No dinner possible

I really loved the location and view of Pont Valentre. It was easy to arrive from the train and the hostel is near the historic center. It would be nice to have yogurt at the breakfast and some fresh fruit. It would be nice to have a liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom for handwashing and showers.

Loved to location so close to Pont Valentre. Super roof deck with full kitchen. Free breakfast. Good storage for our bicycles.

Great location, amazing roof top cafe!

Room basic but ok! Very nice rooftop terrace, good facilities- especially if you are hiking. Possibility to wash/dry clothes, common room (games etc), shared kitchen. Another bonus is that the Via Podiensis hiking trail is just outside, so a very good place to start your hiking day! The bathroom could have been cleaned better.

We live loved everything about this hotel/hostel and would definitely stay here again.

Offered a private room with en suite. Excellent location, kitchen and laundry facilities. Good rate. Room was “well worn.” Could use a refresh. Soap in the bathroom would have been appreciated. Also not a fan of the wet room shower set up. Floor squeegee didn’t work and the wet floor is a fall hazard.

Location was near bridge and Chemin du Puy trail. Rooftop bar was nice and convenient. Room was small, not cleaned well in bathroom, had poor air circulation with no fan, so was hot. Can’t imagine in actual summer months. Worst part was the common kitchen area. Refrigerators had what appeared to be weeks old food dripping foulness inside the fridge, and dirty pots and pans in a sink. Needs better routine cleaning in common area by staff (and shame on those who do not clean up after themselves!).

The terrace had a beautiful view of the bridge and the location was good for those walking the Chemin. It was more of a youth hostel atmosphere. People yelling and singing in the halls at 4am. Also the bathroom smelled of urine.

Convenient. Good facilities. Great rooftop terrace with a great view! Nice hosts. Good breakfast.

The delay for the hot water to come through the shower

Next to train station Breakfast was a joke. A boxed juice and a few days old bread. If you are not going to give proper breakfast outside of the summer season is better to just eliminate it from booking. In the shared room, a person was drinking beer and smoking tobacco and cannabis inside the bedroom, even when told not to do so. The toilet and the shower share the same space. Not a good value hostel.

The location and view over Pont Valentré was great! Simple, basic rooms. Bed linen supplied. As there weren't many people staying over in February, breakfast was supplied in a paper bag. It was adequate, but not stunning!

The hostel was really nice .Loved the roof terrace ..Was beautiful location . Was great value with breakfast included .Nice outside terrace area downstairs as well as upstairs . Bedrooms where basic ..Bathroom was spacious and had great showers. Nice seating areas ,and good kitchen . The location was spectacular and was overall great value for money ?
