Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport

I liked the location and the 24hr transfer to the airport. My room needed some fixing up and refurbishing.

Wonderful. Would stay again.

The Hotel is lovely, however when we arrived there were not enough check in attendants, so it took longer than expected. The room was very clean and the view was as promised. It was a little pricey but all in all a good experience.

Good location with a complimentary airport shuttle. Clean, comfortable and serves its purpose as an airport hotel well.

Wont stay here again. Parking $50 for a mid-peninsula hotel w plenty of space. Several other nice hotels in area that dont charge foe parking. Then my room was a 5 min walk from the elevator- poor layout. And lastly, nickel and diming - i had an amazon package sent there amd they charged me $4 for that delivery- i rarely do that so I don't know if a fee is standard.

Location Parking is too high

This is a lovely property with a bright atrium. The restaurant service and food was exemplary. I would order the Papardelle again. It seems to be a favorite among airline crews which is supports my great impression of this property. Also the mattress was the best of our two week trip.

I love the Burlingame Hyatt. Been staying here for 10+ years and it’s only gotten better on every stay. Their 3 sixty Bar/bistro is amazing as well.

I like to stay here before an early morning flight out of SFO. It's calm and the shuttle is very convenient. Nothing, everything was great.

The rooms are not new but they were able to give me a room near the elevator, which is a plus. Parking is not free, but you can ask for a discounted rate.

We experienced an issue with the air system which made a loud and startling noise every time it kicked on. I have already heard from the hotel via email regarding this concern.

This hotel has a relatively unique central atrium that makes staying at it a memorable. The restaurant and lounge feel like being out in a village square and not inside a building.

My stay was Ok, reception and hotel shuttle were both excellent. I do think this property is in need of a facelift, starting to look a little tired. The service at the bar/restaurant was very slow and inattentive. The server was courteous and it seemed like there was enough staff but it was very slow. The pool are is drab without any service and the pool is quite small. It was Ok, certainly not on top of my list.

Staff were super helpful, check in was fast and informative and it is in a safe area. The hotel rooms are a little dated, but they are clean. The power oulets weren’t working well in my room or my sisters room. I’m not sure if it was an isolated issue, but before you buy a new curling iron or charger, try a couple more outlets. Overall a good 3 day stay.

My room was a strange corner room extremely far from the elevator. The reason I will never stay there again is for the unusually weak shower, so weak I thought it was a joke. You cannot wash your hair

First time staying at this hotel experience was terrible definitely will not be returning. Customer service was also unbelievable poor and issue not resolved because my stay was booked with a third party. Not asking for a refund but accommodation was really bad for the price I paid for.

Top notch business hotel located right at SFO. Comfortable and great looking room, and good food at the casual restaurant. On point in every way.

A friend and I booked a room here because we both had very early morning flights. The room was nice, the shuttles ran frequently, and the meal we had was excellent the night before our flights!

Check in staff was very helpful - explaining parking, tips to drop our car at the airport, etc. We had the option of a room close to or away from the elevators and we got placed right near them. They were noisy, as are the auto close doors to the rooms, so I recommend white noise. It's a bit of a haul from the entrance to the elevators, but all in all was a great place to spend the night and take the free shuttle to SFO.

It is a good hotel w great staff but the really need an update. The rooms have no ventilation so they are musty. Otherwise it’s comfortable and great for large events

room. Since we're in our 80's a room closer to the elevator would have been appreciated rather than the distant room we were given.

The room was somewhat clean. The carpet made a plastic noise when you stepped on it and there were smudges and hairs throughout. The staff, however, were excellent and kind.

The rooms were not too dated but the vacuuming and dusting around vents, etc could be improved--it was a bit less clean than your average hotel but the bathroom was 100% which is the most important thing. The main issue is they charge a "destination fee" and the explanation card lists "destination fee"amenities include a 15% discount on food. However, they don't add it automatically--even when the food is charged to the room--and when I asked for my final bill to be adjusted they initially said I had to show the card while dining (not true; and this condition is not listed on the amenities card). After mentioning this term was not listed on the card they applied the discount to the bill.

We were here for a convention, the hotel was very clean.the rooms were clean and comfy although it can be loud at night. There is a fully functional gym that worked perfectly. A beautiful pool and easy parking.

Great atrium area where we could eat in The cons: -Curtains in our room were broken, so we couldn't darken the room at night. Once we put enough force to get the curtains down, they wouldn't go up, so we couldn't get light during the day -Thin walls- could hear the TV all night from the room next door. -Pool and gym regularly out of towels. asked them to replenish and they said they couldn't, because they were all in the wash. So our kids would just have to walk dripping from the pool back up to the room.

Hotel property was clean and nice. The hotel charged me additional fees. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t print me a receipt when I checked out so I had no idea that extra fee was there. I thought my booking.com price included any fees. Really ticked about this. I won’t stay there again.

We were going to stay at the Hyatt SFO right at the airport but decided to stay here instead as it was a little less expensive. Less expensive or not it was a beautiful hotel. We had a great room and staff were delightful. Everything was clean and fresh. Loved staying here. Free shuttles to and from the airport which is just a few minutes drive away! Great restaurant. Stayed here primarily for the hotel shuttle to the airport, which was efficient and on time.

Room was lovely- wasn’t impressed with restaurant and food choices or the pool (didn’t even see it). Staff was great. We were there on just a one day layover and for that it was fine. Not best choice for any stay longer than 1 night layover in SF.

great location, less than 10 minutes from the airport , very luxurious hotel at great price can't open window , presumably because it faces the airport runway . Window is blocked by big sheet of Plexiglas glued in place .

I very much disliked that there is no way to get fresh air into our hotel room. All “balcony” looking windows did not open, sealed shut. The air was never fresh. It gave me headaches. Overall the hotel is noticeably old although you can’t tell in the pictures. We parked our Mercedes in the garage to keep it out of the rain, it is not considered a tall car but since the garage bumper indicating the height limit of the garage hung far too low, lower than the garage itself, it scratched up the roof of our very expensive car. Leaving us very unsatisfied with the garage. Normally we use valet and were surprised when we found out valet stopped operating during 2020, never to restart again. The garages also, were very dirty. Old leaves and debris everywhere.

The shuttle driver was an insane driver, hitting curbs, taking corners way too fast, with luggage falling off the rail, it also smelt like pee inside the shuttle.

It took over an hour to get a shuttle and to the hotel from the airport. The ride to the airport was only slightly better. The shuttle van had almost no luggage storage so once it was full, people with luggage had to wait for for a second shuttle, another 30 minutes, to get the next shuttle. That’s not ok and needs to be resolved immediately. They should have had Ubers or taxis in place to deal with it.

Basic breakfast for 35usd it's too much Good for a quick overnight stay for flight cuz the location is Nearby airport but that's it!

Nice hotel well located close to airport. Courteous and professional staff, special thanks and kudos to Carlos at front desk who went above and beyond to assist with our concerns. Made our birthday weekend for my daughter a very special one, huge thanks. Would definitely return.

Overall property is excellent and a family favorite. Front desk clerk was a bit stiff and unwelcoming on this stay however (rather "transactional" in demeanor only).

The rooms are lovely, but I will definitely make a request for a room away from the noisy elevators next time I stay there.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff are friendly, skilled, and always eager to help.

The room was old and most of the electric outlets did not work. The hair dryer did not fit into any of the outlets in the room and therefore was unusable. The room was not big enough for 3 people.

Like the atrium open air design. elevator banks in opposing corners might rhave been more convenient but not a deal breaker. (if you want a bay view be prepared dor some las vegas style hotel hiking.

Very comfortable, spacious, relaxing stay. However, not many casual food choice selections at 3Sixty Market (the only choice inside the hotel alongside the 3Sixty restaurant) or walkable (within 10 min) restaurants or supermarket/drug stores. Accessible by public transportation or driving. In all, a wonderful stay!

Clean room, courteous staff. Unfortunately my room was near the elevators, and I heard them moving whenever I was in my room. The bed was too soft for my liking. I was hoping to cast my streaming apps onto the tv, but couldn't figure it out.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Getting a bit old. Huge property that is hard to get around. The airport shuttle was good. On time and driver was friendly!

Very clean, modern hotel. Stayed a night there, flew out, and stayed another night when we flew in. The main reason we booked this hotel was the park and fly and shuttle to airport features. There are a couple of things we did not like. Both stays it was very noisy until very late at night - 3 am. Try not to get a room anywhere near the elevator. You can hear the thing going up and down all night, even if you are 5 rooms away from it. Other guests in SF are very rude, yelling and screaming in the hallways, partying in the rooms until very late. Bring some really good noise cancelling earbuds.

The mattress bed nearest the wall in room 4010 needs replacing. Creeks every time you move and sinks in. Otherwise the stay was great!

Arriving late, there just was not enough people handing checking in. I was thirsty when I got into my room and found two waters, but they each were $4.00 unless I get the elite package. The bed was comfy but I guess folks do not understand that talking in the hallway can be heard easily in my room. The door locked door that connects to the neighbor next where I stayed looked bent. The hotel also experienced a power outage and those stairways were very dark. The staff that morning heading out were very helpful.

Then as if not enough we left an item behind that when we called the staff was again 10/10 helping us to get it mailed back to our home. So grateful for the staff. Clean room quiet and comfortable. Big fan of this location. Easy shuttle to the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hotel was great!

They were no electricity due to power outrage. I left after 3hours at the hotel. Staff were not helpful. Waste of my money! Ruined my trip
