Convient location to where we needed to be. Bed was to high, bathtub floor too slippery, I would suggest having plastic mats for the tubs so people won't fall. Also the toilet is to low for handicap people.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The location was great (easy to get to Mebane and Durham) for graduations. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The only issue we had was a traveling baseball team was in the facility on the first night of our stay. They were a little loud.

Breakfast is yummy! Has a cool “pancake machine” that makes pancakes on a conveyer belt format! Cool!! Room was clean… only complaint (and I reported this twice) people adjacent to my room were DEFINITELY smoking in their room- and smoke lingered in from air vents! Other than that… room was nice- staff great!

I didn't eat anything

The location was also very convenient, as it was close to Elon University, where we had meetings. In addition, being pretty close to a shopping area with several restaurants made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel was centrally located in the city. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Close to the event that my wife and I were attending. The staff was warm and courteous. It's nothing that reflects poorly on the hotel, but my one issue was the late-night noise in the area. There were no issues with the room or any of the utilities. I will book again on my next visit to Burlington.

The bathtub had a huge stain in it. There were NO washcloths in the room. Had to ask for wash cloths. My room was beside the electrical panel and the humming was so loud, they changed my room @ MN and NO one helped me change rooms. They were unable to print out a receipt ( which I need to get reimbursed) and all they had to say was " I am sorry." I will NOT be staying here again on my monthly trips to this area. Breakfast buffet was terrible. No taste and no appeal.

The hotel was very clean and quiet! Everyone on staff that we encountered was so friendly. Breakfast options were fresh and varied. Just wish there was a bit more fresh fruit. The gym was well equipped, just needed more towels and cleaning supplies.

This trip was to visit adult grandchildren in the area. I am handicapped and the accessible room was quite comfortable. The breakfast was good and a very nice lady who was on staff helped me with the breakfast. The towels were clean but a little worn.

AC in room was great. Tub faucet could not be turned off. Ran constantly. Room was never serviced (over 3 days - but in fairness we did spend several hours in the afternoon in the room). Shower water pressure was poor.

The rooms were pretty clean. Definitely not spotless. Check-in took FOREVER at 11:30pm. One man in line in front of myself and my two kids then a friend of his got in line with him in front of me. They were checking in separately and both had issues checking in. Mine was straight forward and took no time at all.

We have stayed here before, so location close to I 85 was good. However, when I went to check out, the desk clerk said that you would be sending my receipt instead of them printing one.

Gave away our room with 2 queen beds, which was booked in advance. Did not call to notify us of the mix up. Arrived at 11:30pm after a 9 hour drive to be told that 4 people would be in a room with 1 king bed. Luckily the best Western could accommodate us, however they only have double beds. Very, very displeased.

I paid a $10 incidental fee when I got there when I checked out the next morning they charged me an additional $240 for something that I did not do and then I looked back into my account this morning they went back and charged me another $250 so now my account is in the negative 277 and I have to go and dispute both charges with this room was only $116 they said that I spilled something on the floor which I did not I told them either the person that was there before me did it or the housekeeping dropped my bags because I would never and have never left a hotel room with anything less than perfect

I requested a pet friendly hotel and this was pet friendly BUT the pet fee was $50 which I believe is excessive for one dog. I would like to know the cost before booking a room.

Convenient and quiet property. No frills but was clean and comfortable for myself and my husband and our 1 year old grandson to stay for one night while traveling. Staff is friendly and professional.

The room was cramped in relation to how the pictures look. There is a convenience section in the lobby but the prices for bottled water and snacks is extortionate. There were several tractor trailers in the parking lot so, truck stop. It's convenient to a couple of restaurants and it’s clean.

First, the staff was very friendly! The room left a few things to be desired. There was a bug in the sink, and the water from the pipes was brown. Not the best way to relax in the evening.

Stayed at this property! There were bus on the bed and huge bugs that came out at night through the wall in the bathroom. Upon check in room was not clean . The floor was dirty, bathroom counter was dirty, I told the front desk. I spoke with the front desk manager you apologized. When the bugs came out the bathroom at night we were moved to a different room. I asked to be refunded. I was refunded for the first night. The manager advised a full refund. My emails, pictures, and videos were sent of the uncleanliness. I have not been contacted to confirm compensation for the 2nd night. It was homecoming weekend and unfortunately there were no other hotels available. The rate due to home coming was $294 per night. I had to rooms so my balance was $1325 for the two nights , two rooms. I asked for a full refund for the one room in which the problems occurred. Still waiting for a reply about my full compensation for the trauma we endure.

Was a really nice room. All the creature comforts were there just like home. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean and the service impeccable. I really enjoyed my stay.

There are some upgrades that are much needed for this location. I was very disappointed.

I especially appreciated the kindness and understanding of the woman at the front desk who heard my story of having our air conditioners at home stop working in 100° heat ado that we (and our three cats!) had to go to the hotel to be safe from the heat. I took a deep breath and felt I'd come to the right place to chill out, sleep, remember we could do this, and make plans to have our system fixed! Her attitude restored my energy and ability to press on!

My stay was disappointing. Check-in took longer than expected due to the clerk’s unfamiliarity with adding a pet. The corridor leading to our room had an unpleasant odor, possibly from a bathroom issue. In room 121, I encountered a draining problem in the tub, a non-functional fridge, and a stained sheet. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory.

The staff was wonderful and took care of all our needs. I would stay here again. The room was clean that the breakfast was good. the dining area was clean. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The Hotel is dated and there is not ventilation in the bathrooms. Our initial room smelled horrible and we had to move to another room. The staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel is very overpriced for what you get.

Room was dirty. Squashed bug on wall above desk. Dead waterbug/roach behind bathroom door on check in. Toothpaste and/or shaving cream splatters pretty much marking all the walls in the bathroom. Pretty gross overall. Also on check in was put into a room with a single king bed even though we specifically reserved 2 queen beds. Seems like desk attendant switched us last second as she crossed out one # and gave us another (my daughter mentioned when we got to single bed room). So had to go back down and switch rooms and she didnt even apologize or anything. Also stayed for two nights and the morning after first night when leaving for the day I asked at desk if room would be cleaned and was told absolutely and that all rooms get cleaned every day. Then after asking and being told that it would be when I came back that evening it still hadnt been cleaned. Pretty terrible experience all around and feel like I should be reimbursed some as it was not cheap.

I hate that I didn’t get her name but the older African American lady that checked me Saturday morning was so funny and nice. I loved our conversation. Need more people with her personality in this world. If she sees this, thank you so much! It’s was a blast talking to you!

The staff were lovely. The location was perfect for a student drop off at Elon. The hotel needs to be updated and the cleaning of the rooms was not very good. They need to do a better job cleaning the rooms and they need to update the rooms but the property was priced accordingly given these negative points.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone spoke and were so positive about everything. The hotel is undergoing some construction and repairs but everything was great. I would have liked the taller toilets but otherwise experience was great.
