The desk staff were very friendly and helpful upon check-in. I found the room to be spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast buffet had many options and the hot bar stayed well stocked and fresh. The property is very conveniently located with shopping and dining options even within walking distance.

Great stop to mrytle beach! My kids really enjoyed the pool. We ate Complimentary dinner and breakfast. Also included 2 alcoholic drinks for adults! That was definitely a plus.

The hotel was clean and well appointed. The breakfast could have been better. It ended at 9:30 and when we arrived at 9:00 the eggs were cold and the sausage was empty. Other than that, it was a great place to stay,

Always clean, service is professional, food is great! Only minor issue is the mini fridge. No way to keep ice packs frozen. All snacks can’t be kept cold. To little room.

The food could be better let's have some bacon sometimes that instead of the sausage patties all the time the evening food is terrible need to change that food they have the same food every time I have stayed there the evening food I do not like it could be better and it should be better I know it has been some complaining about that food was terrible.

Staff was exceptionally friendly, especially the front desk staff and the bartender on duty the night we stayed. Free drink & snack coupons were a huge plus. Breakfast was pretty good. Walked to Texas Roadhouse for dinner.

Why does this hotel not allow smoking but allows pot being smoked in the rooms? A charge for cleaning if you smoke unless it’s pot?? I have kids that have been exposed to this disgusting behavior. Get it together!

Highly recommend when visiting the Elon area. Staff and cleanliness was a 10 out of 10. Happy hour next to lobby with fresh popcorn and small buffet with friendly accommodating staff. For those wanting more, it is centrally located, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. 10 minute drive to Elon college.

Tommy, who works in the breakfast area is outstanding. Very attentive and friendly. He interacted with guests in a professional but friendly manner. Leadership takes many forms, and he displayed it consistently during the two days we were there. Nothing comes to mind.

Just wish you could buy alcohol and that they had a kitchen, and more meat choices for breakfast.

1)There was no body lotion/hand cream. 2) There were no trashcan liners. This is particularly important in a bathroom that doesn't have sanitary napkin receptacles. 3) When I arrived there was hair in the bathroom that did NOT belong to me.

Everything was absolutely GREAT except one thing, the room temperature! Check in around 315 and was 74 in room set to heat. Immediately switched to cool and set at 66. Around 10pm it was still 70 in the room with seemingly no airflow but air coming out of vents. We left at 1 am as we couldn’t bare it any longer and or sleep.

the pool was alittle cool and the hot tub good, but could use some window film or shades for morning use. Staff were excellent ! (all staff including maids) Thanks for a great visit ........

The front desk staff were wonderful. They both were polite and friendly. Tommy the bartender is always friendly and helpful whenever I stay there. This place makes me feel appreciated and welcomed every time I come.

The staff was amazing! Stayed at the Inn because of bad weather and the staff had to stay there too in order to keep the hotel up and running. They worked long hours, but you never would’ve known it. Jasper kept smiling and serving up great hospitality. Jocelyn was so kind, Tommy kept serving up great food and spirits, and Cameron was the consummate professional. So glad I brought my elderly parents there to keep them out of the storm!

Courteous staff and comfortable room. Only complaint is that the room was very very cold on anrrival and took several hours to warm up.

This is probably the most comfortable and amazing place to stay here. The atmosphere was incredible. The people in the customer service was impeccable. I am used to staying at much higher class hotels. But I can say this, it's definitely one of the best I have ever stayed in. That was not part of our normal routine as Platinum members to the hilton honor system

The entire Hotel was clean and fresh. It did not smell of cleaning products, but fresh Real Clean. The staff was outstanding. This is now my family’s place to stay when traveling.

This is the 1st hotel I've been to that it's only one roll of tissue and no trash bags in the trash cans. The girl at front desk said they only put one roll of tissue in rooms and don't put trash bags in rooms. That was crazy to me cause it seems that it would be easier. The breakfast was ok but wasn't expecting to have the same thing both days.

Staff Cameron the general manager. Was excellent. He went far beyond his job and supported his staff extrudainery. Helping out in the dining room and making sure each and every table had a good night stay and everything was to there liking.

Wonderful stay. Youngest daughter only wanted to stay at the hotel for her birthday, and she loved the pool!

Staff was wonderful however the laundry amenities' dryer lint trap was full of debris. The temperature barely moved down after 5 hours and was too warm. The water pressure was terrible and was difficult to rinse off completely. The bed was way too soft. We checked out early around midnight and did not stay the night. Would like some kind of reimbursement.

The breakfast was great with plenty of variety. Gym was easy to use. Room was spacious for the weekend trip.

All were perfect! My only problem was with the water flow in bathroom. Pressure was way too low. Shower barely worked and sink had just a dribble.

The staff was very professional and polite. We book here once a year to visit friends. The are is convenient for shopping and sight seeing nearby towns.

The staff were so great. They nice and seemed to genuinely care about the people staying with them. I did not encounter one staff member that was even lukewarm they ALL were great. Even in the middle of they when all you needed was a simple change for a dollar to do your laundry. Speaking of ...the laundry room on my floor the 5th was very clean, not even a cobweb in a ceiling corner. My only critique is the outside little on the side of the building designated for smokers and employee entrance it look like, has some spider webs and spiders. Perhaps a leaf blower once a week or even every 3 or 4 days could easily remedied that. Honestly the place was impeccably clean. The breakfast was fantastic and a great variety of things to choose from. And the evening managers special snacks great addition.

It was really nice. In our room there was a large conference table in the 1st room, not so crazy about that , but everything els was excellent.

The breakfast and afternoon treats were not as good as we expected from Drury. We have stayed at many and this one was definitely a bit of disappointment related to what and how the food was served.

We had a great stay at the Drury Inn. Our room was a large suite. We loved the afternoon happy hour and the morning breakfast! The staff were exceptionally nice. The hotel was in a great location to visit our daughter at Elon!

Regardless, I decided not to waste my breath and I spoke with the management team in the afternoon. She explained the situation, but the system still ended up charging me the regular room rate and not the rate I received through Expedia. Anyway, overall the room was clean where it counted. The bathroom was cleaner than the majority of places I’ve been and the sheets were bright white. I didn’t even need my spare sheets and comforters on this trip. Please take the time to get your on-site staff and call center staff on the same page as far as policy goes, so customers aren’t getting bad info.

Our son goes to school at Elon University and this is our go to hotel every time. The pool is great, the staff is great, rooms are great, they also have a free happy hour and buffet every night.

Loved our visit! Our room was immaculate and very spacious. Beds were so comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and very accommodating-especially the amazing folks that ran the breakfast. They made sure hot food was replenished lickety-split!
