The room floor was not mopped in the last month??? OR it seemed like it. We did mop it ourselves!! The sheet that was on the bed was a queen size with no cover on the mattress. We went down to the front desk to get a king sheet and the desk clerk said "that happens sometimes" We got in late and the last thing we felt like doing was cleaning the room and making the bed. The wall in the shower was loosing plaster off the walls and the tub coating was peeling. We asked for a hair dryer and was told at the front desk they had a few but was all out!!! We went to brush our teeth and the drain in the bathroom did not go down at all? It was a terrible room! Not sure if all of them are that bad but we would like some of our money back for all our hard work!! We asked at the front desk and she said she would ask. We also just wanted a "printed" receipt and she could not even get us that???? Very Very disappointed!!! :(

No kitchen towels. We stayed so we could cook! Also NO hairdryer! I have never stayed in a hotel where there were no hairdryers. The iron and board were ok. The carpet at entrance was very frayed and nails poked up… The whole place was very tired! I would not stay again or recommend it. Parking was adequate Cleaning staff very helpful with extra towels and toilet paper

The shower curtain had hair on it that was not mine. A person complained about termites issue that happened months ago and the box spring that was falling apart and some staff member had an issue with letting him used the hotel vacuum cleaner due to the wear and tears. I got assigned to a room that a person was already using, that was embarrassing and scary when I walk in unexpectedly. The ambulances show up the next day too. I was barely in my room anyways. The pick and go breakfast is a joke so don't expect nothing but coffee, hot water and some packets of oatmeal. The area is nice and quiet and it's walking distance.

Everything looks good except parking. It’s hard to find parking spots after 11:00 pm

Kitchen area is a plus. Our check in time was 3:00 pm and the room had not been cleaned. We waited just over 45 minutes which is unacceptable. We needed to use the bathroom and there wasn't any other bathroom available. Checking out no staff available. Your cleaning crew came on duty just a little after 8:30 am and they ended up helping us.

Nothing overall very dissatisfied not worth my money. I have worked for the Marriott hotel and this by far is not acceptable by any means. This hotel is located next to the airport which should be much more cleaner. Extreme dust made it hard to breathe. Microwave was broken couldn’t have a meal. Overall did not meet my cleaning expectations. Train tracks and constant blower noise. Vents need to be dusted and an urgent fumigation roaches are literally walking on walls at night.

There is plenty of parking and surrounding area is great! Many shops and restaurants to choose from. However, hospitality is almost non existent at this establishment, staff is rude and it doesn’t appear that they like to be bothered to fulfill their job title and duties. Unfortunately, we needed a 1 night stay and thought why not? Totally regret our choice, don’t skimp out on a good nights rest for a few dollars.
- 3/5
We were exhausted from our drive and just wanted to make something quick to eat after showering. I had to go back down to the front desk to get dishes and towels. The body towels by the way are for toddlers. The housekeeping staff was Great!

The location was convenient for the various food places The appearance of the facility was not clean or as welcoming. The smell inside the hallways as well as the room was not pleasant. The kitchen did not have any materials. The A/C did not work until the morning.

Only the good thing is that Walmart at target are very close There plenty of things which I don’t like. it is looks like a poor ambience, room are so bad. Really not feeling like you are in hotel. You will feel like you are in motel where you just wanna go and then stay not recommended for family Also, the charts are not cheap

The area is nice but the hotel felt much older than what it looks like on the outside. The hallways had a weird moldy smell and our room had a mixture of food and marijuana smell, masked by cleaner. The room appeared clean, but didn’t feel clean. It wasn’t horrible but I would not stay here again.
- 1/5
Our key card didn't work for the room we were assigned to. No blow dryer. Water leaking in bathroom and kitchen sink. Linens were dirty. Also very strong odor around the rooms.
- 2/5
There was no, breakfast and parking did not feel safe
- 1/5
The breakfast was non-existent, stale snacks, no coffee. The stuff was good and the room was clean.
- 3/5
I booked it based on cost, even after reading the reviews. I was just staying 1 night before my early flight out in the morning. Bed was a brick, floor was in desperate need of a sweep/vacuum, the bathroom sink was leaky and the 1980’s faucet levers were highly corroded from this and the bathroom had a funky smell. The bed sheets looked clean so that made me happy. As a 1 night stay in a flop house it did the trick, I would not plan a vacation stay here for more than 1 night that required me to spend any significant amount of time in the room. The gentleman at the front check in was very nice so I appreciate that and the fact that parking is included. That’s why I have it the rating that I did.
- 1/5
The room was stark. The kitchen cabinets were empty. You have to place an order for kitchen ware. The TV didn’t receive a cable signal. The desk clerk told me to call the cable provider so they could walk me through reprogramming it. The hallway carpeting has seen a better day. The continental breakfast is as barebones as could be. There was no creamer for the coffee because it had run out and new supplies had not arrived. The desk clerks seemed defeated saying they couldn’t do anything. I would never stay at an Extended Stay again!!’
- 1/5
Nobody running breakfast bar (unsupervised), most items were empty, hotel missing chairs for desk, kitchen had no items to use
- 1/5
Worse than a dirty cheap motel. I was absolutely shocked at the dried up smoothie type substance of about 3 inches in diameter on the floor by the desk - the variety of food crumbs under the arm chair.. of which was in terrible and crumbling shape- should be in the trash bc no one would dare sit on it. I felt gross being in there and unsure of my overall safety to be honest. What an utter dump and completely NOT worth the money, particularly at the price point they’re charging.
- 2/5
The hotel looks ok from the outside then you go in. The staff was not helpful. Our door would not open. We would have to put to room key in and out at least 10 times every time we wanted to go in before it would work and when we asked for assistance the staff just said that the issue was not the key it was the door. No fix no solution just the door. The hotel SMELLS inside. As you walk down the hallway the bad smells change from one to the next. The room itself was fine. The best compliment I can give it is the beds were clean. The hotel allows pets so there were dogs barking and howling most nights. For the price this hotel was not worth and I will not be returning.
- 1/5
They do not serve breakfast, unlike other hotels.
- 2/5
Our toilet clogged in the morning and there was no maintenance there to fix it and no bathroom in the lobby or a staff bathroom offered- only a plunger. And no discount offered either. The elevator sounds crazy and jerks when it gets to the bottom floor- it feels like it’s about to break. And our key cards kept demagnetizing despite our efforts to keep it away from phones and other cards. Overall the place feels rundown and suggest you stay elsewhere.
- 1/5
Exterior of building had a lot of cigarette butts and not maintain or clean No chairs for desk/table
- 3/5
No ice machine! No pool. No airport shuttle. No Hot meals or food. Nothing, except 2 empty ice trays in the kitchenette. Towels in bathroom felt kinda damp-like they weren’t fully dried after laundering. Breakfast is a pre-packaged lunch fruit bar. Coffee in lobby 630a-9a was good

The only good part was, it was walking distance to target walmart and various food options. We will definitely not be staying there again and I recommended you dont either. Very disappointed.
- 2/5
Halls and room smell like smoke/cigarettes. It was hard to breathe. Only 1 working elevator and there are so many actual residents living in the hotel. Do not get room 412 because room 414 has surround sound. It sounds like you’re in a movie theater. Your entire room will vibrate from the sound effects until 3 in the morning! Don’t count on calling to complain, because nothing will be done. We booked the room counting on the kitchen and the option to be able to prepare food rather than going out to eat. Well, they did not have much for us to you. We got 1 pan and 1 mug. We decided to go to Walmart to buy additional mugs for coffee. Employees were nice & kind but I would not recommend nor return.
- 5/5
Surprisingly the laundry costs for machine and dryer was a bit steep @ $5 a pop. The terminals didn’t always work so I had to leave the property to get quarters. One of the dryers didn’t work properly and after $15 my clothes were still not dry. This is only one occurrence. All washing machines were filthy. I had to clean ones I used myself. Whoever comes to do maintenance on these washing machines is dropping the ball. When I say “filthy” I mean visible black stuff all over the insides of the lids + anywhere that should be “white” wasn’t. If I had a choice, or knew where to do my laundry as I’ve been there for over a month now, I wouldn’t use these machines at all. Gross. I probably spent $100 on laundry alone attempting to get them clean enough to wash my clothes in. This is no reflection on the staff who are great. I believe I stated early on that I had to clean the top of the fridge which was covered in sticky gross stuff I couldn’t identify. The light and fan above the stove doesn’t work. Microwave barely works. The microwave takes twice as long to cook something and I probably became sterile using it. Internet connection wasn’t above below average. There’s even an option to pay extra for better internet service???? Cmon. Great staff and management!!!! Some lower stand conditions. Corporate needs a kick in the ass and the staff deserves a raise. They also need another baggage cart as I had to purchase one on my own. A reduced rate for my efforts cleaning would be nice.
- 5/5
Super clean, great staff.
- 5/5
Great hotel and management is great as well
- 1/5
Terrible and dirty
- 1/5
This hotel needs a lot of upgrading. There was an odor of old cigarette smoke in hallways (even though it is smoke free). The towels and sheets were old. The bathroom floor had not been swept properly. There was no toilet paper and no one answered at the front desk when I called to request more. The windows were not clean either. The latch on the door to secure lock was not properly aligned. I would definitely not stay here again.
- 1/5
The room had roaches and the furniture was all messed up the elevator was so sketchy and honestly the little breakfast they offered was great until i tried it and the muffins were old.
- 5/5
The staff is golden.
- 1/5
The room they gave me was under construction they had no other room. The manager disappeared and couldn’t be located and nobody else knew how to refund my money. The place was filthy!!!
- 1/5
Old nasty place to stay, bed are uncomfortable
- 1/5
This hotel was poorly managed, unsanitary and falsely advertised pricing. There was were roaches in the hallways. The furniture and furnishings were old and dirty. This was the absolute worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. I would advise that no one stay here.
- 1/5
You can hear all neighbors , showers , people talking walking . Do not stay here! Pay the extra 100.00 and stay in a more reputable hotel. Also the breakfast is nutrigrain bars, small muffins, oatmeal in a package .
- 5/5
Being disabled is a chore at times. This location only has one cart for the entire building. I needed up buying a cart next door at Lowe’s for $150 so I can transport items eg clothes, food etc. to my room. Also, the washing mashines are filthy. I spent close to $30 on the washing machines to clean them before I did my laundry. Also, the bottom right dryer took $15 to get my clothes dry. I don’t want this to be a reflection on the staff as they were / are great.
- 3/5
Breakfast was not specified as ON THE GO. Staff was courteous and answere a few of our questions but nothing outstanding. Not what i expected from this Hotel
- 1/5
Walked in and the table was broken, the TV was broken, had a stuffy smell and basically there was no other room they could give us, had to leave and ask for a refund, they let us know that the manager was not in and to come back in the morning for a refund which is unprofessional, never again.
- 1/5
The hotel was just awful. I suggest staying ANYWHERE other than here
- 5/5
Everything was good easy check in secure parking, friendly staff Will definitely stay there again
- 1/5
Then my wife took a shower and expected the water to be hot, but unfortunately, the water was warm. No hot water available. Then I come to find out once I woke up in the morning my children told me they did not sleep with any blankets the bed they had did not have any blankets. Then in the morning, I went downstairs to get coffee. There was no coffee available and also they only have muffins. I did not expect a huge breakfast, but you would think they would have other things besides muffins and coffee available. Maybe oatmil or cereal. The area in which the coffee and muffins were available we’re pretty messy and looked like I needed some cleaning.
- 4/5
Easy parking, but my room was next to the elevator and you can hear it in the room.

The room smelt really bad. The water pressure wasn’t that great. The people above us were so loud and when we called on them the person answered the phone said everyone complains about them but they won’t stop. Elevator felt unsafe. More of a variety for breakfast. Just didn’t feel like it was extended stay standards.
- 1/5
Room smelled bad. Musty or moldy
- 3/5
Clean. No shampoo& conditioner, no tea, no coffee maker , no tissues. Parking easy
- 4/5
Kitchen was not equipped with utensils. We had to go and ask them for it. Even then they said it wasn't available. We had 2 small children with us. After asking and insisting they provided us with 1 pan, 2 cups, 2 plates, 1 bowl, 1 spoon and 1 knife. I specifically booked Extended Stay as this provided kitchen. Other than the kitchen issue all else was good. We booked a double queen bed room, although it was a double bed not a queen.
- 2/5
Old and worn out. TV was broken, picture was blue. No kitchenware in the kitchen. Had to ask at the front desk. Didn’t realize till 10:00 pm. No shampoo in the bathroom. Dirty towel. The included breakfast was a couple of packets of instant oatmeal and some small packaged muffins. The plumbing was backing up. Had I flushed the room would have been flooded. The hotel would not plunge the toilet but had me come to the front desk to borrow a plunger. It was $50/night cheaper than the Courtyard next door. Not worth the savings.
- 2/5
Room was not cleaned well, floors were dirty. Constantly smelled like smoke even though we don’t smoke and it was a non-smoking room.
- 5/5
Buen hotel lastima lo antiguo del hotel y del anye
- 3/5
I was very disappointed. We were in town for an event and needed a room for 1 night. The first room we were put in smelled like Marijuana really bad and the floors had piles of dirt. The lobby clerk quickly apologized and moved us to a different room that was much cleaner. However, after getting to the new room we found there was no shower curtain or blow dryer. And the bathroom floor had small pools of water. One elevator was broken and the other sounded like it wasnt gonna last much longer either. The hotel in general seemed to need better house keeping staff and some upgrades. The lobby staff however were vwry friendly. It worked for a quick 1 night stay but we will not be going back.
- 1/5
2. Kitchen sink and bathroom sink both clogged. 3. Bathroom didn't had lights. 4. No proper utensils. Utensils were dirty. 5. Passage was full of cigarette smell. 6. Breakfast is not avaliable even at 7 am. I need full refund for the stay. I will not recommend anyone to stay.
- 2/5
Good service
- 1/5
Rooms had unpleasant smell which looks like a haunted place. Booked this hotel for kitchen. Hotel staff provided rusted and teflon coat removed vessels as if they are giving it for free/ courtesy.
- 4/5
I feel The floor was not swept nor mopped! I had a large amount of dog hair on the soles of our slippers and socks. Other than the floor the room was clean! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I love the fact that I can cook my meals and not have to eat out and spend more money than necessary! We will be back! We enjoyed our stay!

Dirty and nasty
- 1/5
The Hotel smells mariquana upon entering into the lobby. Customer service is very poor. I was standing at the front desk and have inquiry and then the front liner responded to me without showing her face and just answered my questions without seeing her. The place is convenient and close to everything that we needed but it’s not pleasant and not recommendable.

We paid for 4 days for a customer. He couldn't show up the first day, so I called the following day in the morning. Extended Stay America Burbank had cancelled the reservation for all the days for not showing up and kept the money. No refunds, not chance to use the other paid days. We had to reserve a hotel room and pay again - but of course we did it in different hotel. Never again.

Staff
- 1/5
Unfortunately, the overall condition and atmosphere of the hotel were deeply disappointing. The quality was comparable to a budget motel, which is not what I anticipated from your brand. The hallway smelled strongly of smoke, and the carpet appeared heavily worn and unclean, as though it had not been properly maintained for a significant period of time. Additionally, the elevator felt unsafe and poorly maintained, to the point that I was genuinely apprehensive about using it. These issues made the stay uncomfortable and far from what I consider acceptable for a business traveler. Based on this experience, I do not plan to stay at this location again. I am providing this feedback with the hope that these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed so future guests do not encounter the same problems.
- 1/5
Great location but I’m sure you can find something else nearby. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 1/5
The place was dirty and smelly
- 5/5
The room was fine ... but Nobody stays here looking for perfection! It was well above any reasonable standard and well above the Extended Stay in Glendale. The front desk crews around the clock were always professional and always willing to help. The rest of the staff was always willing to help make the stay just that much better. My ONLY complaint is with the plastic key card system. The cards always demagnetized, and the locks on the back outside door, the laundry room, and my room were always tentative. But the staff was always willing to re-do the keys any time I asked, morning noon and night!
- 2/5
Window would not close told management. Never got fixed rooms needed paint and work really ran down look inside and no seats to sit outside or anywhere except your room one of our chairs had a big stain in the bottom of it they was only 1/2 booked and we asked for an extra pillow and was told sorry don’t have any. TVs are not smart so can’t watch your own movie channels
- 4/5
Easy parking, room was clean

I booked two rooms through hotels.com. When I showed up to the property, they told me they could only see one reserved room. The had me book the second room through them. I ended up being charged for three rooms. They said I was a no show on that second room they couldn't find from the hotels.com reservation. I asked hotels.com to work on getting the third room charge refunded and was told Extended Stay America refused after multiple attempts. One of the rooms was filthy. Pubic hairs in the sheets and bathroom. Lobby and elevators were a mess with food on the floors and delayed maintenance. Extremely disappointed and will not stay at this location again.

The property is a bit dirty. The breakfast was lousy. store bought muffins and coffee. That was it. Lacking in amenities. will not go back.

STAFF GOOD 👍
- 5/5
Room was clean and inviting the room service hospitality was great custodian engineer lady gave us extra towels and paper. Front staff was polite and gracious the bald guy at desk helped out when we forgot our wall plugs to charge phones for a day which was unconditionally helpful to us as a family for that was a very nice gesture instead of being told to buy one at store. The next day I did buy a new plug at store and return his !
- 1/5
The whole floors hallway was foggy and smelled like someone was overcooking chicken in the hallway the room was old the bed was old there were bugs in the air conditioner unit and there was a volleyball tournament in the room above us
- 4/5
Parking was good and the people at the front desk were very nice and friendly. Room was comfy and a good overall experience
- 2/5
We were suprised to learn there was no ice machine. After a long journey, we checked into our hotel. We Brought fixings for an adult beverage, but to our surprise there was no ice! Also, outside area was sketchy with what looked like urine all over the place. Just outside exit door. Trash in parking lot. Sketchy people hanging out in cars smoking dope. I guess this is what's expected when your in LA - but damn we could have used a drink after our long drive!
- 5/5
Secure parking. Friendly and helpful desk person. Proximity of shopping center. Comfortable beds.
- 2/5
Poor facility maintenance, place is Filthy, Very surprised since I travel frequently and this is the first time I have found ESA in these conditions.
- 2/5
This property needs rehabilitation, it’s very broken down and dirty. Floors were very dirty, elevator permit expired, ver run down. Should have taken some photos but had only taken one.
- 4/5
The first room I was given had a locked bathroom door and a phone that didn't work. The second room they gave me had an AC that was on its last leg, and one of the lights didn't work. A bathtub stopper was not provided. Other than that, the property is quiet, comfortable and I would definately stay here again
- 2/5
The room itself could’ve been cleaner housekeeping. Definitely missed quite a bit of items on the floor, and there were also lots of outside noises starting at 4 AM that kept us all up to the night.
- 3/5
I have stayed here a few times when my boyfriend and I get to spend time together. The breakfast is nothing more than a snack bar, the hotel staff is great especially the young guy at the front. I wish i remembered his name. The elevators are sketchy and I got stuck in them once. I will always use the stairs now.
- 1/5
The room smelled bad. The kitchen stove looked like it was not cleaned in years. The 1 staff that checked me in was not talkative. The photos vs what i saw was deceiving

This hotel is not as advertised. Photos online are very deceiving as the hotel is run down and needs a renovation very badly. Though in a nice area, the hotel resembles an old motel. Our second floor room, which we took the stairs to reach because of the shaky/unreliable elevator, was sad to see. It had faulty lighting, a damaged desk, dirty curtains, a chipped bathtub, noisy AC unit, and no ironing board. It was also in need of repainting. Moreover, we had to ask for each piece of kitchen equipment to use the built in kitchenette (very inconvenient) and the “grab and go” breakfast was so limited it should be called a snack. Many times, the front desk was left unattended and several of my calls for assistance went unanswered. To add insult to injury, the fire alarm went off falsely at 1am in the morning on the last night of my stay. It woke my entire family and with no announcement from staff we chose to evacuate the hotel with my two young children. We sat in the parking lot to ensure our safety with several other guests and searched for staff to try to understand what happened.
- 1/5
This hotel sounded good while booking. When I arrived no one was at front desk, took about 10min to get help. Once I made it to the 3rd floor it smelled like someone left salami in the entire hallway, bad smell and dirty carpets. My room had a broken bed, my child nearly fell when they sat on the bed. It was rocking back and forth with missing screws and one of the legs dangling. To make matters worse, the beds had bedbugs and the fire alarm goes off at 1am!! I called the front desk just to make sure if it was real and this is how they answered the phone, " yes it is, evacuate if you feel the need to" WOW!. We grabbed all our stuff and left this place. Horrible service, horrible rooms and beds. Do not recommend at all.
- 3/5
Not even a cup in the room. no hair dryer

Toallas muy desgastadas y no había de mano y de cara solo para salir de la ducha,el staff mis respetos son amables, cordiales, educados y amigables felicitaciones por sus empleados sobre todo los del front desk super!!!
- 1/5
Place is dirty and run down. Right when you walk in it smells bad and old. The elevators are sketchy and feel unsafe. The room claimed to be non smoking, but could definitely smell old smoke lingering and it smelled moldy. Super outdated building and definitely needs some renovations and upgrading. The door latch meant to add extra security to the door was loose and wobbling off the wall, so it was pointless. The kitchen appliances were old, loud and dirty. Would never stay here again.
- 4/5
The location is perfect located in the same shopping center as a Walmart target and many other things room was super stuffy but the ac works really good so no really a problem as long as the ac doesn’t bother you
- 4/5
Smells musty, old looking furniture, leaking sinks and shower, dirty. Staff doesn’t acknowledge you. Continental breakfast ends at 9:30, and at 9:15 they only had coffee……area is okay. Woke up with bites all over my body. Must definitely have bugs or insects in rooms. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Hair in the shower like clumps in the drain & all over the shower…bed dirty…smelt bad in the whole entire building

It was pretty neutral ... I mean, what do we really need in a motel: a bed, bathroom, TV, dogs allowed ... all that was just fine. But then you meet the staff. And that's when you realize why people love this place. I've never met a staff more like long term friends than "workers". The staff makes this good motel a GREAT motel.

Room was ok there lots of hair balls around the bed. The bathroom had bugs by the shower. Scared the living out of me. When I tried killing them they went under the wood panel behind the toilet. I did not have this problem the last time i stayed there.
- 3/5
Towels smell like wet dog. People who aren't staying there come in and sit in the stairwells and charge their phones.
- 1/5
This extended stay round down, the lobby entrance dirty, hallway carpet dirty and smells, its a big need of paint and repairs, up to. The room needs painting badly, furniture old, just all needs some TLC. One elevator does not work. The staff do what they can. The other visitors looked like folks off the street and look like they use this as permanent housing. The windows need to be washed in and out. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
It was great

Central location

The rooms had a terrible smell, the elevator makes a lot of noises doesn’t sound safe at all. We had 2 rooms and one of them was super ran down. It’s not worth the money and personally I’d never stay here again. Dirty sheets and just the smell overall was bad.
- 1/5
Do not stay here. This is the weirdest trashiest hotel I have ever stayed at and in they charged me a $12 fee because I did not “officially checkout” by noon. We were out of the room at 11:30pm and there was no one at the front desk. I went to get a smoothie nearby and was back at 12:30 but Cam said, it was too late and he had to charge me the fee! Outrageous. The rooms feel like you are staying at a hostel.

guy tried to break in my room
- 2/5
Only good for a one night stay, if you have no other option because it is budget friendly. Don’t count on the breakfast because it’s literally just oatmeal packets, granola bars and coffee, no fresh fruit. The lobby and the hallway smelled funky. Our room smelled OK yet every piece of furniture and wall was dinged up like some type of fight had happened in there. The walls are thin, the rooms are outdated, and we wouldn’t stay here again, but if you need a place on a budget, this might be it.

They change

The hotel was very dirty from the parking lot to the rooms stains in the carpet room smells like must spilled water on the floor wioed it up with a towell it was black after doing that had to ask for pots and pans etc housekeeps didnt speak english place smelled like pot we left a day early and went to a different hotel

The room was not clean. The beds were not clean, forcing a change of sheets. There were no coffee maker or supplies in the room. Just for examples.

Scary place
- 5/5
Very good stay
- 3/5
Was on a nonsmoking floor and it smelled like cigar really bad! Other than that I like the location. Near a lot of stores.
- 5/5
Overall great stay and price point.
- 4/5
Customer service needs improvement.
- 2/5
The place is run down. I stayed at other extended stay America and the property was well maintained.
- 1/5
Un maintain property

Nothing to add
- 5/5
It waz cool
- 1/5
Worst place I had ever stayed at.
- 3/5
This property was not as expected given the star rating and the photos on Expedia. Staff was friendly at check in. Hotel was in poor shape, rooms did not smell fresh and were not well kept. Complimentary breakfast consisted of coffee and a hand full of nutrigrain bars.
- 4/5
I really enjoyed how accommodating the staff were on my arrival and my overall experience was phenomenal.
- 2/5
At check-in, staff was very friendly. Not so much at check-out. Maintenance person at desk and said they were busy, so he wanted the key. I explained that i needed to let them know, again, about issues with room. He stated that basically the way it is. They'll fix things as they see fit. I told him the shower rod was hanging by loose screws. He said they fix things after. I explained that it was like that when we arrived so it was obviously not fixed at the last check-out. He was was simply rude and shrugged his shoulders, like "oh well". Elevator was a bit sketchy. Out-of-date certifications and only 1 elevator worked. A couple constantly blocking the back entrance smoking weed. Air vents covered in dirt and lint. Smell in room was musty. Zero water pressure. We have stayed at other extended stays and always had great experience. But this property needs serious updating. And a nicer maintenance man.
- 4/5
The only bad thing is only one Elevator works for the all Hotel
- 5/5
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed at many different Extended Stay Americas over the years, but my recent stay at the Burbank Airport location really stood out. I was there for just over two weeks, and I’m honestly almost flabbergasted by how nice the staff was and how clean the entire facility was. This location is by far superior to any of the others I’ve stayed at. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know about the great experience I had here!

The sheets were clean but the over all the whole hotel was dirty. The chair had something all over it that we cleaned with wipes
- 1/5
Everything about the room was horrible. The reclining chair that was in there looked like it had been chewed up by a dog at some point the carpet was filthy had at least 12 pieces of gum stuck in it. The windows were filthy to the point where you almost couldn’t see out of them. The air conditioning only work intermittently. The mattress was super hard, and the pillows were totally flat with no support whatsoever. The ironing board was broken.
- 2/5
Did not have a good experience
- 3/5
When I first came into the room, I noticed stains on the carpet and that the bedding wasn’t neat. The bedskirt although not a “HUGE DEAL” was pushed into the mattress and also the curtains did not fully close. Checking in was

Hallways and elevator smelled like mold and was humid with dirt rough . Pots and pans not available. Room was not reserved .
- 5/5
Very wonderful stay

They were group of guys at the end of parking lot, another guy smoking weed on his car by where we park. No security around

Pretty sure the room had bed bugs since my legs had a ton of bites by morning. I was so itchy with bites that I thought it would be good to take a quick shower. Hopped in the shower only to find that I had stepped on a dirty wet jock strap in the tub that had been left behind by the previous guest. So gross.
- 2/5
The property was okay, definitely out dated, not really that clean and service isn’t really prompt but if you just need a place to lay your head it’s recommendable if you’re looking for luxury probably wouldn’t recommend
- 2/5
We chose this hotel because of the kitchen and convenience of the stores near by, however this hotel needs alot of TLC. There are no kitchen ware, which you can request for, but they don't have much available. The one working elevator glitches and shakes which, was very scary.
- 4/5
Some of the rooms already have damage and noticeable stains on the bed and floor.
- 3/5
Cheap, rundown, depressing place. Never go there again. Beds offer NO COMFORT. Like sleeping on a bed of springs. None of the appliances they offer are there, so that means for the $170+ price I paid, I have to bring up those APPLIANCES/HOUSEWARES???? They should already be in the room! The only conclusion is that this property is Asian-owned.
- 1/5
Very dated.Inside felt like I was off skid row where people disappear. Lack of TVApps, no shampoo/conditioner. Advertised breakfast was a lie. One evelator worked Very slowly, the other did not work. Deferred maintenance. Don't walk away from the hotel, run away and never come back.
- 3/5
I liked that it was walking distance to the shopping center. I did not like that the rug was ripped and stained, the outlet in the bathroom did not work.
- 3/5
I booked a double bed room for a wedding for 3 nights; Room was large and spacious with kitchen and large beds; I had to ask for shampoo/body wash and I had to turnin the dirty towels for new ones at front desk; They don't clean room every day, just every 15 days or checkout or $10 if you request it; No pots and pans or cutlery (again ask for it at front desk); but location is walking distance to shops and resturants, target, REI, Lowes, etc.
- 3/5
This property was decent. It is a good place to get some rest, however the sheets felt dirty, the floors were filthy, and the room amenities, such as plates, cups silverware, were available only on request. Which we did request and was never fulfilled. No coffee maker, no shampoo or conditioner. Very plain and bare. Only positive thing was the near by shopping center, walkable. Lastly, the worst part is the stench of the entire 2nd floor.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Good, clean, simple room. Stayed one night and left early in the morning. Morning coffee and muffins were available (I only had the coffee).
- 2/5
The room wasn't very clean, and fixtures were broken.
- 4/5
It’s a good place to stay base on location and surrounding areas
- 3/5
.
- 4/5
Microwave is rusty, sides of the cupboard had stains and didn’t get wiped off. Elevator area smelled of smoke even though it’s a non- smoking area. Other than that, everything else is good. Location is good as well.
- 4/5
If you want a clean affordable place in a good area this is your hotel. Not the fanciest place by far but nice enough and plenty of places to eat or shop near the hotel. The breakfast is coffee and oatmeal, not much of a breakfast if you’re looking for a hotel like that. But room had a kitche.
- 4/5
Found someone else's hair under the sheets and the refrigerator is old and needs to be upgraded. No housekeeping provided for stays under a week, but you can request towels, etc. That said, the staff was very nice and the nightly rates are very reasonable and they're one of the few places that doesn't charge for overnight parking.
- 3/5
The hotel and rooms are a bit dated with dark colors, but everything was very clean. There were no dishes in the kitchen. When I called the desk, no one answered. I went down and was told that all the dishes were dirty. I finally got them to find me a cup so I could make coffee in the morning. Their grab and go breakfast provided nothing I could eat: all carbs. This is not the kind of breakfast I was used to from other "breakfast included" hotels.
- 3/5
Just okay
- 4/5
Nice and quiet
- 3/5
Hotel could use updating. Had to ask for kitchen utensils instead of them already provided in the room.
- 1/5
This is bare-bones lodging but upcharged 2x due to distance from attractions. You get a bed and a thin bar of soap for your amenities, and that's it. Room is small. The hallway carpeting could use odor-removing cleaning. The "free breakfast" is black coffee (no milk or creamer) and a bunch of processed/packaged stuff - nutrigrain bars, muffins, and oatmeal packets.
- 5/5
Muy contenta con el servicio y sobre todo con la persona que me atendio en el front desk muy atento y amable felicidades

This is a great location. AC was not cold and Joe installed a new unit wi

The hotel smell terrible moldy, humidity wet rug, not what I expected. I had to check out 1 day early. To find another hotel.
- 5/5
A convenient place to spend the night for a fast Busiens traveling trip. Friendly Staff . Happy staying
- 2/5
This hotel was very dirty and rundown. It smelled very bad! The water in shower doesn’t get hot. And even the elevator sounded like it was going to break. The staff was very kind but I will not be staying here again.
- 3/5
We had problems with finding parking for the bus.
- 2/5
All. Can say is it was the cheapest hotel in the area on that particular day and I can see why. Surprising given the location. It reeked of food in the hallways. Was afraid to walk barefoot anywhere in my room and prayed that the sheets were cleaned. I guess if you’re desperate or your company is paying for it but I’d never stay there again. The so called breakfast is the worst coffee you have ever had and it’s muffins in a basket. Probably a week old and stale. Absolute dump.
- 5/5
My only wish was that there was maybe more grass for my dog to be able to explore but we were able to go to a park nearby.
- 3/5
Location is convenient. The one complaint I have that'll stop me from staying here again is that the shower had zero pressure.
- 1/5
It was horrible. The tub was leaking, had insects all over the place. Noisy environment and cleaning services.
- 4/5
Solo el Microwave estaba muy feo tenia mucho mojo
- 4/5
Perfect spot, just needs some TLC inside the hotel.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was extraordinarily kind and that made our stay even better!
- 2/5
My room was filthy. I cleaned my own floors and the towels were black. Lots of food crumbs as qwell. The dresse drawers were broken as well.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing people helpful and everything worked very nicely only recommendation is instructions on how to use the TV remote it was a little confusing for me
- 4/5
Needs updated. Staff was friendly but the hotel has seen better days.
- 2/5
I stayed Saturday 22nd, checked in at 10 pm and left today 24th at 9 am. The room looked clean and at night I would hear lots footsteps and pounding of what I think was a suitcase but I was a bit upset to see when I wanted to reheat my tacos in the microwave. That there was leftover food left from the previous tenant. It smelled like rotten milk/cheese and the stench lingered out of the microwave into the room. Cold tacos and smelly room was the final moments of my time there.
- 5/5
The place was super perfect kind people there

-Halls smelled like pastrami and feet -Clock and fridge was buzzing all night like a fly -Towels were worn out and some were dirty -No shampoo -COLD Shower every night. Asked to repair but wasn’t addressed -Slow drain sink -Dirty toilet -Mold on the side of the toilet -No option for room cleaning -Electric key cards broke every night This was bad.
- 2/5
Dirty room, broken elevator and damaged 2nd elevator, very limited resources (didn’t have dishes and things that was said to be available), the “free breakfast” was coffee, tea packets, and muffins only.
- 1/5
Never again
- 1/5
They cancel my room the day of.
- 4/5
I always enjoy my stays at ESA. I like having a kitchen and full fridge in my room.
- 3/5
Check in was smooth. Went to to request kitchenware items. Was told would be some time. Had an issue with door, front desk staff came up and resolved. Requested kitchenware items update and was told "That's not my job". Called down after over an hr and was told "I'm alone and you would need to come down". Went down to discover is was the same front desk staff who told my husband it wasn't her job. She was a little snappy and had a lil attitude. Other than children running around on the floor above us, the stay was ok.
- 3/5
I found it gross that the plastic drinking cups and kleenex were on the bar behind/over the toilet, when there is a sink and counter outside the bathroom. Need to have the elevators serviced so both work and the doors dont squeel like stuck pigs.
- 4/5
Thank you so much
