Housekeeping is bad !

It was a nice stay, conveniently located. Parking is $25/night and our room was not ready at check in time but we only had to wait 20 minutes. The pool and hot tub were nice and rooms were clean and comfortable.

This is one of the worst hilton locations ever, the staff is rude, disrespectful and they allow theft and do nothing about it. The front desk clerk Christina needs to learn how to do her job correctly asked for housekeeping spoke to Christina three times , yet no housekeeping after being promised, I was given towels sheets and trash bags to change myself if that's the case I would of stood at motel 6, to be expected to do housekeeping job is a complete joke, not one member of tjlhe staff tried to assist all they did was make excuses, upon check was charged for parking even though if was supposed to be comped, then I see room charges that dont even belong to anyone in my party this is addressed at check out with Christina who them makes an excuse that I have to wait 30 minutes because the lazy manager Madison was on lunch not my problem, Madison comes in running from the parking lot witj an attitude talking about i have to wait for her to pull the receipts and it could take three hours and I would get a callback back, im still waiting for a callback three weeks later, called multiple times asking for the manager Mike Hernandez and the assistant manager left multiple messages yet no one has returned a call. Do not stay hear unless you want them to steal from you and refuse to refund you, they make nothing but excuses the worst hotel ever

My room had a frudge that had a bad smell and was hot we I couldn't use it to store our drinks. We were shocked to find out that they charge parking now. This is the 3rd time we stay here. And this was probably the last time.

Loved the location. There are restaurants nearby but the Kitchen restaurant in the hotel is very good. There is lots of parking. The ADA bathroom had a tub instead of a shower with a bench.

Upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that my room had been given to someone else, despite the fact that I had booked months in advance through Expedia. They relocated me to Hotel Burbank at their expense, but then charged my credit card for the replacement room at a significantly higher rate than my original reservation. In addition to the inconvenience and disruption that evening, I now also have to deal with the frustration of obtaining a refund.

The hotel was nice and there were lots of things going on in the hotel. The staff was pleasant. We had room 559. We discovered the TV was unplugged. After plugging it in we were able to turn on the tv with the remote but were unable to actually select any station in channel guide. It appeared the remote had battery power but the tv didn’t respond. Fortunately we had family to visit so we didn’t need the tv. The shower had really high pressure but you had no way to reduce the pressure. The toiletries were very aromatic, which we didn’t like.

Not a 5/5 rating because the kitchenette is difficult to use. Microwave & fridge are tucked inside the dresser below the TV. Low to the ground, and the doors/drawers do not close properly and kept rolling open when using the cabinet doors.

I had a faulty hair dryer, reported it, never got a new one in the three nights I was there. Then on third day only, I tried to make coffee in the morning but noooooo, the machine was broken, but I told them when I checked out but that didn't work so well with the hair dryer, I told them three times and that never got fixed. I've stayed here before and had none of these issues. But the rate was cheaper for the perfect stay. Kind of felt like if the rates were raised that everything would be perfect again. Not so much. Still think it's an overall good place to stay but just had bad timing this time around.

Very clean, nice staff The only thing I would recommend is to change out the bath towels. You can almost see through them. Obviously due to the many washings. I experienced this at another Hilton hotel in NY.

It was in a good decent location and had parking with elevators that lead to room except parking is extra fee The restroom floor was sticky and the shower head was dirty also the sink stopper was broken and I had to mess with it to fix and the breakfast was expensive I wouldn’t recommend, I wish I would’ve payed more for a better hotel

Breakfast was delicious and the server was amazing (I really wish I remembered her name, she made the experience worth mentioning in a review)! The room was comfortable and quiet, our cat loved the view and the space to run and play. All of the staff were lovely. The location was safe and the hotel always smelled divine (my friend wanted to know what scent was used). I always tend to get sick from how dry the AC makes the rooms, but that's happened at every Hilton in LA so far. I will definitely be using this Hilton for my regular visits to LA. I was also so appreciative of the safe parking garage as I like to bring my car with me. I wish the check-in process was a bit more thorough. The site told me that having my cat would be $75 for up to four nights, but the lady at the desk said $75 per night. That gave me some anxiety during my stay. But this is no fault of the front desk staff! I believe they just wanted to get me checked in after a long two days of travel and were being as transparent as possible in case I misunderstood - the cost wound up being $75 total, so it turned out alright. If this was the only downside, I'd say everything turned out well.

This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Im never a person too complain but the night i stayed here I thought i had choose a nice area for hotel,Burbank area. All night the people next door too me were partying all night, keep my mouth shut and said too myself its ok this never happens their just having fun. But when 4-5am came by and the music got louder and the people got more noisy thats when i called front desk. They offered me too switch rooms but since it was 5:30 am it was too late too switch. Lady in the front said they would give me free parking and free breakfast for the inconvenience. When i woke up i had too ask for the free breakfast i guess i was supposed to be given a voucher pass, lady in front told me their was no notes and had too choose free parking or the breakfast voucher, i got the breakfast voucher. In all summary this was the worst experience at a marriot hotel I've had paid over 200$ thinking i was gonna be in nice quite hotel.

Every hotel in LA has recycling in room so I'm not sure on why you guys didn't. On the plus side, the parking was easy and the pool looked nice.

upon arriving in my room i noticed the fridge wasn’t on & i needed to store breast milk. i went down to the front desk and staff was kind enough to store my freezer packs and milk in their staff refrigerator. i was worried i would have had to dump my supply and i’m very grateful for such a kind gesture no matter how small it may seem to others.

Staff was friendly and helped us check in late. The room was clean and we encountered no issues during our stay.

Overall wouldn’t recommend.

We have stayed at this location twice already and I will be returning on our next vacation to the LA area. I forgot my curler (expensive curler) and two months later it was still there waiting for me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Everything about this hotel was great, especially the location and very walkable and accessible to all the dining in downtown Burbank. The hotel was very clean as well as quiet. The staff was very nice as well.

We didn’t say at the location. I was told it was being cancelled by hotels.com and the actual hotel and that a changed couldn’t be made and that I would get a refund. Now I have received a message saying that I will not get the $250 back to my account.

I am handicapped and me and my wife were given a room at the very far end of the hotel. I did ask for a room close to the elevator because of my disability! I thought that the staff member was not very nice. It kind of made everything spiral for me when my room was as far away from the elevator as it could be! I am a church Pastor and I would never treat a guest the way that we were treated. If you are having a bad day then you need to leave it at the door. I think the fact that I asked for a room near the elevator upset her. I treat everybody with respect and I don’t believe that I was treated as as not only a Hilton Honors member but also a Hilton Club Vacation member. Thanks ( 619)318-7247

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It is within walking distance to a number of stores and restaurants in downtown Burbank. It was fairly easy to get ride share transportation to and from the hotel. Hotel restaurant food was decent and convenient, but there are lots of other options in the area.

For the price, it didn’t offer any pluses and we felt very rushed out by maid services to check out. They knocked on our door three times starting an hour before check out time.

The front desk employee was extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking was a breeze. The room was pretty standard. Only downside was the clogged bathtub. Lord knows I don't want to be the one who unclogs it but we were showering and standing in water so I had to.

She kept trying to change my room type with an upcharge, even though I repeatedly told her I was fine with my pre-reserved and prepaid selection. Over and over I told her I was fine as is, but she kept pushing a different upgrade in an attempt for an upcharge. This property also does not pay attention to the notes or special instructions you leave at reservation, as it was obvious she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if the connecting rooms I requested had been honored. She, extremely rudely replied "no, they are sold out". The hotel itself is fine. Nice enough. Very clean and good amenities. Bed was to hard for my personal taste but that might be a positive for some people. But this could have been the Four Seasons for $50 per night and I still would never, ever come back if it meant I had to deal with that receptionist ever again.

Bed was comfy room was clean only issue i had was once inside the building my phone could not get a signal i have Verizon not really the hotels fault but its not worthy the wifi worked well enough that it wasn't much of a issue

Wasn’t a big fan of having to valet my car - not because of the $31 charge, but because it’s a nice Porsche 911 that I don’t entrust others to drive. The hotel itself (inc staff) was amazing!

The shampoo and shower gel were watered down. The facet was missing a knob at the bottom and was spilling water everywhere

For the price you pay, the service and amenities are poor. No free breakfast, pay for parking, no kettle/hot water option in room, no daily housekeeping. Also be aware: if your room faces the pool area, it will be loud because people are hanging out in that area and shouting and playing, especially at night. It’s reasonable for them to enjoy the space but just be aware that it can be loud and the windows don’t do a great job of blocking out the noise.

I had a great short stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The area is great and the staff were helpful about directing me how early to leave to get to the concert across town.

Clean, convenient, quiet.

It was a good overnight stay. The location is perfect to go out to get food in Burbank. The walls are unfortunately thin and we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around and people screaming in the hallways. The room was large and bed was comfortable.

Lobby and common spaces were nice. Not great beds and awful pillows. It was clean and well stocked but the bathroom faucet just trickled water and the shower leaked water everywhere.

The girl at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. She was bothered that I asked for pool towels. Besides that everything was great.

The property was nice but paying for parking is not fun. The beds were not the most comfortable. The amenities in the bathrooms i.e body wash,lotion, etc. was great!

I am used to complementary breakfast at most places, although some are beginning to charge; so between parking and 2 breakfasts, that is substantial. But It is California…I come from maybe a simpler time and place.

Per usual, my gals are lovely. It was a pleasant stay, and by now, after years of coming to here, I am a happy camper with my team at this location.

Our check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist initially gave us a room that was still occupied. When we returned to the front desk to get a new room, the original staff member was gone, and the person who assisted us showed no concern or offered any apology for the mistake. This lack of professionalism and customer service left a bad impression. I hope management improves staff training to ensure a smoother and more courteous check-in process. And the room they gave is so Dusty!

Stayed for the first time at this great property. The staff was TERRIFIC...They all welcomed us and were just super easy to live with...Cleaning staff and front door staff both were superb. This hotel is very conveniently located. The room was excellent. Clean and new bathroom. Great size king bed. Excellent new, soft pillows, very upgraded. TV had Netflix right on it so was able to log in. Nice pool and Jacuzzi. 10/10

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood near Los Angeles. Room very quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast.

Very clean and nice looking but bed was too hard and uncomfortable for my liking. I woke up multiple times during the night because of it. Couch was also uncomfortable to sit on. Parking was horrible. There are not enough parking spaces for the amount of people staying in the hotel. Some cars even parked in non-parking spaces. (But it seems all the hotels around that area have the same parking issue.) Elevators are annoying because only one goes to the parking lot from the floors but it takes forever to get it. The one that goes only to the lobby is the one that opens up all the time. I did like that lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in ample amounts. Also like that there was a mini fridge and microwave.

We put up two employees for 2 weeks at this hotel, and the staff was less than helpful. A toilet got backed up and was overflowing and the front desk and continued staff were completely unhelpful. The employee had to go purchase a plunger and plunge the toilet themselves. This should be unacceptable in any hotel situation, under any circumstance. And then further, the staff, not being helpful, was also considerably rude. I am aware that this went up to a corporate manager, but still. Its not that your customers "want" something in return, its that even if you are unable to do anything for them, that you show at least some empathy and kindness, don't be xty to your guests. Please. That was a lot of money to not have a functioning toilet. I expected more. Not sure I would stay here, or have employees stay here again.

I arrived to the hotel early. Check in was not available yet which was understood but the front desk woman treated my questions as an inconvenience to her about when my room might be ready. Finally at 3P I went to check in and was sent to my room which was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. Unmade bed. Dirty bathroom. I cannot lift my luggage easily as I’m pregnant so I went downstairs to ask for this to be fixed and only one person treated me with any sort of kindness and asked a maintenance man to help me with my luggage to my new room. In the morning before checking out, I called to ask for a luggage cart to take my bags to the car and was told “sorry there’s no bellhop at this hotel” I wasn’t asking for a bellhop. Just a luggage cart. Simply one of the worst and most unfriendly hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Great hotel!

Absolutely terrible all the way from the hotel denying me breakfast when the website clearly said breakfast was included to being racially profiled, as well as harassed by the police while in the parking garage unloading because it was late absolutely terrible stay the service of the hotel with my wife called and asked for towels on the second day was absurd. The gentleman denied my wife, which was in the room by herself any towels said that she could not have any, but she was calling from the room and she was already had two kids in the shower, but once I called 30 minutes later when I got returned, it was absolutely “ so I know it was not hotel policy. “I was furious. I wouldn’t recommend it even if it was free. And window is busted out during stay

Out Room had so much space for my kids to run around. The bathroom was way bigger than I expected. The pool was heated so we got to enjoy that on a cool day. Ice machine right outside the door and a laundry room for us to use the night before we checked out. We are definitely staying here the next time we come this way.

The staff at this property is always awesome. I constantly recommend friends and family to stay here.
