Was nice to take the kids to the pool and hot tub. Love the Jack in the box next door and a nice Mexican restraunt 2 blocks away. 15 min drive to universal.
- 1/5
Landed at 11:30pm got to hotel at 2am staff was rude and upon entering the room tub was completely dirty. Told staff she said they were sold out didn’t offer refund upon asking at all. It’s really sad choice of a hotel. Do not book!

Need to improve and upgrade the breakfast for a hotel this good.
- 2/5
It was not the best, we just used it to sleep and shower only since we were at universal studios all weekend. The towels were not fully clean and there was no toilet paper. Had to ask a couple of times for it. The keys didn’t work and all 3 nights I had to go ask for new ones. Wouldn’t return. Plus side is that the location is close to a big shopping center and the free parking was great. The staff cleaning was nice as well but the hotel owners need to do better and do some major upgrades.
- 5/5
Rooms are updated and very clean. The only issue is that it closed to 5 freeway which creates some noise and may disturb your sleep. Staff is extremely helpful.
- 5/5
The check-in was very easy. The two ladies at the front desk were very helpful and explained everything, the continental breakfast in the morning was more than I expected. Ron was clean, even though it is right next to the freeway there is no freeway noise. Very comfortable beds room was spotless, clean check out in the morning was easy. Will be staying here again around the Fourth of July.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean place,
- 4/5
Thanks for the airport shuttle.
- 3/5
Bfast was plain. Nothing warm
- 5/5
We love staying at Quality Inn Burbank. And the staff was great!
- 4/5
Not a bad spot at all
- 2/5
Honestly the only good thing was it was close to everywhere I was going but other than that NOTHING!! The property was nothing like advertised.. Free breakfast was included but everything was so crowded.. Housekeeping never came to clean our room in the 4 days of our stay new towels were never brought or no toilet paper was restocked.. but what really made me mad and madr me never want to stay in this property again was that check out was at 11 am and at 8:30 am housekeeping was asking us to hurry up and start packing because check out was at 11 am and our room needed to be ready for the next guest!! It was 8:30 am and check in for guests isn’t until 3 pm and for this they did not knock they used thier key to open the door and tell us what privacy is that!! and it wasn’t only one time they came to ask us to leave.. multiple times they came before 11 am.. i talked to the receptionist but she did not seem to care all she said was that she would talk to the staff but in what does that help am already checking out am never going back to that hotel so that does nothing over all a bad experience and bad service
- 3.5/5
The layout of the room. The insane amount of noise from pipes, people next door, people upstairs. There is so much chlorine in the hot tub it feels like a literal vat of acid.
- 2/5
There isn’t much to like here - aside from the bed being comfortable. The door to our room looked as if it had been broken open by police before - there was a mark on the inside from where the swing-lock mechanism had been reinstalled at some point - and because of this, the door no longer properly matches the frame. With the door closed, you can look out through a gap and see the edge of the wall across the way. This also means that whenever a fire truck or ambulance (or train) is hold go by, it sounded like it was IN THE ROOM with you, which caused my 6 year-old to wake several times during our stay. The property itself couldn’t be in a worse place: A busy corner leading to the 5 Fwy with a commuter train across the street and a fast food joint in the parking lot. The shower also has almost no water pressure so, despite having one of those rain-head things.
- 5/5
The Pool was great ! Their Lobby area looked great!! They do need a larger breakfast room. They do need to serve just eggs and bacon with the rest of the foods.
- 4/5
Clean rooms and helpful, friendly staff. The hotel is very conveniently located near Burbank Airport.
- 3/5
I will still stay here. They are under construction so giving grace there This is my go to Close to universal, Costco, Walmart and target and the Burbank airport
- 4/5
Super basic. The included “breakfast” were not great. I think blocking off one of the stairways while under repair is probably a fire code violation…
- 4.5/5
Staff was amazingly friendly and helpful N/A
- 4/5
20-minute drive from Universal Studios, which was super convenient. Rooms were clean but it’s right by the highway so expect some road noise. Breakfast wasn’t good - just basic juice, packaged snacks and coffee. Still a solid spot for a short stay.
- 1.5/5
That after payment for room threw booking and reading everything it never mentioned about a $100 deposit i thought that was against the law . And now that I checked out i gotta wait days before its put back in my card . What a dump couldn't even park my work truck in property due to the height is so low . I never experienced that I drive in threw the rest I've been but calculate there remodeling is without permits . Why can people come to this country and follow rules . Do things to code not how u feel like . And the breakfast area . Let's just say my walkin closet is bigger and this is a 3 story unit with at least 30 rooms perfloor what idiots people eating in lobby entrance.

Breakfast Brickwork
- 2/5
Shower had cracks and dirt all over it. Hard to sleep on the beds. Uncomfortable.
- 5/5
This was a convenient motel for our stay in Burbank. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Their "grab and go" breakfast worked well for us. On top of that, the staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Close to the airport. Except we missed the last shuttle a few minutes after 10 pm. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. They were in the middle of some remodel and we had no hot water. Overall, I would look elsewhere.
- 1/5
The hotel is going thought some renovations, but our room was just poorly kept. The bathtub was gross enough that I couldn’t bathe my kids in it. When I asked if they could send house keeping, no one was on site, they looked at switching rooms but no other room with two beds was available. I asked if they had cleaning supplies, and I would clean it, but they didn’t have any. We asked for additional towels to use to wipe out the tub and they were stained. There is a difference between things being mid-renovation and just gross. This place is gross.
- 3/5
(1) The provided breakfast is too limited. (2) We are in an end unit of the top floor (the 3rd floor), and the noise from the I-405 is fine, as we can take that as white noise in the background. But people's conversations in the hallway outside the room are quite clear late at night, preventing people from getting a good night's sleep. Next time, if I stay in this hotel, I will bring my own while noise maker to block out human conversations
- 2/5
Property was a mess. Under construction and very disruptive. The vending machines were both out of order. The room was clean on the surface, but in serious need of maintenance. The tub fixture was not attached to the wall, the tub appeared to have been painted poorly. The TV remote was extremely difficult to use, and the channels were hard to find. Apparently, you have to ask to have your room cleaned. Lastly, they advertised a shuttle to the airport, which was they would call a Lyft for you. Not quite the same thing. This place was highly rated, which I feel was incorrectly advertised.
- 5/5
Thank you to the Quality Inn in Burbank Airport; our experience was wonderful from the very first moment. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The great effort and dedication they put into ensuring guests feel comfortable and well-cared-for is truly evident. I would also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping staff, who did an impeccable job. They were always very friendly and respectful, and they kept the room clean, tidy, and cozy every day. Thanks to them, our stay was even more enjoyable. I would undoubtedly recommend this hotel to family and friends, and I would love to return in the future. Thank you so much for such excellent service and hospitality! I would like it to have a second elevator not only one, but other than that everything is excellent.
- 2/5
Just was unpleasant overall. The staff was nice but the rest left a lot to be desired.
- 5/5
Certainement, nous y retournerons si nous avons l’opportunité de séjourner à nouveau dans cette région.
- 5/5
The Hotel is so conveniently close to Burbank Airport . This is the third time I’ve stayed here and every time it’s been a perfect stay. The Hotel is kept very clean and it’s quiet. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Two of the pillow where lumpy and hard and the others flat
- 4/5
The price was very reasonable for this area. The proximity to the airport was great. The property has a mixed experience. The reception staff young lady was super professional, efficient and courteous. Great employee. The room was updated, clean and nice. The pool area was nice. The exterior of the property was a work in progress, but you can see this hotel is in a continuous improvement motion. Parking was reasonable. For a simple stay close to the airport, this was a great place to stay.
- 4/5
Clean, confortable, fine for the price
- 0.5/5
The hotel No one responded back after the first question I sent. Kinda rude.
- 2/5
The room was ok but smelled musty. The person at the desk had my family wait in the lobby at least 15 minutes while she was resolving a billing dispute.
- 4/5
Friendliness of staff, laundry facilities, cleanliness It was a little noisy due to location but quieted at night
- 5/5
Perfect for my business trip, staff was super helpful and attentive. Room was clean and well up kept as well.
- 4/5
Very noisy room. Staff is wonderful.
- 3.5/5
It honestly looked very run downed but it looks clean. It needs a bit of a refurbishing.
- 4/5
The jacuzzi wasn't hot enough and the temperature comes and goes.
- 3/5
The floor in our room was so dirty it made the bottom of our feet black. We had to repeatedly ask for more washcloths. There were two of us and they only kept giving us one. The location is near the airport and I-5 so was extremely noisy. Weekend help was bad and non-attentive. The weekday staff was better. The area around the doorknobs was dirty in the lobby area. The chairs in the lobby were old and lumpy and looked dirty. The free breakfast was pretty good. The whole place just looks rundown and dirty.
- 5/5
The receptionist at the hotel, on the day of
- 5/5
Clean room. Pleasant staff.
- 2/5
Honestly the rooms had good clean beds and bathrooms, we stayed in room 217 and had to keep the drapes clis d because it looked into a dreary neighborhood. The building itself is in bad need of repairs, the door frames to our room was peeling and cracked, the hallways need more light, the lobby is sad , but there was always coffee, creamer, pastries and apples . The bright spot was the young lady at the front desk both when we checked in and check out ( ending her shift still had a smile and very pleasant! The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport, a little sprucing up will di wonders for everyone. The building needs painting , you are not the cheapest, don’t look like it !
- 5/5
Everyone is so friendly, and give great recommendations. It is a peaceful place to stay at. Although it is somewhat hidden is has everything you need for a simple stay.
- 4.5/5
Clean modern and comfortable Noisy
- 4.5/5
Free continental breakfast and location is close to airport and a restaurant next door You enter your room from outside the building I prefer to enter from the inside because it's safer but the area around the building seems safe I had no problems
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the standard queen room felt so roomy and comfortable.
- 3/5
The property could be managed better ! Surroundings / ambiance not very inviting, cleanliness much to be desired. Vendo machines not properly stocked. There were also breakfast food on the refrigerator that the guests weren't oriented about its like find a " gold mine" to get fuller " that guests never knew existed.
- 5/5
Great hotel for the price and in a good accessible location.
- 4.5/5
Noisy location and halfway
- 4/5
We did not partake in the breakfast - nothing looked appealing. Hot tub was ok, could have been warmer. Staff was friendly.
- 4/5
It was good It was a bit loud because near major street and freeway
- 3.5/5
Breakfast was decent. Only "hot" food available was microwavable food from a common refrigerator.
- 3/5
They delivered all that was essential. The facility is plain vanilla but we got a good night’s sleep. The continental breakfast had above average choices. The lobby is dreary and the room access is an outdoor hallway.
- 4/5
Bathroom generally good but the tub was not great. Walls are fairly thin so next doors TV was clearly heard. Location is on a busy intersection, lots of traffic noise (fire trucks, honking etc).
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
And trolly thing for luggage was great plus hotel had an elevator.
- 3/5
The staff are super friendly, but the facility is quite old and needs an update. The room was okay and needs more cleaning touches. The facility is right next to the highway, so noise was an issue.

The team did a great job with what they had they were friendly but there is only so much in their control. The hottub and pool are pretty rundown but usable. the rooms are great. But the website said 'Hot Breakfast" but it is actually a "Grab and Go"
- 1/5
The elevator was broken the walls were so thin you could hear full conversations through the walls, the floors in the room made your feet black the shower was dirty so we them asked to clean while we were gone and they didn’t the came like 20 minutes later and cleaned right there and then with us in room, hot tub looked dirty and the breakfast was not a good quality just snacks
- 4/5
Everything good
- 4/5
Room was decent a few things broke down first day but after that was fine lady with red hair very good customer service
- 2/5
I’m not sure if rooms are rented on the third floor, but both nights we heard someone enter their room around midnight. The person was extremely loud and disruptive, which disturbed our sleep.
- 5/5
Very good
- 2/5
Street is quite loud and busy. It’s very outdated inside. Didn’t feel too safe for family outing.
- 5/5
Parking felt safe
- 1/5
We left and had to find other accommodations, and didn't receive the refund that we were told that we would get back by the front desk attendant. I hope that the gentlemen that checked in just before us and left for what I assume were similar reasons, at least got his full refund back. Do your research, as I should have done, and stay somewhere else!!
- 5/5
The room is clean
- 5/5
Great place for a stop and sleep
- 1/5
The property is run down. Underrisable people around loitering at 12:30 am. We checked in and and checked right back out, we didn't stay. They charged us for our reservation. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Burbank for the night. I would take this property off your site. Had to go through a run down lobby to get to the rooms, limited pool hours, run down parking area, etc.
- 5/5
Great treatment and hospitality
- 4/5
The pool was cold and the hot tub was comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool area.
- 4/5
Stay was comfortable and room was clean. Basic room with a small fridge and microwave. Perfect for a short stay.
- 4/5
Nice room for short work stay.
- 4/5
Stayed 2 nights for a family trip , room was clean the out side is a bit run down but for the price it was a good place to stay a bit noisy do to highway noise but not that big of a deal everyone sleep just fine . Staff was friendly ,pool was clean , would book again.
- 5/5
property was good for the price.
- 3/5
Showered and had sat down to get in bed and my feet were black. Breakfast selection was minimal Staff was nice One didnt seem to understand or care when i told her that staff was in my room and cleaned it when i had the sign on the door to not enter. (This had nothing to do with the dirty floors) they didnt clean the floors, they made up the bed and gave new towels, which we never ask for We left valuables out and would have hid them The location to where i needed to be was perfect Noise level a little loud Dogs out back barked anytime i tried to look out the window Perfect location to airport Parking was rough on some nights but always found a spot. They are just smaller spots so if u have a bigger vehicle Would definitely stay again Would just bring slippers with
- 5/5
Also great shuttle accommodations as well
- 3/5
Elevator constantly broken, only one entry isn’t ideal either if room is back around to other side. Need bigger coffee cups, way too small.
- 5/5
Staff was very kind, room was clean
- 4/5
did not use pool or laundry. Vending machine did not give me change but did dispense the product I selected
- 3/5
Refrigerator and coffee pot did not work. Replaced. Basic room, very noisy traffic, large gap around door is probably how the mouse get inside.
- 1/5
The staff were excellent and very helpful. However, the room I stayed in had a few issues. The refrigerator kept making noise, and the radio clock produced static. There was also noticeable noise from the upper floor and outside, which was quite disturbing. Not much selection for the breakfast.
- 5/5
Was a great place to stay.
- 3/5
However, there were some issues that made it feel overpriced. The shower head was leaking, and the shower curtain felt very thin and cheap. There was also a noticeable crack in the wall that had been patched over poorly, which made the room look a bit run down. Small details like that made the space feel less maintained. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but it didn’t feel worth the price. Comfortable bed, but the room condition could definitely be improved.
- 4/5
Only there for one night but had no issues. There was a fast food restaurant right next door for dinner. Staff was friendly and room was clean. There was a beautiful view of the mountains from the outside walkway.
- 5/5
Clean room, courteous staff, great shuttle service to and from airport, close to various food choices.
- 1/5
This place sucks.. nothing works
- 5/5
Great! Friendly, informative, and lovely room!
- 5/5
Easy check-in room was clean.Easy access to parking and the breakfast was amazing
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff, good location
- 3/5
Staff was good. Breakfast was a bonus as was. The ride from the airport. Rooms were updated but do show wear, including the bathrooms and the tub imparticular. It would’ve been nice to have a sitting area somewhere outside for smokers. Hotel was right on a pretty busy freeway though and therefor a bit noisy. Overall descent price for what you get.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. Sometimes the key card had a bit of trouble opening the door but not to much. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very helpful and friendly 5 minute drive to the airport too
- 3/5
Room was great, hot tub was cold
- 5/5
Clean Room, people was kind
- 5/5
Cleanest hotel
- 3/5
The staff was rude, unprofessional and the amenities and room were not as advertised.
- 5/5
Good place
- 4/5
Great support getting us to and from the airport
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Clean room, team extremely courteous
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff at check-in and check-out were curteous and helpful. Free breakfast was quite adequate. Hotel was very close to airport for catching a flight out. Not many restaurants nearby, but a Jack-in-the Box right nextdoor. A gas station right across the street for toping off that rental car !
- 5/5
The ladies of the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff, washing machines available, near the Burbank airport NOT near LAX.
- 5/5
Kept staying when could have found somewhere else but there was no need. Place was lovely!
- 5/5
10/10 coming from two women staying alone and I am picky about where I stay. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Comfy beds & friendly check in
- 4/5
Early check in fee for 2 hrs early and rooms available so just walked the neighborhood for 2 hrs since they would not let me check in. Foolish I think..
- 3/5
Check in time was at 3 and we arrived close to 5 yet the room was not ready. However, once in the room, it was well cleaned and staff was polite.
- 3/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The room was very clean, good size bathroom.
- 3/5
The room was nice with 2 bedrooms, clean, and recently remodeled. The other parts of the motel (room entrances outside) were very run down and it is right on a busy street and freeway entrance so it’s very loud. Doesn’t feel very safe.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast could of been a lot better.
- 3/5
Everything was average about the hotel. The thing that did stand out was the wonderful staff members. They were friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Room was nice & clean. Parking wasn't hard. But breakfast area was really small .
- 4/5
Doesn't look very appealing from outaide, but the room was nice and clean. Looks to have been updated. Only one elevator and they had construction going on.
- 2/5
To check in I was made wait the girls infront seemed like they were laughing about it. Once checked in they never came to replace the tp out light went out and they didn’t come fix it until the next day. We stayed because others had good things to say but it’s the holidays so maybe they were just mean they couldn’t be with their family?. Not sure either way not my fault they work th
- 2/5
shower was terrible' room not as expected although bed was comfortable walls were thin and noise traveled , front door to lobby remained broken while we were there
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
Breakfast is of no use.
- 3/5
The rooms were nice but kinda dirty, shower needs renovations and our key cards always stopped working.
- 4/5
Room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
- 3/5
No airport shuttle service available at airport.
- 5/5
Airport shuttle was Lyft and very good.
- 2/5
I paid for two beds the girl who did the check in promised we'll have the room with 2 beds as was reserved then the girls at night who gave us the key said was out of service and she gave us a different room with one bed and a sofa bed, not satisfied with that last minute change.
- 4/5
I have stayed here before and had a great experience, and my room was very nice. This is why I booked again, but this time around the room was not as before. It wasn't super bad, but when we initially got there, it had a (leftover diaper) smell and some things here and there that weren't visually pleasant. Not bad either and good for the price, but the second time around was not the same as the initial visit.
- 5/5
The hotel staff, especially the front desk associate Danielle, was super friendly and she was able to gey me an earlt check in.
- 5/5
This location was great! We were about 10-15 minutes from Universal. The hotel is right off the freeway if you need access elsewhere. There was a shopping center about a mile down the road that had TONS of shopping and restaurants (Wal-Mart, Target, TJ Maxx, Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, etc.). We also went to the Burbank Town Center mall a few miles away that was 3 stories with a movie theater and arcade. So many places to check out nearby. There is also a Jack in Box right next to the hotel, just walk across the driveway/parking lot. The beds were comfortable enough. The room was clean. I loved the grab and go breakfast downstairs in the morning. Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese croissants to warm in the microwave, yogurt, granola bars, fruit, cereal. I grabbed the breakfast sandwiches and warmed them back in our room instead of waiting for the 1 microwave in the breakfast area. I will say it was a little noisy. We happened to be there when it rained almost all weekend so we could hear the rain hitting the air/heating unit outside. Also the in-room fridge was loud when it kicked on to cool and the heater in the room of course. We could also hear people outside a lot. Noise is common and to be expected, it just seemed a lot noisier than other places. Overall, a great stay! The staff were friendly, we had no issues.
- 2/5
The room was clean but very noisy with construction. Staff was not friendly. No one on duty during check out and we had to wait over a half hour for someone to show up
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Great place for an overnighter, near Hollywood Burbank Airport, has complimentary breakfast, too.
- 5/5
l loved that it was a 2 bedroom. Lobby and hotel are worn and outdated but fairly priced
- 5/5
I gave the stay 5 stars because of their Hotel Front Desk Clerk Selena. She went above and beyond to help me especially with trying to get to my destination and when the first hotel shuttle ride didn't fall through, she found a solution quickly to get me safely to the hotel. She showed outstanding customer service and was extremely kind and helpful during my stay. Big thank you to Selena!!! And location of hotel was good also - close to the airport.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was disappointed I couldn't get the Continental breakfast as I had to be at the airport early.
- 5/5
The staff was so nice, room was relaxing, lemon water for refreshing, and food was good
- 3/5
Staff was nice and bed was comfortable. Not the greatest breakfast but nice that it was available. The room was almost well cleaned. Our floor definitely needed to be mopped. All in all, I think you get what you pay for and it's a safe place to lay your head at night.
- 4/5
Room was clean, and the staff were really nice.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful. Room was updated. Everything was clean but the floor. It was filthy
- 3/5
Staff was great, there was some remodeling being done in the room right over.
- 4/5
Excellent staff. Rooms nice. Bed comfortable. Convenient location. My socks got dirty walking on the floor. That is the only reason I did not give it a five.
- 4/5
Friendly staff ... older property and renovations were in progress on the wing we stayed(dust, noise) Breakfast was oats bar and packaged baked goods, so we essentially ate outside
- 5/5
very helpful very good staff
- 1/5
Never checked in. Their computers were down when I arrived. So I actually went to another hotel.
- 5/5
Good value - nice staff - good breakfast.
- 5/5
Friendly clean and affordable!
- 3/5
I booked the hotel specifically because of the hot tub. I have as injured and wanted to be able to use this amenity. The hot tub was not working at all and it never said anything on the website. The staff was wonderful though.
- 3/5
Loud all night long, trains, planes and unattached mufflers on cars, highway right next door, seemed getto, but liked the suite room with a door between rooms and that was it.
- 2/5
El olor de los cuartos
- 3/5
We chose this property because we had an early flight. The hotel had some construction, and this caused a very strong smell in our room. We had to move our room to another floor.
- 4/5
This property was close to the airport. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would have loved to see some gluten free options in their breakfast selection. Fortunately my wife brings her own cereal so she at least has something to eat.
- 4/5
Great staff, easy check in process. Breakfast was nice.
- 3/5
Breakfast had some good take and go choices. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable both my husband and i have sore backs today. It was clean and quiet so that was good.
- 4/5
In the end we were super stressed but once we got to the hotel we were greeted with kind, caring, excellent customer service and a clean room on the top floor. Unfortunately the AC, when on, smelled putrid. The days were warm which had our room stuffy, so we left the one window wide open day and night. This would had been fine but the noise from the dogs barking, busy highway 5, and 2:00am freight train gave us no quiet and even less sleep. In the morning the construction would be started on the rooms around us. Visited for HHN at Universal, on the day we got up to get ready and head to the park the water in the building was shut off due to the refurbishment of the rooms around us. This put a delay on our plans for the day unfortunately. Luckily the water shut off was not super long. Easy, fast ride to/from the park in an uber. Pool and hot tub worked, which we used, and towels were provided. Breakfast in the AM is definitely grab and go- coffee, cereal, microwave egg sandwiches, fruit and yogurt, but handy when u don’t have a kitchen. Kept very tidy. Not a perfect stay but worked for 2 nights for my kid and I to go to Universal. Highly recommend La Bamba Caribbean Restaurant for dinner, walking distance from hotel.
- 5/5
Close to BUR airport, staff cistomer service is excellent. Room is clean. I love the breakfast to go. Would definitely book again in this hotel.
- 3/5
Ok just to sleep in staff is nice it’s clean just smelled a lil weird and bath tub had chipped paint inside the tub

Our room was very clean and neat. The linens smelled great! Their continental breakfast was pretty basic. Just heat up pre packaged stuff but the coffee was good. It's very close to Burbank airport and the front desk helped us arrange a lyft ride. We only stayed 1 night but i would stay again if i needed to be in Burbank.
- 4/5
Room floor was dirty but otherwise it was okay. Close to airport but the shuttle doesn’t run when the airport opens.
- 5/5
A Jack in the box was next door
- 3/5
The shuttle schedule is not accurate at exppedia
- 2/5
The staff provided room very fast and helped with early checkin
- 4/5
The hotel looks old. But the room was nice and comfortable. Employees friendly and helpful. Need to remodel the hotel exterior.
- 1/5
Lied about mandatory $100.00 incidental charge on file.
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Clean, comfortable bed. Staff is very hospitable. Very comfortable and a very adorable rate :)

I like this property
- 4/5
Shuttle not available until 5:30am. We had to Uber to get to the airport by 5:00am.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean.
- 2/5
Way too expensive for what you get - would not recommend, and will not return.
- 5/5
SUPER CLEAN 100% Recomemded
- 5/5
The room was extremely clean. Free parking is a bonus and great. Dining options around the hotel. The grab and go breakfast at the hotel is great.
- 5/5

- 3/5
Showers only had cold water. Staff wasn’t so nice or welcoming. Construction on site pretty loud and had strong Chemical smells.
- 2/5
The property smelled bad
- 3/5
Was a hassle. Had to wait over an hour for our room at Check-in.
- 5/5
I had a really good stay because one of the staff members I didn’t get her name I wish I did but she was amazing! I will look in to booking again her just because of her. Thank you
- 5/5
Selena was very plesant with the check in..Will recommend.I"ve been in Burbank a long time..Need a place for some quiet
- 3/5
It was okay, but not that great! Very congested dining area with limited frozen items that you can grab and go
- 2/5
Hotel is renovated so room fine. Busy area, run down, breakfast area tiny and old. Price fit the hotel. Very small pool and tiny hot tub in the parking lot overlooking the Jack in the Box drive through. If you can pay a bit more, probably worth it. 10 minute drive to Universal Studios.

This customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced. I have a son with Autism & sensory processing disorder which is why I booked the room advertised as having a separate bedroom. Upon check in I was told there was only one room like that and that it wasn't available until the day before we were to end our trip. I asked about paying for that day and canceling our reservation for the rest of the week. I was told by Salena (Lena) no way no how was I going to be able to change or get a refund. The pool and hot tub were out of order and we were not provided with pillows for the pull out couch even after asking two night staff and the day attendant, they just kept saying they were out of pillows and offered me extra towels to roll up to make pillows. My son got sick due to the sensory overstimulation as I warned them at check in may happen and when I went down @ 5:00 AM to ask for cleaning supplies to clean it I was told that they didn't have any. I begged her and reminded her that I was alone there with my son and couldn't go to the store to get supplies. She handed me a half bottle of bleach and told me to have it back before 9:00 AM when housekeeping arrived. When I got to the room my son had gotten sick on the bed so I went back down to the desk and she kicked us out and charged me for the whole week including the days that she had kick us out on. They discriminated against my son with a disability used false advertising about rooms and amenities, poor customer se
- 3/5
Very costly with context to facilities, not enough quantity of breakfast, property os not well maintained
- 5/5
Very good customer service , the quality of the hotel was great and the bed was so comfortable 🤗
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. All at the front desk we
- 3/5
Property is extremely outdated, in 1970 this was probably a great place to stay. Parking spots are small, had difficulty on night one finding a large enough spot for my SUV. Room wasn’t too bad, bathroom shower was clogged and advised the front desk, and don’t think it was taking care of. Definitely will not be using this property again.
- 5/5
I only spent one night here but that can tell alot about a place. Room was clean and bed were great. Check in was easy.
- 5/5
the staff are nice.
- 1/5
The quality is definitely not here at this Quality Inn. The cleanliness of the room's floor was unacceptable and left your feet/socks dirty. We also had to report bed bugs. The outside area is apparent that this isn't the best place to stay. We gave it the benefit of the doubt but would not come back nor recommend to anyone else!
- 4/5
Was a good stay and affordable close to where we needed to go
- 5/5
The front desk personal - in fact all the staff were wonderful. The food choices were very good for breakfast and if they were low on anything they were quick to re-fill. Just a wonderful stop for couples and families.
- 1/5
Upon arrival the pools and Hot tub are not working very upsetting for we had that in mind
- 1/5
The pictures look a lot better than what the rooms actually are. The lot is tiny and faces a dirty local home. The room was super hot when we arrived the AC worked but not well. The doors let in all the noise and light. I was almost certain we’d get bugs coming in at night. The bathroom needs a remodel.
- 4/5
Beds were comfortable Pool/hot tub were awesome - towels were provided Rooms were adequate - in some areas they did show their age (wall/tub putty very evident) but in others were brand new (bathroom sink, floors), water pressure was good, fridge worked well Parking was covered, which was nice Walking distance to Burbank airport - when I needed to pick up the rental car the day after I arrived
- 3/5
Very convenient to Burbank airport/ Universal. Loved the airport shuttle just took a long time to call. The property was clean but smelled of smoke. Very small and run down. Location in an alley which was strange but overall felt safe but I feel like there needs to be more protection. Especially with the hallways outside. I was on floor two and it was extremely noisy at night. It was great for my one day stay! Staff was good! Breakfast needs more options :(
- 5/5
The location was what we needed--near Universal Studios. The price was great! We needed two beds, breakfast, free wifi and parking, and a pool! We got them all! Thank you.
- 1/5
Room is nice but we found bed bugs live in our bed and pillows disgusting.also the room on top of us is very noisy person staying there walks All night I couldn't sleep.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff, however, they didnt have enough pillows for the kids who slept in the sofabed. And it would be nice for the hot tub to be open later than 9pm.
- 4/5
Ok selection considering the crowded area they have to work with, no room for a prep area for a simple hot breakfast.
- 3/5
When I walked into the hotel room it smelled like cigarettes.
- 4/5
Temperature water at sink and shower variable through the visit.
- 4/5
One thing I noticed the AC wasn't really cooling. But overall it was pleasant.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 4/5
The hotel was a quiet atmosphere. Overall, an enjoyable experience.
- 4/5
Nice place to stay. Not very quiet. It's okay not bad.

Place in a Geetoo area
- 4/5
Didn’t stay long enough to really give an accurate report. Though, it was a fine room and decent price.
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful. The TV wasn't working when we got to the room? After a long day on the road and visiting family. They came right away after calling the disk and fixed it right away! Awsome we will be back soon.
- 2/5
Rooms were small but clean. Had problems with room keys getting demagnetized and would not work. The breakfast was a joke! Limited selections and not adequate for guests to sit and eat. Location was good. But I would not choose this hotel again.
- 4/5
Proximity to the Freeway, is a little noisy, but with the white noise app very tolerable. Staff very friendly, and I arrived 1 hr, before check in and they found me a similar room. Both the day staff and night staff were very accomodating and resopnsive. Great value given the airport shuttle, fast internet for meeting and free breakfast. NIce mall and and dining within walking distance (5-20 min).
- 3/5
I had to park a block away on the street no parking for U-Haul I travel across country was exhausting I cried had to walk a block to hotel at 3 am
- 4/5
There is shaded parking available under the building
- 1/5
The entrance door was broken, bathroom odor was really bad
- 1/5
First off upon arrival, the girl at the front desk with tattoos on her hands. She wasn't very friendly. Didn't give the usual where your room is located? And what time breakfast is. We then entered the room it smelled heavily of bleachand then turned the tv on and realized that everything including settings was in spanish. My family doesn't speak Spanish. I called the front desk to ask if they could assist. She said, there's nobody here that could help me and besides, your only staying for 1 night then hung up. I tried calling back and she picked up and hung up the phone again. I had my wife call and the same happened. We will never book there again.
- 4/5
The afternoon staff was very helpful. The early morning girl was not in fact she hardly spoke and when I told her about the water temperature in the shower not working she basically blew me off.
- 1/5
Housekeeping didn't come for 3 days even when I requested for one 2 days in a row. They only have housekeeping available until 5pm!
- 2/5
the staff were very professional and helpful the entire stay. however, the property is stuck in yester years; very dated , does not offer a comfortable and welcoming vibe; especially being so close to the airport and Hollywood. unless the entire property is renovated, i will not recommend this property to anyone. and lasty, the front desk staff ought to be highly celebrated, because they give the quality inn lodging experience a possible chance.
- 4/5
We had a great experience at Quality Inn Burbank Airport. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was a nice bonus, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. It’s not a luxury 5-star resort, but it was more than good enough for our needs. My husband was in town to check off a bucket list dream — watching his team, Botafogo, play against Paris Saint-Germain — and this hotel provided the perfect base for that special moment. Would definitely stay again for a practical and comfortable stay!
- 5/5
The hotel was perfect for our needs convenient to Universal and other tourist attractions.
- 1/5
General manager Daniel Garcia also wasn’t helpful in anyway kept saying we wouldn’t get our money back and that the room we had was a $600 a night room and we got a huge discount from booking through Expedia “so what do you expect”? He was unhelpful and could’ve cared less all while standing with a sign which stated “dedicated to your satisfaction”! As a “General Manager”? After reaching out to Expedia he would not return phone calls trying to hinder me from receiving my refund. I would never return. And save your money and go somewhere else . We booked the Hilton Garden Inn after and had a great experience !!
- 3/5
It’s nice clean
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly but my room was on the side with Jack in the Box and it was really loud. It was also next to the room with the ice machine. It was fine for the night but it was pretty loud due to the proximity to the airport and highway
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, staff was accommodating & very nice. Hot water, comfortable mattress, working a/c.
- 5/5
Nice and close to the airport and a good affordable option. Safe and convenient. Friendly staff.
- 2/5
I was waiting for check in about 30 minutes
- 4/5
The room was nice , clean and comfortable everything else was substandard. The afternoon clerk and the morning clerk gave us different information about airport transportation.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was nice. Nicer than what was expected
- 3/5
Not great.
- 5/5
We have stayed here before and find it extremely clean, updated rooms, breakfast and fantastic staff. It may be very close to the freeway, but this is SO important because of the nuts LA traffic and also close to all attractions and shopping. 10/10.
- 2/5
The good: the staff we briefly interacted with were both very polite. The room was immaculate. The terrible: We could see light through the gap between the door and the frame and the door and the floor. Not a sliver, enough to allow light into the first part of the room and disrupt sleep. The bed was a king with 4 throw-pillow sized pillows! Ridiculous! The bed cover was weird: a sheet, a light blanket, and a sheet on top. It was loud all night as people talked and whatever else up and down the balcony. This was probably exacerbated by the large gaps in the door frame. They actually had a packaged pair of earplugs on the nightstand! The message light blinked on the phone all night. When we called the front desk to ask she just said, “Yeah, you just have to wait a little bit and it will stop.” But it never stopped. We just had a red light blinking on the nightstand all night. I finally got a piece of paper to cover it. While the shower was nice and had great pressure and a good shower head, I lost shower pressure and the temperature changed when the room next door showered. I expected better from a Choice brand but we definitely won’t stay again. For the price it was very, very disappointed.

The room was clean. Up to date.

Property was nice considering the price. Room was very clean. Only complaint was that the doors do not seal properly and you can hear literally everything outside.
- 5/5
We loved it so much, the kids had a great time, they come to clean your room when you ask for it , we will definitely come soon again , everyone was so nice to us and helped us in everything! Thanks again
- 5/5
Keep it up!
- 2/5
It's not what I expected in the photos on your page, it's different from what the hotel really is.
- 3/5
Our stay was decent, but the hotel was more run-down than the pictures here depict. Our room had a cracked window, and overall it was just kind of shabby, especially on the outside. It did seem clean in the room.
- 3/5
Bathroom no shelving, no toilet seat cover, a deal breaker.
- 5/5
Receptionist was very nice. Room was clean and simple, just needed a bed to sleep for the night. Affordable pricing. Hot tub was not hot, my kiddo was pretty disappointed about that.
- 4/5
The room was good, clean. Didn't sleep much with street noise and a train going through twice during the night. But it was close to the airport.
- 5/5
Good
