Clean room and good service

Great place to stay.

It was a wonderful stay. Room was spacious and the staff were wonderful. The daily breakfast was great!

The rooms were a good size for the price and the breakfast room was comfortable also. Good beds, plenty of water pressure for showers. Great TVs The breakfast meals were very tasty and there was a good variety of. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Any issues were resolved pronto. The dog area outside was planted with some type of ground cover and no dogs were using it. We also didn’t like the freeway noise in rooms on the freeway side. The freeway is very close and runs 24/7. The opposite side rooms facing the mountains are very quiet and scenic. They should mention the freeway noise or replace the windows. I also felt there should be parking choices as opposed to the 31 dollar per night mandatory valet parking. I suppose you could park somewhere on the street and walk after unloading the baggage??

I had a 7 am flight and when I checked in at 7 pm the night before, I was told there would be a “to go” breakfast in the lobby before departure to the airport at 5:30 am. That did not materialize and it looked to me that the one morning desk agent was overwhelmed… must be understaffed or had call/ offs.

Upon checking out, a Lyft driver was arranged by receptionist, a driver arrived promptly in a midsize 4 door sedan, unsble to accommodate our party of 5. Our driver took 3 of us and another guest graciously allowed the other 2 on our party to ride with him to airport Also our tub had a large paint chip missing on floor of tub

For a hotel, the heavy door slams were pretty good. The mechanism slowing the door and associated noise was much better than most. These things normally keep me awake. I enjoyed breakfast. The assortment of food choices was about right: meat, eggs, breads, muffins, juices, etc. I loved being close to the airport given I did not know the area and had a very early flight out. I'm not a fan of valet parking, but sometimes there's no alternative for the hotel. It was handled well though.

The property was great rooms wonderful, clean and kept up. The room was situated next to HWY and you could hear the traffic all night long. Other dislike the Hotel doesn’t have on site parking for guest, they use a valet service, which when told I thought ok tip no biggie- then received a bill for $35 parking fee. One I was not told this at the time, and to receive a bill after the fact was not ok! I would have parked elsewhere, which would have been a walk!

Small, representative Examples: 1) toilet paper holder in handicapped restroom WELL out of reach unless you have6 foot long arms, 2) mandatory valet parking for $31 in an already overpriced property. 3) Marginal maintenance - emergency operation signage in elevator with significant damage, etc,etc. Really a bad choice. Stay elsewhere.

The room we had was very quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. There were some stains and dings in the bathroom shower stall / tub but it didn't bother us much. Valet service was required and extra but the service itself was always super fast (1 minute) and easily instgated through a single message. The breakfast wasn't fancy but was good and certainly saved time. All the staff were really nice and helpful.

Hot breakfast was good but not enough selections. Need more mixed fruits. Kitchen was clean. Removing the afternoon snacks (cookies). (Bring back the snacks, please). Parking is too expensive. Wish, it’s free or maybe low parking fee.

We didn’t expect to come back to our room being cleaned and reset and to our surprise it was. Thank you for having breakfast available valet personnel was amazing too

This hotel was so convenient between Dodgers stadium and the airport the following day. They have a guest of the day who is awarded extra treats from their small convenient market. I was the guest of the day and it literally made me so happy, especially on Mother's Day!

Felt very welcoming That I didn’t stay longer

The only negative with our stay was a lack of food choices during breakfast. The property’s condition was very nicely maintained.

We stayed for 3 nights and everything was top notch from beginning to end. When we arrived with the airport shuttle, we were dropped off at the front door, which was very nice. We were greeted every time we left and returned. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms were nice and clean. Excellent stay!

The property was clean , pool area was set up nice with a spa and fire pit. This was the perfect spot for our family of 5 universal studios trip. The staff was great and answered any questions we had and gave great recommendations. I personally like the breakfast quality and choices available.

Breakfast was amazing!!!! Strawberry, blueberry, chocolate, and vanilla waffles!! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, delicious oatmeal, muffins, bagels, juices, water, coffee, cereal, fruit, fixings for all of the above mentioned like sprinkles, dried fruit, cinnamon, whip cream, cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly, etc! Staff was AMAZING and SO ATTENTIVE!!! Loved everything about it and them!! Valet parking was also AMAZING as well as the valet staff!!! Couldn’t get enough of them!!! They were so great, fast, and personable! They treat you like royalty! I would come back in a heartbeat!! Housekeeping was also AMAZING!! Every single day they cleaned and organized my room and did SUCH a beautiful job!!! They placed towels under my makeup and organized the bathroom tools so beautifully! Made me smile and appreciate them so much!! Desk staff were AMAZING! What an incredible staff and place!! 10/10!! Pool and hot tub were beautiful and so refreshing!! Loved everything about this place! DELICIOUS soft and gooey cookies every night from 6pm to 8pm!!! Sooooo fresh and delicious!

We were thankful for the flexibility of the hotel staff, especially with the late check out. Breakfast offered was good but we wished there would have been more of a choice of breakfast meats. The hotel was clean and the majority of the staff were friendly with the exception of 1. The young lady working valet was rude and very short. I was not trying to tell her how to do her job. I was being considerate of the other guests because I knew we had a lot of luggage/items and I didn't want to block other guests. I mentioned her attitude to the staff working the desk.

Decent hotel with free breakfast, coffee, all day and shuttles - except I didn’t realize how far it was from universal studios but I guess that’s my fault for not mapping it out better. $25 uber each way was not too bad. The staff was great and they did have a shuttle to and from the airport as well as to downtown Burbank and empire shopping centre. The pool and hot tub area were really nice. Overall, good place, but I must admit the beds and the pillows were very uncomfortable!

Clean, modern, quiet with an excellent breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like was the valet-only parking. I prefer having easy access to my car whenever I want, without having to wait for valet each time I go in and out of the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles Burbank Airport, and it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and incredibly comfortable. My room was absolutely spotless. You can tell the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work; everything felt fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The staff there was awesome. Every team member I encountered was professional, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Honestly, this was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. There was a great variety of options, everything was fresh, and it was the perfect way to start the day. I highly recommend.

Rooms are very clean. Amenities are basic (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and bodywash) in refillable containers. If you need a shower cap, toothbrush, razor etc., just ask at the front desk and they will provide it. Continental breakfast is great, including waffles, hot eggs and potatoes, cereal, bagels and more. This hotel is pet friendly, even for my 50 pound shepherd. I will definitely stay here again.

Mold in bathroom also parking is mandatory valet 31$ a night. Was unable to get hotel on the phone prior to check in to ask questions called many times and also expedia rep unable to as well

Mandatory Valet parking $31 dollar a night is ridiculous considering there is no self parking for over a mile around this location, weird layout of the room i was in the entrance of the whole building is strange very claustrophobic...i expected way more from a 4* hotel, there is no entertainment any where near this location just a void of nothingness, constant freeway noise thin walls...i wouldn't recommend this location at all..

I originally made this reservation for February 2. Back in October, I called and changed it from Feb. 2 to February 1. It was a prepaid reservation. When I arrived, they were not showing a reservation in my name, even though I was holding a paid Hotels. com confirmation receipt in my hand. They eventually found the reservation under February 2, and were able to change it to February 1. However, they could not get the virtual payment to go through because it was a day early. It took several calls to get it straightened out. The hotel clerk was excellent to deal with this for me, but it delayed our check-in by at least 45 minutes.. Apparently, Hotels.com made the change in their system, but failed to follow through with Hampton Inn.

The reception very mid, the lack of parking and having to use the valet was unappealing but the valet staff was very nice.Breakfast was pretty lack luster the first day but was better the second day. The shuttle made paying for the mandatory valet a little better.

The room was nice and big, easy to get to. Linens were clean and everything worked fine. Staff was pleasant. However the “hot” breakfast was cold and lacking a few basic breakfast items. Wasn’t aware of mandatory valet parking at $31 a night.. but whatever.. if needed though, we would stay again.

The staff was very accommodating. We had booked 2 separate nights, as we decided to extend our stay for another night, but we couldn't modify the first booking. When we checked in for our first night, I asked if it's possible to have the same room for our second booking so we didn't have to pack our stuff up and move to another room. The staff was absolutely helpful and accommodated our request eventhough it was last minute and on New Year's Eve. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Hotel was absolutely above any expectations we had for our short stay. Upon arriving the coffee/tea bar with freshly made cookies was a small but amazing touch. As for the Rooms they were very clean, spacious and up to date. We loved the complementary items as we ourselves forgot a few things. The Continental breakfast was out also something worth noting with so many different options and freshness. Our family loved the stay and we can’t wait to book another trip again.

Location is great for Universal Studios hollywood. About 4 miles away. Not much parking and they will tell you to park outside inbthe street but most of the area is red. The door to the room was chipped by the locked if someone broke in the room before.

It seemed as if room was part of the adjacent I-5 freeway. There seemed as if there were no noise barriers. Absolutely worst noise in any hotel room I stayed (and I’ve stayed in multiple tier 1 and tier 2 hotels.

Room clean but little worn out

The hotel and staff are good. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is healthy. The parking is expensive with limited options other than valet service that is now $31 per day. The site doesn't advertise this fact very well. It is a challenge to come and go without having to hand over a car key to someone. There is limited street parking and signs indicate you cannot park on the street overnight.

Staff and amenities were nice. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is some parts of the room ie the bathroom were a little worse for wear.

The room and stay was really nice and comfortable. There was a staff member I think named Joana? She was rude to my husband and kinda dismissive to him. He went downstairs to ask for a bell cart and she completely ignored him and the valet worker had to help him. That was the 2nd time on our trip she ignored him speaking to her. Other than that the hotel was nice and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

I was not informed that this place does not provide parking but only valet. The room was unsatisfactory and not worth the price I paid.

I live in riverside county to make a trip to Burbank and made a reservation for this hotel because it stated that they had a EV charger. When I got to this location, they mentioned that their ev charger is old and does not work. On top of that, they charged an extra 50 dollar charge at the front desk. Overall a bad experience because my car was low on charge and I had to stop at a Tesla station which was out of my way.

Our room was almost on the freeway (I-5)! Amazingly noisy. They said it overlooked the 'church' which it did but the church had enormous traffic issues so getting in and out of the hotel was difficult. They also charge $31 per day to park. I would find another if I have a future stay in Burbank.

Location near highway, it has entry points on both sides of the property and it’s confusing if you enter from rear side, only vallet parking available and need to enter from front of the property. The photos of the property available on Hotels.com depicting wide parking lot is misleading. Rest of the stay was good, have a nice little downtown nearby with plenty of good options to eat.

Stay went well. Room needs to be checked for maintenance. We had a clock sync, and something in the bathroom. Need to be replaced like the shower curtain was torn. Also, a few of the outlets weren’t working in the room.

Exactly what I expect from an airport Hampton Inn & Suites! Clean, convenient, nice breakfast and easy access. The neighborhood is not much neighborhood, but that's also expected this close to the airport. Overall, would recommend and stay again.

I like that it was quiet. I didn’t like that the elevator doesn’t have a sensor and will shut on a person. The breakfast was okay but I think could be better I felt like it was a senior home. Valet parking was great the room was clean smelled great.

Makes me only want to stay at Hampton Inn from here on out.

The room was nice, and the staff was friendly. They didn’t have the suite that I reserved, so they comped the parking. The breakfast was amazing…so many choices! There was coffee in the lobby, and they served cookies in the evening, which was a nice touch.

Very nice property. Very friendly staff. Very eager to help with whatever we needed including a complimentary Lyft ride to and from a grocery store. Nice pool area. Only down side is there was nothing really walkable but they did have a little store area with snacks, some food items, and drinks.

They asked me for a deposit and they told me they were not gonna charge me for the deposit. They were gonna return me the deposit when I checked out and I haven’t received any deposit back basically they stole $50.

We kept hearing running up and down the hallway and we complained about it but nothing was done. We didn’t sleep very well at all. We would appreciate it if we were contacted

This hotel is very close to the I5 and shopping/dining. Room was clean and smelled good. Bathroom and bed were clean. AC works well. To top it off there were chocolate cookies in the check-in area. Bed feels great after a day of driving.

Convenient to Burbank/Hollywood Airport. Loud traffic noise at night, very close proximity to the 5. Parking is valet. Towels in bathroom need a refresh, towels were well worn,

Housekeeping skipped our room. The software to call your car from the valet didn't notify the valet. The bed was squeaky. None of these issues were resolved by management.

I like everything about this property especially the staff. They are supportive and always take the best care of everyone.

The Lobby needs updating

Only valet parking. No self park option. Checked in quickly. Cookies and milk were a nice touch. Dogs in the room next door barked for HOURS. Shade in room was broken and wouldn't go down. Remote/TV didn't work. The breakfast was pleasant and the hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable.

Very clean, dog friendly hotel. Breakfast was good for buffet style breakfast. Standout services included 24 hr coffee/tea station in lobby, Free bakery cookies with milk in the afternoon, and wonderful shower with good pressure flow and temperature. The room was spacious with great amenities of refrigerator, microwave and sink. My only complaint was the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the temperature regulation was poor with the room too warm and A/C freezing cold. Overall, I would definitely stay there again

I stayed here in April and had a pristine room and assumed I would be getting the same thing this time around. Although the view was better- I asked for a view of the mountains and I sure got a beautiful view- the ceiling paint was peeling off in huge clumps over the kitchen bar, and there were big water stains on the bathroom ceiling. Room 430. I wish I could get a discount for this honestly. Otherwise, the room was very quiet and clean and we got great rest. The staff in general were kind and attentive. The pool area is clean and really nice to hang out at as a family or just by myself, and the free breakfast and free cookies n milk in the evenings are great perks.

31 dollars to park and my car in the morning was on the street!

There was only parking with a valet. Even handicap had to park across a busy street and walk. Didnt even have a bottle of water for us, but would sell us one. Wont be staying there again.

Everything was excellent except for the foreclosure of the details of the daily charges of the garage parking (I never get the explanation that it will be NOT free ) except for that evening was great !

Our original room was so noisy because of freeway closeness, we could not sleep that night. We moved to different room the next day, however there neighbors were celebrating something with loudly music till 2am. So disappointed…

Overall it was okay. The shower leaked a lot of water onto the floor. The first room’s electrical shade didn’t work so we changed rooms. For some reason we were given a handicapped room. Neither of us is handicapped.

It was a quick weekend trip. The hotel location is great! The staff was friendly. Valet team gets ***** (five stars).

So convenient to Burbank Airport. Greeting at front desk was very friendly. Best part? The warm and very large cookies that were offered upon checking in! Exactly what I needed after a long and turbulent flight!

The service was great. I was able to check in a little early Ben that I flew from the East Coast so that was great. Breakfast was excellent. Met a wonderful group of people there. Housekeeper Brenda amazing human being. She left us a beautiful note in our room, which put a smile up on our face.

Really enjoyed our stay and it was nice and close to Universal Studios, lots of dining and shopping options, and about 40 mins from Santa Monica pier. The hotel needs a few updates and renovations, but it was very clean. Breakfast was quite nice, though it was the only food available on site. Overall, it was a very nice affordable option and the room was very spacious.

Valet service for the car was excellent. Room service not so good. Requested help with resetting the TV, only came after 3 phone calls to the front desk over 24 hrs. Bed pillows very lumpy and uncomfortable.

This place has only valet parking as safe place to park. Second option is street parking and the place looks unsafe . Now the only option is to pay $35 valet parking .

It was a lovely hotel with complimentary valet parking which was awesome. Just one thing the cleanliness of our room wasn’t perfect. We understand human error but leaving open cans by the sink isn’t ok to us specially with our kids joining us on our stay.

Everything was clean and easy to get to. Loved that they had grab and go breakfast at 5:30AM and milk and cookies at night for free.

It was valet parking only and I wish I would’ve known that. I was not pleased to put it mildly. If the only thing that is available is valet parking then please say it before anyone books it not happy.

Perfect area closed to LA and surrounding areas. Wish the hotel had more updated rooms including the bathrooms but it does the job for a comfortable stay.

The hotel itself was wonderful, but Hotels.com dropped the ball. I arrived to check in and there was no reservations listed, but hotels.com said i was booked. Needless to say we did not get the room we thought we would

First of all, the hotel had sold out of the 2 queen room I specifically booked and paid for by the time we checked in at 8 pm. Staff exolained it was Exoedia's habit of "oversellling" rooms and took nk responsibility. The worst though was the next morning when I took a shower and the water was barely luke-warm. No hot water. When I spoke to the staff she said she would have maintenance look into it but because I booked through Expedia and not direct there was nothing she could do. She couldn't even comp my parking because "its a 3rd party company".For over $250 dollars a night plus over $30 for parking which is valet only so not easy to retrieve things from your car we will not be returning . Don't waste your money. For the price and location there are plenty of hotels around and I am sure you will at least get a hot shower!

The people working there were super attentive and friendly , breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient.

Toilet paper holder was broken in the room. Two queen beds , three people but only one bed stand between the beds. Nothing on either of the other sides of the bed which is impractical.
