Although the staff was great the room itself was not we didn't even use the hot tube because it took way to long to fill and the faucet was broken. The staff at the front confirmed they knew about it. Also the floors were really dirty we walked barefoot and our feet turned black from all the dirt on the floor. Also the sheets and mattress were stained with different colors and when we would flush the toilet there was this nasty smell from the water its smelled like sewer water absolutely disgusting next time I will be staying somewhere else

I recently stayed at the Calimesa Inn Motel and had a great experience. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, stores, and the freeway. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made check-in easy. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, especially for the reasonable price. Overall, this motel offers good value and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff member are nice. The outside of the Inn is well kept. It’s in a great location next to freeway entrance, Grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, Walgreens and Tesla Super Charging Stations.

The staff was great. Rooms were large. The shower was short. My husband is 5”8 and he was taller than were the shower head was placed.

Location, staff and parking was great. Room was not inviting. Could have used a few pictures on the wall. While taking a shower, no place to put the soap. Bed was extremely hard.

DO NOT SRAY JERE I had to switch rooms twice because the rooms were filthy stained sheets sticky floor it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS The staff were horribly rude the owner wouldn't even apologized just told me to leave

The room was clean and spacious. The service is nice. The pool and hot tub was closed for repairs. Were disappointed because we wanted to sit in the hot tub. Also there was a fridge and a microwave but surprisingly no coffee pot in the room.

It’s a good place to stay, it was clean and everything worked. It was just out dated and looked a little rundown. It was very quiet. They so need an elevator cause when you have stuff you’re carrying down those stairs it’s scary. Staff was very nice and it was easy to check-in and check-out.

Front desk staff are excellent, very helpful and kind. Room had dripping water in bathroom. Maid didn't change towels, just readjusted on rack.

The pool area was locked mid day. We had called ahead to ask if the pool and spa were working and they said they were though. We just ran out of time to have them unlock it and give it a try.

Tub faucet leaked pretty consistent. When I informed the desk about the faucet, "Oh we know there is an issue"????? Another area had a drip like a drain gutter, loud drops every two seconds. The top blanket had blood stains on it!!! Three stains the size of hockey pucks.

Nice motel. It’s a motel so don’t expect much, but the service was good. The owner/manager was nice and professional. The room was pretty clean. If you’re looking for a motel class stay, this is quite a good spot.

I appreciated the large towels, hot shower with good pressure. We used the freezer, TV and Internet with ease.

Calimesa Inn is an amazing hidden oasis of a hotel . Very quiet and private . I will definitely be back again .

The bathroom knob was inoperable from the inside, good thing my wife was there to open it from the outside, or I would have been locked in the bathroom. To be fair, it was late so we just went to sleep, we didn't ask for another room. In the morning I notified them at checkout, they didn't seem concerned or even offer an apology.

We booked this online it stated pool and hot tub and breakfast nothing was available. Room smell like chemicals and not at all recommendable and person who help me said I could have a room with a spa and but it would be an extras 50$. Was not worth 105$

This was a last minute booking and it wasn’t bad for what we paid. I thought it was weird that the front desk woman was asking for cash to hold the room instead of just a card. I wasn’t expecting that so she ended up just taking the card for incidentals. The staff were super nice and it looks like the place might be in a process of renovations. All in all not a bad place to stay at but wouldn’t be m first choice.

They advertise pictures of dogs being allowed in the hotel, the website says they allow dogs specifically and then they attempt to kick us out because we brought our dog and they refused a refund. We are reporting you to the BBB and I literally pray you lose your livelyhood and business altogether with the way you treated us. Attempting to call the police when we have a 15 year old with us is ridiculous. Not human beings running this place. My parents warned me about real life demons and the husband and wife who run the Calimesa Inn are exactly that. Disgusting "its" is what they are. Scum of the earth. Oh and the breakfast served is nasty oat meal and cheap coffee. Not that we expected much based on the looks of the place in general. Praying for your downfall. Ugly inside and out to both of you.

It’s an older style hotel. It was clean, but the bathroom was dated. We got a non-smoking room, but you could smell smoke outside the room.

This place had people walking around all nite, noisy area. Poorly remodeled rooms, poor plumbing. Will difinately not ever come back to this motel.

Safe & relatively quiet.

The room was mediocre and the sink in 114 won’t drain but I found out why they won’t fix it… it’s because they’re too busy causing a proper meltdown all before 0700 hrs on Saturday July 1st 2023. I had my service dog with me. I took her out with me and someone who was also in the room, and as I was leaving to get coffee, I see a strange man talking to my family member. The strange man then goes to my hotel door, and knocks on it, and starts talking to another family member of mine. Since this looked strange, I got out of my truck, went over to the strange man and I asked “can I help you?” He aggressively got in my face and said “I am not talking to you” He then tells me he’s the owner, and I tell him that whatever he is questioning my family about, he needs to speak/communicate to me, so that I can understand what is going on and fix something or explain something to them. He then said I was “provoking” him by asking him to tell me what he wanted from me. He was upset that I had a service dog with me. I tried showing the owner my phone to show them where exactly they say they are pet friendly online (even though my dog is a service dog) and as I’m trying to show him, he says I’m provoking him and calls the police…………………… weird. I have pictures! Don’t stay here.

Property and room was clean and maintained. Parking was close to my room and it was a pleasant experience.

Not a bad place for the price…staff are great and the rooms are actually pretty decent …restaurants/bars are nearby and overall for an older place, it’s worth staying.

It was quiet. Also, our room had a balcony window that opened for fresh air, much preferred over the AC.

Really great hotel , super great if you are looking for a room to stay at during festival in San Bernardino. It’s like a 15-20 minute drive to the festival area.

Bad - room, condition. Functional but nothing good. We unplugged mini-fridge because of noise. Happy with no carpet but condition of 'wood' vinyl floor bad. Tub dripped. Sign on freeway was recently remodeled - sign must be very old. Other reviews with 5/5 fridge broken and microwave wasn't working? Fine place to crash for a night for $100 but nothing more.

The room itself was a different story. The shampoo/conditioner seemed like it was used, the room was dusty, the bathtub stopper looked like it was from the 60's, the bed was hard but the towels & sheets were soft & clean. A deep cleaning & fresh coat of paint would do the trick for sure. If I were to do a turnaround trip again, I think I would stay there again but not for any length of time.

The overall experience was comfortable. Registration staff friendly and helpful. Check in extremely easy and quick. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. In a very accessible location with food and shopping walking distance. We actually went back the same night we checked out ans stayed another night.

This inn is one hour & 30’ to snow summit or big Bear mountains if you are looking for a place for skiing or snowboarding

Great service, very friendly front desk. Room was clean but the fridge was not working, microwave was missing the inside plate, and the bedding was disappointing just very thin sheets no comforter. I would stay again in hopes that the appliances would be fixed and I would bring an extra blanket haha.

Rude clerk try charging more than regular price plus ask for a cash deposit and if you’re one min late at check out they keep it. Disappointing stay.

Such a great place to stay! Loved that there was wifi, tv, mini fridge and a microwave. And even better it was next to a gas station, liquor store, Mc Donalds and taco bell. Great deal and great time.

The place was decent. The room had cabinets inside of it with a kitchen type setting but there was leftover trash from the previous people and the most disturbing thing was finding a bottle of urine inside the cabinets.

The bed was awful and the pillows were nothing but lumps. Worst night sleep!

The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the room smelled of smoke. The mattress had broken springs and the table next to door had a broken leg. The smoke detector in the room was missing. There was a blue light / camera in the vent.

A bit pricey for what you get, but the proximity to Oak Glen at the height of apple picking makes up for it. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating.

Breakfast would have been nice, but McDonald's was close enough.

It was a great stay . Highly recommended. The rooms are nice sized the housekeeping there are very friendly and are on top of it to make sure you got clean towels , toilet paper , and bedding.

The television did not work and was extremely small, had it been operational. The pillows had no cases on them and there were no comforters. There was pools of water by the mini fridge upon entering the room. The toilet leaked water out of the tank when it was being flushed. This was the worst place I have stayed in period.

We needed a place to stay after a music festival at the NOS center, and this was literally the only place within a 30 mile radius of the event center that wasn't ridiculously overpriced. I can't believe how much these hotels jack up their prices on event weekends, it was painful to pay so much for such a trashy hotel. Never again.

The beds and pillows were the most uncomfortable ive ever had. The drawers to put my clothes in were very dirty and the AC unit blew out an odd smell when it turned on. Will 100% never go back there.

The staff were friendly! They required a $75 cash deposit which I felt was strange that they only took cash, but we got it back no problem! The hotel was pretty much spotless, which is surprising for the area. I would stay here again! $396 split between 4 people for 2 nights made it very affordable.

I I didn't like it that you couldn't smoke unless you were 25 ft away from the building or you would get charged $175, when State and federal laws are only 10 to 15 ft. The staff was polite, curtious, helpful and always had a smile on rheir face.

Owner was overbearing, rude. The room had sticky spots on the floors and table. Lots of drug addicts. Looks like homeless people are camping in the parking lot in an RV.

Nothing special but perfect for a good night's sleep. We had a wedding about 10 minutes away so it was great to come back to after a long day. The guy at the front is very friendly. This place needs cash for the deposit but you will.get it back when you check out. (75). I appreciated the microwave and fridge in the room!

We selected this motel based on a 3.8 out of 5 star rating... but this is definitely 2 star motel. So 3.8 out of 5 for a 2 star motel is really stretching credibility. Never stopping here again! Graffiti in the drawers tells you what kind of neighborhood this is in.

Pretty clean and well kept property. Nice area closed to a few fast food restaurants.

Floors were ugly and looked unclean. Hair dryer was in wall behind vanity and cord was cut off and not useable. No electrical outlets ay vanity.

Not a great place to stay for the price. Not very clean and very noisy. People slamming doors at 1 am and the housekeeper's cart was incredibly noisy going down the hallway bright and early in the morning. The bed was comfortable enough but all the noise kept me from getting a good night's rest. The bottom of my socks were dirty after walking around in my room and dried noodles, crumbs and dirt were left on a counter. However, the bed, sink and toilet were clean. The staff were friendly. But overall, not worth the price.
