I was given a voucher for tacos at the restaurant next door tacos were excellent. Ty Upon arrival I think I could have been greeted a bit nicer but overall not to bad.

Location was great for being close to universal studios I don’t think anyone swept or mopped the floors all week, our socks were black…

Easy to get in and out. So incredibly dirty and smelled. There was hair in the bathroom when we arrived and it smelled like it had just been used. Seems like it was not cleaned. All repairs to the rooms look like a child did them. Makes the place look like there is no effort to keep them decently repaired.

Anything at all 1. No bathroom or showers in pool area, we needed to use bathroom in our room and it was upstairs , very inconvenient 2. Digital keys hard to open door 3. There was no one at lobby for more than an hour while I need to have key replace 4. Toilet was clogged

The location is perfect. The pool is nice and Porto's Bakery is just a short 5 mins walk away! The two-bed room was way too cramped and doesn't seem like it was big enough or made to accommodate two queen beds

It would be nice if the front window opened more than a couple of inches, but they might have had problems with downstairs rooms in the past being too accessible to bad actors. We will be back in the future .

Parking was difficult to leave. I had to make a 6 point turn to just turn around so I could face the street. No way could someone back out onto the street without getting hit. Jammed too much into such a small space.

Noise near room back wall, cold slick floors, minimal furnishings. It was confusing as to getting a refund for my canceled nights.

They were nice enough to accomidate me to a quiet room. The location is ideal to explore around. You can walk to Porto's and there's a target across the street in case your forgot something or to grab snacks. There's various restaurants you can walk to... Cafecito Blvd or Dino Pizza. Rooms are a good size, overall clean and the AC unit in the room I stayed in worked. The shower has good pressure. I would stay again. WiFi works great! My key card to the room was stubborn as I had to swipe it numerous times and it got the point where I had to visit the desk to get it resolved. They place was dirty. They treated me lime a thief. They take a deposit. I asked her to check the room before i left. She came back and said she was missing a sheet. Some crinkle kind. I told her i didn't and she could look thru our stuff. She went on and on about her rules. I showed her how filthy the bathroom wall was where the light switch and door were. I also asked again to look in my car and we will open our bags we didn't still a sheet. I almost called the cops on her. Because she was calling me a thief. She did give me a refund but she was rude. I will never suggest this hotel. The really nice thing about the hotel was it was quiet.

Location is great and close to major attractions like Universal Studio's, Santa Monica beach, Burbank downtown etc. The Queen rooms with two beds were tightly packed with very little space left to move around. Also the floor was not that clean.

The room was very bright at night; even with the blackout curtains, light from outside came through, and there was a very bright light right outside the window. The room was very small. Not enough toilet paper.

There were hairs everywhere on the towels, there was a stain on the pillow and the duvet cover. The shower didn’t get hot, it was barely lukewarm. It appears there hasn’t been any upkeep on the room. The room was very dated and had peeling paint. I relied on the 3 start rating and that the travel lodge was through Wyndham when booking thinking it would be better condition, but was very disappointed!

Water pressure in the bathroom is good. Near places to eat. The room has a phone with no connection. Broken vault. TV not working. Too narrow and small for 4 people. Super annoying metal bedframe. Small pillows.

Did not eat- b fast stated at 7 and was apparently grab and go bit we left at 6 Room was dirty - beds comfy but pillows had to be a million years old. Super small room very old.

No hot water the air conditioner did not work and the phone rang all night long we had to unplug it

Not much. I was double charged even though I pre paid. Room smelled stale. Room was very small. Bathroom super out of date and sort of crusty. A/C only blew warm air and toilet kept running throughout the night.

Great budget hotel. Considering the hotel prices in the area this location Travelodge has it priced low and provides a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The workers are friendly and helped me with any questions I had about the area.

Staff was really friendly. Room was super clean. The door latch was loose though and the bathroom window would only close if the latch was at a 65 degree angle. Plus, I was lucky that a guy was pulled over and was directing me out of the parking lot. I had to back out into oncoming traffic. My stuff was safe however and they were very nice.

The area is excellent.You have a world class bakery best in Los Angeles.A Crumbl bakery and other eatery all across street from each other along with a target.A Mexican food quick stop in front of motel.The area is very safe.

Clean but paint from decorating on mirror which looked moldy but in reality the finish was wearing out. Electric wires exposed in ground outside of door to room. Bathroom door would not close - warped.

Very close to main highways, air conditioning worked. The staff was so nice!! Target right across the street was very nice for picking up small items, food etc. plenty of parking

No the air conditioning didn't work properly it wenf off and wouldnt come ba j on until you push the button on the remote parking was good maybe they could light up the aign that says Travelodge because you could pass the place. Most hotels signage could be laminated.

I stayed at this property for one night on March 12, 2026. Front door was locked by the time i arrived at 7PM until rang bell for service. Check in was quick as car, make, model & license number were done ahead of time. Since i booked the reservation through Expedia, a third party, there were no King rooms available, so i was bumped to a Queen room instead. Not an issue. The parking lot is tight & there is more parking available behind hotel but it looked sketchy. No problems with the room but noticed the door to the bathroom got a little stuck when opening or shutting it. The television receives a lot of channels through Spectrum. That was a pleasant surprise as another hotel i stayed at a week prior only offered 10 channels through DirecTV. The beds are comfortable but shower gets too hot or cold quickly so trying to get a perfect temperature might be challenging. The microwave & mini fridge were great adminities, while room was quiet but air conditioner is loud. A Target is within walking distance of property. Later that night while staying in room 208, i noticed room 210 with window curtains open & front door slightly open with a bunch of what appears to be big cameras on the bed; It was distracting. Made me feel uncomfortable. Undercover cops perhaps. Later that night, Burbank PD pulled up by the back parking lot because it looked as though the chiropractor building was being broken into. I'm glad i found parking space in front for safety reasons. Overall i would return.

Location and price. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Very close to the Burbank airport and Universal studios. Parking is tight, but there are less tight options in the back. It can be noisy. Rooms are small—especially the rooms with 2 queen beds. It’s definitely an older hotel. Breakfast isn’t great.

The parking spaces were pretty small but the good thing is they had additional parking behind the hotel.

Staff was very nice and helpful! I plan to continue staying at Travelodge Burbank when I travel to Los Angeles Beds were a little uncomfortable

Shower pressure was good It was filthy, very small, we stayed Mon-Friday and not once did they clean our room, change our sheets or bring more towels. This hotel is run down. I should have listened to the other reviews about this place. They keep your deposit and say you stained the sheets. They are trying to compensate themselves because they did some renovations. Other reviews said the same. Smh.

Heater in bedroom 208 doesn’t work. Looks like water damage destroyed the electrical outlet. Was a cold night to sleep. Shower is a pain in the butt to operate. Beds are comfortable and the staff are nice though.

We drove about 3 hours to get here. Check in, go to room. Attempt to turn tv on, not working. Call front desk. He come to room, can't get it to work. Calls his maintenance man,still not working. He said he was going to contact his manager. He said, "we're just going to have to be without tv till the following day?! I said no! This is the most basic thing a guest should have,a working tv!? He kept saying they dont have any more rooms, but then said they do have more rooms? Wife looked up availability and there was 5 rooms available? We had a room with two queen beds and then said he can give us a room with one queen bed?? I said sure, as long as U give us a refund between the difference of room with 2 beds, & a room with one bed. He said he cant do that? I was like, um, ya U can! He said, "I can refund U Ur money & U can stay somewhere else!" Its the weekend, we're tired, & refunding the money is one thing, but receiving my money back into my bank account is another thing! Rude, careless, & inconsiderate! So after I spent 30minutes-1 hour I figured out how to get the cable on and the volume on the tv working! Staff is wonderful and they still service the rooms everyday of your stay. Location is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. They even have a great Mexican restaurant literally in the parking lot. Yes it’s an economy hotel but it far exceeds expectations

Both people I interacted with at the front desk for check in and check out were absolutely amazing! We were a big party of about 11 with multiple rooms. The hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay! Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel is terrible, no maintenance at all, the facilities are in very bad condition, it smells awful, the showers are disgusting, and the only positive thing is how close it is to Universal.

This hotel is near Universal which is why we stayed here. It is in walking distance to Target, 711 and actual dinning restaruants. The down side was that I wish there was no rug, it felt like my socks were sticking to the rug and it was not a good feeling. The bathroom was ok, it was clean but it looked worn or out dated. Other than that this place is great for site seeing.

When we first arrived the parking lot was full and only about 10 spaces in the front where the rooms are, additional space around the side which sucks to have to haul all your stuff around, the check in employee was very friendly though. On our second to last day we got home from Universal Studios late and our room key wouldn’t work, kept flashing red when we tried to open the door so they deactivated our key a day early, I even wrote on the checkin paper what date I planned to checkout on. So here we are tired, have our hands full of stuff, and I had to go to the office to have them reactivate our key which they did and again they were very nice but still annoying. On checkout day we moved the phone to find a big spider curled up and dead. Glad it was dead but how many others were in the room that are still alive…. Cheap hotel, but would never stay there again, too gross and dirty and terrible parking.

When we first arrived the parking lot was full and only about 10 spaces in the front where the rooms are, additional space around the side which sucks to have to haul all your stuff around, the check in employee was very friendly though. There was a funky smell in the room, not to mention an old Coca-Cola bottle in the. Refrigerator it was pretty disgusting.

It’s a ok hotel for a short stay. I booked 2 rooms for a 2 night stay, in my room the shower door didn’t close we had to put a plastic wrapper in between the shower door and even after doing that water spilled everywhere. Also the bathroom door couldn’t close it was always getting stuck. It also seems like the room’s carpet was not vacuumed correctly before we came in. Also good thing I had my own cooler because their refrigerator wasn’t working. One last thing there’s a sign in the bathroom mirror that says “ room service upon request”. Which I never requested a room service! I was not pleased that after our first night there someone went into the room even though I had put the “do not disturb sign” on the door. I could also mention it’s a little bit price for the room quality. The good thing is that it’s in a convenient location and close to universal studios.

Was awful. Bugs in the room. The air conditioning was broken. And the room was much smaller than advertised. Nowhere to set a suitcase and could barely navigate through the room. Would not recommend.

We did a quick overnight stay for an event at universal. The staff was super friendly, the location was perfect, room was basic, but clean and had what we needed to shower, sleep, and relax after a long day.

Room was filthy, I found a loose screw, hair all over the walls, very tiny rooms, no bathtub. Chipping paint, everything was broken and had wood wedges underneath. Would not recommend.

We went on a family trip and stayed for 3 days. The room smelled clean, but was not clean at all. Definitely would not stay here again. Staff is very nice, but the rooms need a severe deep clean and paint job. The room was extremely small. The linen and towels were covered in long dark hair, it was everywhere!

Despite this 1 star motel being dated and in need of a full makeover, the location is across the street from a Target store, bike trail, and walking distance to Burbank Porto’s bakery and restaurants.

I checked into the place but didn't get to the see the room until I came back 6 hours later. The room I was given was absolutely dirty and the furniture looked like they were collected from trash. The door connecting to the other had a hole that was plugged with a piece of cloth. The carpet looked sticky. I am surprised that this establishment carries the Wyndham brand. I moved to another place because there is no way I can sleep in that room and asked Orbitz for a refund but they couldn't convince the property to refund me the amount. I think orbitz should investigate this establishment if this is a scam that they have been doing.

Just an overall terrible experience at this location. For the money i paid, i expect much more from a Travelodge by Wyndham. I will never return to this location

Second stay here - staff is very friendly and accomidating. Nice location; close to attractions and public transportation.

Room itself was shabby and out dated. electrical outlets covers were flimsy. Furniture falling apart,drawers coming open on their ow, paint on the carpet paint on fixtures on the wall,Photos held to the wall by a exposed screw sticking out of beneath it, shower took forever to warm up and had low water pressure. Carpet seemed extremely old and outdated that didn't sit flat. The room itself seem to clean but there were scuff marks on everything. You get what you pay for for, the price it was acceptable.

Staff interruption at room while resting, although late check out was charged.

Basic motel. Newly painted room. Comfy beds, lumpy pillows. Thin walls and ceilings. Noisy until midnight on a Saturday night. But a great price!

While checking in after a long day of travel and airports with just seconds left of our transaction. The front desk woman answered a phone call. She turned her back to me and proceeded to book a hotel stay for at least 10 minutes. Probably closer to 20. As the person on the phone had lots of questions. She had my credit card or I would have left. My family was frustrated and tired. But finally she turned around handed me back my credit card and room keys. That’s all she needed to do. So very frustrating and unprofessional.

I did not care about the manager and her lack of humanity. I have been thru a lot. I had my wealth stolen and needed help with her believing me and letting me stay with the knowledge I would pay. But her powers that be said no if u have no credit be on the street. At 74 with rooms to spare and knowing I would get paid in a few days x as he wouldn’t let me stay. Marc

We wanted a place close to Universal Studios that was budget friendly. The parking lot is small but they offer additional parking behind the building. Beds were comfortable, they had the best pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel, water was hot and it was clean. The women at the front desk were extremely sweet, which topped it all off. I will definitely stay again.

Super small room with no walk path between the bed and the desk. Pool was dirty and green. No television. Poor internet. Never again shall I come to this hotel

The bathroom had mold and definitely was not cleaned in a very long time. The shower was so slippery from the lack of cleanliness and we are hoping we don’t get sick from staying there.

Check in was easy and the office folks friendly. Linens and sheets, pillows, and bedding were clean. The parking was easy. The property is run down and not well cleaned. The carpet was filthy and there was a ring of dirt bordering the bathroom along the baseboards. The decor in the room was affixed to the wall using wood screws centimeters from the ceiling. The bed frames were strange and metal and made a bonking noise whenever you bumped into them.

This place was discussing. Carpet was so old and crunch to walk on you literally get out of shower and have to put shoes on or you will have black feet. The shower pressure sucks no pressure at all and it takes like 15 min to warm up

Soon as you walk into the room you smell that very clean room smell. We were pretty happy eith that the beds and pillows were comfortable. Walking space was very small so it was hard getting around my family with little walking room. Bathroom very clean but the toilet seat was incorrect as in it was round and they placed and oval shaped seat on it making it uncomfortable to use. Parking lot is small making it somewhat difficult to leave. Theres lots of things around the area like target and a food place right next door so that was very convenient to walk to in less than 5 minutes.

Came to Hollywood on a trip with my family, we were only looking to spend the night so we got the cheapest thing we could find. Carpets were wet, microwave didn't work, we checked in at about 7:30pm and left at 9pm. From office said the had no rooms available with 2 beds. We drove back home instead.

stuff I Didn't Expect!!

There werw a few questionable characters around at nights, but for the area we felt pretty safe. There is a Target across the street for convenient shopping and uber was only $12 to Universal Studios. There is a mexican food restaurant literally in the parking lot and the food was so good! Overall would recommend for a short stay 😊

A/C wasn't working, room was around 80°. No USB outlets. The wall outlet behind the bed was hanging out, no headbord, very small 32" TV
