    We were at the Marriott for a one-night stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we never heard a plane, despite being so close to the airport. The property is an older property, but very nice and quiet. The staff were friendly and there are dining options on-site.

    At check in, the desk clerk told us about the adults only pool. There are 2 pools onsite. We checked it out, and found it full of kids. The hot tub was also FULL of kids. We asked about this at check out and was told there’s no adults only pool. Room was clean. Hotel restaurant was very nice and food was good. We were told to make a reservation, then arrived to find only a few other people there. No need for the reservation. It’s a nice hotel, very close to the airport. We would stay there again.

    Understaffed and unprepared for arriving guest. Tried to check in early at 3:50. Was told by front desk that check in was not until 4 and to come back after 4. Came back at 4:05, and was told the room well be ready in 15 minutes. Came back at 4:35, and the room was still not ready, was told to wait a few more minutes. At 5 I was getting tired of the run around. Finally got our room at 5:10 with no apologie or comp for our time. Could have paid less somewhere else for that kind of service. Never staying at the Marriott again.

    They made good use of the space for outdoor seating. Ashley at the front desk was wonderful! So helpful and kind. And it is in walking distance from the Burbank airport. Easy walk. (They also have a shuttle.) Also, great AC. The room was smaller than expected but comfortable. The coffee bar needs to stay open longer! The outlets didn’t all work.

    This stay was a complete nightmare and SHOCKING for the price, which I would expect would get you at least a basic level of peace, quiet, and cleanliness. The place was absolutely filthy first of all, run down and the carpets are disgusting. But the main issue is the noise level and vibrations from the old, outdated generators and AC units. The entire hotel is VIBRATING to the point that your room literally shakes like you are in a club. We kept trying to move rooms to get away from it and it turns out it's just the entire hotel that they feel is acceptable to have deep pulsing vibrations all through the night and then blasting bass if you dare to turn your AC unit on. It felt like I was trying to sleep in a washing machine or a freight train. Genuinely unbelievable experience. We were both in tears. To their credit the hotel staff were generally nice and accommodating. We just felt like it was a horrible value overall, it looked and sounded like a $70 motel with sub par, overpriced food. Would certainly not listen to any of the reviews talking about soundproofing or quiet, it was literally the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in

    There was hair in our bathroom when we walked in. Several strands on the floor, in the bathtub and on our towels. Also, the water turned off in the middle of the night and no one informed us of any scheduled off time during check in. I wouldn’t stay here again.

    The property is beautiful but their systems are outdated as it took me over 15 minutes to check in because the card reader was falling apart and the system was timing out. The room was mediocre compared to other Marriott’s that I have stayed in. The furniture in the room is outdated and there were many rust spots in the bathroom.

    Rooms weren’t clean and up to standard. I’m pretty shocked at the lack of cleanliness for this to be a Marriott property. Rooms need a serious makeover and bathrooms need a deep cleaning. Staff was very helpful and accommodating and acknowledged what was going on. The manager was very kind and helpful. The staff and guests deserve a better experience and hotel.

    Room was outdated and thermostat was broken so when we arrived it was 71 degrees in the room, we turned it down to 67 and it only went up, ending at 75 degrees by the time we left. We only stayed a short night, arriving at 8p, leaving at 9a so we didn't make them change our room but did tell the staff and they said they would look into it. I assume the rooms on upper floors are updated and good. Or at least hope so.

    Rooms were good size that had a fridge but no microwave. Definitely noise proof we didnt hear many airplanes flying by but we did get waken up by some construction i think that was going on not really sure what it was. Pool by bar was small but close enough to order food and drinks which were very tasty good selection. Second pool was more secluded with hot tub. Only real disappointment was ice machine was not working on our floor had to travel to different floor to get ice. Gym was super nice glad they had cold waters there.

    This was a great place to relax in the afternoon before your flight out at the Burbank Airport. The pool and lounge area are nice and staffed well with friendly people. We were able to check in at 1pm thanks to a helpful staff member, so my wife could catch up on her tan by the pool. Return your rental car and walk to the hotel. It's an easy shuttle to the airport in the morning.

    Everything is clean. The staff was amazing. Park access to XCaret is a trek, but there are golf cart “taxis” on the property, and bar near the entrance for reinforcements. The separate taco restaurant, just upstairs from the buffet, has decent tacos. Real tacos with soft tortillas, onions, cilantro, a lime wedge; and habanero sauce on the side. The food was not good, and I mean the recipes. We didn’t get sick-great food safety practices, but the food didn’t taste good. We “found something to eat” at every buffet meal, but that was often just bread, cheese, fruit. Most options are pre sauced and overly complex. You can’t just “scrape it off”- this is an issue if you have food allergies or anything you need to avoid- or you have a kid on the autism spectrum. The food service staff is attentive and friendly. They looked up ingredients for me a few times, and it was clear they took us seriously. The bread and pastries are excellent. You can buy Nescafe espresso based drinks in the lower lobby. The bars have a lot of different tequila options, Bacardi rums. The vodka situation was dire. Bartenders were happy to use recipes for drinks they didn’t recognize.

    The deadbolt on one of our rooms wouldn’t work right unless you have to fiddle with it a lot. Also, I made a reservation for two rooms and they told me that I only had one room. 20minutes later they found the room under my daughter’s name. The room is set up weird and makes it very crowded when you walk in. The concierge each day was great. I merged a second reservation together to extend my stay and verified it with them twice (prior to my stay and when I checked in - so that ai didn’t have to move out of the room on the day extended). When the day came, they tracked me down telling me I need to extend my stay - when I already did.

    The bed and bed linens were wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the linens were clean and soft!! However, the staff not do much. The outdoor restaurant staff very nice. The front desk staff was atrocious to say the least. To the point that as I was checking out, I had to ask the person was me being there a problem for him!! He also wasn’t convinced that we had free parking as disabled card holders. I had to speak with the person in charge of the restaurants as my breakfast was delivered wrong and he was very kind. But the front desk not so much…

    After eventually finding alternate transportation back to the hotel, I asked to speak with a manager. The front desk employee, Chanel, stated that she was the manager. I explained the situation and how inconvenient and unsafe it was. Unfortunately, she showed no concern, offered no apology, and simply told me to have a good night after I finished speaking. Additionally, while showering in the room, I noticed a large bug crawling around the toilet, which raised concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of consideration, accountability, and customer service. Situations like this—especially involving families with young children—should be handled with far more care, urgency, and professionalism.

    Definitely is old and not the cleanest. Room was dirty/dusty. First night we had to switch rooms because our AC wasnt working. In the new room, the tv wasnt working so they had to send engineer to take a look at it. I will not be staying here again, for the price, you can find a better hotel

    AC sounded like a squealing jet engine anytime it started up. Shower had such bad water hammer that it shook the wall and hurt your ears - incredible, never seen anything like it. Told the staff about the room problems and nobody cared.

    Room was clean, staff was friendly, very comfortable bed (I am picky!) pool/ hot tub in the west wing was very private and clean. I would stay here again. I would note you pay daily for parking.     The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice! Every staff person I had contact with from the front desk to the restaurant were so friendly and eager to help. I had been given a room key to an occupied room and the staff, as well as the front desk manager, Martin, were extremely apologetic and accommodating in getting it straightened out. Martin was very customer service oriented around the mixup and went to great lengths to make sure I was a happy guest, even though I wasn’t upset about the mixup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I would stay there again. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the place had a great outdoor restaurant and bar area.

    Room 522. Elevator noise sometimes, undersea sounds in the bathroom constantly, as though you were on the submarine ride at a theme park. Baseboard tiles in the bathroom were sharp, sloppy, and unfinished. The art in the room was out of focus and low quality, with the same out of focus Graumans Chinese Theater art in the bathroom and hotel room. The curtains do not fully cover the windows, and the room is bright no matter the curtains position. Concrete sidewalks outside were chipped and cracking, and the restaurant and starbucks are rarely open or staffed when you need them. For this kind of rack rate you could stay in a nice suite at the palazzo or wynn in vegas, where this is just a brlow average small hotel room.

    bicycle! My 19 y.o. kid really enjoyed pedaling around the neighborhood, and opted for that instead of a dip in one of the two pools on the Burbank property. Rates vary acc. to availability, so I always check the rate at Burbank Marriott first, if it's in my price range I book there by preference.

    Quiet property with a nice bar, restaurant and pool area. Some of the furnishings in the lobby and throughout the hotel are a little worn but overall it was a nice stay. The hotel does need to keep quarters in stock because I was unable to do my laundry.

    I was truly frightened—after such an early flight, all I wanted was to cross the street and get some rest, not face unnecessary stress. Instead, I was left with a severe headache and a terrible feeling. Honestly, I didn’t even want to stay in that hotel anymore. If it were possible, I would absolutely demand a refund. What I went through was no minor inconvenience; it was a cruel and careless joke at my expense. Truly unacceptable.

    I liked that the Hotel was very close to the airport and they had a free shuttle that was very quick when requested. The rooms are outdated. Bathrooms are very small. An employee came into our room without knocking and handed us an Iron which I thought was unacceptable. Check out is at 12pm which was great for us, but Housekeeping kept knocking on our door at 9:30am and trying to open our door several times even though the latch was locked. When you are traveling with kids that is not something that you want, people just coming in to your room unannounced. Also the employee at check-in was not very friendly. He was working the Bonvoy Elite line and he was just kinda rude.

    A very nice place that is literally two minutes from Burbank Airport. It is a little dated, but that adds a type of charm. My room was a little small, and i found it funny that the desk lamp was actually screwed down onto the desk. Pretty old school. the tub was solid, not cheap flexible plastic. It had the AC unit by the floor on the outer wall with a thermostat on the wall by the door. Really nice outdoor eating facility, a popular outdoor pool area, and the staff was amazing. Yes I would stay again. Price was reasonable for the area.

    The thermostat in my room did not work so I could not turn off the fan. It made me sick because cold air was coming out of it all night. Also the WiFi didn’t work in my room. It was an overall uncomfortable and bad experience and will not be retuning. The room also had a bad smell.

    This hotel is incredibly convenient if you're flying into or out of Burbank Airport. They have a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as the nearby Metrolink stops. The staff here are terrific, very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are nice, if a bit dated, with everything you might need. My only real complaint is that the pillows are so soft and squishy as to be completely pointless. We will definitely stay here again.

    There are 2 pools, 1 hot tub, 2 places places to eat, and the shuttle service was nice and prompt. Sadly there was no microwave in my room to heat up the expensive meal. Also if your hoping to find an energy drink in avvending machine, your out of luck. But the bar can sell an 8.5 oz redbull for almost $7. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was very kind.

    Weekend visit to son and wife. Overall excellent. Only problem we ran into was a 20 minute wait on Sunday to get a table at the Daily restaurant, due to short-staffing. There were plenty of other restaurants nearby who were happy to seat us immediately. Outside bar/cafe EDB was excellent with great service and bar food.

    We booked for an allergy friendly room which included the room to be FREE OF DUSTS a well. we found CAKED ON LAYERS OF DUST in ROOM 256. We had called in advance to let them know how HIGHLY ALLERGIC my finance is and they still put us in a room WITHOUT THOROUGHLY checking the ac vents and ac unit in the room! also they have yet to retrieved my license from the elevators and they have been giving us the run around regarding them “trying to get elevator company” to come out… they are incapable of providing the type of service and accommodation. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!

    We weren’t given bedding for the pullout bed. Had to ask for it. When we went to make up the bed there was an empty rum bottle sitting right there on the dirty sheets! I was so shocked. Priced no one cleaned the bed/sheets! Layer we asked for coffee supplies and creamer because there was only one cup, 2 creamers and one coffee ground package when we arrived. One bottle of water too. For FOUR people! I called twice but no one ever came to give us the supplies. Asked for pool towels because they were out when visiting the pool. Asked twice. Never got them. Instead they eventually brought us bathroom towels. Never pool towels. Finally, when checking out i noticed a $10 drink charge from the bar! Um.,. I do not drink, and my three kids certainly do not. That was a mistake OR someone charged it to OUR room! I contested that charge. It was not ours. Overall the hotel was not very nice, although I was expecting a nicer place and certainly better service and a clean bed (w/o dirty sheets and liquor bottles) for the high price I paid for this hotel. I doubt I’ll be back.

    I don't normally give reviews but the customer service here was amazing! My card was overcharged but they took care of it immediately. When we got to the room it had a weird wet smell, which we later found out was from the AC but they were quick to change my room and give me bonus Bonvoy points and took care of my parking for the inconvenience. The new room was clean, smelled great and the beds were comfortable after a long day at Universal Studios.
