Well, we were looking for a place to stay for one night, a quick turn around trip, and although the location was okay, the hotel is VERY dated. The carpet smells and is sticky and I wouldn't let my kids take their socks off while we were there. I do have to say that it was relatively quiet, which was good, and the staff were very friendly, but the hotel itself felt old and used. We didn't see any cockroaches, which was good, but I wouldn't have been surprised if we did.

I have stayed here multiple times in the last year. Each time the quality of the stay gets worse and worse. - Safety is a concern! There was a lot of transient activity in the parking lot. I was concerned about our car. I forgot things in the car and asked my friend to come with me, I did not feel safe going by myself. - The condition of the parking lot and outside areas are worse too. There are potholes so be careful. Piles of trash and wood are disgarded all around the property too. This place is starting to look as bad as the vacant buildings next door. - The quality of the breakfast was borderline uneatable. ! The eggs were rubbery. The sausage patties were too. The hard boiled eggs looked they were old. I understand it is free but if you are going to push this as a selling point, you should probably try a little harder. - The sheets and two towels had hair on them. I hope they were washed! - The final straw and the reason I will not be back is the horrible customer service. When I requested a later check out, as promised through the rewards program, SHE LAUGHED AT ME! The parking ($45) is no longer part of program either. Mind you, it has been every other time. Do not sign up for their rewards program, it is a trap! They do not honor their promises and sell your information. So much spam after signing up. There are so many better options in this area.

Location perfect for work air travel (SFO). I have stayed here previously and the staff always has been professional and accommodating. Breakfast has always been nicely done and enjoyable with spacious seating area. Staff friendly & helpful Not a big fan of daily parking fees. Breakfast Buffett area a bit congested during busier times. Maybe satellite area (like the coffee )for cereal and or juices during full occupancy times.

The staff was kind and answering fast to my emails, the rooms are clean and spacious, the restaurant next door is good and attended also by locals. The open-air swimming pools was fantastic, rally a treat after and before a long flight!! We loved the place and would definitely re use it. Breakfast is a bit basic and it was very busy in tiny spaces.

Compared to other places for a short stay, it was great. Clean, quiet at night, the breakfast was very good. I was surprised to learn that they charge $30 for parking, which is I guess how they keep lower prices overall. There is no alternative parking around.

Breakfast is standard HIE complete with warm cinnamon buns!! The pool is cold but a good size so if you can cope with the refreshing temperature you can get some decent exercise! The location is on the bay shore but the area seems quite run down. However you can still have a fairly pleasant walk.

This is a very adequate and nicely maintained property. Not overly luxurious or fancy but clean with nice rooms and decent beds and pillows. I thought the price was horrendous but I guess that’s the market in San Francisco. Breakfast was a nine on a scale of 10.

They weren't clear when booking that it's $30 for parking. The hotel in a lot worse condition than in the photos.

The cleaners, very unfriendly, almost rude. I wish more was invested into teaching them English and ettiquette.

The bay view and watching the planes just about everything there restaurant next door really don't have to go nowhere to enjoy yourself. N/a

Breakfast was lovely, including the pancake machine. That was really cool actually. The coffee was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful and the property is clean in general. The hallways and rooms are looking dated and tired, definitely time for an aesthetic facelift. The room refrigerator ran consistently all night and loudly at that. We couldn’t find a way to unplug the refrigerator. Be very aware that their open-air parking adjacent to the hotel property cost $30, regardless of how you book your room. This is completely ridiculous, a factor I will not dismiss again.

Breakfast wasn’t great and had no flavor in anything. Can hear pretty much every single sound when you’re in the room that happens in the hallway and on the other floors

I have to say that the staff were very good and apologized, and for my next night, a different room was available. The issue I have is being told that nothing could be done at 430am and I was supposed to just be in a soaking wet room with a leak. And even though the staff apologized, there wasn't anything offered for the issue or inconvenience.

Great location, helpful staff and good breakfast. Frequent shuttle service. Clean and comfortable room. 24/7 coffee service is a huge bonus. There was a door inside room that opens to another door next room. Made me feel a bit uneasy even though it had lock. And curtain for full dark mode could not be drawn all the way.

My mistake was not realizing how far this hotel is from downtown San Francisco. If you plan to stay in San Francisco for sightseeing this is not the best location.

The view over the bay was pretty, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and expressway making it a fast commute to Stanford. Breakfast was well prepared and plentiful, the fruit infused water was a nice touch and I appreciate it being available all day. The pool had a lot of debris in it and was not heated making the water temp about 60-65 degrees (I checked with a thermometer). The room was very noisy and all the noise from the hallway and surrounding rooms was loud. Room 330 had visible mold on the walls in the main part of the room and bathroom. There was a distinctly musty smell that did not go away when I turned on the air conditioning or opened a window.

We liked the open design and ability to walk up stairs Our room (315) was fine-but the cover on lower mattress is torn and ragged looking in one corner—not a big deal but noticeable on entry to the room.

Conveniently close to airport at a reasonable price. In a saddening neighborhood with no convenience stores or anything else nearby.

While I was taking a shower the fire alarm kept going on and I was only in there for like 15 min ,I also checked a drawer to leave my keys in there and there was trash in there

Breakfast was good. All you need. Cleanliness was up there as amazing. Everywhere you went you saw someone cleaning. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet. Lobby and breakfast area is all a bit cramped.

The food was OK. The location was super! My daughter-in-law made the reservation as I’m vision impaired. She said that I would be picked up from the Airport. Since I was moving cross country, I had 2 bags that each weighed almost 50 pounds, a carry on suitcase, and a smaller bag. I observed numerous vehicles from other hotels, and parking and city buses whiz by the area of Shuttle Service where I was standing in a light rain, but didn’t see a Sguttle from your Hotel. I called the phone number my daughter-in-law had given me, only to be told that I was calling the wrong location, at which point ai was transferred, after which I was told they didn’t have a shuttle til 5:00 PM. I complained, saying that my daughter-in-law had partially chosen that location due to the shuttle service. It was around 2:00PM. I was then told that they could call a cab, which they called back to tell me that they had done, but they couldn’t tell me which cab company, what the color of the cab was, but only that it may take about 20 minutes. I waited almost an hour in the rain, before I called back the original number, and, once again, I was told I was calling the wrong location. When I protested, the agent asked my name, and just then, I saw one of your shuttles, and got on it. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was again told I was then at the wrong location. I showed my confirmation on my phone, and the agent then asked my name. When she finally took the time to actually try and figure out what was going on rather than telling me I was at the wrong location, she noticed that I actually was at the right location, but was a day early . Apparently, my daughter-in-law had booked my reservation for the following day. I realize that was a mistake on my part, but if the agent had spent just a little more time trying to help me in the beginning, I wouldn’t have been so stressed out, and wouldn’t have had to stand for about an hour, which is hard for me to do, and it was windy and rainy. The agent never even tried to say she was sorry.

Room was clean but could use updating…. They recently got automatic coffee machines in lobby which is nice. But they got rid of the half and half and they only have flavored quart bottles that are very high in sugar. I asked if they have half-and-half and was told for breakfast they put out milk and half-and-half and I was there for an entire week and there was only ever milk out never half-and-half. They need to bring back the half-and-half for travelers that only use that.

Breakfast was fantastic! Great fresh brewed coffee 24/7 in lobby and hot cookies in the evening. Room was extremely comfortable. They have home style HVAC not those annoying wall units. Definitely on the return list. No car this time but airport shuttle was very convenient.

The refrigerator was also not working, and it appeared it wasn’t plugged in, with no convenient way to connect it without unplugging other devices. Overall, this hotel is suitable for a short stay, such as before a flight, but may not be ideal for a longer vacation.

Wonderful and attentive staff. Free shuttle service to San Francisco Airport. The hotel is a 10-minute ride from the airport; the drivers are attentive, and the service is always punctual. It is far from downtown SF, but in my case—as I was attending a convention in the Bay Area—it was fantastic. The restaurant next to the hotel is also very good, featuring a varied menu and reasonable prices; hotel guests receive a 10% discount. The hotel offers freshly baked cookies every afternoon. It also features an outdoor pool, though I didn't have time to use it. Varied and tasty breakfast. There is absolutely nothing to complain about—only praise. The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved, however; since the airport is nearby, you can hear the sound of aircraft engines during takeoff.

You could make pancakes or have cinnamon buns every day and hot food was on a rotation, bacon one day, sausages the other. Delicious veggie omelets and your basics like cereals and yogurt. There is a swimming pool but we didnt take advantage of it as it was pretty cold out and its fully outdoors. With a free shuttle to and from the airport this is a great place to stay!

Nothing really stands out except for the woman working the breakfast setup. She went out of her way to help, smile and make everyone feel welcome. Everything else was pretty easily forgotten. I probably won't stay there again.

The parking should be free since it is SELF parking. I went back to the property information on Hotels.com and no where was it stated that there was a fee. It just said "self parking available." I feel that is very misleading information.

We stayed one night and had a really great experience. The view from the main area and the room was beautiful! And bedding comfortable and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was better than most “breakfast included” places we’ve stayed. Would recommend!

The thing that sold me during my stay was the customer service. It was the best I’ve ever received. The owner/manager was not at all help full at all, he made the experience at first horrible by canceling my family reservation and then making them wait to put him in a room till 2am. That was unacceptable, but his front desk staff, maintenance and other staff members made up for it 100%.

Property was dirty. When they say bay view they put you on first floor and you see cars and not the planes. Multiple charges on my card which no one could explain until the GM did. Breakfast was good. You do need to pay for parking also.

Overall it is a good hotel around the airport area. The breakfast is great, and all-day hot water is definitely special to have. Except the renovation is a bit old and room is a bit small, we are satisfied with all rest.

Tonight I have my worst experience checking into your hotels. I stay in your hotels in all countries and I stay in your hotels more than 10 times a month.

This hotel looks somewhat shabby from the outside. Upon arrival I was a bit disappointed. But the inside is very nice and the two story lobby is stunning. Staff were very nice, especially Philly. Great view of the bay from the window.

Great breakfast included. Staff is friendly and despite having a large family with in-laws and several kids, even the kids had a blast at the location. Nice view of the bay as well!

Hotel was average but good for the price- so the value was there. Overall clean but there was some opportunities. Breakfast was poor.

Amazing stay

The hotel itself was very nice and Modern. However, we did not feel the area around was safe due to two businesses next door were completely abandoned and looked as if there were homeless living there.

Helpful & welcoming staff. Breakfast was pretty good! Rooms were organized & cozy! Would definitely book again!

The first night was fine. The next day I requested my room to be cleaned and it was noted but it did not happen. It did not happen the next day either. The last day we saw roaches. Disgusting. I had to empty my own trash and get a trash bag.

The staff was also friendly. We received an upgrade die to the rooms bathroom sink being clogged and looking like housekeeping was in the middle of cleaning. With a dirty rag on the counter. Nic view of the bay from the room. The tide was very very low seeing what world normally be water seeing just dust. The next morning the tide was back to normal.

I booked a room that was not what I wanted. The room I originally wanted was extended by the people! I already paid for that room but gave it away! Poor service the manger was rude! I would never go back again! I was not happy with my stay at all!!

I’ve had a fantastic stay when I arrived on the 4th and on my departure on the 23rd of February of this year! Moustafa, the GM and the hotel staff were all kind and incredibly friendly. Both rooms that I stayed at were clean and spacious. There’s a restaurant called Max Restaurant, which is literally a walking distance away. I recommend trying their Jambalaya fettuccine and cheese cake (it was devine). I would consider the hotel safe and would recommend it. Their continental breakfast is good. The black shuttle bus is big and it took only 5 minutes drive away to the international terminal from the hotel. Would stay here again. Thanks again Moustafa.

The cityscape of San Francisco is in the distant view. The front lobby is spacious with the 2 story ceiling . However , the room need some upgrades

The hotel was not as advertised, upon check in we were told there are no King ADA suite as requested on the Hotels.com website. Sleeping in the Queen was uncomfortable.

Hotel was updated at some point. Rooms and common spaces look inviting and modern. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced once during our 3-night stay. When I called the front desk Friday afternoon to ask that they send someone to clean, I was told no.

Very helpful and friendly staff

The location is convenient because it’s right by the freeway and a restaurant. There is an obvious outstanding smell within the bottom floor hallways, mattresses stained everywhere, and I’m not trying to nitpick but the room phones are old and dirty. No bed bugs though which is my main concern so I respect them for that. Overall this property is average

Great, quiet place to stay away from everything for airport travel. And had easy walk to restaurant in front of property that was delish and good drinks.

Great view, pretty mediocre accommodations, but not life threatening.

I was doing a park and fly type stay over and everything went as planned except on the way back from airport to hotel to get my truck. The shuttle driver didn’t know the name of the hotel only the address because there are apparently two holiday hotels close by. So I had to get off and did through my phone and verify the address which took awhile and caused me to wait until the next shuttle. Otherwise it was just fine

Kathy, who helped me check in, she was very helpful and kind lady. Absolutely recommend this hotel. Close to the airport, they provide airport shuttle services and other nearby eats. Amazing staffs, great hot breakfast! Room is clean too.

I have a problem because when I did my check in just 20 before staff told me that I did have to pay extra, and days after I have $50 US discont in my bank account for check in when they said to me that I do not have to pay anything extra
