Didn't eat anything, cause of the room not being to clean, so I didn't trust it

Area didn't feel safe bums hanging around out side front door. Lobby clean but rooms was just clean enough. Had to desinfect the room

Older hotel towels were not plentiful had to turn in towels before getting towels. House keeper mention don’t get stains on a WHITE towel really.

Staff was decent there is an additional $50?deposit ( best to give cash you’ll get your deposit back when you check out) They have cameras everywhere. My upper door latch was broken. The room was clean the bed is comfortable the rooms are outdated a bit but comfortable . The sofa sleeper is outdated also there is plenty of parking. Location is good you are around lots of eateries, grocery stores and dollar stores . It’s conveniently located off the highway

The property was very loud. A lot of bumping… people hanging out in the halls extremely loud and late in the night.

Room was in good condition. However, the staff could’ve been a bit more accommodating. I stay at this location exclusively about once a month or so. I accidentally booked the wrong room. I asked if he has a hot tub suite available to which he said yes. I then asked if could pay the difference because I booked the regular suite instead of the hot tub and he refused. I don’t understand why you rather let the room stay empty versus letting me pay the difference to get a more expensive room. I might add that I was checking in at 7 PM so the day was pretty much over.

The bed was very uncomfortable felt like it was broke, but other than that it was an okay stay for one night.

We checked out early. Firstly, the room was subpar but I was like fine, could be worse…then when I needed ice, I had to go up to another floor and ALL THE WAY down the hall just for ice, but still wasn’t complaining. About 4pm on Saturday, after a nap, after leaving my belongings in this room for a whole day, I had to kill a cockroach while using the bathroom!!! We just gathered our things and left at thiat point. Disgusting.

I was placed in room 123 the morning that I woke up there was a roach on my bed, so I was moved me to room 122 in that room, I was bit by something while I slept. I did not report it to the front desk because I just didn’t want the hassle, I just didn’t want them to think that I was making up things but, i will never stay there ever again.

I am upset. I had hip surgery and it was suggested to me get into jetted tub after physical therapy. I chose Baymount because it was close to where i go physical therapy. I have frequently this establishment several times. This time customer service was non existent. I booked a room with sofa sleeper and jetted tub . No, sofa sleeper and the jetts were dirty and one is broken so i was able to utilize the jetted tub.

Property is not located in the best area. Room claim to be renovated but everything looks old and outdated. Looks as if it was only painted.

Room was nice. jacuzzi didn’t have the stopper so i had to use my face towel. and i stayed there for 2 nights and i couldnt get new face towels

The customer service representative was rude and unhelpful, the room was very outdated and unkempt, there was a slippery substance on the floor accompanied by a bug of some sort. The breakfast option was a complete joke, and it smelled of burned oatmeal or something. Overall I would never stay there again, and neither would I recommend it!

I asked for my room to be cleaned while I was out for the day. I returned at 8pm at night and no one touched my room. I had to go to the front desk and complain only for them to send someone up there while I’m in the room to clean it. Breakfast is disgusting.

In town for Sox game. Hotel is a little dated but good for overnight stay. Breakfast was very basic but coffee was hot. Hotel is easy on, easy off I94 expressway.

The hotel was near plent of fast food chains so eating was no issue. The garbage around the property was unbecoming. The overflowing trash cans inside the property was not good. The rooms were clean and tidy.

ex police officer now uber driver picked us up and told us there has been around 10 HOMICIDES in and around the hotel, so be careful. room wasn’t bad though, considering the price, and was decently clean.

The rooms are non-smoking but it smelled really bad like weed and smoke combined. The fridge in the room did not work. Breakfast consisted of make your own waffle, some cereal, yogurt, and toast which was ok.

I understand they have a 3pm check in policy but majority hotels are able to at least let you

When we checked in pool was being repaired, the 1 elevator was out of service for about 20 hours, juice machine was broken. We never were asked if we wanted fresh towels or garbage taken out and stayed Thursday through Sunday. Positives, when talking to staff they were friendly and polite. Room had fridge and microwave. I dont think we would stay here again.

They only leave one roll of tissue in the room. No extra roll. Other than that the staff of nice. The hotel does need some work in some rooms. The price is definitely too high for the area and condition.

I love staying there besides that one make staff need more hospitality training ….

Smells a lot of cigarettes

The customer service at the front desk has never been good. I have stayed here several times only because there’s nothing else in the area for what I need to accomplish.This will be the last time. I tried to take a bath but the stopper would not stay closed. The elevator stopped functioning. I was on the third floor with six stents in my heart. Also, a female was knocking on doors saying “bring your ass out of there. No offers from them for the inconvenience.

The floors and carpet were dirty and smelled. I didn't like that you had to turn in your used towels to the front desk in order to get clean towels. The elevator was out of service so I had to use the stairs, no problem, I enjoyed getting my steps in, however, the stairway stunk, the carpet was dirty, trash was on the floors.

Pool was down and had to chase housekeeper down for hand for the sink and i was told no extra towels.

Nice Hotel and great staff but the area is a little unsafe. People smoking pots everywhere and fighting at night.

The property was not bad but for the price this was a little too expensive for the type of hotel this was.

When we checked in and there was no mention about services available. We were just handed a sheet of paper to read. Which did not tell us we only had four towels in our room, that our floor was severely scratched up and the mini fridge leaked all over the floor. The gaps in the entry door allow you to see people walking by. (Ours wasn’t the only door like that) If you book just have zero expectations and you’ll be fine.

This was a decent stay, downside were breakfast items werw lacking variety, doors didnt shut well without force and havijf ti pay $1 for a small toothbrush, most hotels give that for free.

This stay was so needed between me and husband, and the quiet cleanness of the hotel set it off for us.

Overall, the place is not a great place for the service rendered. I do not recommend it.

The staff were very nice. The woman who does the breakfast is truly a gem, I would come back and also refer people there. It would’ve been a 5-star but the shower water wasn’t hot at all, but maybe that was my room

Everyone I come in contact with is very nice.

The shampoo & conditioner in the shower were almost empty. Only had 1 set of bath towels in room for 2 people. Overall stay was good.

The hotel is very good and the staff are their service is topnotch, they also provided breakfast, I recommend it to anyone who interested in staying there.

Clean place second floor noise all night was a bit much. Staff was friendly. They did have breakfast but did not partake. Close to the city. Nice place.

The room was didn’t have a small sofa or chair. Just the bed and desk. Kind of uncomfortable if you’re in there and not sleep. Forcing us to have to eat on the bed which we are not fond of.

1st when we arrived they told us was no more suits available when i already reserved months ago and it was paid for after i said that's unacceptable they finally found a suite that i did not reserve for none smoking suite when i ask for one and no jacuzzi in the bathroom it was just a big tube was every unsatisfied

Good place to stay

The room was clean and very comfortable. This is my second tone here and is very happy with the accommodation . The only problem I saw was a leak in the shower from the pipe coming from the wall.

The room and jacuzzi tub were very nice. However, there was nowhere to put our stuff and no chair other than the desk chair in the massive room. No towels in the JACUZZI room when I got there. Tub took about 35 minutes to fill due to low water pressure. I was interrupted 3 times during my relaxation/meditation overnight by shrill phone calls and pounding on my door either because staff forgot to take care of something in the room or did not see that I had requested late check out. Not a bad price and not a bad room, but we take this relaxation overnight once per month, and I'll go back to one of our old favorites rather than staying here again.

I had a two nights stay in their jetted tub suite. While there of course i used the tub as any one would. Then, i informed the front desk clerk about the dirt tub, asking for housekeeping to it. It was stated they need a 24 hr notice for them to come clean that dirty tub, also, clerk recommended for me to refill tub, to turn jets so dirt debris come move around, and drain it. In summary, I left dissatisfied unable use it a second time before stay ended.

Bad stay out of the 3 so far! They do NOT have a breakfast EVER!!! My room smelled like smokev and had smoke holes on the bed and tv stand and i had to tell the front desk not to blame me in the morning.

I end up leaving at 3am cause the room was very noisy due to it being near the expressway way and the jacuzzi was cleaned properly so old dirt residue kept come out when you turn jets on
