The resort offers clean and well-equipped mobile homes, with a beautiful location near the beach and a variety of activities for families. However, guests frequently complain about the quality of food, issues with beach facilities, and lack of cleanliness in certain areas.

The room was nice. However, no working smoke detector. The coffee maker was missing parts and the shower gel and shampoo was empty. The air conditioner when it was running sounded like someone was shaking a bag of can which was annoying.
- 2.5/5
Room was clean. The remote control for the TV was missing. Then had to figure out the connection to make the TV work and wasn't told about it . The a/c was loud. There was high heat blowing out of the vent in the bathroom.
- 4.5/5
Clean and well kept. The apparent drug dealer in the room next to us.
- 3/5
RRoom had no place to put luggage on other than the bed.
- 5/5
The room was spacious and the TV was Roku, which is a plus, because you have more of a variety to watch.

- 4/5
Bed was wonderful! Slept better than in a long time!
- 4/5
The television channels did not include broadcast channels or internet services, just random programming. The fitted bed sheet was misfit and I had to adjust it several times. The room was adequate, just spartan feeling.

The room was clean and the staff friendly.

close to freeway - can often hear trucks roaring by
- 5/5
We spent one night at Red Roof Bryon, GA. Everything was fine.
- 4/5
The sheets had a strong smell of women's perfume and the smell bothered me, there was a small cockroach on the wall and a beetle on the other wall, that's why I didn't give it five stars!
- 5/5
The room seemed clean but the floor's dark color hid the fact that it was filthy. Thin walls. Other than that, the price was right for a weary traveler.
- 1/5
Room ac/heater had electric plbm, staff failed to address the issue. Room not cleaned for 3 days. Third day they show up at 9 pm. I told them to get lost.

Didn’t stay here no hot water and I paid for my rooms before time and got there and only one room was ready the other one was not available. Went to another hotel!
- 1/5
The hotel was overbooked and did not have suitable rooms. They only had a single room that did not have a lock in the door or a room with no ac and a leaking sink
- 3/5
Room was decent clean, bedding were clean
- 2/5
Staff was great. Noise outside of the room was loud from the highway. Didn't feel safe at this location. Hot water didn't work well.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Well lite area No one was in lobby for early check out and had to call a number which wasn’t a problem just an inconvenience.
- 5/5
Britney at the front desk was very friendly. It looks like they are doing a refurbishment on the outside of the building. The rooms looked to be refurbished already. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was able to park in front of the room. Parking lot was well lit. It was easy on and off I75. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the room very cool.
- 5/5
Great motel in a great location! The front desk lady..(I wish i remembered her name),she was awesome! The room was neat and clean and the Bed was very comfortable! I also love that they are pet friendly so i was able to bring my fur baby alone❤️

- 5/5
Convinient lication on I75 when traveling from FL to NC and back.
- 5/5
The room for the value was great. Their was a couple of crickets in the room but other than that very good....in traveling I like a clean room, comfy bed and a great shower head....other than the crickets, SPOT ON for the value. I would stay again
- 5/5
I was really impressed by how clean this motel was. Beds had protective covers on them and were very comfortable. Close to gas and food and well lit.Only complaint which we didn't even relay, was the new smart tv didn't work. Good job guys.
- 4.5/5
Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff.
- 5/5
Stopped for a quick nights sleep on the way home. Would definitely stay again
- 2/5
Fortunately they did not have carpet but vinyl flooring. But they needed mopped. My socks turned black & husband’s feet were black within an hour of being there. The blinds do not go the full length of window so at night the lights from parking lot flooded into room. It was like sleeping in the daylight. It was noisy. It sounded like people were standing outside our room carrying on conversations. The lotions in the shower did not work. They were either empty or stuck. The bed was comfortable & the shower was nice. We would not stay here again.
- 3/5
All double bed rooms had been given away before our arrival even though I prepaid for the room. Housekeeping was called in to clean additional rooms to get one available. When we got to the room, it was clean but TV did not work and there were no curtains on the window. The outside hallway light was right by the window to our room, which was comparable to trying to sleep with the sun shining in your face. When we woke up in the morning, the AC had clicked off and the room was humid. Us and all of our belongings were damp from the humidity. Location was convenient for our one night trip and pets were free, but I won’t stay again.
- 1/5
I had booked two rooms , both rooms beds were FILTHY. They transferred me to two more rooms and they were just as dirty. I am still currently waiting on a refund because I did not stay . I left and went to another hotel near by. Would not recommend at all.
- 1/5
The only nice and helpful person there was Dawn. Brittney is too busy talking about guests and on her phone. The manager is almost non existent. Laundry and ice room was so disgusting I cleaned it while doing my laundry. Even tho they renovated the property it is the bottom of the barrel cheap and poorly put together. Dont even expect fresh coffee in the morning because even that is too much for the manager to do. Spend a few more dollars for a room thats better than whats offered at this motel.
- 3.5/5
This is a solid 3 / 5, basic highway-side row motel. If you're expecting anything better, you'll be disappointed. Recommendations: Please put light-blocking curtains on the windows in all the rooms! Also, please clean the floors and under the beds.
- 4/5
Room was very clean and comfortable. But needs window curtains. The light from outside was a heavy glow in the room
- 4/5
There is not carpeting, which is sensible. But the floor, while swept clean, needed an intense mopping. The high humidity during my visit made it sticky. Also, it desperately needed some blackout curtains due to the very bright exterior lighting over the window. It would also help if they'd place the bed on the far side of the room (which was clearly meant to have two queen beds, but only had one). Aside from that, the staff was friendly and the linens were clean. It was overall a good value.
- 5/5
room was nice and clean , staff is really nice!
- 4/5
Good value!
- 5/5
The room was very clean.
- 5/5
It was very clean. The staff was great. My tv didnt work in the first room they immediately move me to a different room.
- 3/5
Property was decent and clean. Was a quick night stay right off the highway on the way to Florida
- 3/5
It was okay to stay in for a quick night.
- 5/5
We stayed here every 2 weeks and were never disappointed. Very convenient place for traveling by I75 from Florida to North and back.
- 5/5
Well-kept recently renovated property excellent location and price will stay again
- 3/5
Beds are comfortable and the rooms seem to have been recently remodeled. Value for price. It rained the last day we were there and we returned to water on bathroom floor and toilet. We cleaned it up with towels and reported it to management in the morning. Also there was never anyone at the desk; I had to call a phone number to get someone to help me.
- 5/5
Right off the expressway with comfortable beds for a great price. Perfect for what we needed.
- 5/5
Easy in and out and right on I-75.
- 3/5
Staff was super friendly and beds comfortable a great quality room for price. Was loud because room are echoey and only blind on window so we were up early after a late night.
- 5/5
Quick overnight on way to Florida. Not a 5 star motel/hotel by any means but it was clean and confortable.
- 5/5
Pet walk needed mowed
- 5/5
Property is Well Maintained. Rooms were Very Clean. Staff is Really Helpful. Much Better then the Red Roof we last stayed at.
- 4/5
I didn’t like how thin walls were in terms of hearing tvs on etc. in the room(s) over,
- 5/5
Clean, simple room with all that you need: refrigerator, microvave, tv, coffeemaker,
- 5/5
The manager was respectful and polite. They gave me and husband with kindness and respect. They also told us where the laundry and breakfast area was. They were perlite we will come back and visit. Thanks
- 5/5
The 2 front desk staff who checked me in were extremely nice and helpful.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean room and handicap acce. TV was wonky that was a pain. But nice hotel.
- 5/5
the best hotel ever
- 3/5
They ran out of room keys, no breakfast, floors in room were dirty, bed sheets had black stains.
- 1/5
There were no towels or wash rags in the room Could get no one to get any.would not amswer. Phone amd no one at front desk just a note that they were out of office leave card on the counter Could get no one to get me any towels.
- 2/5
This Red Roof Inn faces a semi empty lot filled with garbage and what looked like a homeless person's tent. All the room are entered from outside, like a motel which was fine except some of the rooms (including the one next to ours) had a huge rodent trap in front of it. I did not see any rodents but having them in plain sight was quite distracting. Room itself was worn but very clean. Stayed here because I was traveling with dogs and the grassy area was quite a way from our room. Staff were very friendly and offered assistance if I needed anything but unfortunately they couldn't change the location.
- 4/5
We stopped here on our way to Florida. Everything was nice and the beds were comfortable. The check-in lady got us in and to our room with just a signature. My only complaint is the walls are thin, and you could here all the traffic outside. Nice place to stop.
- 2/5
Front desk stayed up late to greet us at 1:30am. Informed us of no room keys, machine was broken?? He opened door and ket us in, wasn't a huge deal because we crashed right away. Next morning, needed 2 more towels so everyone could shower, but front desk wouldnt respond to phone or messages.
- 5/5
If you are looking for a good bed in a clean room while traveling, this Red Roof Inn location meets your needs. No extras just what you need . Newly remodeled rooms. They definitely set a high standard for other Red Roof Inn locations.
- 5/5
Dawn was great at check in. Beds were comfy with great pillows. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very cozy!
- 3/5
Looked freshly updated with new paint so felt clean. TV did not work. Roku but we could not get it to connect. Finally gave up. In room coffee maker was missing the little tray to hold ground pack so couldn’t use it. Blinds are horrible. Room is light all night. Coffee in lobby was very good. Close to highway so convenient but noisy - we use white noise machine so noise was not an issue.
- 2/5
It was okay for one night. No curtains in the room, so the parking lot lights poured into the room all night. Also, the walls are paper thin & we could hear noise from other rooms AND the nearby interstate all night. Doubtful we'll ever stay here again.
- 3/5
The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Someone else came knocking on the door and entering the room anout 2230 when I was trying to sleep after many hours on the road. And people in room next to me were very loud
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet
- 5/5
Very clean.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, newly renovated. Beds were comfortable with great pillows! Only drawback was there were only blinds on the window and I think the light outside must have been at our door! And the window faced the east! So needless to say it was bright in the room all night, becoming very bright by sunrise! Curtains would be a better choices for the room.
- 1/5
Had people yelling and screaming at 2 o,clock in the morning. Had to call frount desk. Never had to do that all the time I have traveled. Very disappointed.
- 5/5
Friendly staff cleanliness was amazing very quite area
- 3/5
That being said the phone didn’t work, and the room was missing a remote (I got the remote from guest services) there was only a deadbolt on the door to keep it secure (most hotels have two or three methods to secure the door. There was no curtains on the window and the blinds were very thin and not sized properly as there were gaps on the sides and bottom and you could see into the room at multiple points from outside. There was a light right outside of the window beaming through so with no blinds I had to hang two blankets over the window to block the light and cover the gaps in the shades or the room was lit up completely. As far as appearances and staff, the hotel was great but in terms on functionality it was not desireable.
- 4/5
It was ok there was slot of trash around the hotel. It took about 10 minutes for someone to show up to check out.
- 4/5
Cons- no black out curtains. Very bright lights shining through blinds. Shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. Coffee pot missing parts.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
I wasn’t expecting a lot out of this property based on the price . It was clean , which is my biggest concern , but it’s probably because it’s newly opened. My only complaint was that there was no one available at check out when I was trying to leave . It was about 8am and myself and other guests had to call their customer service line, which was an inconvenience. We all ended up leaving our room keys at the counter . When I called about 2 hours later , the employee said that they had just opened and didn’t have a full staff operating at the facility yet. How could they open a facility without being properly staffed?
- 5/5
Great place for a budget stay along 75. Clean room. Quiet and area seamed safe.

- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Stayed for one night, as a group of us was heading through. It was right off the interstate and was nice and clean. Was some road noise but that didn't take away from it being a good value and exactly what we needed to sleep and get ready for the next morning drive.
- 1/5
If you are a smoker, don’t stay here. I smoked outside every time, but apparently if your clothes smell like it going back in, that still counts. They will keep your deposit. And then add some onto it.
- 4/5
Floor and under bed dirty. Everything else was great.
- 5/5
Very clean, easy check in!!
- 4/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Check in process was very slow; room was very clean and with exception of bathroom, which was "tired", was fresh and new
- 5/5
We hotel a bit of road noise
- 2/5
bed was made but sheets were dirty. it was clear they had not been washed or changed
- 4/5
The beds were very comfortable, rooms were newly renovated and clean. The location is conveniently located near many restaurants and the interstate. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
New property so everything in each unit was basically new.
- 4/5
Over all the hotel was very clean, other than the previous guests' dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. As a newly renovated hotel the tv cable wasn't sorted out yet.
- 5/5
It's clearly the best economy hotel I've stayed in. The premises were clean and apparently new or newly renovated, the room was very clean, the bathroom was clean, the A/C worked well...best value for my money ever considering I don't like fancy stuff.
- 5/5
Good place
