The room had a small sofabed that was dirty, the vinyl peeling off, crumbs and debris under the cushion. The chair had cigarette burn holes in it. The a hallway to my room smelling strongly of marijuana. There was hair and dust on the floor under and around the bed. There was hair on the toilet seat. The room has a kitchenette with no coffee maker, no silverware, no plates, pots, pans, dish towel, dish soap... basically unusable for a person staying unless they bring their entire kitchen with them. There is a penalty fee for early check out. The family in the room down the hall was aggressively screaming at their children. The only place I felt I could sit down that wasn't dirty or damaged was on the edge of the tub. I stayed for 45', and then took the hit on 2 nights stay and drove to the Chicago Hilton Midway, because there was no way I could comfortably stay their any longer.

Convinced to go to airport Little noise walk on top the room. Hot water machine turn off too early.

We immediately contacted the front office. To their credit, they refunded our stay, and we left the property within an hour of checking in. Overall, the experience was unsettling, and despite the initial clean appearance, the presence of pests made the room unacceptable.

The location. I was literally handed a set of bed sheets by the front desk staff to make the bed myself after walking into my room and seeing the current set of bed sheets all over the room and complaining.

Rooms could be cleaner

The bed could use an upgrade per mattress and pillows and frame around bathroom window needs some chrome polish cleaner.

It is in a very nice location and it is a nice property. I think the rooms could have a better appeal with nice quilt covers or some type of cover not sheet. The pillow cases had stains on them and also providing extra set of pillows for sleeping. Love the flooring! The bathroom adding soap dishes even if you don’t supply toiletries. The price is reasonable and l am glad of that and was a blessing! Just a few things to add but a nice place. Having someone over your head that walked all night not the hotels fault but it was very annoying. Maybe a posting of things to be mindful of!

I booked my stay only because I was stranded when my connecting flight was cancelled. I was told that my flight didn’t leave for another 2 nights so I booked for 2 nights. My flight was then changed to leave the following morning at 9AM after I checked in at midnight. My luggage was also lost so I asked for a dental kit and was told they did not have. After waiting 15-20 minutes for the front desk person to arrive to the front desk so we can check in, I asked if I could shorten my stay and was told by the front desk person that they did not have the authority to shorten my stay and that I would need to speak with a manager the next day. The next day I was in a hurry for my flight and I called the front desk in my taxi on the way to my rebooked flight and they refused to shorten my stay and my refund. The room was dusty and worn with cracks and holes on the walls and ceiling. I couldn’t even shower while I was there because I had no luggage and they did not provide soap or shampoo. The only positive thing about this stay was that they have an onsite laundry that I was able to use but the machine to buy and detergent or fabric softener was out of order.

Its the worst hotel experience the whole hotel smell, bathroom are bad not enough water pressure no room service no friendly staff they dont do any thing to solve the problem $50 per night worth hotel

The pictures on the website make the rooms look nicer and cleaner than they were. The bedding was sketchy. The air conditioner did not work properly. Light pollution from the parking lot woke us up at 4:15 am. The windows did not have sun block curtains/shades, so the light came right in. The attendant was not very helpful and she was hidden behind a plastic barrier. It made me think the place was in a sketchy neighborhood. We stayed there because it was close to the airport for an early morning flight.

Came here as a solo traveler for work. Felt unsafe at all times. Loitering around the entrance and halls, loud noises from people screaming on the phone or at eachother. Bed was outdated and prob 20+ years old. I left mid way during my stay bc it was that bad.

First floor access was simple. I didn’t realize it was more of an extended stay hotel. So the vibe was different than that of a more traveler-attractive hotel. Not terrible. Just different. Only two sets of towels provided, but reservation was for four guests.

How close it was to work. One thing I don’t understand is why are you even paying your cleaning staff? To put new linen on the bed? Because that’s all they did. The room was absolutely disgusting. Stuff all over the walls, counter top nasty, didn’t even sweep or mop, the chair looked like it was mauled by a dog.

For starters it sounded like it was a party on my floor. I seen roaches within the hour that I was there and immediately left and tried to get a refund. The staff told me to contact Ken, the manager and he told me he would refund me but he did not refund my money and I was there only an hour .

The elevator were broken. Had to help my kim go up the stair. She has knee problem and heart problem. We check in at around 5:35 and had to come back home because we could sleep with the noise from the floor upper from our bedroom. No one at the desk to help. It was my first time there and will be last and won’t recommend to any of my family and friends. Pay for a place that could stay.

The front desk professional was kind and friendly. The room was clean and cozy. However, the outside was full of dog poo. There was piles and piles of dog poo on the front area of the hotel facility outside. I believe people live in the hotel with their pets and don’t clean up after them. It’s not a pretty sight and not welcoming to a visitor.

The elevator was not functioning and NO information was given how long it would be out of service.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly. He was grumpy, curt answers. The elevators were out of order. No coffee offered at the front desk as said on the brochure. The rooms were clean, but only one towel a a face towel for 2 guests. And only one some to shower and wash hands.

The patkibg was free basic parking, but it didn't feel safe because people had the back entry propped open to smoke outside. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable about rates, I was charged $15 more than booked online and he said it was Expedia not them. Kitchen refrigerator was dirty on top, cabinets had old food crumps, and the bed was a medal 4 leg frame like prison beds on TV! Never again!

There seems to always be an odd smell in these hotels. The room was clean. You would have to pay for simple necessities like tissue/ Kleenex and WiFi. The fire alarm was set off on our last night so it was a little upsetting. You could hear everything as the floors and walls seem thin. I was up most of the nights due to the noisy ac/ heater.

There was a bunch of bugs in the room. It smelled like weed as soon as you walked in. When I went to the front desk to report the bugs, the man working did not seem concerned. He asked me what room and that he would make note of it. The floors were dirty, it was just overall not a good experience. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I’ll be calling management this week because there was no one there to discuss my concerns with and was told no one would be available until Monday since it was the weekend.

This was the worst hotel/experience EVER!! The website was misleading and as a single person traveling with friends, we felt unsafe at a place that was more like a transient place than a hotel. It reeked of drugs in and around the property. It says only service animals were allowed, yet saw some that I’m sure were just pets. The rooms were dirty and smelled disgusting. We had hair in the fridge and pet hair all over the place. We brought our own cleaning supplies so our rooms were really clean when we left…we opted out of staying as we didn’t feel safe or comfortable. We walked together as we didn’t want to go to our car or even to the lobby alone with suspicious people around. Dogs barking nonstop as we walked down the hallway. Even the guy at the front desk didn’t seem surprised when we left!

I enjoyed my stay. Although the bed was kind of too hard for me, it didnt take away from my overall experience. The hotel from the areas I went through was immaculate! The window blinds in my room did not close properly therefore the night light from outside was coming through the blinds. A front desk gentleman on the second shift was so gracious to come upstairs to my room and offer help to fix the blinds and he did. Quickly he tended to my concerns and needs. I would go back again.

The worst hotel experience in my life. I had to exchange the towels to get a clean one. There were flies in the rooms. Leftover burgers in the fridge. Dogs barking all night long. Noisy hallways with no drapes or curtains on the windows so you are woken up with sunlight in your face. I had to remove the sheets from the second bed to support my neck due to poor pillows.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The lobby was dirty and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. There’s no room cleaning at all — you have to throw away your own trash and request everything yourself. Towels must be exchanged at the front desk, and they only give you one roll of toilet paper for your whole stay. No shampoo, no hairdryer, nothing that you’d expect from a basic hotel. Overall, it felt more like staying in a rundown hostel than a proper hotel. I will never be coming back.

Hotel smells like smoke and dog!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I didn’t even stay overnight. I left around 11pm because I felt unsafe. When I first got there to check in there were police all around the hotel. When we checked into the room, the floors were so sticky we couldn’t walk on the floor unless we had our shoes on. I intentionally got a room with a kitchen so that I could make dinner instead of going out to eat, but there were no pots or kitchen utensils I had to go out and buy everything. Which was a waste because I didn’t end up staying. A couple hours into my stay, the fire alarm went off and we were outside for almost an hour. Through the evening I heard loud music, kids crying and the moms yelling at their children. I was not comfortable and I left around 11pm.

The hotel did not have a ice machine, would not give you extra towels unless the olds were returned, smoke alarm kept going off, and there was a pest problem. I don’t recommend unless you have no where else.

I experienced things I've never experienced in me 30 plus yrs of traveling. In a room that sleeps 4 there was only 2 towels and not a complete setting . No bath floor towel for the flor. Not that I needed any amenities but not. No iron or board. A fake kitchenette. I was blown away. When I asked for more towels they stated they didnt have any and the only way to get them was to turn the used ones in for replacements. That means you have them but when going to exchange we were told you could after 8 p.m. I dumbfounded that your still in operation. Never again

Strategic location near the Midway Airport. Parking lot is free and easy to access. But unfortunately, we have a little problem with the bathroom's sewer. Overall, it was value for money.

Let’s start with the basics: There was really no gym, which was disappointing considering it’s usually standard at most places. The pillows were bizarrely shaped, like bean bags & uncomfortably thin. Cleanliness was a serious issue. The walls, floors, blinds—everything—were visibly dirty, with what appeared to be dried liquid stains left behind. It felt like nothing had been wiped down in a while. The bathroom sink was clogged, causing water to back up & sit there & the shower floor felt unstable, almost like it would cave in. The water pressure in the shower was weak & extremely narrow, making it hard to get a proper rinse. No free toiletries were provided—not even the basics. To make matters worse, the front desk staff left after a certain time, so if you needed anything late at night, you were completely out of luck. The cherry on top? The fire alarm went off around 8 or 9 AM, blaring loudly & abruptly, with no warning. Now, for the very few positives: Key card access was required for all doors after the front desk closed, which added some sense of security. There was a microwave & fridge in the room, both of which worked fine. Free parking was available, which was appreciated. Moral of the story: Pay a little more & stay somewhere better. This place might look decent, but it was a serious letdown!!!!!

The first room was dirty. The clerk accomodated me with another room. The furniture in the room is dirty, broken and worn out. It's stained and faded as well. People were sitting in the lobby talking extremely loud. And some of the guests across from me were arguing and yelling. This is my second time here. It's safe to say I wont be back. It's ghetto

The staff on shift, was a young lady and she was very kind and accommodating. My first room was not so pleasant, and had some issues that I addressed. It was well lived in, and that’s all I will say. But once I addressed my concerns, she immediately changed my room to one that was much less lived in, clean, presentable and comfortable. I had no issues with creatures, unsavory people loitering, or noise. It was go one night for a funeral. For the price I paid, it was well and I have no complaints.

Check in was wonderful. There was a kitchenette in the rooms, but no dishes to cook anything & No place to get ice. My first night, I was bitten by bed bugs. They switched my room and the second room had heat issues until maintenance reset the heater. No more issues after that. No discount for my issues or any apology.

i had to wait 19 minutes for someone to show up to check us in. after they gave us the room in 3 minutes the fir alarm hit and we had to evacuate the building "someone was cooking'. then i asked for Shampoo and i had dirty towels sked if i can get some they said sorry we dont have shampoo or clan towels at this time. i asked for toilet paper because they had a used one and the sope bare was open on the sink they said we are limited on sope bars we dont have more but they gave me toilet paper, asked for blanket they told me we dont have any extras. i asked to speak with the manager they told me he is not here he will come tomorrow morning . during night i saw lots of baby cockroaches in the room so i mentioned it to the manager the next day he said its ok we spry the rooms thats why you will see cockroaches its not a big deal. "I was soked" he said sorry for the inconvenience i can refund you $25 . i said do you have abetter rooms .. we are here for wedding and i dont have time to look for different hotel but he said no thats all what i can offer.......... same things my uncle experienced in his room. we are shocked how they are running

Mold everywhere in our room and bathroom. Lock on the outside of the bathroom door. No one was at desk for more than 30 minutes. Had to wait and when she finally showed up, she had to crawl over the desk.

The room was dirty, sheets, bathroom, walls all dirty. Whole hotel smelled bad

Decent for a late night with early departure. Rooms and amenities were old, with visible damage on the doors and ceiling. A little noisy and lacking soundproofing, especially overhead.

Fire alarm was going off from 6am til 10am for FOUR F**king hours STRAIGHT & disrupting everyone’s sleep & they didn’t even have the decency to offer a late check out to guests. so inconsiderate

The hotel room was not clean at all. The microwave, the furniture nor the floors were not clean before arrival. Under the bed was really dirty. There was layers of dirt in the floor.

The floors were filthy. I walked around with socks and they were black after a few mins of walking around. I also noticed when I walked in shower the black marks on floor towel. Gross. Hallways are too noisy, not very good with sound proofing the doors. Awful time sleeping. Great parking. Nice area.

Staff was excellent considering the circumstances.

Room door did not lock properly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The timer in the bathroom needs to be longer. No bathroom floor mat.

Mattress was lumpy.

Our room was nice but had no extra toilet paper. Our one roll had enough for me to use twice. One tiny little 3 oz bottle of conditioned shampoo for 3 adults in our bathroom. No body wash at all. There is also no room service for anyone unless you are there for at least 14 days. I wouldn’t even want to touch a room that hasn’t been cleaned in 14 days. Are people actually living in this hotel? It was a weird stay and I probably won’t come back again unless they were to actually act like a hotel. At least I felt safe there.

The room was horrible, they provided limited supplies; there was no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner. The walls were so thin that everything could be heard from within the room. No room service, nothing was clean inside the room. The sheets and blankets were thin and dirty. I also found a small cockroach crawling on my bed. We had to take out our own trash and the floors were literally black. The only good thing about this was the free parking. Even the staff was barely there when we needed to inquire about checking out. We will NOT be coming back

It was very dirty and it looked like someone had been living out of our room before we go it. The sheets had cat prints and all the furniture was clawed. There were bugs it honestly looked like no one had cleaned it.

Floor was very dirty, too much noise , and found a cockroach behind tv.

Selected this hotel because it was close to Midway airport and was good price for the area. Key card required to enter hallways with rooms. Overall felt safe in hotel. Would not stay here long but was comfortable for our 1 night. Could smell marijuana through out building.

Room was nice only issue I had was an oder when we entered the room it smelled like the floor had been moped with an sour mop head everything else about the stay was nice please make sure they are changing mop heads more frequently but all and all a great stay

1-they provided me a toothbrush and toothpaste, lifesaving as my luggage didn’t arrive. 2-Front desk gentleman was helpful and courteous. Minuses— 1-lobby/check-in desk closes early. I arrived in the middle of the night due to delayed flight and had to stand outside until staff answered the phone and later opened the door. It was uncomfortable and felt unsafe. 2-The place is available to long term renters and overnight guests. Odd combination. 3-cosmetic repairs made, place still looks runed down. Towels are thin and small. Linens looked old and cheap, blanket was paper thin.

There were holes in the wall as if their remodeling tape was left all over the place and an allayra dust on the furniture.

In addition to that the rooms were dirty and the the floors were sticky. I went out and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean the floors. They gave me a difficult time in needing extra towels. I was told there had to be an exchanging of the towels. The pictures of this hotel that they have on their website are definitely not accurate. Horrible terrible stay!!!!

First impression was to cancel and go elsewhere but we were4 dropped off. Not the best choice to stay after driving by many other hotels getting there from the airport. We were given a room that was already occupied! The carpet was pulled up in all the hallways and we thought that was going to be there worst part but at 8am when a man opened our door without as much as a knock waking us up asking if we were checking out and that wasn't even the worst! At 8:05 the hammering outside our door and all up and down the hall started. A knock asking us the let them nail the threshold in our doorway came. We felt bad for the workers as they are just doing their job but why did the hotel put people in these rooms to begin with? Wanted to go down to get the cup of coffee and couldn't use the elevator on the floor because they had glue spread out for the flooring, the coffee was absolutely non drinkable. We got out as fast as we could but we have yellow tape across our door since they were gluing that section, good thing we got out when we did, the people down the hall were told 40 minutes before they could get out of their room!!! People working were very nice but management should have not been renting rooms during this install or at least have it mentioned on the site when booking to avoid. I would never return to this hotel, did not feel safe at all with people opening door and also we were given keys and walked in on someone ourselves!!

No staff at 9:00AM for check out. Had to call number provided twice and staff still didn’t come down. Hotel was dirty. The soles of my feet were solid black after walking on floor.

Blood stains in the bathroom and hair everywhere. Will have to wash my clothes in hot water when I’m home because I’m pretty worried about bed bugs too. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here

You get to consistently mingle with the Burbank Fire Department because the Fire Alarms go off all hours of the night I have counted 25 false fire alarms ,So bring your fire fighting gear this is Not a joke ! Do your research call the Burbank Fire Dept and ask .

It’s not what you think it is, I checked in looked at the room and checked right back out.

Homeless people in the parking lots feel unsafe to walk around

This place was not ran like a typical hotel. It seemed to be used like an apartment building housing displaced and/or low-income tenants. The amenities/accomodations were bare minimum, the decor of the space is shabby, dingy and not well kept. There were holes in the bathroom door, the kitchen countertop was pulling away from the wall and the furniture was tattered and worn more than usual. Planned to stay for two weeks; cut my stay to one night and found lodging elsewhere.

The ease of check-in and check-out was great. The room was large enough and clean. The only issues I had were there were no black out curtains so it got pretty bright in the room early. Also, there's a kitchen, but you have to pay extra for cooking and dining utensils. There was also an extra charge for clean towels and housekeeping. I stayed for a week so I just washed the towels myself. I also did not ask how much the extra fee is or if it's all inclusive
