All the staff were extremely helpful!

We had to leave before breakfast, but had a fairly good chicken quesadilla for dinner. Parking was convenient. Room was very spacious and had all necessary amenities. Linens were nice and the bed comfortable. The bartender did not understand our order and brought wine that I didn't order and charged much more for that terrible wine than the wine I ordered cost. We were limited in what we bought for dinner because beef was advertised as "beyond meat".

We did not get the room type we booked. In 3 days our room was never cleaned. Apparently they have a new system and it has glitches. As of today we are not charged for parking though.

Poolside seating was perfect for our family gathering. Staff was AWESOME all around. Ollie had my AC unit fixed in less than ten minutes. Will be back again!

This is not a luxury hotel - it is geared toward efficiency. So it was quite good in that sense - close to the airport, an on-site eatery (though minimalist), a small concession with sodas, energy drinks, chips, energy bars, etc. The room was clean and sufficient in terms of amenities. The bed was hard and the cooling system turned on and off noisily (although not moreso than usual). I asked for a quiet room and definitely got one, facing away from the noisy street nearby (thank-you to the staff for that!). The stay was pleasant enough but if I had not needed to be near Burbank airport I would not have stayed there. Since I did need to be there, it was quite adequate and pleasant.

The location for the airport was great and it was also very quiet. The highlight for me was the staff. They were very warm and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. I need to make special mention of Joey on reception. She is a credit to the hotel and is the main reason why I feel it was such a positive stay. WiFi

Breakfast was to be included in our rate, and she was so crabby, mean and made me feel like a derelict for asking if it was included. It really left a sour taste in my mouth. Also, the location did not accept my form of payment as indicated on the booking website.

No where to put clothes but 2 little drawers . Again, designed poorly for more than 1 person. No where to place clothes to change in bathroom, you would have to use the floor or what I had to do was find an empty bag to hang on a towel hanger to put clean clothes and towel to change after showering . Beds too small. Was not actual queens but full even though we paid for Queen . No bathroom mat provided and the tub super slippery. Toilet was not powerful and would flush very slowly since we arrived and had to call maintenance to plunge which we would prefer or do it ourselves . Pros: Hotel is at a wonderful location having target and many other stores footsteps away or a very short drive. Hotel is nice overall with a beautiful courtyard (figures why it’s in the name). I booked this stay two weeks in advance. The meeting was rescheduled two days later to occur two weeks later. Expedia doesn't allow cancellations (or rescheduled stays) except under very restrictive circumstances with their insurance. I was forced to forfeit the cost of the stay. I will not book a stay a Marriott through Expedia again!

Staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Check in was simple. Room was very clean and well maintained. Bar area was well lit, had plenty of space and offered many options. Parking was plentiful and offered several handicapped spots which were needed. Location was close to anything you'd need. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Close to stores restaurants very clean

My room was left unclean, no clean sheets, no clean towels. When I asked at the front desk, I was told they only clean every 2 days. No where in the reservation was that articulated. There were no signs displayed that the room would not be attended to. There were no signs in the bathroom that the towels would NOT be changed or sheets cleaned. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Property was located next to shopping center. The drawbacks were repairs needed. A/C wasn't working and closet door would not open.

Very clean and good location. We really only slept there because we got there at 10pm and left by 7am but it was very clean, quiet and safe. Parking was an extra $25 which I did see ahead of time but was hoping they'd not charge since they are in a big (and pretty safe) shopping center where there is tons of other free parking within just a min walk away. Ive stayed here once before and it was clean, comfortable and in good shape. That's why I decided to stay here. We were going to be coming in from a long drive from vegas so I wanted to arrive somewhere very comfortable after the long drive. Would recommend if you can get a good price. Sometimes it's a bit expensive so Ive avoided it on other trips to burbank. Overall great if you can get good pricing and even better if you park in the shopping center or even just on the street to avoid additional $25 parking fee

I loved being walking distance to multiple stores and how the traffic flow makes it safe for pedestrians.

I immediately went to the Lobby and brought this to their attention, at one point receptionist told me there were no rooms to move me mined you this was around 1:00 o’clock in the morning then she said I can put you in a suit, I was going to check out that day. When I checked out I inquired about the room that they needed to fumigate . I killed (1) there might have been more. I took pictures. I was so nervous that one might have nestled on my clothes since I had some on the bed. For guest who will stay at the Court Yard Marriott Los Angeles Burbank on Empire street , PLEASE beware and check the bed throughly

We had a wonderful stay

The internet was horrible. I always pay for the premium internet at Marriott. I usually stay at the courtyard Marriott at Hawthorne or the other one at LAX, but decided to stay in Burbank for a change (even tho it was needlessly more expensive). But the internet was so bad, every time I’d start doing some work, it would cut in and out over and over. The app I use for work said that the internet was constantly restarting and a stable stream wouldn’t be possible. That’s pretty awful. In this day and age, when a large part of the population relies on stable internet for work, paying a premium for it at a Marriott property should guarantee that you have uninterrupted service at all times. It was unusable all weekend, so I had to rely on my phone’s hotspot which, while struggling a bit, did allow me to get work done. I won’t stay at Burbank again and I’ll only stay at my usual properties. On the plus side, the staff was amazing and extremely understand and tried various ways to be helpful, so I do thank them for that.

I stayed on the second floor, and their ceilings/ walls are hollow or something. Heard footsteps above me and neighbors through the wall. Don’t get a window facing the shopping center as it gets a bit noisy at night

We did have a brief mishap while staying here. BUT, the General Manager and her management staff and team took care of us right away. We were extremely satisfied and happy with our stay. We will definitely be staying again!

The shower was dirty when we arrived. The towels and sheets had marks on them. We were uncomfortable since the room felt dirty.

Everything was good. Not five stars only because it isn’t as close to universal studios as it says when booking. Says 10 min. But actually much closer to 20 min away. If proximity to universal isn’t a priority I would recommend

My remote wouldn’t work upon my arrival and the front desk asked if I would like to wait until the morning for a replacement. Instead of asking me if I wanted a replacement that night or if they could provide batteries. They didn’t clean the room even though I stayed two nights and didn’t inform me that they wouldn’t clean the room until AFTER we left! Which makes no sense. If you wasn’t going to clean it until after I should have been notified upon arrival.

But they can take the order and pick up as take out. Really? On the fourth floor, you can hear and feel the vibration from AC unit on roof. Thin walls, woke up 1:30 am because next room talking too loud. You can hear everything thru the joint room door, while in bed! Room is clean, bed comfortable, but will not stay at this location because didn’t get a good night sleep and lack of room services. Over priced for what’s being offered.

Will not be staying again, we paid for breakfast as part of our room, and so when we go have breakfast, we were being charged for everything we ordered- from bread, to orange juice, etc… I asked the lady that we paid for breakfast option and she said oh it’s only for one items per person??? What? We ended paying so much money for something that should have been part of our room package, and on top, the breakfast we ordered had bacon when we asked for no pork or bacon. Definitely will not be coming back here, too expensive for basic stuff when other hotels include all you can eat etc….

My one critique is there are no in room safes. Had I known that at the time of booking, I most definitely would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Safety of my belongings is important.I shouldn’t be stressed carrying around my valuables or worrying about leaving my value in the hotel. Neither option are ideal.

It was a good stay but there was a loud humming noise outside of our room that kept us awake. Food from the restaurant was good. Beds were comfortable but that noise was a lot and we probably won’t stay here again.

Parking was an additional expense not disclosed by Expedia. For such a remote location to everything i couldn’t believe they would charge that.

Well balanced stay

Due to the strong winds, the power went out for almost my entire stay. We were left in the dark for 12 hours with no accommodation or discount. Room was very nice though.

Stayed here for one night. We were taking a Warner Bros studio tour next day and is close to the hotel. Hotel is clean and is in a good location. Rei and target are next door. No breakfast included in the hotel price. Have to pay for the parking. Overall a decent hotel for the price.

Our room was on the 4th floor! We had to use the stairs most of the time because the other elevator was way too far! Also there was a non-stop buzzing noise! I think it was from being at the top floor where the A/C is. I don't know but it was really disturbing. The staff was really nice! I will probably stay here in the future. I Will make sure is not on the 4th floor.

Went for 3 nights 11/8-11/11. Everything was great, service, cleanliness, stay. Walking distance to Walmart, Target, TjMaxx and a bunch of other stores and restaurants. Loved this stay and will definitely be back.

If it had a hair dryer in the room and free breakfast id give it a 5, but it was good and well kept. My bed needed to be rotated or flipped it was kinda bad but extra pillows helped. Prices were reasonable considering how expensive everything is there.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful.There is a shopping center right next to the hotel with lots of shopping and dinning options, super convenient. The hotel also had a microwave and fridge, so having snacks and quick meals to heat up was an option too. The only bummer was the $22.00 per day parking fee, otherwise it was a great stay 👍

We loved to easy access to and from the freeway, shopping and the Burbank airport. The pool was amazing! The restaurant was convenient for morning coffee but we also enjoyed the Starbucks nearby. We had to pay a daily parking fee. The elevator was slow, and the cleaning staff did not come even though we requested the maid service. The AC unit in our room what somewhat annoying and was constantly going on and of. There was a good sized refrigerator and microwave in our room as well. Overall a decent stay.

The property and area surrounding it was very nice. Just a few things that should improve would be the pillows and the toilet paper. The pillows were fluffy, but smashed down when laid on. No support. The toilet paper was so thin that you had to use two to three times the amount. For the nightly rate we paid, pillows and toilet paper should not be an issue.

This is my go to place to stay for business travel to Los Angeles. Very convenient and has so many options to offer around it. As a business woman travelling i feel very safe here.
