We had a great time at the hotel! From the welcoming, the staff, the service, the room, and breakfast to the surrounded areas everything was awesome!! The room was excellent and we slept like babies!! Next time we visit we will definitely stay at Home2 Suites at Buford!! 👏5⭐️

It’s a very nice place to stay

The hotel was nice. However, we had booked a two queen bedroom, but they said we would have to take a king-size room instead. A little disappointed that we weren’t able to get the room that we had booked earlier.

The carpet in the rooms need a deep cleaning sticky with your shoes on as well as off. Pillows need to change flat The area of the hotel is okay

My stay at Hine2 Suites was amazing. We came to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Most of the family stayed there and enjoyed the hospitality. From the friendly staff, to the complementary breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.

We only stayed one night and had to leave early in the morning so did not have there complementary breakfast. The hotel was nice clean and the room was large. Everything was great till we took a shower T about 8pm no hot water barely warm. No water pressure very disappointing. Other than that nice hotel.

The room was very clean and the staff would send text message to make sure we didn't need anything.

Breakfast was great. Staff always friendly. We had an issue where we could not enjoy the pool due to rowdy kids (and some adults) some of whom I’m sure were not guests of the hotel.

The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. The staff were all very nice. We were only there for one night and it was perfect. The people above us were loud. They stomped around for a good portion of the night. That is not the staffs fault so I did not say anything about it. They went to bed eventually.

Second stay while passing through as it has friendly staff, very clean, and good location. Have already booked it again for our next trip. Most hot breakfast food is served to you from behind a counter. Didn't seem as good tasting. We'll see next visit.

Very nice room, very clean and the staff were friendly and professional! The only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast! Very limited variety to pick from and all they had was little egg patties to put on a muffin! Would not call it a breakfast at all!

It was immaculately clean. Located in a nice locale right by the Mall of Georgia. Fairly quiet, and plenty dining options in the immediate vicinity. Only 45 minutes to downtown Atlanta or 15 minutes from Lake Lanier.

Room was clean. We never saw staff the entire week we stayed. The breakfast was awful and there were very little food or drink options at the shop near the front desk. Hot water also went away very quickly. My family had to wait for hot water everyday.

Room smelt terrible like sour milk not sure if it was rented long term before us but the smell was sicking it stayed with our clothes and luggage even after we left. The staff was great hotel in great area just our room was smelly smelly just stick your head in there i am sure it still stinks

Booked my room over a month ago, arrived, checked in and went to room to find one bed, called desk,she said they overbooked,upon my insistence we got another room. Linen was so full of bleach smell,had to use towels to cover the pillow and blanket. Really bad experience, also fire alarm In first room kept beeping!! PLEASE email me a copy of receipt.

the bed was very uncomfortable & seemed very old. The staff who was responsible for breakfast did nt speak English. One person pushed my hand away whenI was explaining to her the problem but being she did not speak English she didn't know what to do

The hotel check in was easy. The room was nice however the bed was terrible, very uncomfortable. The staff responsible for the breakfast did not speak English which was extremely difficult when you needed something. The hotel management should have their staff take English courses. I won't stay at their hotels again

Clean, good breakfast, enjoyed outdoor fire pit, friendly staff, pets welcome. We only stayed one night but would enjoy spending more nights if necessary. Full kitchen & sofa bed were pluses. A number of good restaurants in walking distance. Short on bar/facial soap. Had to go to desk staff who hard time find soap but did eventually find it.

Hotel and staff were nice. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve slept on. Me and my wife couldn’t sleep, because of the bed. I’ve stayed at lot of hotels, this was the worse experience we’ve ever had. We had two nights booked almost left in the middle of the night, because of the bed. It was like sleeping on cement.

The room was spacious and had lots of useful upgrades. I enjoyed all the shelving space available to put your belongings. Having dishes and silverware along with a dishwasher also made it very helpful and convenient.

Staff did allow us to get in our room a little earlier than check in but we were granted a pet room. It smelled like dog and my kids were sure to let me know they smelled it. However, hotel breakfast was good.

First of all the room was incredibly large and well equipped than I could’ve ever imagined for that price… Location is great. The front desk was wonderful. The staff everybody that worked here had a great attitude and seemed very happy and that makes me wanna come back.

The staff was great and very helpful. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, location was very convenient to the Coolray Field where we were going for the Big Green Egg’s Eggtoberfest. We would stay here again.

The desk staff was exceptional, they sure that we were well taken care of. The wait staff during breakfast should be able to understand English and not just shake their head. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Whoever had that dumb idea needs to be whacked with a rubber chicken! It would work for married couple but no so good with two teenage grandchildren.

The floors and carpeting in the room were sticky, as though from a product. I had to listen to an obnoxious guest and staff agreeing about volatile MAGA topics, as I was trying to enjoy my peace in the lobby. Your staff should be trained not to engage in radical MAGA topics.

We booked a stay at this hotel for two nights but had a medical emergency on the way there and could not make it for the first night. We tried to check in for the 2nd night and was told that we did not have a room because we did not call to cancel the first night even though we pre paid for both nights. This caused us a a lot of stress due to most hotels in the area were fully booked. Expedia was very helpful and was able to get a refund for the 2nd night. Front desk was very rude.

The carpet in the room was a bit sticky with soap, and left my feet feeling sticky. Some kind of huge unsupervised high school tour group was staying on our floor and made rowdy noise in the hallways all night long. Hopefully that's not a common experience here.

Hotel was close to the event I was going to and was in a nice area. The room was perfect and I liked the workout room and breakfast.

We reserved a king bed and picked our room on the 2nd floor through the Hilton app. When we arrived we were given a room with two queen beds on the 3rd floor. We were told that the earlier check in staff had changed our reservation to two queens and given our room to someone else. We were then told that the hotel was full and that room was all that was available. We made do with the queen bed but the floors really need to be cleaned better. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the room. The location is convenient to shopping and dining which is nice but I believe I would book somewhere else the next time we are in the area.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Room, lobby & grounds were immaculately clean. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was fresh & delicious. Rooms were designed well, had modern decor, and seemed new. Air was fresh in room. Thermostat worked well and kept a steady room temperature. Bed and pillows were comfortable. So quiet that it seemed llke nobody else was staying there. Parking lot and area around hotel felt safe. I've stayed in other Home2 Suites that should have been exactly like this one, but this hotel is much better. I highly recommend it.

The stay was fine except for one major design flaw. The bathroom had no locking door. Instead it had a slidding door. Which is fine maybe for couples or singles but for a family with a toddler it was a living hell. Imagine anytime you need to use it the pitter patter of tiny feet running and sliding it open for the rest of the family to see.

Excellent across the board, initial front entry is a little confusing a bit unconventional it’s actually on the side of the building but i like this property . Close to everything literally across the street!

The staff I interacted with the most was for breakfast. Maria and Johanna were very kind and helpful!! They didn't know it, but they brought a sense of peace to our days, just by being themselves. Thank you for providing us with a great stay and comfort away from home.

Other than hearing slamming doors and yelling of “room service” in the morning the stay was good. Walls are extremely thin apparently. I was woke up by others slamming doors and the staff yelling room service on several different occasions.

The food was not "Hilton" food. The eggs were Microwaved and rubbery. The assortment was limited. The mattress we had was worn and needed to be flipped. The staff was wonderful they are all very helpful.

We had so much fun! Breakfast was the best! Waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal, pastries :) beds were comfy and clean, shower was great except for the water pressure was a little off. But other than that all over great experience. 24/7 coffee sold me as soon as our host said it :)

I will always stay here. It is pet friendly, pet cost is reasonable and can sleep my family of 6. I love that it comes with a nice size fridge, dishes and a good shower. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is basic. Nothing to rave about but there are so many restaurants to choose from that are close.

Low flow shower only real disappointment

The bed is hard and worn. We stayed on the bottom floor in room 122.

Appreciated snacks and drinks available late at night to purchase!

The room was fine, but I was very concerned that the elevator seemed partially broken. The doors only opened on each floor if the "open door" button was pressed from the inside.
