Everything was great. Came back to the hotel with our beds made and trash out every night. Faculty very helpful and nice. I feel like the breakfast could have more options.

Very nice staff. Safe area with covered parking. Clean & quiet. Comfortable bed. Bathroom faucet needs to be a full stream and NOT a spray. More detailed cleaning (floor/carpet edges, faucets, terrible/thin toilet paper, expensive 2-days = $720)

The location was great and really close to Universal Studios. It’s wasn’t the cleanest. It wasn’t horrible by any means, there was just a lot hair in the shower. They moved us to a nee room and there was some hair but not as bad as the first one.

The property was nice. Convenient location. The parking was free. We were able to use the guest laundry room. The continental breakfast was a plus!

This is a excellent location,real close to Studios, restaurants, Universal,one day we did not use our car,walked to WB,to lunch to dinner.the Staff were great, especially the front desk Low water pressure,we ended up doing sponge baths,was not worth taking shower The breakfast was okay,but repeatedly eggs and Bacon/sausage

Staff was super helpful and responsive, room was clean and comfy, parking is easy right under the property and they have a pretty standard continental breakfast. Great value stay!

Superb staff. Big rooms. Great location to walk to so many great restaurants. Solid breakfast. 10 minute Lyft to Universal Studios. Tiny, cold pool. Seemed understaffed, as the desk attendant was running the entire hotel, requiring us to leave our room and go downstairs to the desk for any issues. One complaint - housekeeping started vacuuming neighboring rooms at 7am. 7am?!? I’m on vacation and want to sleep. Can’t they wait until 9:30am when they stop serving breakfast? Ruined my one day to catch up on sleep for the entire week.

The room was large and reasonably comfortable. But I would never stay there again based on my comments below. The walls are paper thin. Other guests came into their room at 3:30am and turned on the TV very loud, and were talking very loud, sufficiently to wake me up (I am a very deep sleeper). I called the front desk to ask them to locate the noise and address it. They replied that they couldn't find it. I then asked to move to another room. They told me they didn't have another room. Then, after an hour, I got a call from the front desk saying they had a room in another wing which they moved me into and I could finally get back to sleep. At 5:00am.

The staff were so nice, breakfast was amazing and the room was exceptionally clean. Definitely would stay here again for future trips.

The property was convenient, the room was nice, bed comfortable, quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee were really poor quality. The room filter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years (I did it myself), the coffee machines had likely not been cleaned in a while either because the coffee brand was decent (Kirkland), but ugh… the taste! The breakfast was some kind of egg product and really fatty sausage. The weight room needed the yoga ball inflated. Other than the food though, the area was nice/walkable and everything else was fine. Oh! The shower water pressure was really low. It was hard to rinse off.

The breakfast wasn't that great. I expected a little better. The shower and sink pressure is terrible. Its a little older, some wear and tear but look past it I guess.

It’s very close to everything we like including Universal Studios. The main entrance to the parking/hotel. People park there to check in…. No staff advises anybody to park downstairs as a better, and safe alternative.

This property was very conveniently located for our visit to Warner Bros Studios. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom shower was dated and not made for anyone over 5 foot. We could hear the people upstairs at all hours, but I think that was more a ding on the guests than the hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were large. I gave 4 stars because our thermostat didn’t work and the elevator was broken but that was fixed this morning. Parking was free and the breakfast was good.

Something I noticed in reviews… our AC unit didnt turn on AT the unit. I turned it on and then used the dial on the wall to make it work. Then it worked perfect. Apparently there isss an elevator that comes from the garage to the front lobby, fyi. I just didn’t notice it. Theres also multiple levels in the underground garage.. we parked on the immediate floor that we entered. It was straight forward pricing, no surprises. We slept, it was good. The TV was wonky with the TV guide (and how they line up with channels) but theres a spongebob 24/7 channel if you have kids haha. We called to check out and nothing was weird about any of it. We felt safe, which is big for me. I dont wake up early enough to check out the breakfast haha.

We were met by a very friendly desk clerk who gave us an early check in for a vry reasonable fee. The room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner/heating had this stale odor as if it hadn't been used in years. It gave the room a strong unpleasant smell. After allowing it to run while we were out, the ordor slightly cleared up. There was a chair at the desk that hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was so much food and crumbs in the chair, even after cleaning i told my son not to sit on it. Also, the couch had what appeared to be stain. Luckily I keep cleaning supplies in my car especially for hotel stays. I spent at least 30 mins cleaning before getting comfortable. But staying here has reminded me to buy a dust buster or portable vacuum cleaner. The bathroom was pretty clean. Make sure to check the towels a couple had stains. But i always bring my own just in case. Surprisingly even with this review i would stay here again.

We travel to Universal Studios 5-6 times a year and stay either in Hilton or Sheraton at the Universal City. This time around there were no rooms available there so we chose this place randomly. Not a good experience and will not return.

Location is very convenient to Warner Bros. studio tour. We walk there in five minutes. Downfalls we had ripped bedsheets. Very warm family did not turn the air-conditioning on in common areas and the breakfast in the morning could’ve been better.

This is the hotel we will now stay every time we come to Universal. It’s very clean. So quiet. Easy to park and free. 5 mins drive to Universal. For the price the property is not worth the stay.. Have paid less for a better stay. Noisy, no roll in beds available even when requested.. Toilet in restroom was loose when sitting. Back window leads to alley. No shop for essentials at hotel. No water offered at all- even at check in or in room.

My concern was that, this morning in odor of weed was near the elevators on the level G1. Probably a customer was smoking.

The breakfast was very minimal and a little disappointing but was included with the room price. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The gym and pool are both very small and one of the treadmills was out of order. The staff were all very friendly. The shower head was at kid level height so instead of spraying down, it sprayed straight at my face. Slow elevator.

cleaning service came during our three night stay twice , once at 3:15 pm and 4:15 pm. awful time for cleaning services. water pressure REALLY bad. I talked to frot desk about what time cleaning service would come to my room so I can make sure I'm gone . they didn't know they said. terrible.

Our room had blood on the sheets and the front office staff only offered to being me new sheets. Nobody could come change them and no defund was possible as the manager did not answer. He said "You should have told me earlier, there is nothing I can do now'.

The hotel is ok. It’s an older hotel that needs updating. The breakfast is nominal. The pool is not heated and the water pressure is terrible. My husband had to bend down to stand under the shower. There are decent restaurants across the street.

The Rooms were great but that Is not where I was impressed. I left my 7k Diamond Ring in my room and when I called the gentlemen David went upstairs within 20 minutes of me calling and found my ring. He secured it in a safe until Andrew the Manager could call me the next day. He Fed Ex the ring to me and I have it back! Honesty and Integrity, something you dont get much these days!!! Thank you

This hotel was just okay at most. On arrival, they only have 1 person working the desk and with the customer ahead of us having an issue checking in, we waiting a long while before being able to get checked in. The place feels outdated as the elevator sounded like it was struggling to get up for example. Our stay was only two nights and it worked for that but not as comfortable as one would hope. The bottom sheets of the bed were stained and the shower head barely shot out any water. This hotel was just okay at most. On arrival, they only have 1 person working the desk and with the customer ahead of us having an issue checking in, we waiting a long while before being able to get checked in. The place feels outdated as the elevator sounded like it was struggling to get up for example. Our stay was only two nights and it worked for that but not as comfortable as one would hope. The bottom sheets of the bed were stained and the shower head barely shot out any water. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, arrived in town earlier than expected and were nice enough to let us check in early. Very clean well maintained establishment very close to universal studios and lots of restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Fairly convenient from Universal Studios. Staff was very friendly. The pillows were uncomfortable and the shower pressure was terrible but it was fine for a place to sleep and shower. Just felt a little overpriced for 2 nights I paid $900.

Best hotel we have stayed at for Halloween Horror Nights! The food option around the hotel was great! Staff was amazing and the parking garage had plenty of space! Definitely coming back

It was pretty warm in the hallways and the breakfast wasn't great. It was nice they had a capuccino machine but for the price, I expected a breakfast at least on par with the Best Western we stayed at in Carlsbad for half the price. The room was good though and the bed was comfy, AC worked well in there.

Clean place. Only negatives about this place was the towels were too rough, the water pressure in the shower too soft, and the noise level coming from the hall. There was a gap in our door but I don’t know if this is for every room. The hotel was pretty empty when we were there so it was not too loud but being in the room I could hear a lot from people in the hall.

Over all the hotel was fine. Just some small things that could have been better. The hotel was humid, took a while for the room ac to start, the towels had wear and tears and the pool was not clean.

The toilet was dirty and it leaked. The coffee was not drinkable. The room was way overpriced. The pillows were throw pillows instead of a full pillow. The shower was in disrepair and no shelf to put shampoo or soap. TERRIBLE…

Room 218 was clean. 2 queen beds, bathroom, mini frig, microwave and a coffee maker. Nothing fancy about the hotel. Very quiet. Breakfast is continental 6:30-9:30am.

Convenient to Warner Bros. Clean room. Only one drink vending machine and it was broken. Guy at desk gave me a water bottle though.

The room was super comfortable. The coffee maker uses kurig pods . The drive to Universal was OK.

Did not like that the hotel was under remodeling in the outside, and you could not look thru the windows. Breakfast not so good. Room was clean and comfortable.

The pool was extremely dirty. The mini fridge in the room was loud as well as the air conditioner unit. I left early due to these problems.

Hotel was under construction and there was no disclaimer on site about this prior to reserving. Based on the exterior construction, you can’t even tell that the building is a hotel. This was also the worst shower ever- shower head is leveled for someone who is 5 ft tall. Hardly any water pressure. Holes in towels.

The included breakfast was just OK, nothing special. Front entrance was not real prominent, I had trouble finding it at first. Things were looking a little worn down overall, specifically the furniture. Provided towels seemed like they need to be replaced more often and/or cleaned more thoroughly.

At first, my kids were disappointed when they saw all the scaffolding outside. Their reaction was, "Is this our hotel? It looks crappy!" But their mood changed as soon as we walked out of the elevator towards our room. My daughter was saying how it smelled good, and the carpet and the walls didn't look nasty. Despite the renovations ongoing, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The only part of our stay that we were not excited about was the chairs in the dining area. The seats were all flaky and peeling. Other than that, everything else was good. The drive to the Universal Studios was not bad. Will stay here again.

Although the property is under construction, the hotel is pretty nice and calm. Stayed for one night and I enjoyed the room. I also liked the free Breakfast in the morning.

Rooms are very small for the price. Breakfast was good. Pool was very small, view out room was a roof and piping. Parking was underground. For the cost there are better hotels in the area.

Stayed here on a trip to universal. Room looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. Bed and sheets were perfectly clean, TV worked great. Bathroom and shower were updated and spotless. Service was prompt and staff was knowledgeable. One of the best if not the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!

Was really good worth it safe lots of restaurants around and ten minutes to universal studios. The rooms were good bed very comfy and clean only issue the shower not alot pressure and shower head mean for someone who is 5 feet tall had duck down bit get a good shower overall next to wb studios not a bad place to stay

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Took my family of 4 to Universal for a 2-day stay. First the pros…David at check-in was very pleasant, plenty of FREE parking in underground hotel garage, the rooms were clean and ready when we arrived, the hotel was quiet, the location had plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and they have a free breakfast bar. Lastly, very short drive to Universal Studios…maybe 10 minutes. If there were any cons to the stay…beds were a bit firm (I like them like that, but my wife does not), and breakfast was not always fully stocked. In the hotel’s defense, they were trying but a bit slow in restocking. Pretty standard blah breakfast bar (eggs, sausage, cereal, waffle makers, and various juice and breads). Overall a very nice stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Sadly, not a memorable stay. The shower head only allowed water to come out in a trickle in the center of the head. The toilet seat didn’t fit and was unstable. The room was constantly hot and stuffy even with the air and fan going. We asked for two extra pillows (not an unreasonable request we thought) but were told they wouldn’t provide extras. These little details need to be fixed as the hotel is in a great location and close to Universal Studios. It could be great, but sadly was mediocre.

I like the fact that this hotel is close to everything. We stayed here when we went to Universal Studios for a decent price. The parking is also very convenient since its in a parking garage thats connected to the rest of the hotel by elevator. The only thing i didnt like was the fact that i could hear noices from the apartment nextdoor at night.
