We arrived late around 10:30 pm. The outside looks a little sketch and the room was old and didn't look to be cleaned. There was a large pee stain in the middle of the bed, lock chain on the door was broken, toilet seat peeling, dirt under and around the cabinets and overall just a mess. The only reason I rated 2 stars is because the staff was friendly and offered a different room and once we declined and requested a refund, it was done.

Was not bad stay. I was not there a lot. The lady did let us check in after 1 pm for I guess it is supposed to after 3 pm. But I had this room booked since April. Kind of hard to find at first but it is nestled in the middle of two other hotels and a bar. So, you get free entertainment.

The managers Lynn and Denise were so friendly, sending an inviting message prior to check in as an introduction was a very nice touch. Lynn was very friendly, accommodating and I needed a little extra time on check out and Denise allowed for that without any hassle. The place was quiet, well maintained and would stay again if back in the area.

The room is good for low cost room. It is clean there are signs of mold in bathroom. But otherwise the room is clean. I did wish there was a thin blanket on bed, wish there were more blankets. It said free wifi but I did not see password posted anywhere. No one is in the office after 6 M-F and noon on weekend so hard to get blankets and wifi password.

Nice place to stay! I only wish I’d know about this place before I stayed the first two nights in the Econo Lodge, which was horrible! The gentleman at Corporate Suites was great at communicating by email about my reservation and my need for safety bars in the bathroom. He was friendly and helpful, even after I was dumb enough to lose my room key (and therefore my $20 key deposit!). The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing I really didn’t like was the water pressure and it could use a new shower curtain. Maybe could use a fresh paint job but still a very nice place to stay. Amazing value for the money! I only paid $13 more for a suite than I did for a standard room at the Econo Lodge, and it was well worth it! I will come back here. 9.5/10!

I booked and paid in advance for the 1 queen bed room and once i arrived the owners informed me that that room wasnt available because it wasnt clean. Mind you im just drove 10 hours and arrived around midnight. They said that i had to pay 20 more dollars because they only have a bigger room available. I tried to explain that i didn't need a bigger room and that i didnt feel the need to pay extra for something i didnt need. They were very rude and showed no consideration at all !!! Im very upset and disappointed with my stay and experience

Was taking a class close by and stayed here for 2 night. The room was fine and fit my needs. It appears to be a family owned operation and the woman at the desk was very nice. The rooms could be a little cleaner. The one thing they need to add is some cookware. The room comes equipped with a small kitchen but who brings pots and pans withe them when they travel?? They should really be provided in a room such as that. Overall I had not major issues during my stay.

Run down looking property. Opened the door to room #14. Smelled musty. Bath towels had holes in one of them. Bed and pillows were inadequate. One small round bar of soap and one shampoo. You had to unlock a deadbolt on the door with a real key, and lock the deadbolt with the key when you leave as it was the only lock on the door. No real office to speak of. It was more of a modified room and was locked at when I went to check in in the early afternoon. I had to ring a door bell and wait for him to come in to the very small area from his living area door to be checked in. No breakfast. Spend the extra money on a reputable hotel chain like the Hampton Inn right in front of it.

I chose the establishment because of the low price and photos thinking it was of good quality and the room needed to be filled. However to my disappointment the room was deplorable. The decorum was depressing, it wreaked of smoke and mildew, there was a fly buzzing around in the room, the room’s chair’s seat cushion looked as if someone defecated on it, the shower’s curtain and handle were dirty and mildewed, the carpet was soiled, the refrigerator had debris and stains on the shelves and seals where the door opens, and the pillow cases were dingy and mucked with dirt. I addressed this to the co-owner and she said “I told my husband to change the curtain” and became argumentative when I attempted to cancel the 2nd night stating “you only pay 75 dollar...I can do nothing about carpet or chair, people try to complain!” She then accused me of having a 3rd person stay over; my wife flew in in the morning to meet us at a scheduled track meet. She then said I couldn’t cancel because I purchased through internet agency. We will see. However I could not subject my 8year old daughter to another day of that. Lesson learned: stay away! I will never stay at a hotel in which the name I am not familiar with. Shame on you owners of Corporate Suites.

Soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be a difficult 5 days. After they charge me $10 a day for 3 days for my athlete, we opened the couch that folds out. It was nasty and looked like a crumb collector. I asked for a vacuum, she says the belt is broke. I ask can they clean it. She acts like she doesn’t understand English, maybe because it wasn’t making an extra dollar but I ask to just give me something to clean with she hands me a dirty facecloth and Lysol. And then asks to bring it back. This was my worst experience ever then I ask about my free night for earned points and they say we don’t do that here. Hotels.com I need my free night back and I will never go there again.

Room was very dirty! Items from previous person that had the room before me was in the room. Kitchen and bed was dirty. Spoke to the owner and she stated, that other people like the hotel. Now what does that have to do with my statement? No apologies, just simply that I was the only person that complained...horrible customer service and the room smelled horribly! Stay away ftom this hotel!!!

The owners, who also live in the building and take all the front parking spaces, are seldom in or around the office area. Checking in is also a hassle as they call you constantly to try to get your card number before you arrive. They are intrusive and will come into your room if you leave the door open. There are blinds, but no curtains at all. If you work 3rd shift like us good luck. We covered the windows and got yelled at. Never again

Difficult to evaluate this stay. The one staff person I encountered was pleasant, the room was surprisingly large and generally well kept and clean. Having said that the bathroom was disgusting; stains around rim of toilet bowl top and after wiping tub out (which had no stopper) the wipe we used was black from dirt in the tub. Surprisingly would consider staying again because of the value and proximity of restaurants but we’ll be better prepared for this eventually.

The hotel had trouble finding my reservation and took way too long to agree to the fact that I had already paid for the room. The room was okay, but the furniture was in bad shape, the headboard of the bed was damaged, there was water damage on the lampshades and the kitchen was dirty. I booked a nonsmoking room and the smelled of smoke. There are floodlights around the entire hotel and light shown through the blinds in the room all night. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is an older facility that appears to handle long term tenants in addition to transients. There are a few basics covered like bed and bath along with a sparse living area and a kitchen area with nothing but appliances. You would need to provide place settings, cooking implements and all other items necessary to cook. Everything was dated but functional. The best aspect was the location, surrounded by mostly newer accommodations and restaurants. The entire Greensboro area needs more hotel rooms at a value price.

When I arrived, although the owners/manager were nice, the couple made me feel like I was getting a nicer room than what I paid for. It was very private and what I requested (2nd floor) but the bathroom could have been a little cleaner, bed was hard as a rock and had stains on the mattress cover (I checked for bedbugs) and the TV remote volume didn't work. Definitely a no frills place for $77. No hand towel/paper towels in the kitchenette, one roll of toilet paper and no hand towels in bathroom. The couple running the place was nice enough but I doubt I'll be back next year.

Toilet leaked. Most uncomfortable bed and bedding. Only 2 flat pillows. Came with stove and frig (kitchenette) but cabinets completely empty. No cookware utensils nothing but a couple of plastic and Styrofoam cups. Air conditioning and heat worked well. I had cancelled one night a few days earlier well within their refund policy. Checkout was 11. At 10 owner called our room and wanted to know when we were checking out. While packing car owners wife tells us to close door even though no heat or ac was on and it was only for a brief time to get our stuff out. Owner follows us to our car as we attempt to leave and again questions us about length of our stay even though the matter had been taken care of days earlier. 30 minutes later while at lunch with family, owner calls my cell demanding we turn in room key that my husband had personally given him an hour earlier. We felt harrassed.

Our stay functioned as a place to sleep while on a Spring-break trip to visit prospective colleges with my 17-year-old daughter. It is near Elon University. So far, so good. But don't go there if you expect more. Desk clerk called us while we were driving there to ask if we were coming. If they had posted instructions we would have notified of our late (11 pm) arrival. Our room was around a dark corner, smelled very musty, had a creaky bed, and the "complete" kitchen had two paper cups which I finally found in a drawer. There were no hand towels or wash rags, and no breakfast or food offered of any kind. The desk clerk made a photocopy of my drivers license when I checked in, which I don't think has ever happened to me before. All in all, a bit creepy.

I wanted to go to my aunt's viewing Monday evening and the funeral Tuesday morning. I checked online for a reasonably priced room that was close to the interstate, but that was safe for a single female to stay in alone. I found this suite for a very good price, and it had a full kitchen. I took my breakfast along, and cooked it in the kitchen. I was fortunate that the room I got was on the ground floor, as I have a weak heart and have trouble carrying luggage upstairs.

When I booked a room at Corporate Suites I expected a nice hotel that business people would go to. That is not what I got. The hotel was off the road and looked like a run down establishment. I was a woman staying by myself and didn't really feel safe there. I had a guy with his shirt off drinking, hanging over the balcony right above me when I went into my room. I went out with a friend at night & had her follow me back to make sure I got in my room safely. Also the place had ants! I feel like the name was false advertising. And definitely don't think business people would be staying here.
