Miesha was great, Hotel Tru looked great, and we thank them for letting us use their lobby to find another hotel. But unfortunately we did not stay there, so are unable to provide a full review.

Great stay!

The staff really stood out. Everyone was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which isn't something you can train into a place. And yeah — the pancake machine lives up to the hype. Simple thing, but a fun way to start the morning. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely book again.

Hotel is in a great location. My room was very clean and cozy. The complaint ai have is the water pressure, it was too low for my liking. Other than like I had a comfortable stay.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels with my family and this hotel was by far the very best. Everything met every expectation of a comfortable stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful. All were very welcoming. Centrally located. And the shower was fantastic!!

We LOVED IT!! The beds were so comfy and the entire hotel was spotless!!! We will definitely book TRU again!!

The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room and front sitting rooms were clean, beautiful, and modern. The location also is great. It's quiet but close to stores and restaurants and the freeway.

Rooms are warm and comfortable. No microwave in room but there is one in lobby. Great continental breakfast. Hot and variety. Great for travelers.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful!! I love the "at home" feel of the lobby where people were hanging out together and the staff was SO nice---made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable, and the sheets were so soft! The shower was also amazing with such good water pressure. Thank you for a wonderful stay---we will be back again!!

I am sensitive to gluten and dairy and would appreciate it if the ingredients of the breakfast items were listed. For example I do eat eggs but I was not sure if the scrambled eggs included milk or if the chicken sausage was gluten free. So because of that my breakfast choices were limited. Even if your marked food GF or V that would help a lot.

I loved that they had a pool table and a mini market in there you could get snacks.and drinks..The room and shower was very clean I loved that part about the whole stay.

Air conditioner makes very loud noisy and couldn't sleep all night. Shower floor is very slick. Bumped into bedframe so many times.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Was there because of a family emergency. Family member passed, tried to cancel one night for a refund but hotel staff refused. Expedia did call and did her best to get my refund but hotel wasn’t cooperative at all! Going this weekend with 15 family members but will not be staying at Tru! Very poor customer service

I would have given our stay a 5 star, however, the only reason why I didn't was because the bed mattress was a cheap and very hard mattress. Other than that, everything else was great. The woman who checked us in that evening, I want to say her name was Amina, was great. Wonderful customer service and cordial.

We had a quick, overnight stay. The room was comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed the pool table in the lobby. Even the 4 legged family member was treated very well with friendly staff and even a treat.

The staff was excellent, and the hotel was clean throughout. The breakfast was just right, and I will definitely stay again.

It was a busy weekend at the hotel and the manager called me ahead of time to let me know they didn't have any more 2 queen rooms available (even though that's what I booked), she offered us 2 king rooms for no extra charge instead. Great, but there was some confusion with another employee about this when we arrived, as it was late and the manager had left, but all worked out in the end. Would stay again.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The AC was loud and we could not change the temperature in the room on the wall mounted thermostat.

The woman at the front desk during the day was fantastic. So helpful and accommodating. Our room was adjacent to one with two barking dogs who were left unattended during the evening. Dogs barked nonstop. The hotel couldn't do anything but move us to another floor which was so annoying to pack up everything. Shame on people who leave dogs unattended in hotel rooms.

I’d never been to a Tru by Hilton before and wanted to know how it was different. It’s a very neat idea. Very basic amenities with modern, fun decor. It just wasn’t my thing because I prefer all the comforts, lol, but It did the trick for the night I needed. Staff was great and check in/out was a breeze.

I liked all the pillows and how fluffy they were I liked how cold the room stayed. I did not like that there wasn’t any restaurants in walking distance because the food options are limited in the hotel

The only thing even close to a complaint I have is parking. There's probably just enough spots for each room to have one vehicle in the lot but when there are several big commercial trucks parked across 5 or 6 spots it's very difficult to park. First night I had to park outside of the hotel's lot for this reason. I understand there's a balance to everything and that folks who are traveling with the big trucks also need a place to sleep but maybe just a one car per spot or one, maybe two per room sort of system would prevent a lot of this.

This property was very clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. There was adequate parking and the hot breakfast was delicious. There is no microwave in the room, so that was a minus. The bed wasn’t too comfortable, but i would definitely return. The positive features far exceed the negatives.

I really enjoy this hotel. The one downfall is the soap...everything is a squeeze bottle. When you wake up in the middle of the night and have to use two hands to get soap...didn't like.

We had a lovely stay at the Tru by Hilton Burlington. The atmosphere is family-oriented and the staff were all welcoming and very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. We would be happy to stay with them again.

The staff could not have been nicer. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and have never been greeted by someone so friendly. Later, I had a small issue with the room. I called the front desk and the attendant (a different person - also delightful) had it sorted in under 5 minutes. Truly exceptional. The hotel is nice, clean, and as good as any Fairfield, Holiday Inn Express, etc. But the team is just GREAT.

The staff was very helpful and friendly upon check-in. The overall feel of the place was nice, however, I discovered that my sheets had not been laundered. There was a stain on the sheets. I'm still waiting to hear from someone after I left a message and mentioned this to the front desk this morning. So not overly impressed.

Well designed lobby that has everything you need, including a big open work space with lots of seating. They even have a Peloton bike in what is one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was a good size and easy to share with my sister. The beds were so comfortable, and I loved the blackout curtains to get a great night's sleep. The staff was so kind. Brenda made the breakfast buffet area a nice place to dine. Donetta at the front desk was oh so sweet, and made the check-in so simple. What we all loved the most was the common area in the lobby around the front desk. Wine, Beer, RTD, snacks galore, pizza, ice cream, even popcorn. We played games and laughed all night long. You can even enjoy a game of pool. It's the best place to stay when you are away from home.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. There were great breakfast options. The lobby was welcoming. The area was very close to lots of good shopping and dining options. We also found a good indoor playground at a local mall. The room was clean and comfortable. Very nice stay.
