Only had evening cocktails and small dinner- no breakfast.

Clean the place up dirty and no internet for 2 days

Property going through a remodel. Driveway entrance not accessible. Only elevator working and the interior of the elevator was torn up. Water in the room would periodically lose pressure. The interior of the room I stayed in was refurbished so it was okay. The cylinder for the coffee maker was dirty. The shower tub grout looked dirty. Although the staff was nice I don’t think I would stay there again.

Got an email saying pool and tub were closed so never checked, property under construction so knew it wouldn't be perfect. Room ws clean and nice, number 525, a little disappointed, the glass shower wall had a very crooked bracket, was a little surprised that passed inspection . Very nice stay, but my wife left 6 braclets in the room, called and was told nothing was there, we noticed they were missing on the drive home and double checked when getting there so no way we were mistaken about them being left so surprised house keeping did not turn them in and a little disappointed the management just wrote us off as being mistaken ( we were not) about them being there. Otherwise a very comfortable stay and we plan on staying again( but will be more careful on not leaving anything in the room).

Courtyard by Marriott's have stripped down their amenities so much that it feels like you're in a motel now. Poor amenities, old rooms and furnishings. Decent service and personnel are the only saving grace.

Although the hotel was under construction, the staff went through a lot of effort to ensure we were comfortable. They located our room away from the construction area. One issue was that the lobby was under construction, so we were not able to use that space. Our room itself (not yet renovated was just fine, and the amenities were great. I'll look forward to returning in April, once renovation is complete.

Stay was ok. Not great. We were told we would have daily housekeeping. Came back our first night after spending the entire day cooking at my son’s place to find unmade beds, full garbage cans and no towels. Very disappointing.

Clean, spacious, well-appointed room. Handicapped bath was one of the best I have ever experienced. Excellent shower pressure and hot water. Will definitely return for that amenity alone. Staff were friendly and professional.

Nice hotel right off the freeway. Clean rooms. The only thing I didnt enjoy was the hottub was so hot you couldn't enjoy it. Staff informed us that it was to the right temperature, but we couldn't use it.

Nothing bad to say. Just left the breakfast voucher in the room when I came down to lobby. Asked if I could get breakfast and didn't have the voucher on me. I was told I need it for breakfast. I have been to many other hotels and every once and a while I forgot the breakfast voucher. They just looked at me key card and room number and obliged. So I give a low score for that attendant. Everyone else was great.

Good, central location. Has a little bar/restaurant. Can get packed and take time. Food was okay but service was good. We had a party in Campbell, so this location was perfect. The Pruneyard center is very close too.

This was a very disappointing stay for my business trip. Air conditioner unit rattled really loudly, coffee maker was broken, fridge was broken. Was here on business, communicated to front desk Sun evening when I arrived, by the time I checked out on Tuesday, no one had addressed any of the concerns. Will not be returning.

Loved this hotel - right near the Pruneyard which is great for shopping and dining. Rooms are clean and even though they feel a little older still I’m good shape. The bed was soft and comfortable, was not like sleeping on concrete which most hotel beds feel like, and they had normal sized pillows. My only issue with this hotel was the room doors all slam badly throughout the halls and you can hear this constantly. Some doors shutting by other guests felt as if it was my door itself, it was so loud. I think they need to have the doors looked at and adjusted. Very nice property though, would definitely stay here again.

I approached the front to check in, he yawned and started the routine process. Never told me about the hotel amenities or where the elevators were located. In the morning, the Starbucks staff was moderately friendly but not knowledgeable when it came to the drinks.

Anytime we visit San Jose, this is where we stay. Rather we are with friends or just my husband and I. Nice comfy place to stay. Very friendly and clean.

The customer service at this location is top notch. I booked this place thinking it would just be a mundane stay, but the staff changed that. We had several special needs traveling with a baby and toddler and everything was met, including storing breast milk for us, a crib, and prompt maid service. This location is also walking distance to a great park, the farmers market and many restaurants.

When you first walk into the lobby of a hotel is always when you get your first impression. You want it to look clean, professional, inviting, spacious, safe, appealing, non ordinary and inviting. This place did and had a large, comfortable area to sit and hangout.

Hotel is outdated. Mini fridge cabinet door stay pen am the time bc it was too large for the space which could be a safety issue. Shower was very dated. Food was terrible. I prefer the basic a flatbread pizza and fries and it was terrible. The two individuals that prepared it were not very customer service oriented nor did they know what they were doing. The both referred to a book to prepare drinks for another guest.

There was easy access to the freeway. Since weather was a factor in our stay, the surrounding area was not as well kept.

I didn’t like that I was asked if I’d like my room cleaned the next day, I replied yes. I told them I would be gone from 9:30 am till the evening. When I returned at 8 pm, no one had cleaned the room. I was tired & aggravated.

Not a lot of parking. The lighting in parking garage could be better. Felt uneasy. Inconvenient.

Card key didn’t work and had to go back down to front desk. However, agent at the desk was extremely helpful in resolving the issue promptly

Average at best, especially compared with other Courtyard properties. 15 a night to park. No luggage carts, oven was broken so no on site food options, and no microwave in room. Coffee makers are ancient, K-cup machines should be standard. Awkward bathroom setup too. Would not recommend given that it is the same price as other chains that do not charge for parking and have nicer amenities.

Stayed one night in the suite. Perfect size with kids. We drove downtown to eat that wasn’t too far.

Out of all the hotels we stayed at this was the best one in this area. Everything was clean, easy check-in, friendly staff, no complications, very accommodating. The suite we had was very spacious and perfect for our trip. I wished we could’ve added an extra night but they were completely booked for the next day.

Property was great. Asked for room to be serviced every day but that wasn’t done. The limited “cafe” was not open one evening because there was no staff to run it. Didn’t like being charged extra for parking because I wasn’t told at the time of reservation.
