Overall a decent inexpensive overnight stay. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. No frills but no complaints for a brief overnight stay. Staff was friendly. Again. No complaints for the price.

The room phone did not work. It was replaced in the morning after I went to the office and had the clerk argue with me about it working. My cell phone had died and had to go to the office to report no room phone. I waited until morning too do this since I did not feel safe going out at night. It took calling.911 to get help and after officer arrived, clerk let.me use a charger.

I cant complain about the room as it was clean and everything worked. However, I will say the staff is rude. Service dogs are supposed to be free so we informed him that my service dog was with us. He said he wanted all the paperwork and certificates associated with her, which is illegal in Georgia to ask for, and still ended up charging us $25 for her. Even though a regular pet on their site is only $15. Then when we went to checkout at 7am, they were rushing us out of the room. Check out is at 11 by the way. There was nothing hospitable about this staff.

My room wasn't cleaned properly. There was a chair in my room with a visible white stain on it. The floor had dried up spilled poodles of liquid, and the most disgusting of all was the toilet seat. There was urine and feces stains on the top seat. When I first entered the room after checking in and went to the bathroom, the toilet was up. When I let it down, that's when I noticed the stains on the toilet seat.

Breakfast was good, location was excellent for Everything we planned on doing during our stay. We stay at this location alot and this was the first time we did not have coffee cups in our room and had to ask for a do not distub sign for our door

We had a king non smoking room. We entered into a very recent HIGH concentration of pot and ammonia smell. Room looked great but my heart started racing from the amount of what was in the room. The front desk moved us immediately. Only needed 6 hrs sleep to move on and we got it. No milk for breakfast cereal and orange juice machine was not calibrated properly. No fruit or yogurt but waffles, bagels and biscuit and gravy were available. Property needed straightening, iron board thrown in bushes, soffits were in disrepair.

The room was clean, as well as the sheets. The pillows were fluffy. My overall stay experience was great. It is in a great location, and m boyfriend and I definitely plan to visit again in the future. My boyfriend and I did have a reservation for a smoking king room, but it wasn't available when we got there. We were asked if a double queen bed would be acceptable. We did accept the room.

The lights outside the rooms turn off too early in the morning. It is extremely dark at 6am to around 7 making it hard to see loading car etc.

The owner stands outside and looks at you in a rushing, gtfo-type of manner an hour before chef-out time. Thank goodness the ol’ gal wasn’t butt naked when the room svc just bury thru the door w out knocking.

soon as i went to the room me and my friend spotted 2 bugs, it was disturbing and i wish my non-smoking was actually “non-smoking” my room smelt like cigarettes and dust i’m so disappointed

We tried to tell him that we killed the roaches instead of letting them crawl everywhere but he said that we were lying! Room was nothing fancy, but felt safe while staying for the night. There were some loud neighbors, and the bathroom was taking in the scent of marijuana from another room when we arrived. We kept the bathroom door shut and thankfully, it all resolved itself and smelled like air freshener in the morning.

Location Not clean. Things are not working in the room and no batteries in the remote refrigerator was dirty and had mildew in it. It was not clean at all.

The price. The beds were uncomfortable and left my back hurting. The shower was dirty and had bugs flying around, so I didn’t use it. Both the towels and the ironing board had stains, and there was no fridge in the room—it was left outside all night.

Quick to get in. Easy access from high way. Room itself wasn't awful. Staff was pleasant. Lobby area is clean and neat. The smell of weed permeated the room. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room. Once the air was turned on, the smell dissipated. The toilet seat lid was dirty on the inside, but the toilet and seat itself were clean. We are literally just using the room to sleep, so no complaints made to staff. We just wanted to get to sleep for an early start the next morning.

The blankets on top are filthy don’t you sleep on it. They don’t wash them either. Stay away! It was not worth 150 for 2 nights! A rip off!! I believed the 10/10 ratings most likely came from staff members.

There was moisture in the room, we saw roaches and on our last night we found a hornet in light fixture. When we first checked in they gave us an occupied room. Our keys got messed up and we had to go gave them done 3 times. Breakfast was horrible.

Cons:check-in took longer than it should have but the gentleman at the desk was kind & patient. The room appeared to have recently been updated but there was a large area in the bathroom ceiling where the paint had bubbled & was cracking. We travel several times a year & will return to this hotel in the future.

Good place to sleep and leave. I didn't have any time to see the rest. I was told I couldn't leave the dining area with breakfast, but they it go when I was leaving and returning to my room. The coffee was horrible, not a reason for a bad review.

The bad— in the bathroom I observed a cockroach crawling on the ceiling and there was no fan to get rid of the steam from shower. The door to room was missing the top lock. The air/heater unit made so much noise I had to turn it off. Then at 6:05am I go to get breakfast and the biscuits and gravy was still ICE COLD as well as the bacon- I was just going to take it to my room and heat it up in the microwave (NO MICROWAVE IN BREAKFAST AREA) BUT as I was walking away with my paper plate full of food I was YELLED at by a lady at the counter and told I could not leave breakfast area with the food . I explained the food was still cold and wanted to heat it up in room since no microwave in area and was told no! I had to throw the entire plate away - such a shame that they would rather food go in the trash!

The room was clean. The price was reasonably priced. HOWEVER, check out time is 11:00am. Beginning at 9:30, we caught a worker peering thru the window. Even after telling him to stop, he came back twice again. There was a language barrier. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. MY WIFE WAS WITH ME AND HE FRIGHTENED HER. When loading the car the next morning he confronted her again. We reported this to the front desk and they said they were housekeepers and were checking for empty rooms. If checkout is 11am LEAVE THE GUESTS BE. We were promised a call from the owner, of the Byron GA location, but that has yet to happen. DON’T WASTE YOUR DOLLARS.

The smell of marijuana lingers everywhere, you are supplied with 2 very thin towels, washcloths, and hand towels, and the soap and shampoo dispensers are empty. The A/C is one of those that has to run constantly so it’s very noisy. The evening and morning front desk people where really kind and helpful.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The area outside the hotel had a lot of random items laying around. Toilet plunger, flower pots laying around. The room we stayed in was pretty clean although the toilet did flush properly. Had to push the handle down twice to flush.

Everything in the hotel and room were great. Wonderful hospitality...we had some noisy neighbors up all night and in and out of their room. However, this is not the hotels fault

This is a great hotel for a quick stop for rest to travel! Safe area & convenient ! Super friendly staff ! 10 for me the only thing they clean early so put your do not disturb if you resting till 9 to 10 before check out !! It will be my stop when i travel from Tennessee to sc!! Stayed here 2 times!!!

I really like that the hotel employees are so nice and accommodating, they check up on you to see how things are working in your room. My room has been outstanding, was very clean and well stocked when i first got here. I will definitely be recommending this place, and will have future stays.
