Best Western Inn & Suites

This is an older hotel and for the price my expectations were not high. I was traveling on a motorcycle and just wanted a place to spend a couple nights. The building had been quite well maintained despite its age. It was very clean and unlike most motels nowadays, they made the bed up each day. The morning breakfast was well attended by the staff so that the typical spills and food particles on the buffet we're nonexistent. obviously the management is well concerned about guest comforts and satisfaction.

Very clean. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. Very good breakfast buffet. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and the staff looked and acted like they enjoyed and took pride in their work. Also nice was that the surrounding area was maintained and safe. Nothing sketchy about the neighborhood. We’ll definitely re-book there again.

The staff was super nice and helpful. We arrived at 2:30 am and were given a late check out at no extra charge. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. The only complaint is our room smelled like someone had just smoked weed in it right before we got there. It was so strong, I don’t think that is the staffs fault but we turned on the AC to try to get the odor out and eventually it got better.

It wasn’t filthy, but wasn’t the best either. Kind of sketchy, it seemed. We had our small dog with us and I had my son go out with me to take her to potty because I didn’t feel it was that safe of an area. Again, it wasn’t awful, but not perfect either. A solid middle of the road. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

The hot tub was out of order. The couch had a huge rip in it and the bathroom door was poorly patched.

The staff was okay. The hot tub didnt have working jets. I told the night clerk and she did nothing. I again informed the clerk the following morning and was told someone would call me but I am yet to receive a call from anyone. The breakfast was wonderful as always.

We stayed after heading back home from vacation (FL-MN). The friendly front desk staff was able to get us a last minute reasonably priced room which was clean and gave us a good night's rest. Only complaint was the bed felt like I was sleeping on cement but that's just prolly my pickiness in preferring a softer mattress lol!

The room was comfortable. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. A bit of road noise, but not enough to interfere with sleep. Breakfast was okay, not a fan of powdered eggs, but there was many other choices. Waffles, cereal, bagels, etc. Would definitely recommend. Room was dog friendly and handicapped accessible.

Our room was newly remodeled; new carpet, tile, freshly painted and new furnishings and mini fridge, room smelled faintly of new carpet and paint, but certainly not overwhelming and understandable with the newness. Beds and pillows were comfy. Room and location of hotel was quiet, until a couple decided to have a rather animated conversation on the balcony directly outside our door super early in the morning after we rolled in late from our travels. Since the room doors are exterior doors, not opening to an inner hallway, they probably gave it no thought as to the people who were sleeping inside the room. Because we got in late and wanted to get back on the road for the remainder of our drive, we didn’t use the pool area, but walked through and looked clean and didn’t smell too overly strong of pool chemicals to make your eyes burn. Breakfast was decent, selection included make-your-own waffles with 3 kinds of fruit toppings or syrup, toast, bagels and cream cheese, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal with choice of mix-in’s, 3 options of cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, apples/bananas, juice, coffee and tea. The cold cereal options maybe should have had one sugary option geared toward kids, fruit loops or lucky charms maybe, as they were all pretty plain (looked like Honey Bunches of Oats, Cheerios, and one other unknown) and the orange juice was really watery, but overall a good selection for a continental-style breakfast. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

The location was key and close to home. It was a get a way from home as we couldn't travel out of town at the time. Pool heater was busted so the water was cold the jacuzzi heater was working but due to severe cosmetic damage my daughter did not want to get in (wasnt appealing to the eye)..

DO NOT STAY HERE! We showed up to the property to find the bed sheets and towels being thrown down from the second floor on the sidewalk. These are the sheets that will eventually be put on the bed. There were bugs in the room, hairs in the bed, toilet and bath tub were dirty and had not been swept. The AC unit had black mold. The hot tub had thick plaque all over the edges. The gym equipment does not work and the pictures falsely advertised the entire place. Definitely worth it to spend your money at a different place.

And most of all we appreciate that there was small New Testament Bibles on display in the Lobby! The location was in a safe area. Bugs were in the bed and we couldn't sleep well...the housekeeper didn't knock; she just used her key and yelled housekeeping as she was coming in... luckily we had the security latch on...otherwise she would have just walked in on us! That was rude af!

I always stay here twice a year. Traveling to Kentucky and home to Florida. I've never been disappointed, the room's are clean, fantastic beds, amenities are top of the line. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful! Nice breakfast also. I'd recommend this Best Western for your stay.

Room was decent. The linens were semi clean, not a lot of towels. Saw a spider and a roach pretty much okay. I was ok for what i needed it for as I didn't want to continue the drive needed sleep. I'm not use to a hotel where I access the rooms from outside. It made me feel a little unsafe.

I would like to thank the staff members specifically the receptionist and cleaning lady. They both are amazing and welcoming. Also met the owner who suggested us some best places of town to visit. Really enjoyed our stay and morning breakfast. Thank you so much.

I always appreciate reviews to help me make a decision, but I look to see why did someone give a certain review. This would have been five stars but for one single thing, the AC was totally turned off when we moved in. It was literally 100 degrees in the room and it probably took until 2:00 a.m. to get to where we could sleep comfortably.

More variety in the size of bed pillows

Our room was very unpleasant. Perhaps it’s where they relegate people with pets, but it was very musty and smelled of cigarette smoke. I felt really uneasy about the cleanliness. There was a sofa bed with no extra bedding or pillows to make it. I called the office, and they had me come get bedding for it. It was not comfortable once we made the bed. Wouldn’t recommend.

We booked a room with a pullout couch to sleep, however no sheets, blankets, or pillows were provided for the pullout couch. We asked the front desk for sheets. They said there is no sheets. The linen room is locked for the night.

We arrived at 5:30 PM and our rooms had still not been cleaned. The front desk employee didn’t know what she was doing. Our reservation was messed up when we got there. It was just overall a not good experience.

I stay here as an in-between stop from Florida to Tennessee every trip up. For the most part after dozens of stays, they aren't a top tier hotel but the decent price for the hotels at this exit more than make up for it. Their breakfast is decent for free.

The bed and room was very comfortable. The hotel location was fairly quiet during the stay. Everything was clean and functional. I stayed for 2 days. All the staff were polite and professional. I’d recommend staying here.

I’m very disappointed with my stay especially since I stayed here a year ago and it wasn’t this bad. The room was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled horrible. We asked to be switched to another room but it smelled just as bad so we kept the first room since it was bigger. The jacuzzi had cracked tile and looked dangerous. The pool area was stuffy and hot. The gym had only a few machines. When we asked for fresh towels from housekeeping they continued to give us 3 sets of towels for a 4 occupancy room. the front desk staff was accommodating even though she looked mean as a pitbull while helping me. Next time I’ll pay extra to stay next door.

Because I booked through Expedia but could not arrive until after midnight they put me down as a no-show and then only booked me for one night instead of two. So when I came back to my room (where my key still worked) they had thrown away my stuff. The people they sent in to rectify the problem did not even speak English enough to know the difference between a refrigerator and a microwave, what yogurt or cheese is, and he had his kids running around my room while he was trying to figure out what I was trying to say. At times he was relying on his kid to translate what I was saying. This will be the last time I stay at a Best Western.

A decent and quite place, friendly staff

Had everything we needed. Just a one night stay driving MI to FL. Great pool and breakfast area. Room had new carpet, comfy beds and lots of pillows! Ice cold mini fridge. Lots of food options nearby. Front desk agent was fantastic! Will be going back. Thank you!

This was our 2nd stop in Georgia as we were in mid town Atlanta for our sons graduation, our 2nd stay was actually Red carpet Inn an that was Crackville I was not staying there so I got online an booked best western withdraw a problem, we walked in felt at ease instantly. Nice place to stay especially if you plan on being out alot.

Nothing necessarily wrong with the property itself, worked well for a one night stay as we were just passing through. Kind of outdated and a little grungy/dark in our room. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Mainly had issues with parking(other customers taking up two spots for no reasons) but other than that, it was a fine stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory , the hostess was very friendly and kind , working hard to keep everything orderly and organized.

We were disappointed the rooms were outside doors instead of a hallway. Noisy and we felt a little unsafe. Probably our fault for not looking closer at facilities. We learned to be more specific - no more rooms with outside doors for us!

It was too much like a motel style and I couldn't tell from posted pictures. It just wasn't my normal place.

Its getting a face lift as of 5/5/25. At least painting..needs new carpet. Office was very nice and pool area too.

The A/C unit was broken. Basic room amenities need to be checked each time the room is cleaned and used.

Room was in decent shape. It had been renovated but some items werent replaced and, unfortunately, they stuck out like a sore thumb

Facility was old and dirty. The carpets were really stained and everything was old and damaged. The door would not lock so we had to change rooms.

The room was eye appealing and truly comfortable and clean. All necessary when i travel with my kids and grand babies. The staff both days were very welcoming, respectful, and kind. I value that. The bed was exactly what i needed after work. And the fact the indoor pool was actually heated, is all the reason i will now be choosing this hotel every stay we have in Byron Ga. I didn't get her name. But very special thank you to breakfast lady this morning. When taking breakfast to my kids, she jumped up from her paperwork to assist me. That was very thoughtful.

I ended up canceling my stay. I didn't like the room. It made my allergies flare up the minute I walked in.I walked in and walked out and canceled, and I need to call and cancel

I was pleasantly surprised! I have never stayed in a hotel where the doors are " outside" - bit the property was clean , quiet and the room was clean and had no smell. The air conditioning worked great to keep the room cool and gave just the right amount of whiye noise for a sound sleep

I have to give shout out to the breakfast and Nelly, who prepares it. It was great and she was such a lovely person and very helpful.

Room was clean and updated. Mattress was very uncomfortable- had an overuse pit on the edge so I always felt like I was going to roll into a long hole. The indoor pool area was nice and clean. The indoor hot tub was probably the best hotel hot tub I’ve ever been in- it was very large, clean, hot (but not too hot), and all the jets worked. The only thing I didn’t realize was that this hotel is really a refurbished “motel” and I don’t like to stay in places where the door opens to the outside. Breakfast was nice. Not a good motel if you’re a light sleeper- the interstate noise was really loud all night.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. It’s our go-to spot for “stay-cations” when the weather gets bad at our house. We live under big trees and don’t feel safe when high winds/tornados are expected. This hotel provides the comfort and security we need during big storms as well as an indoor pool and hot tub for our littles I’m sure we’ll be back.

We were on the Interstate side which was noisy outside. However, inside the room we did not hear any noise. The room had no order, excellent. We felt the breakfast was not up to par. And the toilet paper, well not our choice. The bathroom vent didn't do very well. But, it is pet friendly
