I put one of our drivers who broke down in this place. He said, he found a cricket in the refrigerator and the TV did not work. There were 2 sketchy charaters parked outside sitting in their car. He called Domino's for pizza and the delivery driver made him meet outside the parking lot. He did not feel safe going in there.

Dirty room, they don’t wipe it down, stains chips and marks everywhere. Fridge was absolutely rotten. Literal dirty napkins on floor. So gross. Smelled awful. I know it’s a budget hotel but it’s insanely priced too high. Even Motel 6 is cheaper and nicer.

It’s nice on the outside close walking distance to the restaurant and market Once u got inside the room could have used fresher and that clean smell it was ok but the up keep needs attention if u want people to stay longer

We traveled 43 hours to get to this place.Because we had an event at riley's farm.When we came back from our event, there were smashed alcohol bottles at our door and around where we park, there were kids.And adults apparently drinking and fighting and arguing i'm pretty sure I saw a drug dealer roll up and deliver some drugs to these people.Even the manager had no words.He seemed like he was shocked as he was waiting for the police while we left to go home.We didn't get home till midnight or one o'clock in the morning

A/c did not work it was over 100 degrees the weekend i stayed.had to ask for the TV remote but never could get it to work so no TV as well.

I got to the property a little late and got woken up by someone working on a broken pipe leaving me with no water and missing my event. Cacarouches roaming around the river and dealing with a smell as so as you walk in. Speaking with the front desk person said he would return my money! all lies! I would not recommend! It’s not worth the money I would spend a little more and get something worth The part where the hosts lied about my return. It never happened! He clearly knew what had happened and said it would happen and I never revived a refund!!!

Hard to see beyond the negative issues... Dirty carpeted floor, tissue dispenser was empty, A/C filter super dirty (cleaned it in the bathtub and let dry before using the A/C), full length wall mirror mount broken/sitting on the floor, alarm clock unplugged/needed to be set, "shower gel" dispenser in bath empty, "lotion" dispenser next to sink empty, TV not working or cable issue - need PHD to operate, microwave clock not set, etc.

The staff was very nice. Check-in was quick and easy. Unfortunately, the hotel is dated and needs to be updated. The shower curtain was dirty. The water pressure was so low as hard to shower and clean up. Just need some overall updating and cleaning.

Carpet should be removed. I think this place is now renting by the month. There were homeless hanging around in the evening. Will not stay again. Felt unsafe and slept for a few hours and left.

great stay! was here for one night and it was very clean, heater/ac worked great, and our shower water was warm. front desk was very helpful and check in was very easy. great for quick and easy stays with a couple of people.

The hotel was under new ownwership and clearly suffered because if it. No breakfast. No in room coffee. The television didn't work. The guy at the desk wss asleep. I had to fix the shower control before we could get a shower. Avoid this hotel.

The couple at the desk are soo sweet...the housekeeping lady was sweet as well! This place is cheaper than the bigger hotels in the area with rooms that are just the same and their A/C works better!

People should stay far away from this hotel. Especially in the summer months, their air conditionings do not work and they do not care. The refrigerators are disgusting. And when you complain, they act like they don't speak english, stay far away. It was so bad I left at one in the morning.

Terrible place. I was given a room key, only to get to the room and see the door wide open with someone else putting their bags in it! It advertised free breakfast, but there was NO breakfast. Right near the freeway, so very loud and noisy. People yelling and banging on doors at 2:30 am. Would never stay here again.

This facility was terrible, the staff was rude, house keeping didn't make the bed or wash out the tub. We would never stay at that place again, not even if they paid us. Carpets need to be cleaned, they had the parking lot sealed, and it is being tracked in on the carpet.

The bedside lights would randomly come on all night long. We did not get much sleep because we had to get out of bed to turn on the lights due to the switch being so high on the wall. The hair dryer also did not work

Worst of all was the managers tried to get me to pay for two rooms, saying I booked 2. They argued repeatedly when I said “why would one person book 2 rooms” and only after I got my iPad out, which was buried at the bottom of my cars cargo area, did they put me on the phone with the male managers brother, who said I could pay for only one. The room carpet was stained and dirty, the faucet water pressure bad, location right next to the freeway kept me from sleeping; when I was checking in. I asked if I could have an upstairs room because as a single senior age woman I’d be safer in case of break-ins- I saw a dirty shoeless man with a shopping cart in the lot right next door, Even though it was night when I checked in and there were only 3 other cars, I was denied. They said “No, we are full”. They were NOT. The next early morning was far from packed with cars- only four. Terrible experience! There was a hand- made sign in the lobby window saying there was an $80 deposit: I said there was nothing about that on the Expedia site or my receipt. After arguing back and forth about that, they said “OK, forty dollars”. It felt like bargaining at a swap meet. I had to argue and ask repeatedly for a receipt for the room stay until they printed one out. I will of course NEVER stay there again, and NEVER use Expedia again. There was a small room next to the lobby which was obviously for coffee and snacks for guests: I asked if I could get coffee: “No, it’s broken”.

It was a nice, quiet, clean and safe place to stay. They are not pet friendly. We had to make other accommodations for our pet. They would not let her stay with us. The guy at the front desk was very obstinate, he would not let me explain that our pet was a certified service animal . Luckily, we were able to take her back to our friends over night. Otherwise it would have been a disaster. We had prepaid our stay.

The freeway noise was unavoidable. It did not keep us awake for long, but I would have preferred to be quieter.

The location is very sus. When you open their room fridge, it smelled rotten. The room ac is broken. The floor carpet is so dirty. They need to remodel and replace everything there.

Check in was quick and friendly. Convenient location to eateries/stores/etc. This place is perfect for a quick rest of the head but don’t expect anything super comfy or luxurious. Only downfall was super close to the freeway noise wise. However, once the AC unit was on, it provided white noise to block the car sounds!

We were here to attend a wedding. This area only has two hotels. Neither have an elevator. I called the week before to be sure we had a ground floor room and they were very accommodating. When we arrived we had the ground floor and it worked out fine.

Wasn’t as clean as previous visit. Credit card I used was used 2 days after I left, in Italy. No proof of hotel involvement, just seems suspicious because that is the only place I’ve used that credit card. Had to buy towels because hotel towels looked dirty as well as walls and floors. Won’t stay there again. Good thing LaQuinta is being built close by.

The man here is extremely rude. Accused me of having more people in my room and charged me a 150$ "fee" for it. He was also scolding me like a child. Don't stay here, rooms aren't even great and refrigerators don't work. I stayed for 3 nights and not once did he come knocking on my door saying I had extra people. He also claimed there was a video camera right in front of my door, I thought that was odd. Just wanted to get and extra buck.

The only thing I didn't like was a tiny tube if toothpaste that had been used. Now I'm not sure if another guess had left it behind or it was for the room but i wouldn't use it for safety reasons. However the cost and the room being so clean with a great working ac unit and staff that is strict in keeping people on the up and up..I enjoyed my rest. I would recommend staying here.

I stayed here when I went to Countdown NYE in San Bernardino. The drive was not bad, the staff was friendly and assistive. The hot water was not working at first, but the staff quickly helped us fix that. The area is quiet and seemed safe. Definitely recommend this place if you are traveling near by.

Located right on busy, noisy freeway in a sketchy town. The clerk was friendly and agreed to not charge and recommended a better nearby motel.

The location was ideal for me. However, on this trip I stayed in 10 motels and this was the most expensive and the only one that did not provide breakfast.

Awful place. Right next to the freeway so you have to turn on the conditioning fan just to stand a chance of sleep. So close the heavier trucks passing shake the building.

Hotel service was wonderful. Check in was quick and he took his time to recommend some dinning places. The rooms were spacious, clean and stocked with essentials. I would recommend staying here :)
