The mattress in Room 307 was just horrible -- it caved n at different spots and I started getting back spasms trying to find a proper place and position. When I mentioned it to the front desk person at checkout on Sunday she acted as if it was no big deal. As a Marriott Bonvoy member I truly expect better and feel you should credit me with a night's stay at a Marriott for the extreme inconvenience.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Location was great! The hair dryer in the room didn't work but no big deal. The TV volume seemed to lower and go up on its own.

The stay was very nice! Check in was smooth despite me making an error with my reservation. I enjoyed my stay and will certainly be back.

Staff does not wear their name tag. When ask what were the staff name was, hostile reactions was given. Upon checking out, I was told I had a balance that needed to taking care of but could not show me the charges. I did not have any additional charges that was due to my checkout.

Our room had some age, as in carpet stains & blemishes. It was clean and staff was very friendly. Gone are the days to ask for something from housekeeping. They will ask you to come down to the front desk to get it.

Well i paid through your site, and they wanted me to pay again onsite and negotiate a refund with a manger the next morning because whatever card Expedia pays them with didn't work. I refused . Way waybway ober priced for Burlington, i libe in this town and almost 300 bucks for one bed ,one night is crazy outrageous. All the soaps and body waahes and lotions where bone dry. Stay at motel 6 before i stay at this place... truly feel half of my money should be refunded

Entire lobby smelled of fried food, so much that my hair smelled after being in the lobby for 15-20minutes. Scent lingered in hallway of second floor. Staff knew but didn’t seem to care. The Starbucks on site was really just the hotel staff and limited to simple coffees. Comfortable for what we needed but would chose to stay somewhere else next time.

Customer service was friendly Rented a room the door would not close so they had to transfer me to another room. The 2nd room, the bed was uncomfortable and 1 of the towels had a brown stain on it

I did not have a great first impression. The walls are very thin. I was awakened by the conversation of the person in the room next door at 7am. I most likely wouldn’t choose this property again when traveling to this city.

The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The room was comfortable, and there was a small refrigerator, but not a microwave. The front desk clerk kindly told us on check in that we were free to use the one in the lobby, though. The room appeared to be clean, but the top of the table/counter and the floor seemed to have been washed in soured water. The bathroom smelled odd: slight smell of vomit, smell of mildew. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. They do have a restaurant with friendly, helpful staff, and you could buy Starbuck's coffee. There is a coffee maker in the room (not Starbuck's coffee).

Staff was amazing! Very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was that the internet wasn’t dependable. The service in the hotel in general was bad. If you plan to work while staying at this hotel, be prepared to use your hotspot.

Location You had entrainment from 730p-930p this past Saturday evening. You had only 1 bartender while I was there at 7p. He was trying to keep up but clearly with the drink demands for guest etc you should have had another bartender to help. Maybe you did later but I did not observe one. I went next door the Vermont where they had more efficient and staffed personnel to make for a better experience. Overall it was a good place to stay. Location was

When I put credit card on file for incidentals they charged for the room again so the hotel got paid twice for the room and then it took almost a month to get the money back.

The lobby & property were clean. The beds were comfortable. One of the check-in staff was very rude to my guest and had a frown on her face the entire time. I booked on booking.com but still had to come and pay with my card, which I never had to do when using booking.com. The first room they put my guest in had a foul odor, and they had to change rooms.

Took forever to get my coffee and then the order was wrong. I just accepted it at that point. My son wanted an egg sandwich but knew better to order it because of only one staff manager on hand. Really disappointing experience.

Nice updated property convenient to shopping and restaurants. Contrary to the Booking.com listing, breakfast is NOT included. This is a serious issue that should be corrected and now reading the reviews, this has been identified as a problem for some time and yet Marriott has not corrected the listing- makes you think they are trying to mislead you.

Nothing! The bathroom vent was extremely loud. The door was loud and you had to be sure to pull it to close it. The outlets didn't charge my devices. The hot water in shower wasn't hot enough. The walls needed painting. There was no breakfast or at least instructions about breakfast. And the biggest...I paid through a third party and my card for incidentals was charged the full price! So now I have to wait for a refund on my credit card. And the clerk was unapologetic.

I needed study time and decided on Courtyard by Marriot based on other reviews. They were efficient and provided me with a quiet room to finish my work. Very clean and well decorated. I will recommend to any out of town clients coming to the Burlington area.

It’s a very nice hotel. The only exception would be the air conditioner. It’s SO LOUD that we barely got any sleep.

It was amazing … just to get away even if it was a town away.. no visitors no calls just enjoyment for me and my husband . Zack ( we apologize didn’t really catch her name) and the wonderful, beautiful, friendliest person with an outstanding personality and excellent customer service that was working Saturday May 25th. We really enjoyed you and Zack. You two have the best personality and anyone that has the chance just to talk to you both and chill would know it.

The sheets sometimes look like they were used but we bring Lysol & separate sheets. No bugs! No microwave but they keep one downstairs for guests, it’s usually a little dirty too.

I was forced out of my sleep with a non stop alarm and flashing lights throughout the middle of the night due to a “Glitch” which cause me and my family to leave outside and was told it was nothing they could do.

Beds and pillows were not comfortable, I had a clogged sink and therefor had to brush my teeth inside the shower. I’m my brothers room the toilet was clogged so this meant there hotel had plumbing problems they were not taking care of.

Updated, extremely clean hotel. Comfortable and well appointed. If making college visit to Elon University, it's about a 10 minute drive in the slow lane! Near all sorts of chain restaurants and also some local eats--Indian, Mexican, all very tasty.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was always friendly. We stayed 3 days and it was excellent. The chicken wings at the bistro were delicious.

This was a great hotel. The room was spacious and modern and very clean. I had a small balcony I could walk out on. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had soap, shampoo, and conditioner bottles installed for my convenience. No more wasted individual bottles to hurt the environment. The tv was on an arm and could be moved to view from bed or the couch. The only negative was the noise from the nearby highway was pretty loud... but not a big deal. Breakfast was not included, but that wasn't a big deal. They had lots of small carts to use for toting the luggage up and down to the room.

The only other thing I would have like to have would be a microwave in the hotel room. Otherwise the room I stayed with was great! I initially switched from the Microtel in town to Marriott due to poor reviews at the other hotel. They were great with working with me and making sure my stay was great!

I stayed 8 nights in your hotel. My room was cleaned twice. I put in a request several times and when i arrived in my room at night it was not cleaned. I actually asked in person. 3 times i watched the desk person write down in a book to clean my room. When i called to ask why my room was not cleaned i was told no one wrote the instructions in the book. I feel i was lied too. I also left wake up calls. That never happened also. I expected more from Marriot.

Property was in the best condition. Still had old toilet seats and the fan in the bathroom was really loud. The bathroom was very clean and everything looked old, even though they recently renovated the property. However, the staff made up for all of these pit falls, specifically Jan. The night attendant from Monday the second, until about Wednesday the 4th, helped me get into three different rooms because of cleanliness issues, loud AC, and toilet problems.

They put me in a room with a creaky AC, so I asked to be moved to a different room but this new room that they had put me in had some plumbing issues that whenever I took a shower the ceiling over the toilet leaked so much that it flooded the whole bathroom. Terrible. just TERRIBLE. I ended up checking out after 1 night of my supposedly 10 nights of stay in this hotel. I WOULD NOT recommend.

Stayed two nights at the hotel for my business. cleanness, amenities, friendliness, and restaurants availabilities near the hotel are great. There's the only thing that I don't like was the noise from the free nearby. I reside on the west coast and the time difference helped me not to make sleepy easily and the noise also makes it difficult to fall asleep. other than that, everything is good.
