Bay Landing San Francisco Airport Hotel

I added the extra bay room window. It was delightful watching the airplanes land in takeoff. I love the hotel in the staff. The breakfast was great. We'll stay here again.

If you're into plane watching, this is a great escape. With a view of the Bay and the approach to SFO, one could not ask for better. Nice big comfortable beds, nice little snack bar and... the morning breakfast was just perfect for our needs. That's why we keep coming back!

We stayed here a couple times. Always clean. Enjoyable walk along the bay. Surprisingly quiet despite close by the airport. Love this hotel.

Have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. Always clean, comfortable, with good-sized bathrooms and excellent beds.

Hotel is dated in decor but really well kept. Bay view for breakfast was great. Staff very friendly.

Antiquated

The hotel seemed fine. The room I was given was noisy and asked to change. The new room I was given was worse. There was a constant thumming sound by the bed. Staff tried to help but I asked for the less noisy room back. Not terribly happy.

The hotel has a great location right by the water with a cool view of landing planes due to the nearby airport. Everything was clean, even though the hotel feels a bit dated. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the bed was a major disappointment. The mattress was so worn out and way too soft, and the pillows were too thick. Additionally, there was only a thin blanket, and the bedspread should be replaced. We are not even picky but a comfortable sleep was impossible.

The only thing I would have to say is that they need to renew the bedding linen as the ones they use are turning yellowish already and not really appealing, however i also should add that they were clean, just yellowing due to being used a lot. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel delivered what was promised: helpful and friendly staff, free shuttle to the airport (about 15 min drive), clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. There are several Asian restaurants w/in a 2-5 min walk or plenty of restaurants close by for delivery. I would stay again and recommend this hotel!

One of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had, and we have traveled all over for youth sports. Room service is upon request which we loved, and they were quick with extra requests for towels, etc. Great view of the bay, but about a 30-40 min drive to Fisherman's Wharf / downtown area depending on traffic. Using UBER was super easy & fast - lots of drivers regularly available. Highly recommend.

Very clean room, good WiFi, excellent staff, next to airport but quiet , good shuttle. Breakfast was the only so-so thing. Healthier syrup for pancakes needed. Both egg options had cheese, and both much too much cheese, and it was cheap cheese. English muffins were not the freshest.

We spent 5 minutes in the hotel and did not stay overnight. We had prepaid for the room but I did not even request reimbursement. The lobby furnishings were outdated and threadbare, the room was similarly bleak and the mattress was too, too soft. The hotel is in need of a complete overhaul and update.

The hotel had an antique look about it overlooking the bay. My daughter and I loved it. Unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity to take advantage because it was a quick turnaround trip. We slept amazing on the one night we stayed, which never happens on the first night away from home. The breakfast smells amazing but we had to get to our flight and missed out. We definitely want to come back and stay longer, next time with our husbands.

The room was nice and well-kept, but the pipe upstairs was very loud whenever anyone took a shower at night. Not many food choices for the complementary breakfast but overall not a bad stay.

The stay was amazing, staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast you get most anywhere. Parking was easy, even with a large truck and the view was great.

Front desk was great, as usual. Cutler checked me in at the counter my last four visits. The bay front is beautiful as you can watch all the activity at the airport. The trails are nice but the area needs a face lift. You can see new developments are coming so just have to look beyond some dilapidated buildings. Burlingame ave and Broadway ave are great for shopping and dining. Walkable from hotel.

The rooms are very clean! They provide glasses and coffee maker. Breakfast was tasty had a waffle each morning. We stayed 4 nights and the transport to airport was right on time.

The one complaint that we had with the room was that there weren't enough charging stations for the 3 of us and our devices.

Discovered that the shower had a tricky operating mechanism with no instructions evident! As a result did not take a morning shower. There was a very nice breakfast buffet included in the room price with good eggs, waffles, toast etc. The shuttle bus to the airport comes only every half hour and was crowded! It did only take 10 minutes to get to terminal 1, though!

In addition, we were assured multiple times prior to our arrival that there would have a pack n play set up in for our 19 month old after traveling for over 12 hours . That was not the case and it took almost an hour to be delivered to our room which led fully avoidable meltdown of our overtired baby that lasted most of the night. Honestly felt very neglectful and tone deaf of hospitality-based service.

Great location. steps from the water. .free parking. Free breakfast. Something to think about is when it comes to standard you get what you pay for. You definitely can see the age on certain things that you most likely would never see at Hilton.

Temperature if possible can be sequential in 1 vs 2 degrees. Towels are hard to skin, if possible add fabric softener.

They were having elevator problems but staff carried my bags down three floors!

Our problem was with the manager John. When we reported the incident to him he became rude, defensive, insulting, patronizing and was arrogant. He obviously lacks the skills required in the hospitality business. We have taken this to upper Managment. Overall, the property is run down and in dire need of renovation. We do it recommend a stay there.

Location to airport

I like the location and always book a room overlooking the Bay. The parking lot has a good size, so there is no trouble parking. Instead of using the airport transportation bus, I decided to rent the car already on arrival from Europe, saving me the long wait (up to 45 minutes) in the cold at the airport. The front desk people were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful. I also liked the atmosphere. Yes it’s not as modern as other hotels but it felt welcoming, safe and clean.

I loved everything about Bay Landing. From the staff to the amenities, it was just a lovely place. The kindness, considerate it was just an awesome stay.

It was perfect for our one night in SF before we flew back home! Great location, friendly staff, affordable, pretty view of the bay. Would stay again and recommend!

Liked the spacious rooms!

We appreciated that the accommodations were clean and the staff was helpful. Parking was free and plentiful. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast available from 6:00 - 10:00 and was able to relax as checkout isn't until 12:00. Upon driving up to Sonoma we relaxed by the nice waterfront and took some pictures of arriving United Airlines airplanes.

What a gem. You are getting a 90s hotel, close to the bay, killer views, free parking, hot breakfast with meat on weekends, all for a great rate. Bed was dippy, hair dryer broken, but quiet, clean.

The property was clean, the room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. The staff was polite and helpful. My only complaint is that the property is looking very worn. May need an update soon.

Only complain is the wall outlets, too loose to fit the adapters for phone charging. This happens with most other hotels due to extensive uses by travellers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was comfortable with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. I also loved the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We’ve been coming here for a long time, on and off as we travel. Bay Landing is consistently excellent. Some would say the place is dated, but c’mon, it’s not a vacation resort. Most people are there because they’re are catching or returning from a flight. That said, the place is immaculate and the employees are fantastic. To the owners of Bay Landing - don’t give in to the pressure to update or become “relevant”. You already are relevant with your excellence. I’d stay here any day of the week and twice on Sundays! Thanks for doing solid work in a day and age of mediocrity.

The rooms feel a bit dated but everything was clean. Breakfasts downstairs and on the patio were very pleasant.

Room was pretty outdated. The sheets had stains, but the front desk staff was friendly to give me new sheets. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work.

Great central peninsula location

This hotel is in need of an update. Shuttle service is so poor, we waited an hour at the airport for pickup when the website says every half hour. There were 3 shuttle buses for every other hotel that passed us when we were waiting. No restaurant inside and only three restaurants - all Chinese- within walking distance. Since we had come from Asia for 3 weeks, Asian food was the last thing we wanted. We will not book this hotel again.

Breakfast was very good with several options. At check in, it would have been helpful for the staff to provide information on area businesses and the BART. I may stay again if the items noted are corrected as they are easy fixes that housekeeping management should have been aware of.

Clean, large room very convenient to SFO. Staff from front desk to breakfast to shuttle driver were very courteous and friendly. Will make this my regular stop.

The shuttle service was a joke as the bus served 4 different properties and only ran every 45 minutes. Took forever even though the hotel is next door to the airport. Hotel has never been renovated and the carpet in my room smelled like body odor. Check in clerk was smug and unhelpful. I am very disappointed that Expedia had given this hotel good marks. I rely on Expedia for accurate information and this was very disappointing.

This was a wonderful property. Very close to to a restaurant and even closer to the airport. Loved it very convenient and comfortable. We had an early flight out so we didn’t get to try the breakfast.

The Bedding needs to be up dated. The bed covers were very ragged. Shuttle service needs to be more dependable on pickups at the airport and on schedule when going to the airport. I wished more good restaurants were in the area for individuals with dietary limitations.

I was only there over night. The room is a good size. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice place with breakfast, gym, and sitting areas. Close to walking path. I would stay again. Shuttle from the airport was a little confusing. One of the other shuttles was willing to transport me. Schedule should be posted somewhere.

Excellent location, but the decor was a bit outdated or worn off. The clock in my room was blinking (not reset), and one of two lamps by the bed side was completely unplugged ~ likely used by the previous guest to charge their phone. The lady who was checking me in was behaving in a bid odd manner (asked if I need to use a restroom while waiting for check-in). She volunteered to share an incorrect information with me about certain laws in CA, or at least San Mateo county. However, the information was 100% incorrect.

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THEY NEED TO REPLACE THEIR BEDCOVERS SINCE THEY ARE VERY WORN. Their shuttle setvice needs improvement. On one occasion they never came around for pick up and upon leaving they were late on their schedule. THEIR BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. I WISH THEY HAD A RESTAURANT.

Chris, the front office manager was also very personable and helpful in answering all our questions and concerns as well. It’s the service that make or break a hotel, and they did not disappoint. The shuttle ran on time and we used it to and from the hotel. I recommend Bay Landing to any and all who need a hotel near the airport and I hope the management allows the staff to out out a tip jar in the breakfast area.

Second stay at this hotel. Such an easy drive for rental car return before early flight at SFO. Breakfast starts at 6am. Skipped, but did grab a coffee on the way out the door.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ariel on the front desk was particularly helpful in resolving things for me as well as providing directions. The breakfast buffet provided several options - :those of eggs, breakfast meat, fresh fruit, yogurts, breads, coffee, tea etc. great place to stay!

Nice clean hotel with an easy check in and friendly staff. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would hope but otherwise it was a nice stay.

This hotel is a gem. I have been to 46 U.S. states and 41 foreign countries, and I rarely give such high marks to where I stay. The bathroom has been tastefully upgraded. Otherwise, I love the older feel of this hotel, and I hope it remains as it is.

I would stay here every time I fly out of SFO. It’s super clean, beautiful views and the staff was fantastic. The only complaint I have is that the towels were crunchy, not soft. Otherwise it was perfect.

This is good hotel to stay in. Friendly staff and clean room. My Deluxe room was big enough that i wished had place a small couch in the open space. The buffet breaskfast is good, b ut I wished they provided more food options. This was my second time staying at this hotel.

I went to front desk to ask what the wi fi password was. No problem. But the woman at the desk refused to give me the password until I went back to my room , got my key envelope and had to PROVE that I hadn’t been given the password. That was rude

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extensive and choices were varied. Beds were super comfortable. It took some fittling with the shower to figure out how to turn on the water mostly my fault. Shuttle was timely and safe. Definitely recommend this hotel to all types of travelers

The hotel was clean, classical decoration and free breakfast. There was also a free shuttle to the airport that was right on time and helpful to get to our flight. The walking path behind the hotel is gorgeous on a nice day or night though could use some refurbished and tlc on the pathway in some spots are you near other businesses. Stunning views of the bay, airplanes flying in right from our room!

We checked in later. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable. Very quick stay. Out at 5 a.m. to make an early flight.

The dining room is too small for a hotel of this size. Poor selection of breakfast too because it was cold. My reservation was mixed up the front desk was rude to me even though I could show my reservation conformation on my phone. I prepaid the room but when my sister put down her credit card for extras room reverted to her name and I arrived after her and had issues getting the key! I will never come back. The shower not labeled to pull knobs and we’re were placed in a handicapped room we didn’t need.

Not much around it in terms of shopping or restaurants outside of the ones in hotels. 3min walk or a few mins drive to all of that. Close to Millbrae station for Bart and Caltrain.

I like the free parking and bay views. Always enjoy the breakfast buffet and extended buffet hours. The buffet included omelets, make your waffles, sometimes bacon or sausage, hard-boiled egg, fresh fruit, canned fruit, yogurt, rice pudding, oatmeal packets, breads, bagels, muffins.

I had a short but quiet rest before heading to the airport again. Checkout was easy and I had points I used toward a quick treat from the pantry. The shuttle was on-time and comfortable. This is my go-to stay when traveling through SFO.

After three calls to the desk,the staff member stated stop calling me I want to sleep, I stated so do I. Staff member stated do you want ear plugs. Staff member states he would discount my night but went back on his word in the morning.

We picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle, however, while other hotels' shuttles pass by consistently, not even a single Bay landing's shuttle came during our one hour ten minutes wait, we had to order a Uber that cost $30 for the 4 minute drive.

I love staying here-it's just the hotel is getting a little tired like the bedding.

The room was perfect -- spacious, super comfortable, very nicely decorated and appointed, spotlessly clean, and boasting a spectacular view of the bay and the end of the runway at San Francisco International Airport. All staff were very helpful and polite. Several excellent restaurants are just a short walk away, and a shoreline promenade right in front of the hotel offers a delightful place to stroll, walk the dog, and get fresh air. Finally, the free airport shuttle service works well, but infrequently it comes by only once every 45 minutes or so.

The front desk staff was super nice. The room was very clean, Breakfast was beyond my expectation, their quality was close to match Corner Bakery Cafe breakfast I love to enjoy. And they have decent gym. Hotel has good view of bay. Excellent overall. Yet price is reasonable.

Very clean comfortable room. Staff were friendly. It’s very nice to be able to walk outside along a wide path along the bay. You can enjoy watching the planes coming and going and easily get to a variety of restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Only disappointment was that we were given wrong time for airport shuttle when we called at 6:00 pm.Automated voice told us next shuttle was 4am. We paid $100 for uber ride. Ugh!

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The bed linens were a bit old/raggedy but that’s to be expected with an older hotel. All the staff I interacted with were pleasant. My only complaint is a long break the shuttle takes in the middle of the day which was inconvenient.

This is now my go-to when staying in the SFO area. Clean, comfortable, great for sleeping (cold, quiet, and dark), the bay views are great, breakfast is amazing, and the front staff are exceptional. Stay away from the insanity of the city and really enjoy the stay here!

As others have noted the rooms are not super modern, but my room was clean, spacious and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was all I needed for my 2 night stay. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast has a good selection to chose from. I was definitely impressed and if I ever need a hotel near SFO again, I would return without hesitation

The only inconvenience we faced was that the laundry facility was unavailable through our entire stay. We were towards the last leg of our 2 week trip and were really hoping to get some clothes washed, however the washer was broken and did not get fixed throughout our stay.

I actually checked out early and was able to get a partial refund. It took a few calls, but the manager was able to process the partial refund which was better than nothing based on my situation. I appreciated the staff, they were nothing but polite.

The breakfast was good all staff were friendly however we notified at the front desk about the room cleaning and no one paid attention until we spoke with the same gentleman about the issue for the rest all was fine

All was good. Except the heat didnt work right in one of the rooms that I reserved. I was very surprised that my Mom was actually cold in the night. I did try and look at the thermostat the next morning to be sure that it wasn't just my mom misreading the remote. It did work the next night when staff came up to check, so I dont know what happened. I have stayed here many times before flights.

Clean. Close to airport. Easy free parking, but don't leave things in your car because it's still the city. Nice location where you can walk along the pathway but not get jet fumes. Close drive to Coyote point (has lots of park space, a great playground, and childrens museum). Close drive to Safeway and trader Joe's.

We liked Bay Landing. We travel between LA and SF frequently and have stayed in about 25 different hotels. I have specific criteria that I require to be pleased with a hotel and Bay Landing met almost all of them. Most importantly, the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. There were a few small details that made the hotel feel outdated, although these things are not super important. The bedspreads were very old-style and the stitching was coming apart. Some new white covers would look much better and more current. We normally don't eat the free hotel breakfasts because they usually consist of mostly carbs and end by 9am. This one was a bit better than most with more fruit, better eggs and stayed open until 10am. We would definitely stay here again.

I decided to do a suburban hotel to feel safe and parking will not be an issue. I enjoyed my stay here and would use it if i go back. The room was nice and comfortable. It was a little cold in the rooms and hallway, but everywhere in the city was cold. It was beautiful for an older building. Breakfast was good. They is a mini fridge, mircowave, huge closet, separate bath and shower. Great view of the water. I walked to benihana and a nearby food truck. The only complaint is that the hall and bathroom smell. Also a short drive to the airport. I recommend it

We had an early flight at 4am. The safe in our room malfunctioned and our passports were inside. We were panicking and the front desk attendant quickly reached the manager and rescued our passports out of the safe. We were very grateful for his quick action and care.

I arrived after a 15 hour flight and was greeted by a very professional, courteous, and friendly desk attendant. She was very quick and had me checked and in my room in record time. I would highly recommend the Bay Landing airport hotel.

The staff was wonderful and let us check in hours early since they did have a room available (we got into the city very early and were very tired). The hotel was very clean and well taken care of and had great views of the Bay. Would definitely stay here again.

Aside from the airport shuttle not being available for my arrival or departure times, I enjoyed my stay at Bay Landing. The location was perfect and the hotel is well maintained. Although I wished my room faced the bay (next time), it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff on every shift was great.

Warm, cozy, and clean! We had a fantastic view of the bay, plus planes coming and going. There may have been minimal sound from the planes, I didn't notice though. All staff we spoke to was nice and pleasant. Breakfast was yummy. And loved that parking was freeeee!!

Although the hotel advertises transportation from SF Airport this is not completely true. They discontinue service several hours during the day which meant that I had to hire an uber for $25 for a 10 minute ride. The front desk staff are not friendly or helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room we had at this hotel was big but I found everything about this hotel very dated. While there was a nice view of the bay behind the hotel, the area itself didn't have a lot of restaurant options. We checked in at 10pm and the one restaurant close to the hotel was already closed. We ordered Uber Eats instead. It was an okay stay, got the job done for an overnight airport hotel stay.

This is my default go to choice when fly with SFO. always like to stay there. Large room with nice trail and Chinese restaurant near by. Have shuttle to SFO.

Helpful staff, clean room

I had emailed twice regarding my daughter being a coeliac and needing gluten free bread - they were ignored and no gluten free bread was available. We wanted to use the shuttle, but in spite of being outside 7 minutes early, we missed it - it was at least 10 minutes early and we had to get a taxi - we only picked this hotel because of the shuttle!!!

Very quiet and convenient airport shuttle. Love the pillows best night sleep in a hotel. Outdated carpet but overall, very clean. We left early so didn't experience the breakfast. Love the walk around the bay and hotel and seeing planes landing.

Room was very nice, with a great view. Only issues were the lack of USB chargers, and a carpet that was...less than clean, as in - likely should have been replaced a long time ago. Otherwise, we had a relaxing stay in this charming older hotel.

We stayed at Bay Landing Airport Hotel pre and post our flight to Japan. The location was very convenient and we enjoyed the cool setting on the San Francisco Bay wildlife refuge. While the hotel has great features, it is very dated and in need of updates. The bedspread and furniture looks and feels original and kind of “tired”. Unfortunately both our airport arrival times (12:00-1:00 pm) happened to fall in their shuttle “downtime” and we ended up having to Uber. Staff was pleasant but not overly friendly. They do have a free breakfast buffet, which we really appreciated, but overall gave it a B rating.

The breakfast is terrible and doesn’t start until 6am which can be late if you’re in a hurry to the airport

The property is very dated and needs an extreme makeover. The bedding is old and frayed. The shower floor is very slippery and poses a danger. There is little attention to detail. The location to the airport is excellent, however.

Breakfast was fine with a variety of hot food (bacon scrambled eggs), waffle station, toaster, yogurt, canned fruit (peaches), fresh options limited to oranges and bananas. I would personally budget in more time for the hotel shuttle. The shuttle is NOT available 24/7 and it serves multiple hotels along the same road in addition to the Bay Landing Hotel. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes starting with hotel lobby pickup at 4:12am and ends at 11:42am. It takes a break mid-day and resumes pickup at 3:02pm and runs every 45 minutes until 10:32pm From SFO arrivals to the hotel I waited about 30 minutes on a Saturday night for pickup (wait at the Hotel Shuttles island at each terminal's Arrivals stage) From the hotel lobby on a Monday morning, the shuttle did not arrive at the scheduled 8:42am time, it arrived 12 minutes late at 8:54am, but took only 12 minutes to drive to SFO terminal 1. The shuttle stops at each terminal and make sure to tell the driver what terminal and airline you need

clean room. Bed was firm. Would have liked an option for a topper to make it softer. I think all hotels should not only have rooms with different bed sizes such as queen, king but also have options of firm, medium or soft. Or offer a topper to alter the firmness.

I initially booked Bay Landing because the airport shuttle was a convenient perk, but we loved the charm of the property and the kindness of the staff. Would definitely recommend.

We liked that we were right next to the ocean and there was a walking path along side of it that was right in front of the hotel. The parking was free and we had out car right in front of our window. The room was a little outdated. I wish the door had a bottom cover to block air coming in. There was a big gap. Since we were on the first floor we did get the aromas from the breakfast (waffle) through our ventilation which became very apparent at some point in the morning. Overall, we had a good experience. We were able to check out at 12pm which was nice because we took our time to leave and not rush out of our room.

Breakfast needs more options! Shuttles should be available for all flights with your passengers!! We had to wait over an hour for the shuttle once we landed!! Not a good start of a vacation! Television needs attention, ours kept saying no signal on most channels!! I spoke with the front desk but no one came to check it! Most hotels offer apps!! We were on our Honeymoon and wanted to lay in and watch television, but couldn’t enjoy that! Also, this hotel is pretty far off from most tourists attractions so I wouldn’t recommend it to tourists! Uber/ Lyft cost is a pretty penny!

The shuttle was PACKED at 6am so that felt a little stressful but we ended up getting to the airport really quickly even with the shuttle stopping a another property. The only protein available with the breakfast was eggs (no meat) so that is something to be aware of. However, the breakfast on the whole was much better than average. This will be my go to hotel from now on for early or late trips out of SFO.

We had a great stay here for a couple of nights. The front desk staff was extremely helpful! And, all service was provided with a smile. We walked next door for dinner one evening, and we had our breakfast out on the patio while watching the water. Its a great location if you need the airport, too!

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. I’m always impressed with how clean and comfortable the rooms are. They may not be state of the Art BUT they are always very clean.

Thankfully, when I arrived, they allowed me to check in early. However, once I got to my room, the bathroom was stinky and the floor was soaking wet (I found out the hard way because I was barefoot). Someone came, sprayed air freshener, and placed a towel on the floor. They offered to move me to another room, but I was too tired, so I just stayed put. The worst experience was with my DoorDash delivery. The rider left my order on the lobby table, and while I was on my way down to get it, the front desk staff (who didn’t even smile — not sure why he’s in this job) said he threw my items away! I told him he didn’t even wait five minutes. Thankfully, my order was still there — and it was just sanitary pads, so it was fine even if he got it from the trash bin. Still, please remind staff not to discard guests’ items and to let riders or customers handle their own deliveries. The only highlight of my stay was at checkout — Chris was so warm and friendly, the complete opposite of the others. My housekeeper was also nice, though I didn’t catch her name. That’s my two cents from this stay

We had a comfortable stay at the Bay Landing. The shuttle (shared with 2 other hotels) was efficient. The room was dated but very clean. There was minimal noise coming in from the nearby airport. We could not figure out the high-tech thermostat, but that was not a major problem. We liked the buffet—more options than many moderately priced hotels, and the dining area was kept clean. Wouldn’t be our choice for a long stay, but it was perfect for a flight arriving in the late evening and good start to the morning.

Stayed here for a wedding, perfect location, close to airport and great staff

This hotel is great! Much better than expected. The rooms are large; the bathroom is spacious and contains a shower and a tub. There is a coffee station, a microwave, and a mini frig. The closet is big and it contains an iron and ironing board unlike newer hotels. The bed is comfortable. Extra blankets are provided. The room is set up for comfortable longer stays if needed with a desk, dresser, comfy big chair and plenty of light. The breakfast is quite good with all the basics like eggs, cereals, bagels, toast, and waffles. There is a fruit bar and a selection of juices. The staff keeps everything organized, replenished and clean. The only negative is the shuttle. The wait at the airport was long and the morning pick up was crowded and also late. The shuttle serves several hotels. If you are driving, there is free parking.

Breakfast was great and so was the service. The staff was very attentive.

We really loved this hotel. Yes is it a little bit older and could use a coat of paint but overall it was wonderful. Great location, wonderful waterfront promenade to walk on and convenient everything we wanted to do in San Francisco
