Pool was out of order, which was very disappointing to us. But hotel was nice otherwise, I liked that we could log into our netflix and such on the tv. We got a suite that had 2 beds and a sofa bed, the room was large!

the front desk is disgustingly rude. Refuse to even look at your when you're asking FAIR AND JUST questions. Was not honored as a hilton member.... no pillows for my pun or couch and when i and for a blanket they told me to take one of them off the bed

Overall we were very well pleased with our accommodations sans one thing: The faucet in the bathroom basin had terrible water pressure, took an unacceptable amt of time for the water from the faucet to eventually get hot. Otherwise we were totally happy with our room !!

2nd stay in a Hampton Inn and suites. Met my basic requirements. This room got cold and thats a fantastic thing. Helped me have a good night's sleep. Room set up was very good.

The room was quite comfortable and large, clean and spacious. The breakfast was pretty good. I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t working properly. The water was cold when it was supposed to be warm since it’s inside the building. That was the main reason why I chose that place.

I paid extra for this hotel because it had a pool, only to be told at check-in that the pool was unavailable. I paid a down payment at the door for security and I was told it would be refunded but only received half. I had also noted ahead of time that we had a dog, yet was later charged an additional $75 that was not refunded. Staff was friendly, but the lack of communication and incomplete refunds were very frustrating. I would not stay here again.

Before you book a stay at this Hampton Inn, please do a Google review of this General Manager, James Hodges. His ego was on full display before I even arrived at the hotel, when I simply called to inquire about the courtesy shuttle and the ego never stopped. Any question came off as an inconvenience to his time. His night team reflects his poor personality. I have been using Hotels.com for over 15 years and have 80+ bookings with them. This is the first and only time I felt a need to reach out to them to let them know of the poor customer service we were receiving. Too many issues to mention, but here is one that will show you the type of person you can expect. On a shuttle ride to the train station with me and my family, GM James Hodges was our driver. As I always do anytime we get into a vehicle, I confirm with my two boys that they have buckled in. On this day when I asked, my 9 year old said he was having trouble buckling in. Most human drivers would have stopped to ensure everyone was buckled in, not this guy! He just kept on going. Luckily my son was able to get his seatbelt buckled shortly after saying he was having trouble. Just an fyi, the pool is closed and has been for months. PLEASE read the reviews on Google before booking this hotel. There are 2 other hotels in the same plaza for essentially the same price. You should not have to deal with this tyrant.

I guess for the price.. you get what you pay for... big room decent beds.. comfy couch the basic essentials...what i hate was their breakfast.. it wasnt organized.. the food was not properly cook specially the eggs.. such a big metal tray and soo .little scramble uncook eggs...no bueno!!. Their washing machine sucks!.. and out of all 3 recepcionist i saw.. the spanish one was the most polite and good vibe.. ..they told my wife the pool was not in service yet i saw kids jumping and swimming.. that made my kids feel sad. Poor communication in that area!.

Did use the gym or the laundry. Hallways looked like garbage. Lights broken and the carpet needs to be replaced. Staff at desk had the nerve to make us sogn a document saying unless room was inspected at check out they would keep my deposit. Also only the people on the reservation were allowed in the room. No parties, I was there with a five year old for dance competition. I have never seen that in a Hilton hotel. Deposit is higher than usual for incidentals.

Check in and rooms were fine. Cops were called twice while we were there. I wish we knew the pool was closed, it’s listed on their website but I didn’t see it on hotels.com so that’s my fault. During check out the front desk lady acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for her to make me a key to grab our car keys that we thought we forgot in the room. Overall, not terrible but wouldn’t stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk has a nasty attitude. Chewing gum looking at me like I’m there to stare at her. No hello, after I stated I’m here to check in , she says I need you ID. After she finishes just hands me the key card, not saying your room number is, no here’s the wifi code, no breakfast is served, just handed me the key card with a stank attitude. Besides that everything else was fine.

Our stay was just ok, the room was quite dusty, the thermostat on the wall didn’t work had to manually change the temp by the controls on the unit, shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. My husband had to tighten it by hand and change the sprayer direction. Toilet seat had hair on it and cracks in the porcelain. I cleaned and disinfected the room myself with cleaner I brought with us. Sheets were too small for the king size bed and turned the wrong direction to force the fit. Water in sink had to run for 5 mins before getting hot. The staff were delightful and the pool area was nice. Breakfast was amazing! There was vent outside of our room that was very loud blowing warm air in the hallway.

It was a family trip to D.C. When I arrived for check-in, they wouldn't accept my deployed husbands card, that was used to PRE-PAY for our room. He was initially supposed to join us, but ended up deploying. I video called my husband, they would Not accept his verbal ok. It's ridiculous that they wouldn't just use the card that was used to pay for the room, that I had in my hand. I have used the same card for traveling for years. Very poor customer service as well.

The staff did not have a pleasant attitude. I stayed one night and the hot water was ice cold throughout the building. My family and I had to take cold showers in the morning which was terrible. The staff were aware of the issue and there was no urgency to get if fixed. The breakfast was good with different varieties and the room was clean. The lack of hot water ruined our trip. And there was no explanation as to why the water was not working.

The front desk representative was sincerely apologetic, along with letting me know I wasn't the only one complaining about the water temperature. When we arrived on Nov 29, which was my birthday everyone and everything was great. I got to my room it was cold the heating system wasn’t working so I called downstairs. They sent up the front desk clerk who tried to convince us that it was hot in the room. Then he told us he could move us, but it probably would be the Sam way in the other room. So I said I wasn’t moving. Went downstairs to get blanks to cover the heater still it was cold. About 1245am I went back downstairs spoke with the General Manager he came up and tried to do what he could but it was still cold. He removed the face of the heating unit plug in the until and the heater starts to work slow. He asked us did we want to move! My sister said it’s 1am and we are in the bed no we are not moving. He assured us that we would be moving to another room in the morning. He left the system on 72 degrees still blowing out cold air. It wasn’t until I put the heat on 97 degrees that the heat started to come out! We never received a call to be move. I received texts asking how was my stay and still no one said they were moving us.He assured me that I was going to get a discount on my stay. Walking away still paying $400.46 to sleep in the cold and receiving constant lies was ridiculous on my birthday! At check in I was assured that the rooms were renovated. I will never stay at this hotel ever again! When I check out on Sunday the receptionist was nasty as well.

The scrambled eggs were wet and not appetizing at all. The bacon was so hard and crunchy that I almost chipped a tooth on it! I asked if they had another kind of yogurt and was given expired yogurt. The lady who checked us in was not friendly. She didn’t greet me or explain anything to me. She acted like she hated her job. If you hate it that much, don’t work in customer service.

Well they were in the middle of remodel so the nosie and inconvenience of the parking as well as a horrible breakfast

You can tell remodeling was going on, new carpet smell, halls clea as well as the room. Still a strong smell of marijuana everywhere outside but guess that’s to be expected at this point. Only thing that up set me is the front desk clerk almost felt bothered by having to deal with us. We were very polite and he was not to be honest. Being a late check in, I get it, but if working late bothers u, change shifts. The only thing I am very upset about is I told the clerk I was a reward member and he told my wife and I it didn’t matter because I booked the third party. Now, I have done this in the past and I have never been told this ever let alone with attitude. Regardless if I went third party, I still spent money in your company. I am not one of ur largest rewards members but I count, at least I thought I did till now. Perhaps time to change rewards companies. Very disappointed.
